We ended up needing to provide alcohol for our open bar (we just waited until the week before to get everything) and Total Wine made the process of picking everything out easy. Total wine and more was so great to get our wedding liquor from, and let us return unopened wine, liquor, or champagne as long as the label was in good shape. Was really nice because we were able to overbuy (just in case) but were still able to return plenty that wasn't consummed.

Easy, Affordable, and Great Service!
We used Total Wine for the wine, champagne, and liquor for our wedding. Rob Moshein was the Wine Sales Associate that helped us with the selection process. Rob was patient and thorough, asking us about the details of our wedding to help make the best recommendations for us. He also allowed us to sample a few different wines and champagnes so we could pick the ones that were perfect for us. The whole process was very easy and the prices were fantastic! We paid at the time of pickup, just a couple days before the wedding. Everything was ready to go and just as we expected. Total Wine also lets you return unopened bottles, however, we had the perfect amount for our wedding, so we didn’t end up needing to return anything (just took home the extra 6 bottles of wine that were left over). I would absolutely recommend Total Wine if you are looking for an alcohol vendor for your wedding.

A spirited party
Everyone at Total Wine was fantastic. We scheduled our consultation appointment online, which was very easy to navigate. The actual consultation was really fun. We tried a whole bunch of their wines, and our consultant, Walter, helped us stay under our budget. He was very knowledgeable about their inventory, the wines themselves, and what would fit our party well. He was also great in recommending volume and variety so we could have a fully stocked bar. The beer selection was also tremendous. We saved thousands going this route, and I would fully recommend them.
If they could do anything differently, it would be to offer delivery service as we did have to cart the booze around ourselves.

My husband and I were incredibly grateful for the staff and their expertise pertaining to wines and Prosecco. We were pleasantly surprised by the white wine and Prosecco options. Our guests loved our wine and Prosecco selections. Also, they were very accommodating with making changes to our order on the day of pick-up! We made an appoint online for a wedding consultation, and received several emails leading up to the day. When we arrived we were met by a staff member, I don't remember his name but he was amazing! We had a list of all the items we were needing to pick out from our bar vendor. He went over several different options of bourbon and tequila for our signature cocktails, in all sorts of price ranges. He also explained a few things here and there about what would taste the best and avoid pesky hangovers. He was friendly and knowledgeable and we really had a good time with it. We next moved on to picking wines, and he was super on top of all of the options there as well. We were given an inventory list and he said to go ahead and make the order and put the bar owner as the pickup person. It really was as easy as that. This was something fun in the whole wedding planning process, and all the drinks were perfect! I will also add that if you have leftover unopened bottles you can return them!! Thanks Total Wine!!

I already loved Total Wine, but I love them even more so after my big day! They had anything and everything I needed, with plenty of stock to chose from. I had forgotten to pick up a couple of mixers, but was able to order for pickup online two days before my wedding. Everything turned out to be a perfect amount for our guests and everyone seemed to love the quality of the drinks! Will continue to have Total Wine be my go-to for future events.

Both my wife and I are not big drinkers so we were initially worried about shopping for alcohol for our wedding. But when we got to Total Wine and more Sergio one of the advisers there was extremely helpful. He walked us down their endless aisles of alcohol selection and advised us on the different types of alcohol, makes and brands, quantity and every aspect of what we should be purchasing. Even so much as to let us know when they had their sales going on so we could get a good deal. We had talked with him for a couple of hours and we were set that we would purchase our alcohol with their company. Amazing experience and would highly recommend to anyone!

We had quite a unique event (not a wedding) and had last minute changes left and right. We honestly had no idea how many people we were going to end up having at the event. We ordered on line and then doubled the order 24 hours before the event. The regional director (Alexadra) took care of it all with discounts and shopping cart and all I had to do was pay. Then it was ready right away and the caterer picked it up. We did end up over ordering and they returned most of the left over wine which was a godsend. They are wonderful to work with

Great Kosher wine
We were so nervous about finding a good Kosher wine for our ceremony in Texas. We didn’t want something like manischewitz; we wanted a quality wine that we can drink every year on our anniversary. We used Total Wine for our wedding and we couldn't be more impressed with the service we received. Our tasting was incredibly helpful. We mentioned we were having upscale tacos and were presented with multiple wine choices that would pair nicely. We were also given choices of beer and gluten free liquor that would also work for us. Every wine we bought was great! We also found it extremely helpful working out the numbers with the person at the store and he was pretty spot on. We found pricing comparable to Costco but we were able to make better choices. Our entire alcohol process was extremely easy and anything left unopened we were able to return. Highly recommend!

I couldn't have been happier for the experience at total wines for our wedding. I cant remember the women's name being almost a year ago but she was amazing and so helpful. We were able to get the best deals they had to offer and our selection was delicious. I would recommend total wines for any type of party big or small. Total wine was a great value for our wedding! We had 180 guests at our wedding and did an open bar for beer and wine and only spent $1,200 for 4 different kinds of wine and 5 different kinds of beer! We even had quite a bit left over and total wine let us return the unopened leftover wine for a full refund. They were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

The whole alcohol order for our 120 person wedding came out to $1300. We were blown away, as the caterer quoted us 6K. Would HIGHLY recommend doing it yourself, if your venue allows it. The man who helped us had great ideas about inexpensive wines which tasted good

One of a kind experience
This was a very easy experience. My husband and I were able to go and sample the wine we wanted to have. They were so helpful in getting the numbers and prices to where we wanted them. We had a wedding for over 500+ so working with Total Wine made it so easy.

Easy to find what I needed.
Needed plenty of alcohol for the wedding and they had everything I needed to make it the perfect day. Wine was recommend by staff and it was a hit! The rest was readily available. All I had to to was find it.

My fiancé at the time and I had no idea what to buy for our wedding reception. We had a list from our bartender but that was for a special cocktail. They were so helpful in advising us to make the right purchases for our budgets and tastes. I would highly recommend!

Great help and reasonable prices
We decided to get our wine from Total Wine for our wedding, and we couldn't have made a better choice. They have so many options at every price point. We were able to do a tasting at the store with some of our options, and they have some discounts when you buy in bulk. We were also able to take back unopened and undamaged bottles that weren't consumed at our wedding. I highly recommend!

Great Selection
Total Wine was responsive in setting up our consultation, and flexible when we needed to reschedule. We were offered great suggestions based on what food we were having, how many people, and what everyone's preferences were. We had fun tasting everything and made some great choices. We did underestimate how much white wine we would need but we were able to easily pick up some more. It was convenient being able to return what we did not use.

Brittany was amazing helping us with our choices and quantity. We met with another staff member who helped us with liquor choices and quantity. Super helpful for our wedding
We had a great time working with Tuan and Pam our of the Mountain View store and Dan in San Mateo with regards to our wedding. Dans help in pre planning was fantastic and the execution from Pam and Tuan was unmatched. Pam went out of her way to pick up our wine from another store on her personal time and Tuan had it delivered on the dot. Such a pleasure and can’t wait to plan the next wedding for a friend using these guys.

It was really easy to work with Total Wine for our Wedding. We were planning our wedding from Texas for a wedding in Arizona. We were able to coordinate between both Total Wines to do tastings and ordering. The Total Wine policy is a bit better in Arizona because we were able to return anything that was unopened including beer, wine, and alcohol. They did a pretty good job calculating as well as we only ran out of vodka (thank goodness our venue had backups for us) and had enough of everything else. We had very little to return! Pick up and return took no time at all!

I went into Total Wine to see what was available for what I was looking for with wine and beer. I had two wines to compare to what Total Wine had and was able to get something better for a better cost too! The "wine guy" came up to help me, showed me what and where to go, loaded what I needed and helped estimate how much as well. While getting the wine another employee came over with the cases of beer I had requested with no heavy lifting on my part. Was in and out within 15 minutes! I was then after the wedding able to return what was not used with no questions asked. They made everything so simple and I was very grateful for a great experience!

Professional and easy to work with
We made an appointment online to do a wine tasting in the store to choose our wedding wines. We had a total of 6 people attend the tasting and Kaleb, the Total Wine employee, was great. We tried several wines and Kaleb was able to find us a red and a white that would keep us in our price range and tasted great. We also bought a bunch of beer from Total Wine and had some left over after our wedding. We took it back, and had no questions asked. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely use Total Wine for other parties/events.

We found the experience to be very helpful in planning our beverage needs at our reception. Total Wine also helped us with choosing the right bourbon for the groomsmen. The price of alcohol at Total Wine is very competitive and the planning/selecting process is free of charge. We definitely recommend Total Wine to anyone planning a reception. Easy to use. Had alot of help from experts at the store with choosing what best paired with our meal. Any un opened drinks can be returned with full refund which is an amazing deal.

Great service, great value, knowledgeable staff and they take back unopened bottles. We showed up only a few days before our wedding and they had 2 people available to meet with us right then. They helped pick out all of our booze for the event, and even gave us a nice bottle of bubbly to pop on our 1 year anniversary. They accommodated every request and made it so simple. I wouldn't go anywhere else but Total Wine for large purchases. They know what they are doing and have an amazing selection, and make it stress free!

The best spot for wedding wine

Very Consultative Approach With Great Recommendations
I cannot speak more highly of Total Wine & More. Their wine and Liquor recommendations were great. As a result I now have some favorite wines that I would not have found. They were very consultative in working with me, understood my guest count and budget. I really liked their return policy . Other suppliers didn't offer such a no guestions asked policy. As a result we over purchased to make sure we did not run out of what our guests wanted. Great online tools as well for any event planning.
