Best and Only Photographer We Will Ever Use!!

I can't recommend Tracy enough. I have been working with her since I took my senior photos in high-school and can honestly say we will never work with any other photographer again. From our engagement shoot, to the wedding photos, to the fun little beach shoot we did the day after, Tracy is AMAZING at what she does, is so good at guiding you throughout your shoot, and has such a good eye for fun and unique shots that we will hold dear for years to come. We couldn't have imagined our wedding day without Tracy being a part of it and are so thankful that she was willing to travel all the way to Miami over the New Years holiday to be a part of our special day.

Easiest Decision We Made! THE BEST!

Tracy is the absolute BEST! I first met Tracy in high school where she photographed my senior pictures and we worked with her for our engagement photos and most recently on our wedding day. She is so easy to work with from start to finish and makes the entire process so stress free. Everyone - from our wedding party to our guests raved about how awesome and cool our photographer was and how she would do anything to get the perfect shot. Tracy focuses on the the couple and group's personality and keeps the day light-hearted, creative, and extremely fun! I truly feel like Tracy is not just our photographer but our friend. We would recommend her to anyone in or outside of KC looking for a reliable, laid back, stress free, creative, FUN photographer who takes INCREDIBLE photos. We are already looking forward to our next life event so we can hire and hang with Tracy again! Tracy was my favorite person to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process. She is great at listening to each of her couples, and tailors the pictures to their personalities. She has such an eye for light and color to make sure each picture is beautiful.

Tracy is the best decision my husband and I made for our wedding. Professional, friendly, she fit right in with our families. Our picture are beautiful and creative. We still recieve compliments for our wedding pictures, months later after the wedding.

Tracy's pictures were amazing! She always seems to capture each moment perfectly! She is great to work with...I would definitely recommend her to shoot your engagement pictures, wedding, family pictures, etc!

Tracey and her assistant were absolutely wonderful! We had a large wedding party so I was concerned getting everyone together for pictures was going to be stressful, but Tracey did it with ease. She made everyone feel so comfortable. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for better photographs. Would absolutely recommend!

Tracy is the BEST! I knew the day she took my senior photos that I wanted her to shoot my wedding. I moved out of state after college and had a destination wedding in Colorado, but I made a trip back to KC for her to shoot our engagement photos (including a few of us jumping in a lake fully clothed - she’s up for anything!) and I had her out to Colorado for the big day (which included climbing onto a ski lift - seriously, she’s awesome). She was running through the forest and hopping over logs to get the perfect shots for us. She’s a ball of energy and tons of fun! You can also tell she truly loves what she does. Also, trust is a big deal when it comes to who is photographing such a monumental day and Tracy is someone you can trust! From the moment you first contact her, she becomes more of a friend than a vendor. She knows her stuff, is super flexible and accessible and always produces a quality product! Book her NOW! You won’t regret it!

Tracy is a very talented and professional photographer that we would recommend in a heartbeat! We were planning our wedding from out of town (I’m from KC originally), and she was very easy to work with long distance and very responsive. Tracy is relaxed and friendly, but also very professional and was great at providing advice on our timeline when we were planning things out. At the wedding she was great at directing people and getting all the shots we had requested while also be unobtrusive and keeping things moving and in the moment. I am a hobby photographer, so I was a bit picky about the type of photos I wanted for my wedding. From the moment I saw her photos, I liked her style. She is really great at working with natural light, depth of field and most important to me, getting really great candid shots.

I was so lucky to have Tracy as my photographer! From the second I met her, I knew I had to have her. I had been referred to her by a couple of my friends, and I knew she had done an amazing job for them but, Tracys personality alone made me want to work with her even more. She was so easy to work with, and she made the process so much fun! She was full of ideas when it came to shooting our engagement photos, and she made us feel so comfortable during the shoot. On our wedding day, she did an amazing job getting everyone in our very large wedding party in all of the pictures, and was able to get a ton of really fun ones of everyone enjoying the day. She listed to everything I wanted for my photos, and went above and beyond my expectations. All of the photos she took turned out amazing. I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Tracy, and I will forever cherish the beautiful photos she took.

I have worked with Tracy for several years and the moment I got engaged I knew she was the only photographer I wanted (she books up fast so don't hesitate!). Not only is she incredibly talented behind the camera, she is also one of the warmest and friendliest people you will ever meet. She has the ability to make you feel comfortable and relaxed to ensure the best photos. She is prompt in her communication, professional, fairly priced, and will even travel to accommodate her brides. She has great ideas and (most importantly) listens to her clients - I told her I wanted lots of greenery in the background of my November wedding and she made it happen. I cannot recommend Tracy enough, she's the best!

Tracy shot my senior photos back in 2007 and she did such an amazing job and was so great to work with, I knew she had to be my wedding photographer! Tracy is so much fun and takes the most beautiful photos. I would HIGHLY recommend Tracy for your wedding!

Tracy did my senior pictures so for us it was no question who would capture our wedding day. My husband is not one that loves being in front of the camera but she did an amazing job to make him feel comfortable. We have only seen a sneak preview of our wedding photos, but so far they look amazing! I would definitely recommend her services to anyone.

Tracy is the absolute best photographer! I sought her out as soon as I knew our wedding date because I had seen her blog and photos and knew her talent was unmatched. From the first time I met her she was very charming, fun, funny, and professional. During our engagement shoot, she made us feel comfortable and like ourselves during something that was unfamiliar to us. The photos turned out awesome! I got the package with save the date cards and a photo book of our engagement photos. Both were high quality and perfect. I would highly recommend her to anyone, I can't say it enough...she is the best photographer!!!!

I can't say enough great things about Tracy! We used her for both our engagement photos and wedding day. She is creative, kind and very talented. One of my major priorities for the wedding day was a great photographer. Tracy exceeded our expectations. We got married in August and boy was it HOT. She did not let the weather affect her and had a smile on her face the whole day. We had a blast taking photos with her! We had our wedding photos back in a timely manner to share with family and friends. In addition to our photos we ordered a book. The book reflects our day perfectly and she did a wonderful job creating it. The book sits on our coffee table and we’ve had numerous compliments on it. Tracy will not disappoint!!!

Tracy made my family feel so comfortable. My now husband, fourteen year old daughter and I had a beautiful wedding planned and she made each person part of this special day. Our photos were perfect. Tracy has an artist's eye for placing people in their physical surroundings in ways that are innovative and provocative. She understands light and uses it to the highest level without much manipulation in the studio. Many of the photos we saw the night of the wedding were untouched and simply perfect. She is a true artist and strays away from traditional cookie-cutter poses. I can't say enough about her artistry. She has a gift. She was the perfect fit for us.

Tracy was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding and engagement photos, we could not recommend her enough. Not only does she take beautiful photos (seriously beautiful), but she is so professional and encouraging. Neither my husband or I had much experience being photographed professionally, and she made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. On the actual wedding day, Tracy was a lifesaver. She was so incredibly organized and made sure we captured everything we needed, while staying calm and collected (even in the moments where I was not!). She worked well with not only the two of us, but our friends and family in the wedding party as well--they were all so complementary of her kindness, professionalism and energy. The day (and the memories) would not have been the same without her.

Words cannot express how much we LOVE Tracy. In addition to being an INCREDIBLY talented photographer, Tracy is reliable, efficient, kind, creative...and the list goes on and on. I love that Tracy took our engagement pictures and took the time to get to know us before our special day. Choosing my photographer was probably the easiest/quickest wedding planning decision I made. I knew from the moment I saw Tracy's work a few years ago that I some day wanted her to take my engagement/wedding photos. I was lucky that she also was available on the wedding date that we were hoping for. If she wouldn't have been, I honestly would have considered changing my date. Working with Tracy was a breeze. Not only is she a wonderful photographer, but she is a great person too. We flew her to Dallas to shoot our engagement pics and had to reschedule week of due to a rainy forecast. She was so flexible and rearranged her schedule to come the next week! We were even able to take time away from shooting and enjoy a fun street taco dinner with her! She was a great third wheel! =) Finally, her professionalism and creativity were reflected again on our wedding day. Turn around time for both engagement and wedding sessions was very reasonable. If you're considering Tracy Routh Photography, look no further. Her work is worth every penny!

Tracy was wonderful to work with for our wedding, engagement pictures and more. The amazing quality of her work speaks for itself, but she is also so much fun to work with. Despite the fact that she has shot a ton of weddings, she makes you feel like yours is the only one that matters. She is the enthusiastic, creative and fun. She makes you feel comfortable and is always coming up with new ideas for pictures, but is also realistic about what will work and what won't based on the natural elements. She was professional, responsive and accommodating from start to finish and, most importantly, her pictures are amazing!! I can't recommend her enough!

Tracy is AMAZING. I found her work on Pinterest in 2012, googled her name and was shocked that she was a KC photographer, put her down on my "list" of wedding vendors for the future (it wasn't very long, it included just her). Fall of 2013 my now husband and I got engaged, Tracy was one of my first calls! Unfortunately she had the date we'd chosen already booked, luckily our venue was available the weekend prior and so was she! She was absolutely worth changing dates for, and the weather ended up being perfect for our day!
Our initial meeting was shortly after getting our date locked down. We looked through her portfolio and got to know each other! She has a wonderful, laid back personality and is so much fun. We ended up scheduling our engagement session for a weekend in November. It was included in the package, which was a great bonus!
Before the wedding, we met and she helped lay out the timeline for the entire day, which was so helpful and something I couldn't have done on my own. She is super organized, and has shooting wedding days and timelines for what needs to happen when down to a science! Our day flowed extremely smoothly and we even had a little wiggle room for extra activities aka stopping at the liquor store when we ran out of beer.
We had Tracy for 9 hours, was plenty of time! Of course I would have loved to have her all day but 9 hours was definitely plenty, within our budget, and we ended up with over 700 GORGEOUS shots! I really don't know how we'll choose. The beauty of it is, we don't have to considering we get all the photos! :)
When I saw the blog post that Tracy did, it brought back every single emotion from our wedding day. I could look at the pictures and remember how I felt at each and every moment. I didn't even know it was possible for anyone to capture that, and of course I got teary eyed. She exceeded my expectations and delivered the wedding pictures of my dreams!

Tracy was absolutely amazing to work with! My husband HATES having his picture taken and thinks he always looks horrible, well Tracy has changed this man! Our engagement pictures turned out perfectly and she had them back to us so quickly which is always a bonus. Then our wedding, well to say the pictures were perfect is an understatement. Tracy and her assistant captured every perfect moment. They arrived early and everything went off without a hitch. The girls were running behind with hair and makeup, but we adjusted a few things and still had plenty of time to get all of the pictures I was wanting of the wedding party. Her method for family pictures might have been my favorite part! They were done with such organization, even pictures with 20+ people were done quickly. By the end of the night I was sure she had captured everything and I was right. Again, I got them back quickly and in time to use a picture for our Thank You cards! I will recommend Tracy over and over again....and will use her over and over again for future photo shoots I might need, and since my husband is convinced she can make even him look like a model family pictures will become much easier!

Tracy has something special. I searched numerous photography websites looking for the right photographer for our wedding. I saw plenty of great websites but the second I saw Tracy's, I was done. I knew she was who I wanted. (Thank you Molly Race for showing her to me!) Tracy met with us, called us, set up everything how it needed to be so the day flowed perfectly. And it did! I am beyond pleased with the end result and would recommend her to anyone in need of a photographer. Tracy has such a gift and an incredible eye for what she does. She is a blast to work with! We used Tracy for both our engagement and wedding photos and could not be happier with how everything turned out! As anyone knows who has worked with Tracy, you just can't say enough good things about her. Not only is one of the most talented wedding photographers in Kansas City (or anywhere), she is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She makes everyone around her so comfortable and relaxed. Tracy Routh is such an exceptional human. Not only is she an impeccable photographer, but she is so full of warmth and support. Tracy is BRILLIANT!!! She is everything we could have asked for in our photographer and more. Tracy is not only tremendously talented, but she was also so much fun to work with before, during and after our wedding. On top of that, she was always very responsive and super prompt – she posted photos from our wedding on her blog while we were still on our honeymoon and turned around both our photos and album faster than I would have ever expected. Tracy’s style is so unique, soft, and romantic. Tracy captured our favorite memories from our wedding day perfectly and we will forever cherish our photos. In our mind, our photographer was one of the most vendors we hired for our wedding and we would hire Tracy again in heartbeat!!

We met Tracy at a wedding a year before ours, and immediately fell in love with her. Not only is she wonderful to work with, her photography skills are amazing. She gave it her all from the moment that she showed up to capture me (the bride) getting ready, until 11 p.m. that night when everyone was on the dance floor. While going through all 800 pictures that she captured, it truly told the story of our wedding day all over again. I would highly recommend Tracy Routh, and believe she is the best!

Tracy is an exceptional photographer. I constantly receive compliments on our wedding photos. She is super fun to work with, so you easily feel comfortable around her and are able to be yourself during the day/session. These are photos we will cherish forever! Tracy went above and beyond as our photographer on our special day, she has a way of making everyone around her feel comfortable and it really shows through in her photos. Taking pictures on your wedding day can feel like a long process (especially for the groom!) however Tracy makes it fun. At the end of the day I didn't feel like I had posed for thousands of photos, even though I'm sure I did. It is obvious that Tracy genuinely enjoys her work, she gets so involved and excited about the photos! We were so lucky to have Tracy to be a part of our wedding day, I couldn't imagine working with anyone else! Top notch photographer!

I cannot say enough about how incredibly wonderful Tracy is as a photographer and person! She made our engagement shoot and wedding a blast, but her talent for photography is unmatched! I have received so many compliments on her work; SO lucky to have worked with her!

Tracy was more than I could have asked for as my wedding photographer - she made me feel at ease, knowing she would capture everything about my special day and more. She even took videos of little moments along the way to share with us. We have so many amazing shots, we'll never be able to choose which favorites to print!!

Not only is Tracy a fabulous and talented photographer, she is a joy to be around!!!! Her style is unique and comes out in all of her photos. She's truly flexible (we had slight rain on our engagement day and pouring rain on our wedding day!) and has natural talent. I love all of our engagement pictures and wedding pictures!!!!!! She is very professional and always responsive (via phone, email, facebook, you name it!) I highly recommend Tracy to anyone for any occasion!!!!

Tracy is TRULY a gift. She has the most unique eye and attention to detail. She will bend over backwards to get you the most beautiful wedding shots and she was the best decision we made when booking vendors for our wedding. We have 1000s of pictures and each one is so unique and special. I don't know how we'll choose when making our wedding album. Tracy works quickly, efficiently and with a smile on her face. She'll make your guests at ease and make you the best looking bride in town!

Tracy was an absolute dream to work with! She had been the wedding photographer for our friend's wedding. We fell in love with Tracy's talent and were ecstatic to have her shoot our wedding. We had a longer engagement and booked Tracy two years before our wedding and thankfully so because soon after bookinh she had a second request for our date as well. Our engagement session was amazing. Tracy put us right at ease and embraced our style completely. Tracy has the ability to make you feel completely relaxed and is extremely encouraging. She has the ability to embrace your style yet also provide great direction. This was especially important to us on our wedding day. She captured so many memorable moments, ones that we has hoped would be documented as well as ones we never thought of. She is extremely organized and thorough. She had set up time with us to discuss the itinerary/flow of the day as well as document all of the members of our families. She cares deeply about her clients and will travel all over. She traveled to St Louis for our wedding and researched the area for possible photo opportunities. Overall, Tracy Routh Phouograohy exceeded our highest expectations. We would recommend her to anyone for any occasion.

Tracy made us feel so comfortable during both our engagement shoot and our wedding day photos. She is not only professional but also a fun person to be around on your big day! If a pictures was truly worth a thousand words my husband and I would have 1,046,000 things to say about our Engagement and Wedding photos. However, we are left speechless. Tracy Routh Photography is free-spirited, captivating and timeless.

Tracy provided us with beautiful memories we will always hold dear. Tracy is very artistic, thorough, and most importantly she provides the upmost level of customer service. Tracy Routh Photography is ABSOLUTELY the best photography company around. Tracy is the most amazing photographer and has the most unique photos I have ever seen. Tracy is one of the best wedding photographers in the area. She is really laid back and truly brings out the best in her couples. Our entire day was a blast! She has a good eye at seeing a simple location and making it something amazing. She knows what she is doing and I completely trusted her. She also really makes an effort to get to know her brides before the big day. We had multiple meetings and tossed several ideas around about what I wanted. She is very flexible. She never got stressed and that just made the entire day stress-free for everyone. Our wedding pictures are AMAZING and I couldn't have asked for a better photographer or experience.

Tracy shot my engagement photos, as well as my wedding day. In a word, her work is stunning. We have received endless comments on our photos and, while I'm awaiting the finished wedding photos, she has provided me with enough proofs/sneak peak photos to get me through!
The photos are just beautiful, they get me teared up every time I look at them! They are a wonderful keepsake from such a wonderful day!

Tracy is extremely talented. She has a great eye for what looks good and she makes people look their best on their special day! Most importantly for me, she was a pleasure to have with us our entire wedding day. It's important to really like your photographer because they will be there during all of your special moments throughout the day. Tracy is awesome. I had my eye on potentially working with her before I was even engaged, having known and seen several girls I knew work with her - her photos were always awesome! When my fiance and I got engaged we interviewed a few photographers, and she was the clear winner. She is very bubbly and has a fun personality, and her photos were the best.

As far as cost goes, she's a little on the higher end, but in my opinion she is well worth it. I personally care a lot about the photos, so didn't mind paying more to know that we would have a good result. She was very fun to work with, had lots of great ideas, and was open to any suggestions that we had as well.

I definitely recommend Tracy!
