Documentarian Extraordinaire!
I cannot say enough in praise of the work of Stefano Gonzalez. His work on a documentary for the organization for which I am board president, has uncovered previously unknown history about the center, which he presents in such a caring and powerful manner, with respect to cinematography. It has consistently brought audiences to tears, in a good way. He sees things in a unique way, and weaves a story through film like no other filmmaker I have encountered. Having been interviewed/filmed by Stefano as well, I can attest that he makes you feel completely comfortable as a subject and has a high level of professionalism. Whether for a larger film project, or a wedding highlight reel, I highly recommend Stefano and his company Transgress Studios. His film has become a visual mission statement for our organization, what is was, what it has become, and where it's going, taking with it the history we cannot forget. -- Vera Hannush, Board President, Pacific Center (Berkeley)
