My biggest fear with hiring artists for my wedding was that my friends and I wouldn't look like ourselves. The Total Image Bridal Team blew away my expectations in terms of how natural the makeup could look. I have never felt so beautiful as I did on my wedding day and my bridesmaids, mom and mother-in-law all looked stunning. Carla did my hair so perfectly; she was flexible and made me so comfortable as she tweaked it a few times until we got it exactly how I wanted. Lexi and Brittany did the most beautiful makeup on all of us. I didn't have to worry at all how I looked, because I knew I looked amazing! Well done, team!

I loved everyone at Total Image Bridal!
Christa was so wonderful. I was a pretty picky bride and didn't quite know how to articulate what I was looking for, but Christa worked with me and helped me figure out what I was looking for. The entire team helped me feel so beautiful.
I have to mention how efficient they were too! We had 6 girls getting their makeup and hair done. I was a bit worried about the time, but we finished with time to spare! Everyone loved the way their hair and makeup turned out.

Awesome Experience! Highly recommend!
I had my wedding back in October of this year. I saw all the great reviews on weddingwire and reached out to TIB. I was responded to really quickly. I believe it was Christa who responded. I explained that I was late to booking hair and makeup and wanted to see if they had availability to come to my parent's home and do hair and makeup for 10 women. She quickly got back to me saying they had a big enough crew to accommodate my needs and were really excited to be a part of my special day. Whatta relief!
I went in for a trial and Brenda and Cathy were amazing and super sweet and fast and had a lot of great suggestions and helped me find a look that was perfect for me and my dress. They listened to what I want and nailed it! Not to mention that they were both super easy to talk to and super enthusiastic about hearing about my wedding and you could tell they loved what they do and are really talented at it too.
Since we had a big party getting ready on the wedding day, Total Image sent over 4 stylists (2 hair and 2 makeup- Brenda, Cathy, Maggie, and Carla) who all arrived on time/early and with great attitudes and really made me feel special on my day. Everyone felt so at ease because they had everything under control and it was like I was getting ready with 4 new girlfriends! My wedding party all felt the same and expressed at different times how unstressful of a wedding morning it was.
They even got done early and so my wedding party had time to relax, chat, eat and catch our breaths before the rest of the busy day.
I thought their prices were super fair especially in comparison to other places in my city (for reference, my wedding was just outside Chicago).
I had such a wonderful experience and I would HIGHLY recommend their services if you are looking for a no fuss, fun. and super professional experience on your wedding day.

Total image bridal was very friendly
We had a small bridal party with only five getting hair and 4 getting make up done. The 2 girls that came were very friendly, professional and listened to what everyone wanted. They were patient when pulling up pictures and showing examples. Everyone was very pleased with how their hair and makeup turned out, everyone looked great! They helped make my day very enjoyable and I would definitely recommend them!

They traveled to us and even helped with the flower girls hair. My ring bearer fell and bumped his head and had a big bruise on his forehead. Christa made sure to cover the bruise for me, so I would have flawless wedding day pictures.

Total image is great to work with! Christa was super responsive to my questions and helped ensure we had the best team for hair and makeup for my wedding. The hair stylists were all amazing and made us all feel super special. For makeup, I would recommend requesting to work with Angela, she was amazing! My makeup and hair stayed flawless all day and night! One tip is to be prepared to have tips prepared separately for each person (versus one tip all together) on the day-of, that will be easier.

Christa and her team were flawless! I went in for my trial for my wedding to determine whether I would use their services. I brought in pictures of what I liked and they were able to recreate exactly what I was picturing and MORE! They were gracious and easy to reschedule with after the COVID-19 pandemic, and made for a perfect day on our wedding. They were able to get 5 women's hair and makeup services done in under 2 hours and made sure everyone had exactly what they wanted. The quality of their products is also unmatched - my airbrush makeup needed no touch ups throughout the night! I also want to mention that their prices and beyond fair when you are comparing with others. I would use this team again in a heartbeat!

We had the very best experience using Total Image for wedding hair and makeup. Christa was responsive to my first request, and several follow up questions (of which I had many). I ultimately made the decision to book them because they don’t upcharge the bride! I didn’t do a trial because of so many moving parts & changing details due to COVID, but they were still able to do my hair and makeup exactly the way I wanted. I brought my own hairpiece, and they were able to use it without any problem. All my girls showed the artist an "inspiration pic" and everyone was pleased with their final results! The $10 lashes are WORTH IT. They are comfortable, lightweight, and really help finish the look. Their team was professional and friendly and took several safety precautions. For 8 bridesmaids, 1 mother of the bride, and 1 bride, we had 2 makeup artists and 2 hair stylists. They were so efficient, but took their time to make sure everybody felt beautiful. My bridal party looked absolutely GORGEOUS. Our hair and makeup lasted the entire day, and it was a hot one!

I Felt Like a Barbie
I got my hair and makeup done by one of their artists at the salon and everything turned out absolutely gorgeous for my elopement in Starved Rock. She was an absolute pro and it was actually really fun. I was so grateful to find them and she definitely exceeded my expectations. I cannot stop staring at my wedding pictures and I'm soooo glad I went here. It lasted a long time and wore beautifully. I was even able to wear my lashes until the next evening haha. I highly recommend them!

Best Beauty Team for the $$
The beauty team from Total Image Bridal was AMAZING! They came to us at the venue to get us ready, they had 3 beauty pros for my group of 6 for hair and makeup, and 2 for hair only, and we were all gorgeous by noon to do a 1st look and get our wedding party photos taken before the ceremony. The makeup artist was also celebrating her 1 year wedding anniversary later on the same day as my wedding, so she genuinely wanted us all to look and feel beautiful all day! My bridal party looked and felt beautiful until the wee hours the next morning. Whatever your bridal beauty vision is, Total Image Bridal can make it happen for you, and at a reasonable price, compared to some of the local competition.

Such amazing work!
I was so impressed with my hair and makeup and I got so many compliments! My makeup was beautiful even though I asked for totally different styles at my trial and on my wedding day. I used my trial makeup and hair for my engagement photos which turned out amazing and asked for a different look on the wedding day and both times my hair and makeup was beautiful! My hair stayed in place the entire night, through an outdoor ceremony, photos, and lots of dancing and my makeup stayed flawless as well! Both girls were so friendly and knew exactly what each of my bridesmaids, my mom, and mother in law wanted.

Christa and Jen did such a professional and amazing job on the hair and make up! Christa was so helpful in coordinating a second make up trial when I requested a few months before our big day. Super easy to work with and very responsive. They were able to send a team of 4 stylists (2 for hair, 2 for make up) for the total of 12 people the morning of the wedding so things moved quickly and we weren't rush. Another plus of such a large team coming to the hotel was that no one had to get up super early! We were all able to hang out and rotate through, keeping the morning relaxed and fun. Everyone looked great and loved the way the hair / make up turned out. Highly recommend, especially if you have a large number of hair/make up needs!

I used Total Image Bridal for my wedding this August and was so happy with the results. Christa was easy to reach and her prices were reasonable. We used the Platinum package and added on a few girls for a total of 8. I worked with Andrea for my trial as well as my day-of hair and makeup. She made me look beautiful and she was such a great person to work with. A team of 3 hair and makeup artists traveled out to Oak Park to work with us. They did not charge extra for travel. The only add on price is $10 for optional lashes. My bridesmaids all looked amazing. I would absolutely recommend Total Image Bridal and use them again.

I was so worried because it was SO hot outside the day of our wedding, and even through the outdoor ceremony and photos, my curls held much better than I anticipated. I had Christa do my makeup and my bridesmaids makeup for my wedding. She was always very responsive and she is extremely kind. I actually had our limo company cancel our limo a couple hours before our wedding while Christa was doing my makeup. She immediately started calling her contacts to try to help find our wedding party a limo. Lastly, she did a great job with my makeup. I had an outdoor wedding on a 108 degree day and my makeup looked great the entire day! I would definitely recommend Total Image!!

Wedding Date: May 26, 2018. I have to share how amazing this company is! I am not a woman who is good with make up or hair! I also feel that I am not very photogenic or good with these types of things. Andrea, the stylist, made me feel beautiful! She made me look and feel like a bride. I came at her with general ideas and she provided the perfect look. Better than the picture I showed her! She listened to every detail and made it happen without hesitation and so quickly. Even more, it stayed on all night. I will not lie, I even slept in the hair and make up and it stayed on! One of my bridesmaids showed her a picture of the hairstyle she wanted. Andrea took a glance at it and created a hairstyle exactly like the picture. She was so calming, great company, and is definitely the most talented stylist I have ever met. This is all with the price being so reasonable. Andrea really helped my girls and I feel so beautiful!

I cannot say enough good things about Total Image! They provided hair styling and airbrush make-up services for myself, and my mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother. My trial for hair and make-up took about an hour, and the services for four of us on the day of took about two and a half hours. Christa, with whom we did the booking, was always on top of everything and easy to reach; Jenn and Angela, our stylists, were so attentive to what we all wanted and are definite masters of their craft. We started taking photos at 2 pm and all of our styling was still going strong by midnight! I absolutely recommend Total Image for any event - they are a joy to work with and you will not be disappointed!

My wedding had to be the hottest day of the summer, but I still looked flawless by the end of the night (the church had no air conditioning and the reception was outside). Jessica did an AMAZING job! I knew immediately after my makeup trial that she would do an amazing job on my wedding day but she outdid herself. I cannot tell you how many compliments I received on my makeup and how flawlessly gorgeous it was and how my eyes popped. I am so over the top happy with my makeup because it looked amazing and professional but I also still looked like myself - it wasn't too much. Jessica also did several of my bridesmaids makeup too and everyone looked like perfection. Jessica is the best!!

I scheduled a trial for hair and makeup with Total Image after my first hair and makeup trial (with another company) was a total disaster. I do not wear or own makeup, but was getting a lot of pressure from others to wear makeup for my wedding day. Julie listened to me when I explained that I wanted natural makeup, and didn't pressure me at all to add things like eye liner or false eye lashes, which I felt would be too much for me. Julie also incorporated the head band I was wearing extremely well into the type of up-do I wanted for my hair. The trial left me feeling beautiful and confident, so I was very eager to book Julie for my wedding day. At first it was a little confusing to me that all my email and phone communication was with Christa, but she did a flawless job of making sure everything was set for Julie to come to the hotel where I was getting ready for the wedding. Julie did my hair and makeup, my mom's hair and makeup, and my mother-in-law's hair. She did an absolutely amazing job - everyone at the wedding kept commenting that they've never seen my mom look so good! My mother-in-law only wanted a French braid in her hair and wanted it to be done in her own hotel room (as opposed to where my mom and I were getting ready); Julie was so gracious about taking care of that without asking questions or commenting about how this was a strange request. All of us were very happy with the work Julie did, and I was especially grateful that the services were affordable. The airbrush makeup lasted all day on my mom and I - it is so light and comfortable, and it didn't budge despite the humidity on the wedding day. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

This was my second experience with Total Image Bridal. They were contracted for the hair and makeup for my sister's wedding 2 years ago. The hair and makeup for my sisters wedding turned out so beautiful that I knew I didn't want to look at other vendors, and needed to book with Total Image.

I live in NC, but my wedding was back home in the Chicago Suburbs (Westchester/Oak Brook area). Christa and her Total Image Team were incredible. I booked my wedding party, and when I needed to add my mother-in-law and niece (10 year-old -- just hair) at the last minute, they accommodated with no problem. I was a little apprehensive because I wasn't going to have time for a trial by the time I booked (I wouldn't make it back in town early enough), but I took a leap of faith anyway! They came to the hotel and got us ready, so the whole morning was relaxed and fun. No stressful salon trips, no transport concerns, etc., and they're a better value than most salons around! If you're thinking of booking Total Image but you're on the fence, go ahead and book. They are customer-focused and incredibly talented. With no trial, my hair and makeup was exactly as I imagined, and my bridal party, Mom, and mother-in-law looked great. You'll have wedding photos forever, and Total Image will make sure you look great!

The hair and makeup artists knew exactly what to do with my description of what I wanted to look like. On the actual day of my wedding, I looked exactly how I wanted to look. I met Andrea at my hair and makeup trial. I especially appreciated how she spent a lot of time listening to what I envisioned for the wedding and asking about my normal makeup routine so that she could create a look that was natural yet unique for my wedding day. At the end, I felt elegant very comfortable and ready to savor each moment of my wedding day.
On the day of my wedding, Andrea and one of her team members arrived to the hotel to do the hair and makeup for the bridesmaids - they were extremely efficient, which my bridesmaids loved (they didn't have to sit around for hours waiting while everyone else got their hair and makeup done).
I would highly recommend Andrea for bridal hair and makeup, in addition to the rest of Total Image Bridal's team artists!!!

My bridesmaids had the option to pick their own hair style and had pictures of what they wanted in mind. Jennifer was able to match their hair exactly to the picture and they all loved it. Not only did they do an amazing job on me (the bride) they did a FANTASTIC job on all my bridesmaids and Mother. They truly and whole heartedly were wonderful. So great!!! My wedding was on 11/26/16. We had Jessica do our makeup and Kelly do our hair. Both were WONDERFUL. We did a trial ahead of time which was super helpful - I made some adjustments for the actual wedding day and they were very accommodating. Along with my hair and makeup, they did my three bridesmaids, mom, and mother-in-law. Everyone was thrilled with how they turned out and looked great even at the end of the night. The day of the wedding we got ready at my parents' house and they met us there. They were on time, easy to work with, and so CALM. No rushing, impatience, etc. that I have experienced at other weddings. They actually lessened our stress! Just some nice chatting and taking our time getting ready. I used Total Image Bridal for my hair, makeup, and airbrush tan on 09/04/16. I am someone that is really picky when it comes to hair and makeup but I can honestly say that I was extremely impressed with Total Image and am very happy I decided to book them for my wedding. Christa did my makeup and I absolutely loved it! The airbrush look is perfect for a wedding. It gives off a natural look but still the perfect amount of coverage - there is nothing worse than having that cakey foundation look that many brides have up close when they don't do airbrush. Christa was also very reliable and got back to me right away with all my questions/calls, etc. I think the girl that did my hair's name was Jen.....I feel terrible that I can't remember for sure....but my hair was PHENOMENAL!! As a former hairstylist, I have never in my life been more impressed and excited about my hair. It was PERFECT! Four of the girls came to my house the morning of my wedding and were very nice and super professional. They did 8 girls' hair and makeup and were extremely quick. I also decided to get an airbrush tan. I was pretty nervous about this since I am pretty pale naturally and only had time to get this done the day before the wedding but it looked like a natural tan and I was the perfect color the day of the wedding. All in all, I was very happy with my decision to use Total Image and would definitely recommend them for others to use as well!

I had no idea who to use for hair and make up. I actually choose this vendor based on the "the knot" reviews and location. I was very happy with my make up and hair by Angela and Andrea. I had a large wedding party, 13 people needed hair and make up! The stylist were very efficient and finished early than expected. I'm not sure why any bride would go elsewhere - Total Image is AMAZING!!! Thank you Christa for having the best team. I had my trial done 2-3 months before my wedding and was instantly in love. They did such a fabulous job and the fact that they are priced lower than the other salons I had looked at is unbelievable. The quality of their work is top notch and in all honesty, I don't think the pictures on their website/social media do them any justice.
Unfortunately the girl who did my makeup during the trial ended up being unable to work the day of my wedding due to health issues. Christa called me right away to offer a complimentary trial with someone else but I decided to pass on that because I trusted her team. Jen (I hope I'm not mixing up names) did hair for me, my 5 bridesmaids, and my mom. She was FANTASTIC. Alex did our makeup and everyone looked flawless. I cannot emphasize enough how incredible I felt all day. When I first saw myself in the mirror after hair and makeup were done, I had no words. My makeup was perfection the ENTIRE day. When I got to the hotel at the end of the night, I could not believe that I still looked flawless. I keep getting compliments on the hair/makeup and people asking who did it. Total Image provided onsite hair and makeup for my and did a fabulous job in making us all look and feel beautiful. The makeup artist and hairstylist were fun, personable, and very talented. They were efficient and ensured that everyone was happy with how they looked. Wonderful to work with and I would recommend Total Image to any bride.

My hair and makeup and my bridesmaids' hair and makeup were absolutely perfect for my wedding day! My look was exactly what I wanted, bridal pretty with a focus on my eyes. It was very easy to communicate with Christa and she went above and beyond on the day of the wedding. She provided onsite makeup and another team member did onsite hair/updo. Christa made the morning special and went out of her way to touch up the bridesmaids' makeup after they ate snacks. I highly recommend Christa and her team! The prices are right ($140/bridesmaid) and the service is top-notch. Honestly, I've stood up in numerous weddings and Total Image did the best hair and makeup compared to all the other companies.

So far I have only had my trial but I was so happy with the work that they did! First of all, I had to reschedule my first trial at the last minute due to a family emergency but they were so accommodating to help me make a new appointment. When I came in, I gave them an idea of what I was looking for and I have to say that they nailed it to a T. Jennifer and Alyssa not only gave me the look I had in mind but they were so quick! I was in and out in less than 45 minutes for hair and makeup. I have no worries going into my wedding day.

I am so glad I went with Total Image. Christa and her girls were just simply amazing from start to finish. Jennifer was my hairstylist, Alyssa was my makeup artist and they made me and all my girls look absolutely breathtaking on our wedding day. They were all very professional, super duper nice, they worked fast and efficiently, and they were also very reasonable priced compared to the other companies I shopped around for. I really appreciate that they would not stop working until I was completely satisfied with how everyone's hair and makeup looked. My sister is getting married next year and loved them so much that she is definitely going to sign up with Total Image as well.

Every bride should book Total Image Bridal. When I first inquired about hair and makeup Christa's responses were so quick and she always answered every question I had. I went for my trial a month and a half before my wedding date and was very impressed with both my hair (done by Jen) and my airbrush makeup (done by Christa). Christa was also very flexible. Fast forward to my wedding day and I have never in my life felt so beautiful!!! My make up and hair looked beyond perfect, my make up and hair lasted all day and all night (even after sweating while dancing). I received so many compliments on how beautiful I looked...14 days later I still have friends and family still complimenting me. I ended up doing a different hair style then what I did at my trail and Jen did an outstanding job. Like I said I have never felt so beautiful in my entire life! I also had 3 of bridesmaids get hair and makeup done and all of them looked gorgeous! I will be referring Christa and her team to everyone I know!!! Don't make the mistake and not book them...these ladies are amazing at what they do!

I found Total Image Bridal from just searching the web, and they seemed to have many great reviews. I loved that they offered a package perfect for my bridal party, so I booked the Platinum package for myself and 4 bridesmaids. I did not do a trial run, I had a hairpiece and an idea. My girls had some basic ideas, but that was all they needed to do an fantastic job! Truly I did not know I could look that good. The best was that they came to the room, on time, and it only took like 2.5 hrs. Additional costs, we paid for two cars to park and for two sets of fake eyelashes to be applied. Overall, the value was phenomenal! Highly recommend.

I purchased hair & makeup for my bridesmaids and my Mother as their gifts and it was Total Image did not disappoint!
On my wedding day they traveled to the hotel suite where we were getting ready, listened to what each woman (4 bridesmaids, mother of the bride and myself) wanted and customized the look for each of us. If any one of us wanted to adjust the hairdo, lighten the eye makeup, darken the lipstick etc. they were quick to update for each of us. Both women have such great attitudes, fit in with our group and seemed to be genuinely interested in getting everything right for each of us.
My mother also got fake eyelashes and I can't even count how many people told her (and us) how glamorous she looked. The airbrushing made us all look picture perfect from noon until midnight. My waterproof mascara was true to it's word when I teared up during our ceremony, and I wouldn't change a thing.
The 'all-inclusive' pricing and portable card reader made it easy for me to pay them right away on the day of the event and not have to worry about anything from that point on. They even provided a little lipstick for our flower girls that wanted to join in on the fun!

We had Mindy for hair and Angela for make up and they did a phenomenal job. Most of the bridesmaids hadn't chosen any particular style prior to the day and they were really good at reading the girls and figuring out how to do their hair and make up with little to no direction. Despite the rainy and somewhat windy weather, everyone's hair looked gorgeous all day. My groom loved the way Angela did my make up. Both Mindy and Angela fit right in with the group the whole time they were with us and joined in on our conversations like they were old friends. I would definitely recommend using Total Image!

Total Image is so easy to work with. They have been super professional, flexible and accommodating. When it comes to deciding what kind of look you are going for, they are very communicative and helpful with suggestions when needed. My whole bridal party looked stunning the day of the wedding. We almost had a mini-crisis where some family members wanted to add themselves on to the hair and make up schedule the night before the wedding. Christa was in crisis aversion mode and made plans to come in the very next day in addition to her team. I would definitely recommend Total Image. With so much going on the morning of the wedding, it's completely worth it for the Total Image team to come to you - so you and the bridal part can relax, instead of shuffling 8+ people around. We ALL got ready in time....If anything, we were ahead of schedule and still looked fabulous.

Christa did an absolutely amazing job with my makeup and all of my bridesmaids' makeup for my wedding! First off, Christa is great to work with and she gets back to you right away with everything. She's also very professional and goes above and beyond when doing her job. For example, my mom had put on moisturizer before getting her makeup done which doesn't allow the airbrush to stay on. When noticing this, Christa had my mom wash off the makeup she had already put on and she started over so that her makeup would look perfect. Christa also gets the makeup done so quickly but it is flawless because she has been doing this line of work for so long! We got everyone done on time and everyone was so happy with her work! Highly recommend!

Professional and flexible! I did the hair and make up trial and it was amazing, but began to feel like it was too much for me. (I wear very little to no make up daily) I tried to schedule another trial, which they were very helpful and flexible about, but just couldn't fit it into my schedule. The day of my wedding I had her do a completely different look (which I was so nervous about) and I looked amazing!! I felt and looked like myself, not too over done, and pictures look incredible. All my girls also looked amazing and they were in and out quickly so we could enjoy the morning together. Great work!!

I would highly recommend Christa and her team! They were so amazing. The hair and makeup on everyone was AMAZING. We all looked absolutely beautiful. My mom was afraid of my 16 year old sister/maid of honor getting her makeup done because she didn't want her to look "too mature or sexy" (haha, moms) but she looked gorgeous.
On a side note, they were also incredibly affordable for an onsite Chicago wedding and don't charge more for the bride, which I had a lot of trouble finding. I would definitely use her again!

I loved my hair and make-up and it looked exactly the same on my wedding day as it did in the trial. Both held up perfectly on an 85 degree day for an outside wedding. My bridesmaids looked great and got exactly what they wanted. Our team was awesome and so fun and personable it really made getting ready extra fun. They came onsite and were on time and ready to go. Christa and her team are nothing short of AMAZING! I looked and felt gorgeous on my wedding day, and that is not only due to Christa and Jen's talents, but also their beautiful personalities. They were a blast to hang out with as we got ready! My makeup and hair lasted all day, and not once did I feel like I even needed to touch up...they are THAT good! Christa and Jen did 6 hair appointments and 10 makeup appointments the morning of my wedding day, and we didn't feel rushed or worried at all. They traveled to us, and were flexible in our Hospitality Suite; even without any windows/natural light, Christa did our makeup perfectly! I would 100% book Total Image again in a heartbeat. I was referred to this company from two friends and Christa was absolutely amazing! My sister and I did a makeup trial with her and booked the same day. Very accommodating with my requests as I kept adding on people for makeup until the week of the wedding. She and Jen showed up on time and was finished on schedule. My makeup was flawless, even better than the trial and lasted the entire night. I don't wear makeup on a daily basis and this was my first time with airbrush but Christa managed to give me a natural look without looking too "heavy". She is easy to work with and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Christa for making me look outstanding on my big day!

Initially, I asked for hair and makeup for 5 people and asked if they would come back and change my hairstyle for the reception. They had no problem accommodating any requests, such as adding more people on for hair and makeup. The day of they were on time, worked really well, and even let me add one more person that day. Everyone came out beautiful, one of the girls had extensions in her hair (clip on's) and they dealt with them wonderfully. We had a great time and everyone was ready on time.
