I cannot recommend Angela and Courtney at Traveler Beauty Company enough! They did my hair and makeup for my engagement photos, hair trial, and wedding day, and they absolutely nailed it every single time. Each session left me feeling confident, radiant, and truly beautiful — they have an incredible way of making you feel not only like yourself, but like the very best version of yourself.
On the day of the wedding, we actually decided to pivot entirely from the trial look, and Angela and Courtney executed it flawlessly. They perfectly captured the vibe I was going for, elevating it in ways I never could have imagined. From start to finish, they were calm, professional, and incredibly attentive, making sure every detail of my hair and makeup was exactly right. My hair and makeup literally stayed flawless all night, from the ceremony to the dancing and celebration.
What truly sets them apart is their calming presence. In the whirlwind of wedding morning chaos, they could notice exactly what I needed before I even knew it. When I started feeling overwhelmed, they stepped in seamlessly — offering reassurance, guidance, and thoughtful little gestures to make sure I felt calm, relaxed, and confident. It honestly felt like having my own personal bridesmaids, except their focus was entirely on making me look and feel beautiful.
Angela and Courtney are not only supremely talented but also warm, kind, and intuitive. They made me feel special and gorgeous every step of the way, and I will forever be grateful for the care, creativity, and expertise they brought to such an important part of my wedding day. -

I had an amazing experience with Courtney Aldrich and Angela Gebelein from Traveler Beauty Company.
Throughout the months leading up to my wedding, I appreciated Courtney’s professionalism and communication. She quickly answered any question I had, and she was always incredibly kind and easy to work with. After my trial with Courtney, I felt completely confident that my hair would look exactly how I envisioned it on my wedding day. Courtney asked lots of questions to ensure that every detail of my hair was exactly what I was looking for.
On my wedding day, Courtney and Angela were incredibly supportive, warm, and encouraging. Of course, you want to select hairstylists who will do your hair the way you want it. However, I think it’s also important to select people who you want to have with you on the morning of your wedding. Courtney and Angela were so uplifting, and their positive energy definitely helped me relax and enjoy the day.
It was also important to me that each of my bridesmaids got to select a hairstyle that made them feel comfortable and confident, so I appreciated the variety of hairstyles that Courtney and Angela are able to create. They finished my hair and my six bridesmaids’ hair ahead of schedule, and everyone’s hair looked perfect throughout the entire night.
I’m so thankful I got to work with Traveler Beauty Company, and I can’t recommend them enough! -

I can’t say enough good things about TBC! I chose the bridal package which includes hair/makeup/lashes for the engagement photo shoot, a trial, and the wedding. Courtney Aldrich did my hair and Courtney Ayik did my makeup, and truly made me feel like a princess for my big day. They took notes and were able to customize a look that was not only elegant, but also made me feel myself. Courtney Ayik also did the makeup for my mom (who doesn’t wear a lot of makeup normally) and did an absolutely phenomenal job!!! I also want to recognize Beckie and Jennifer who were a part of the team who made my bridal party look incredible! My mom and bridesmaids looked absolutely stunning and I could not thank TBC enough. Would 100% recommend! -

I had the most incredible experience with Traveler Beauty Company for my wedding on June 15th. They not only did an outstanding job on my hair and makeup but also beautifully styled my 10-person bridal party, my mom, and my mother-in-law. Courtney, who coordinated everything, is simply amazing. She is incredibly responsive, kind, and friendly, and from our first email exchange, I knew Traveler Beauty Company was the perfect choice for my bridal party.
Traveler Beauty Company did my hair and make-up for almost all of my wedding related events! They did my hair and make-up for my engagement photos, my makeup trial, my rehearsal dinner, and of course, my wedding day hair and makeup. We rented out their salon for the morning, which was ideal for getting ready with my bridal party. Everyone looked and felt absolutely amazing.
The atmosphere in the salon with Courtney, Angela, and all the other stylists was beyond welcoming—it felt like spending time with old friends. The vibes were immaculate, and I had such a fantastic time with them. I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day, thanks to Traveler Beauty Company

Traveler Beauty Company did an incredible job with the hair and makeup for our wedding! I can’t recommend them highly enough. Working with Courtney prior to the wedding, communication was clear and easy. Pricing was transparent. Courtney did both my hair and makeup for my trial and for the wedding. She is extremely talented, warm, and easy to talk to. She welcomed my feedback after my trial and made the adjustments I was looking for - and she absolutely nailed my hair and makeup on the day of the wedding.
Alongside Courtney, Angela and Julie worked with my wedding party and my family on the morning of the wedding. From set-up to break down they were professional, relaxed, and fun to be around. They took their time and provided their undivided attention to the hair or makeup service they were working on and achieved each look my friends and family were asking for. Everything was finished on schedule, and the makeup held up incredibly well throughout the entire night!

I booked Traveler Beauty Company for my 11/28/23 wedding and I couldn’t be happier or recommend them enough! Courtney and her team are truly phenomenal. From start to finish, they have been nothing but professional and caring. They truly love what they do and I felt so well taken care of from the trial to the wedding day. Courtney’s work is absolutely stunning. She is meticulous to make sure the bride achieves her desired look. I truly have never felt more beautiful. My mother also looked drop dead gorgeous. All of my bridesmaids were beautiful and felt so confident on the day. It was also so fun hanging out with the Travelers team while we were getting ready. We never felt stressed or rushed. I can’t recommend Courtney and the Traveler Beauty Co team enough! It was really easy to book with them and they got back to me right away with all of the different services they provide. Courtney was so flexible with scheduling my hair and make up trial and spent a long time talking to me to make sure she was able to capture the look I was going for! Their salon space was also incredibly clean and beautiful, and I loved the airbrush!!
On my wedding day the entire team was so kind, considerate, and they truly went out of their way to make my getting ready process perfect! I was dealing with some pre-wedding anxiety and they were so flexible with their time and schedules to accommodate my nerves. Courtney kept me calm and took such great care of me and I’ll be forever grateful!!
While they were very professional, I genuinely felt like I was just hanging out with a group of friends. They all had such great energy and were so sweet! They also did an INCREDIBLE job doing the hair and makeup of my friend who is on the Autism Spectrum and has a lot of sensitivities. They made sure she was comfortable throughout the entire process and made it such a positive experience for her!
I’m so glad I chose Traveler Beauty Co for my wedding day, and if I had to do it all over again I would 1000% choose them! -

Beautiful and seamless large wedding party H&M
Courtney, Angela and the rest of the team were absolutely wonderful! My mom and I went to the studio for our hair and makeup trials, and they were very accommodating with any changes we requested. Courtney was very helpful and thorough in checking for the makeup ingredients for any ingredients that my mom is allergic to. When it came to the wedding day, Courtney brought a team of six ladies with her to do the hair and makeup for myself, my mom, my 10 bridesmaids, and 2 others (total 14). Everyone loved the airbrush makeup and how light the lashes felt, in addition to the final lip touch at the very end. My makeup lasted all night and felt so light and looked natural! My half-up/half-down hair look lasted most of the evening with all the pins staying in place, but the curls started to fall out after being on the dance floor for a while, but I’m surprised they even made it that long, since my hair can never hold a curl! I highly recommend Traveler Beauty Company to any bride! The stylist I worked with was Courtney, and she was magic. She was professional, kind, and calming throughout the entire process. This was especially important the morning of the wedding when nerves were high! She took the time to look through example pictures and get to know my preferences, and also worked wonderfully with less direction. Courtney was so easy to deal with and responsive to my emails and request for this amazing group of makeup artists and hair stylists to come and make us pretty for my wedding day. I'm usually not one to write reviews, but I had such a great experience working with Traveler. When I started looking for hair and makeup places I had such a hard time. Nobody would get back to me. I contacted Courtney and she got back to me right away! She was timely with all her responses and called me when I wanted to go over everything. After talking to her I knew they were the right choice. Fast forward to March 2020 when covid hit. Our May 2020 was impacted and we had to reschedule (4 times). Courtney was very accommodating and luckily they were able to schedule them for our October wedding. Because of covid and all the wedding changes I wasn't able to do a trial. I was a little worried since we didn't get to do a trial, but my hair and makeup came out perfect! Kimberly and Angela were great and made everyone look so beautiful. They were so fun to work with! If you are looking for a vendor to do hair and makeup for your wedding, look no further than Traveler Beauty Company! -

These women work wonders! They did my hair and make-up for my engagement photos, bridal shower, and wedding. They also did wedding trials for me and my mom, and did all my bridesmaids (7), my aunt, MOB & MOG the day of the wedding.
Communication with them was fantastic! They answered every question I had for months and went out of the way to make sure I was happy and comfortable with everything.
Their work is wonderful and everyone felt and looked amazing! We also thoroughly enjoyed their company while getting ready the morning of the wedding. They came to us and brought everything they needed - we just got to sit and be pampered!
One of my bridesmaids is actually getting married soon and using them also so I cannot wait to see the ladies of Traveler Beauty Company again soon 😊 -

Courtney and Sam are amazing! Courtney alleviated a lot of the stress I was having because of timelines. She contacted my planner and the photographer to create a timeline that worked with everyone. She even handled my difficult mother-in-law with ease. On the day of my wedding she and Sam showed up early and got started right away. They even helped clean up the room for photos. I wasn’t sure what I wanted for my look but Courtney was able to take some ideas I liked and made me look AMAZING! My bridesmaids and I were extremely happy with how we looked. Courtney even stayed a little later to do some touch ups. I would use TBC again and recommend them for anyone! -

The Dream Team!
TBC was amazing from the moment I found them! I met Courtney and Julie for my hair and makeup trial which I set up for my engagement photos. Both were kind, fun and down to earth which put me at ease immediately. Julie did my hair and makeup which came out above and beyond what I described or imagined, I absolutely loved it and thought Julie herself was wonderful! It was easy, and super exciting, to book TBC for my wedding after that amazing experience.
The wedding day was PERFECT with TBC. Julie, Courtney and Sam set the tone for a wonderful, relaxed morning setting us up to feel our absolute best! Not only were these ladies amazing in getting the bridal party ready but Julie was also extremely kind and patient with my grandma who had a very clear idea of what she was comfortable doing for hair and makeup which was very special to see!
TBC helped create a wedding morning better than I ever could have dreamed up on my own and left me (and my bridal party) feeling completely amazing when they were finished! (Seriously, I felt like a winter fairy with their magic!) I truly hope to connect with them again for other fun events in the future! -

Not only was Traveler Beauty Company one of the best wedding vendors I hired, TBC is among the top service providers/contractors/people I have ever worked with IN MY LIFE.
First and foremost, the TBC team are a troupe of magical hair and makeup unicorns. Every time I sat in their studio, I showed them pinterest pictures of hair and makeup examples that I liked. Each time, they proceeded to whip up the most beautiful hair and makeup looks in 1 to 1.5 hours flat. And let me tell you y’all, this stuff STAYED PUT. I happened to pick an Alabama hot day with 90% humidity for my engagement photos. Thanks to TBC, I looked flawless instead of like a drown rat.
Second, professionalism doesn’t begin to cover the level of service provided by TBC. Courtney with TBC is extremely communicative and clear. She produced a DETAILED hair and makeup timeline for the day of the wedding, which really helped my rather large, mimosa-slaying entourage figure out where they needed to be at what time. TBC was always punctual and kept us all on time.
A review of TBC wouldn’t be complete without mentioning a third, less known function of your wedding hair and makeup team. Over the course of a year, Courtney became a friend and a therapist. Did I have a nonsensical Bride freak out over my hair? Yes, yes, I did. Courtney calmly talked me through it, providing a level of service I never thought I needed. Courtney and Sam were a joy to hang out with all morning on the day of my wedding. I’m so glad I picked such a warm team to spend so much time with on such a special day.
Was TBC the cheapest option in the market? Nope. Was it worth it? YES, YES, YES and I would do it all over again every time in every life again and again.

But for our wedding I needed to and I’m glad to have pick Traveler Beauty Company. Courtney did an amazing job! The make up was natural and the colors she picked make me look beautiful! We had done a trial about 6 week before the wedding, and last minute I decided to change the hair-style we had work on at the trial- and the new hair-do came our PERFECT! It was what I needed with my dress! She is super responsive, punctual and made me feel comfortable. If I ever need to get professional make up and hair done again, I will definitely hire Courtney!

They're sweet, kind, talented and fun to work with - and they KNOW what they're doing. I worked with Julie for hair and makeup for my bridal shower and rehearsal dinner. She listened to exactly what I wanted, and make me feel amazing. My hair looked picture-perfect, and my makeup was amazing. I don't normally wear much makeup, but when it came to these big events where I was going to be photographed, I knew I wanted someone to help me. I cannot recommend traveler beauty enough! They really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted for my wedding day! They made changes as requested from my trial to the day of and they handled a large bridal perfectly! They were speedy but all of the girls looked fantastic! I hate leaving negative reviews, but I was very disappointed with my wedding hair. When I came for my first trial, I felt as though the style that was done did not match the photo I showed. I scheduled and paid for a second trial to make sure the style what I wanted for the big day. The second trial wasn't what I wanted either, and I was a bit nervous going into my big day.
On my wedding day, I showed Julie the same photo again and showed what I didn't like from the two trials. I explained that my cousin had just gotten the exact style I wanted, and one or the other stylists even told her how to do it. It was a very simple style! I got a hairstyle that was again not what I wanted, but this time there was nothing I could do about it. We were an hour behind schedule by the time I saw my hair and could not make changes. Being behind schedule set the entire day behind schedule, which meant less time to spend with our guests and caused issues for our other vendors.
After the team left, my hair completely fell out and was flat for most of my professional photos and the entire reception. I'm not sure why they didn't use the same hair products as my trial - we had talked a lot about what products we should use to have my hair hold well. All of my bridesmaids’ hair fell out too.
Additionally, one of my bridesmaids did not have her hair done as she was not confident they had worked with her hair type before. I had mentioned this may be the case early on, and I they had told me I could decide on the day of the wedding.
Traveler’s would not refund for my bridesmaid’s hair that didn’t get done.
They gave me $150 refund, which only covered the second trial I got (and shouldn’t have had to). I also had to pay to have them stay in a hotel because my venue was a few miles out of their radius. In the end, I ended up paying full price for low-quality work. I paid professionals so that my hair would look good for my entire wedding, and instead it looked terrible and I had to have people keep repinning it. I was really sad that I didn't look the way I wanted on my special day and that my hair looks poor in all the photos.
