We had our wedding reception here this past May, and everything was wonderful! Allison worked very closely with my wife and was very accommodating to both of us as well as our families. The wedding day reception was even better than we had ever anticipated, and our guests were extremely pleased! The reception was executed with perfection and the venue is stunning! Would highly recommend it! Not a single complaint

The perfect venue for us

When looking for wedding venues, my husband and I were very turned off by some. It was clear that they were going to book that weekend one way or another and didn't care who filled the slot. This was not the case at Piper Glen! Allison and the staff at Piper Glen made us feel like we were family. They want you to be happy and are willing to do anything to help. Happiness comes first and numbers come second. They are not pushy and are very professional. The venue itself is very pretty and has amazing views. However, we picked it for the staff and they delivered!

Allison was great to work with and really made our wedding reception at Piper Glen truly memorable. Her attention to detail and professionalism made it all possible. The food was great and everything was cooked to perfection. Our friends and family still can’t stop raving about it three months later. Looking forward to maybe hosting an anniversary party and doing it all over again!!

TPC is beautiful, Allison is awesome!

Allison Doane, Private Events Director at TPC Piper Glen, is awesome! She is so easy to work with. I feel like I made a new friend in the process of planning my wedding! She's super responsive, too, which is wonderful for those quick questions as the big day approaches. She checked in with me the day of to make sure everything was just how I liked it. TPC Piper Glen is so beautiful. I got my dream wedding there!

My husband and I just celebrated our wedding reception at TPC Piper Glen and the second we walked in those doors I was blown away by how perfect our vision came to life! Allison answered all of my questions quickly and offered a lot of flexibility with decor and set up! We were able to have our fairytale wedding and we owe it all to Allison Doane and the staff who made it all possible! Thank you so much!

From the moment I walked in for a tour I knew this was the venue for our wedding ceremony and reception. The venue was perfectly located with astonishing views. We had 100 guests and there was room to spare. Allison was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very prompt, helpful and pleasant. The food was outstanding. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was and how beautiful of a wedding we had. I can’t give enough praise regarding our experience. My dreams came true on our special day in November. Thank you Allison and TPC - Christen

Perfect venue!

Bethany and her team at Piper Glen were fantastic! She was responsive, flexible, and solution-oriented, which was very helpful during covid. Our wedding was executed perfectly, and all our guests said the food was delicious. The venue is just beautiful. I would definitely recommend Piper Glen and Bethany!

We selected this venue as it fir our geographic needs and the club was able to provide the size ballroom that fit our needs. The site and view is beautiful. Allison was a great help in guiding us through the planning months prior and up to the minute details. The food exceeded our expectations of banquet style food (for 150 guests) so that aspect was wonderful as well. We appreciated flexibility the club gave us in making the reception tailored to our needs for décor, etc. . We also hosted a family brunch the Sunday morning after and the food was spectacular! Really a hit with visiting relatives!! Check Piper Glen out for your South Charlotte wedding reception!

Phenomenal

Bethany was amazing truly. She was the Ying to our Yang. We knew when we first meet her that everything was going to be ok. I changed my mind at 4:15pm to bring my outdoor wedding inside due to weather and it appeared as if everything ran on schedule for 5pm evening wedding. Bethany response time from start to finish was breath taking. She helped us stay within our budget and we are happy with the turn out

The location was absolutely amazing! The lake was the perfect picture spot for my husband and I, as well as guests and their families. The staff was amazing and could tailor the reception foods for us in any way we wanted. My husband has extreme food allergies, and typically never eats out, but he felt safe enough and confident enough in the staff to be able to eat at our reception, which was my biggest worry. Our reception was exactly the way we envisioned it. Picture perfect!

The servers and bartenders did a phenomenal job with everything. Michelle and I couldn’t have been happier with the service. We will be definitely recommending Piper Glen to any of our friends who need an event like this in the future. Allison helped streamline the whole process for us and made it extremely easy to get everything planned, coordinated and executed to perfection. I’m extremely happy Allison reached back out to me and we were able to do business together. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Allison and her team and our experience from our wedding reception. .

Beautiful rehearsal dinner!

We loved having our rehearsal dinner at TPC Piper Glen. The outdoor patio was great for our guest count and had a beautiful view of the 18th hole. The food was also incredible. We chose the Italian buffet, but there were a large number of other food options to choose from. TPC Piper Glen is very affordable and Allison is extremely organized, personable, and easy to work with. We made a great choice by having our rehearsal dinner at TPC Piper Glen!

Mark at Piper Glen was the easiest man to work with. Anything we asked for, he made happen. Their venue is a little smaller than most, but it gave us a cozier feel. The food was amazing! We are still getting compliments on how beautiful and yummy our wedding was. Book here and I promise you will not regret it.

TPC Piper Glen was the perfect place for our ceremony and reception. The event coordinator, Allison Doane was amazing. She was incredibly attentive and did everything she could to make this the perfect day for me, my husband, and our guests. Since our wedding was in December, the club was all decorated for the holidays. It made our day so very special. I highly recommend this venue. They helped me pull together a wedding in 9 weeks!

My Wedding Reception

We had lots of help and the event was a success. At times, it was difficult to keep in touch with the event coordinator because she has to be so many places and sometimes she is not reachable at her desk number. But she is good at replying emails

When my husband and I walked into the reception on the day of our wedding we were blown away by how everything was executed and set up. It was flawless and beyond our expectations. As we all know, wedding food isn't typically the best but I can honestly say that the food was some of the best we have ever had at a wedding. Our guests still compliment us to this day on everything from the appetizers to the meal to the desserts! Our guests also loved being outside on the patio and enjoyed the beautiful view. The events of the evening went so smoothly all the way through to the very end. We would definitely recommend Piper Glen as a venue for your big day!

TPC was a great choice for us. It is a pretty space just the right size for our just over 100 people wedding. They had tons of options to help personalize our day, and Allison made sure everything went smoothly for us!
