Need a Limo or Party bus, look no further

If you are looking for a great looking Limo, look no further. Top Limousine should be your choice. They are easy to work with. Set up times after hours for us to look at their fleet. Arrived on time and waited for us while we were running late. The Escalade was in perfect shape. Their party bus fleet looks amazing too. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable about where we needed to go. He took us around downtown and to our final destination without issues. I would definitely use them again for another event.

They were great on our wedding day! We got a shuttle bus for our hotel guests. The bus was clean and the driver was very nice. Great experience!

We rented the Lincoln town car stretch and were delightfully surprised to see the Cadillac SUV super stretch awaiting us outside the church on our wedding day. The driver was super friendly, I believe his name was Dorian, and so professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to hire a limo. How amazing it was and it even had the just married stickers on the back with red carpet treatment. Our driver was even happy to drive around from place to place to get some outdoor photos!

We had a Cadillac Escalade Esv Super Stretch which was in impeccable shape and able to comfortably seat 14 people (with a special VIP section for me and my hubby). Though our driver was a few minutes behind, she was otherwise very professional and very accommodating. The price was also very reasonable.

Me and my fiance were extremely pleased with Top Limousine, we went to look at their cars and they were in excellent shape the owner really takes pride in his business which was a relief because after looking at a couple of limo companies which had really beat up limos we almost gave up. Thank God for Top Limousine! Our driver Kim was awesome we got the red carpet treatment and he kept the limo nice and cool for us. I would recommend this company to all my friends!

This is another vendor who is difficult to rate. We dealt with the owner of the company when making the arrangements. He was responsive and helpful, and we enjoyed meeting him when we drove up to look at the vehicles. The cars are all in beautiful shape, and it's obvious he takes great pride in his fleet. We had seen other limos that were is terrible shape, so it was a welcomed change. We were given a military discount and upgrade, which we really appreciated.

The day of the wedding was a different story. When the driver arrived he shut down the limo, so when we entered the car it was sweltering. Each time he shut it down, (which was every time the car was actually not moving), it just became hotter, and never actually cooled off in the back. We provided addresses for each destination ahead of time, but the driver never bothered to get directions. If he had, then he would have known where to go. We left for the ceremony, and he went in completely the wrong direction. We had to tell him where to go, and then he almost drove past the venue and we had to holler for him to stop. The same thing happened when he took the bridal party into town for photos after the ceremony, even though we had provided the addresses ahead of time. I don't understand this...how much effort does it take to go on the internet and look up 3 addresses? It was a really hot day, and the fact that the limo never cooled off contributed to the Bride becoming ill from the heat, since there was no way for her to get relief from the heat.

The most important tip I can give you is this: do NOT include the tip ahead of time. Our driver would not have received a tip at all if we were to evaluate the service we received from him after the event. We thought it would be convenient, and were promised and expected professional service. Lesson learned on our part!

We know that no wedding goes perfectly, but these are things that shouldn't have occured. The company is great, but this particular driver was terrible. I would recommend this company to a friend, with the qualification that they speak to the owner ahead of time regarding the driver.

Terrible driver. Talked down to us terribly. Was upset for asking to go somewhere else, worst service I've ever had. I throw parties like these and it's the worst, most offense service I've ever seen cross my path.

Reserved two limousines for my wedding and they arrived 30 minutes late. The driver, of the limousine I was in, rushed me as if she had something more important to do other than her job. The driver wouldn’t even allow my photographer to take photos of my wife and I in the limousine. The worst part of the experience was that the driver was texting and driving while speeding and then would slam the brakes. I requested the glass that separates the driver and the passengers to be closed because the driver was cursing and screaming the entire trip but the driver only had it up half way so we heard everything. After finally reaching our destination the driver kicked us out of the limousine and my wife ran to the bathroom and vomited due to the crazy driving. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! They will ruin your event and put your life in danger. I would’ve been better off using a taxi than this company. Very unprofessional

Had a very bad experience with the drivers of the limo, bad attitude and came 30 mins late and they drive like a maniac, I think they send there drivers drunk or something! I tried contacting the owner but it seems like the driver always answers and went transfer me..Will not deal with them again and will not recommend anyone.. STAY AWAY... YOU WILL REGRET DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE..

I had a wedding on 7/6/18 and the colored women that drove the Range Rover was crazy. I'm serious, look into the company and the driver herself, this was insane. Her eyes were red, dressed unprofessional with stains all over her clothes and had the worst attitude I ever met. She was mentally strange and drove like she was in the video game GTA. She acted like an 8 years old kid while crossing the yellow double lines many times and skipped many red lights. She kept saying "I am Heath Ledger the Joker from the dark knight" while laughing out loud. I was in shock and I have asthma which I had to use three inhalers so I don't have an asthma attack. She ruined my wedding. I will never use Top Limousine Service Inc ever again and I shall make sure everyone I know, family, friends, co workers, and all my followers on social media that if they want to live longer by not putting their life in risk of an unprofessional limo company, to use a more professional limo company for a party or a wedding. I shall repost this message every other day on all my social media until I recieve a call from the owner or manager. I tried to call the manager many times but didn't go through.
