Sara was easy to work with. She worked with me to come up with a design for my photostrip and guest book. All of our guests had fun with all the props she provided! It was nice having an online gallery to see everyone's pictures. Definitely a great keepsake. Setup went without a hitch and the photos came out great! -

Lauren Sent on 05/31/2018This was a last minute purchase for us, due to the fact that my husband didn't want to spend any more money! However, this was something that I wanted sooooo badly - well, I got it and let me tell you it was worth every penny and my husband says the same thing! Everyone absolutely loved it and had so much fun!! People love these photobooths. One of our favorite things we did after we got home from the honeymoon was to go through the "guest book" of all the photos and notes from our guests! Hire Top Hat, you won't be disapponted - they made sure to get our bridal party together and made sure that everyone made their way to get into that booth! Best. Money. Spent. Thanks Sarah! -

Lauren Sent on 04/11/2012Absolutely the highlight of our wedding for our guests. Every time we looked over there was a line to get into the booth. What a great idea my mom had to include the booth at our wedding. Robert and his staff were incredibly professional and so helpful to everyone. So many guests commented what a great keepsake of the wedding the pictures were. At the end of the night we were handed a completed scrapbook of all the pictures that were taken along with a DVD!! Many companies we had interviewed charged for every little "extra" including the scrapbook. It was all included in Robert's price AND he was the most economical. My hat's off to TOP HAT Photo Booth Rental. -

Andrene Sent on 10/10/2011All the guests (both young and old) had a blast in the photobooth. Robert and team really did a fantastic job. I especially love the custom guestbook and CD of all the images. I highly reccomend these guys if you are looking for something different for your wedding or other event. -

Priya Sent on 07/09/2012Everyone had a blast with the photo booth at our wedding! The props were great and our technician did a great job managing everything. Afterwards, we received a photo album with all of the evening's photos and the photos were also posted online for our guests to see. I highly recommend this vendor-it adds a unique touch to the wedding! -

Top Hat Photo Booth's wedding package gave me a beautiful photo album that night to take home filled with copies of everyone's photo strips and some great notes from guests! The attendant had a full table of props for guests and was so nice some folks even pulled him in for a quick photo! -

User6244237 Sent on 11/28/2012I booked TopHat after meeting them at a Bridal Showcase. The point of contact (owner?) wasn't very responsive, often taking days or weeks to respond. I appreciate even a "I'll be in touch in a couple of days" response when planning a huge event because it gets so stressful. The price was good because we booked a special price from the show, but the photo album I received after our wedding isn't too great. It's a photo album you could get on sale at Michael's and some of the pictures the people put in it are very crooked and not all the way under the plastic sleeve over the pages. I just wasn't that impressed with that product. Since booking TopHat, I have seen another photo booth company that does a binder type book and adds pages as they're filled up at your wedding which I loved. The photo booth itself was a blast and I'd say it is something to put on your splurge list for your wedding! TopHat did give us a CD, which I liked. -

User1455699 Sent on 11/27/2013The only positive thing I could say about Top Hat is they showed up and they gave us some of our money back. Please, if you are even remotely excited about having a photo booth at your wedding and it is important to you to have a nice book and usable photos of your guests, use another company.
To say we had an awful experience with Top Hat is an understatement. When we showed up to our cocktail hour, one of our guest came up to show us her picture from the photobooth. It showed only the top of her head (due to poor placement of the camera) and had a high school reunion logo from what I can only assume was their last event. We went up to talk to the person running the booth and were surprised to find a 14 year-old. He had to then go find his dad to fix the incorrect logo (we asked for no logo) which required that they shut down the photo booth for a half an hour (which time they never made up).
We also noticed our photo album buried under all the props. Apparently, they were not instructing or assisting our guest to place their photos in the book and write a note, so no photos had been placed in the album. We asked them to fix this and the angle of the camera so it wasn’t just taking pictures of our guest’s foreheads. They failed to either. One of our guests ended up getting a milk cart for people to stand on, but even then, people were jumping to get in the photos.
We also found out later that Top Hat had demanded from our wedding coordinator that we move a table (full of guest) out from under the tent so they could set up their booth under our tent. They did not seem equipped to be outside in the elements (which, for us, was a beautiful day). Our coordinator said she would go out of her way to not recommend Top Hat because they were so awful to work with.
The album we received was poorly put together, wet, and the photos were awful, mostly unusable. Please, whatever you do, save the time and frustration (and money) and use a different company.
