I was not let down. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They did what we requested and more. I would recommend them for weddings, receptions, and parties. I had all there and each experience was different and WONDERFUL.

I have been working with Gina on planning my up coming event. I am extremely happy to have a professional available to me to be sure that all of the small details are not over looked. Our wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to all the great ladies at Tony's. I could not be happier with the service I received since Day 1. And on my wedding day they did not let me down. The service was absolutely phenomenal. And my guests loved dinner.

Tony's Reception Palace provided me with nothing less than superb and exceptional service. They granted me all my wishes and made my feel like family each and every time I visited and call. They were flexible and did EVERTYTHING they could to make my dream wedding day vision a reality.

They say "you only get married once" and I'm glad we chose Tony's Reception Palace. The decorations are beautiful, the people are very pleasant and we knew the moment that we met Gina, we were in good hands. She catered to all of our requests and made sure that we left Happy every visit... Especially with a mimosa! We want to personally Thank Gina for all the hard work and dedication...& We can't wait to see what she has prepared for us on our Special Day!!

We had our wedding reception here, because this place had history for us. So it was mostly for sentimental value. Unfortunately the quality of service was not what we expected. They weren't willing to work on our ideas for our wedding reception. It was very by their book. From the moment we placed our deposit, they had an I don't care about your event attitude. When I spoke to the owner about how unhappy I was about everything and what could be done to fix the situation he came right out and told us he would not give us our money back if we wanted to go elsewhere. Basically we were stuck with them. To say they were rude would be an understatement and to make matters worse they did not fulfill their end of the contract. Our centerpieces as well as our center isle were not what we had chose and paid for. They gave us a very hard time when it came to the set up of our extras (favors, guest sign-in book, our table seating chart, etc.). We agreed to go the night before as no one was using that room and the day before we were going to set up they said no. They wanted us to do the set up the day of the wedding. After a very nasty conversation, they relinquished and let us set up the day before our event. As for the day of our event, they were still setting up the flower arrangements and the cake and cake table when my guests were arriving. The only positive thing I have to say about this place is that the service provided by the staff the DAY OF the event was pleasant and the food was good. With all the money we spent to make this venue look descent I could have gone to the hotel where I originally wanted to hold our reception. Honestly, I will never use this place for any other event and would not recommend this venue to anyone. Beware and read the fine print.

Disappointed with the venue

Terrible business on our wedding Day. The photographer did not capture our ceremony and did not have any empathy. Talk to the owner Damian who stated that he'll reach out to us on 01/20/2026 still hasn't heard from him. Marlene and the lady who was my go to person the day of the event were the only people who made it a pleasure to work with.
Gina was my event coordinator but it seems that everything was that bare minimum.
Disappointing and I'll be getting an attorney.
We waiting to see the outcome before hand but now it's more of them just not caring because they received their money.

rude, unprofessional. Once they have your money they do whatever they want. They dont care about their customers at all. Wish I could give 0 star!

Im in the military and my wife and I were planning on doing our wedding in this place. We requested a quote and came to an agreement because they seemed professional and very organized, we gave a deposit and agreed to make monthly installments to pay the rest. We were ready to move forward and covid-19 hit us hard, I received military orders and my wife lost her job. Im currently getting ready to go overseas with my unit and contacted Tony’s reception palace to see how they would help out with our current situation in getting our money back to get back on track and after several attempts and waiting, They finally agreed to partially give some of the money back, after disputing that we gave them more money, dealing with a manager named “Damain” very rude and unprofessional screamed at my wife and said that he will only give back 350 dollars and If she wanted she can stop by to get her check but nothing more. In reality it was 1,050 dollars we had to get back,apart from the 1,000 dollars of the deposit that they said they will not return regardless of our situation . Luckily we kept a copy of every receipt and forward it to one of the other managers named “marina” and stated that they would keep the entire deposit because thats their policy and they cant do anything about that but finally agreed to refund us 1,050 dollars. Both parties came to an agreement and signed a contract stating we have agreed to only receive back the installments made but not the deposit every 25th day of each month. It is now february 11, 2021 and I decided to call. Damian, one of the managers said very rudely that they have mailed the check and If the check never gets to us then too bad!, that theres nothing they can or would do to help us and hung up the phone. It is very stressful to deal with this type of situation specially when is your dealing to get back your own hard worked money and is now forced to do business with them because they said that the only way of getting our deposit back is to do business with them and If not too bad. Tonys reception palace doesnt care about our service members and families, you will just get told “well too bad!” And hung up on you. Wont recommend this place to anyone of my brothers and family members. If a life situation happens they will use that to their advantage of that and laugh in your face.

terrible and liars

Among all of the other banquet halls we searched for to have our wedding in, Tony's made it seem like this would be the best place to have our event and anywhere else would be a mistake. he told us about how his sons owned other halls we were looking at and would talk down on their business and say his was the best out of them all.. "there is nothing like tonys" was their catch phrase. when unfortunate events occurred and we had decided to cancel the whole reception, we were told that there will be no refund and that we would just give away our contract to someone else. ummm, why would we give our contact and our money to someone else ??? when we felt like in order to save our money put in and try to at least make a smaller party, they said they wont reduce the price because they "dont do discounts" they were just full of lies from the beginning. the owner reeled us in by saying he will discount this and give us that, but then when it comes to another situation , he now doesnt do "discounts" which isnt even a discount that we asked for. we just wanted to make our party smaller than what we originially had so that our total would be reduced, being that it will be a smaller party. Its as if their attitude towards you completely changes once you give them a deposit and they stop acting like they care about you and your day.
