    Shopped for wedding dresses here, they had wonderful customer service and a pretty large selection for the size of their store. We did choose tuxes here. The woman was very very helpful and very friendly.

    I am an out of town bride that order bridesmaid dresses and tux from Touch of class. One of the tux didn't fit last minute at rehearsal dinner and
    We still received a new one in time for the wedding HUGE. The dresses and now ties matched perfectly. Communication was great the entire time.
    Highly recommended!

    These girls are absolutely wonderful. I had SO much fun picking out my wedding dress. They are always so fun and so sweet. I never once felt that I wasn't appreciated when entering the store. They will bend over backwards and do anything to satisfy their customers. I HIGHLY recommend using this bridal store when shopping for dresses or tuxes for any occasion.

    I got my wedding dress and flower girl dress here- not only was my wedding dress super affordable, so was the flower girl dress. When the FG dress ended up being too big they exchanged it for a different size with no problem. They helped me out in so many ways.

    Reasonable price for alterations and they did a great job a week before my wedding. Definitely recommend their services.

    You can find a stunning dress for a lot less! They are great with last minute alterations! They will bend over backwards to get you what you want. Very kind!

    Touch of Class saved my wedding dress. I brought it to them after the store I purchased it at really messed things up. The prices were better then anyone's in town!

    They provided my dress, well, all of the attire for the wedding including tuxes. They did a nice job in the end. But getting to that end result was slightly difficult. I didn't get the bridesmaid dresses i originally wanted. I was told they were ordered and a couple weeks before their arrival found out they were not the exact dress I wanted. To the store it was a small detail, to me, it was huge. There was also a stain on my dress upon it's arrival, they said it was too late to order another and "shouted it out". In the end, the wedding was gorgeous.. I guess I learned not to sweat the small stuff.

    Mixed feelings about customer service

    We bought a prom dress, Ellie Wilde ( $564.00) Feb. 2020. It was shipped to Il.( 450miles away). We called dress shop early March & reported the prom would not take place due to covid. We were not allowed to return unused dress for full refund. Shop offered to place dress in their consignment. We waited until our fall trip to Branson & brought the dress to the shop. At that time we were offered to place the dress in their consignment, no other offers available. We did & the dress sold for full price( about $564.00), of which we got about $180.00 We were pretty disappointed with the refund on a dress never worn with tags still on it. And the shop received full price plus half more for one dress. Doesn't quite seem right. Was it a blessing we sold it? Or a curse that we went to a store with such inflexable & bad refund practices?

    Very dissatisfied!

    The ladies at the shop told us if we order your dress in November , it would arrive in time to be altered in time for her wedding. We did not buy the dress off of the rack. We ordered a New one. My daughter received a call about a month later stating that her dress would not be arriving in time. And offered her the dress off the rack, which was not new and I am sure had been tried on by many. So I asked the ladies if we could get a refund or a discount and the answer was no. Mind you we had already paid half of the amount on the wedding dress for them to order it New. She also ordered a new veil. Her first fitting they said her veil should be in in 2 weeks. 1 month before the wedding she went in for her last fitting and they told her that her veil would not be coming in because of "a shortage of material" . That she could choose another used product from their inventory. We paid full price for new items and walked away with all used items. With no discounts or anything. And on top of that, since they "couldn't " get the size she need when she ordered, we paid $375 for the dress to be altered!! Bad business!!

    My daughter was a bridesmaid in a wedding and the bride decided to order the dresses through Touch of Class. We were instructed to come in for a fitting so they could order the correct size for my daughter. After the fitting we were told that they would call us when the dress came in. Two weeks later we still had no phone call and when we called to check they said that the dress was in. We went to pick up the dress and the dress was HUGE (Keep in mind she was fitted for her dress). The dress had to be shortened by at least 2 inches and taken in at the waist and the neck. A week later we got the dress back and it had to be altered AGAIN. This was frustrating but at least they were taking care of it. When it was all said and done we were told that the alterations would be $25 plus tax. A price I wouldn't mind paying if I bought a dress off the rack but for a dress that she was sized for I do mind. When I went in to speak with someone the girl at the counter referred to me as "honey" in a very patronizing way and told me they don't do custom dresses and ALL their dresses require alterations. I am still waiting to hear from the owner.
