Wedding and Reception
TPC Craigs Ranch in a beautiful setting for a wedding. It offers outdoor and indoor areas for the wedding and all the accommodations in one place. The planning was easy with Kim Brimberry the Event Coordinator. We spent a couple of meetings with her to taste food and pick out linens. Each meeting we walked through what the day would look like. Chef Nick's steak and shrimp on the grill were delicious. The reception was laid out perfectly with plenty of room for our guests to mingle and dance. The service by all was very professional and accommodating. We are so happy with all the little details that were incorporated from getting our guests to their seats on time to making sure the bride had a tissue before walking down the aisle. The dressing rooms were accommodated with refreshments for the bride and groom prior to the ceremony and the night ended with sparklers and a ride off in a golf cart. Kim and the staff made it so easy for us and our guest to just have fun! -

Katelyn Sent on 12/29/2011I could not be happier with our choice of picking TPC Craig Ranch as our reception venue. We looked long and hard for the perfect venue and the minute I walked through the doors at TPC Craig Ranch I knew it was the the one. Christina Degelia (the event coordinator) is absolutely incredible. All of the staff is beyond professional. Christina went above and beyond to make our day as special as possible - We seriously could not have done it without her. The venue itself is amazing. We got so many compliments from friends and family. The food was amazing as were the drinks. Definitely recommend!!!! -

Trish Sent on 03/28/2011Having Christina as the event coordinator made this more than the wedding of my dreams! In all honesty I was afraid with TPC Craig Ranch being such a beautiful private golf club, the cost might be too much and I had a fear any recommended vendors would very expensive. Completely the opposite! Christina was like having a free wedding planner, designer (and therapist) all in one. She was so accommodating of our schedules, staying to meet us after 7:00 at night sometimes. She arranged meetings for the linen people (who did everything from provide gorgeous, reasonably priced linens to making a special tie so my youngest son would match his older brother and new StepDad). The recommended vendors actually charged us less (a Bentley limo for $99.00 an hour) because we were working with Christine and they all want to stay on her small best of the best exclusive vendor list. She handled everything from my husband's golf outing before the wedding to my tiny emotional mini-meltdown just before the wedding absolutely beautifully. She never tried to "up-sell" anything and in fact was so gracious in helping make arrangements with her floral wholesaler since a family friend wanted to do the flowers. She has a beautiful eye and whether you know exactly what you want come hell or high water or are more like me and can be very appreciative of a little guidance and reassurance in your choices, she is wonderful to work with. They only allow a couple of non-member events a month and I absolutely wouldn't book another place without at least going to see it and arranging a tasting of their incredible menu. So many of our guests said it was the most beautiful, fun wedding they'd been to (including some of their own weddings) and I absolutely agree!! -

Every bride wants to be remembered as looking gorgeous and flawless on her big day, but it's important to pick a place that can create a stress-free, smooth and professional execution of your big day. TPC Craig Ranch did exactly this for me. Working with Christina Degelia and Shelby Rogers I was able to have the weddings of my dreams. They were accommodating, responsive, and willing to help at every turn. I would highly recommend using them for any event, but especially for your wedding day! -

The food was amazing for the wedding as well as the rehearsal dinner. I can't say enough about how amazing the entire staff was. Thank you so much!!! -

Chelsey Sent on 06/26/2016TPC Craig Ranch is seriously amazing! We were in love with it from the first time we met with Christina. Everyone there is so willing to accommodate you in any way. They are there to make your vision possible. Even when Christina had an emergency, Amy took over our wedding and was so detailed and thorough! She even put my change of shoes on for me during the reception! Yes it does come at a price, but it is worth every penny. -

Jenny Sent on 10/03/2010We had an absolutely AMAZING experience at TPC Craig Ranch. Christina Degelia (the events coordinator for TPC) was wonderful! Every time we went in, whether it was just to take a second look at the venue, meet with a vendor or ask her a few questions, she was more than accommodating. Not to mention she is very knowledgeable and always responded to my emails quickly and thoroughly. I loved all of the wood and stone in the clubhouse and that is what originally attracted me to it. I did not have high hopes when going to visit (not much to see on the website) but I was blown away both by the venue itself and by Christina. I was ready to book as soon as we walked out the door.
I did not have a wedding planner and Christina made sure that everything ran smoothly all night long and kept us on schedule (not a strict schedule - as I did not want one - I just wanted to relax and she gave me that).
The only little hiccup that we had was with the food. We had sliders (burgers) and when my husband and I bit into ours (we were the first to get food) they were raw. The best man approached the man near the buffet, as he could not locate Christina (I did not get his name - he was club staff, not kitchen) and he informed the BM that the burgers were cooked to MY specifications (Medium RARE!!!) NOOOO! BM informed him that we (the bride and groom) were not happy with the temperature of the burgers and they needed to replace them. The gentleman seemed smug and irritated with the BM's request. Christina witnessed the transaction and immediately jumped in to see what was going on and promptly addressed the situation, no questions asked.
I cannot praise Christina and her professionalism enough! She also handled a HUGE hiccup that I had with my bakery (one of her preferred vendors) and made sure that she did everything she could to remedy the problem. While nothing could be done about the cakes, she made sure that the owner contacted me and provided me with a refund that we agreed upon.
I would recommend this venue 120% to anyone looking for a warm/rustic place for their wedding.
