Tom made our day so special

Tom was an amazing dj for my husband and my wedding reception. He was flexible with meeting with us and made the playlists match the mood we wanted for the event. I have known Tom for many years and he has yet to disappoint with his abundance of music options and his electric personality. I highly recommend him for any and all events.

Excellent experience with Tom

I have known Tom professionally for a long time and always find him to be very professional. He played the music that we requested. He was on time and set up early so the party could go without any issues. I plan to hire him again.

Tom saved the wedding day!

We hired Tom for our son's wedding in September. He was very professional and easy to work with! As we have never planned a wedding before, we did not really know what to expect or what to do in general. Tom helped us through the process, making it very easy for us. The ceremony and reception were done very well!! He guided things along beautifully through the reception, games, speeches and of course DANCING! He even went the extra step when our sparklers failed to light upon the exit, he had a back up plan with light sticks that worked out beautifully!! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the wedding/reception and that was certainly in large part due to Tom and his staff! Thanks again!!

Wedding anniversary celebration

Tom was very professional! He showed up nicely dressed and set up in time. He played music that really got the crowd going. This was our second time to see Tom perform and we are already booking him for another event next year. You won’t be disappointed!

Great assortment of music

Tom did a great job for our wedding and reception. He had a wide assortment of music ready to go at any given time. I had asked that he play dance music that could get our guests on their feet & he made some great choices. He was recommended to me by a good friend & I will now definitely pay it forward. Way to go Tom !!

Very professional!

Highly recommended! Tom customized music to fit a teen/youth dance and kept everyone engaged and dancing. Great playlist and high quality sound. The equipment is top notch. Worth every penny. My guests are still commenting on the music!

He was amazing. Due to unexpected rain, we had to change just about everything. He didn't miss a beat. Everything went off smoothly. My friends and family enjoyed themselves and were amazed how he was able to let me incorporate my oldest son standing in for my father in that father daughter dance. The evening was amazing and we could not have done it either out him.

Tom played the music we requested for each part of our 50th anniversary celebration. He did requests without hesitation and played music that met the needs of the ones (age groups) that where dancing at any given time. In particular, playing music for the children to dance to while the adults finished eating and visiting. Couldn't have had a better D.J.

Tom is an amazing DJ! He offers many services that other DJ's do not offer including a personalized love story that every guest at my reception loved! He also has a vast library of music and lets you pick songs that you definitely want played and ones that you would be ok with not playing at your reception. He is very professional and replies promptly to every email. He will also come to you for face to face meetings! I wish I could give Tom a million stars because he deserves it! If you live in the DFW area you must have Tom as your DJ!

We used Tom's Weddings and Events for our 40th High School Class Reunion; the DJ was very responsive to our requests and kept the music at the level that we wanted (we wanted to be able to both listen to good music from the '70's AND talk to each other) I would definitely use them again!.

Tom did a fantastic job at our wedding. I loved that his song selections were online for us to pick. Several people came up to us and mentioned he played great music. I also appreciated that Tom has an intake form for the MCee Work he provides. Watching people's reactions was amusing! What you get for the dollar amount was superb, and Tom was always responsive by email, text and phone. HIGHLY recommended.

Tom was a wonderful choice for our wedding! He is very experienced and knows exactly how the flow of things should go, which made me feel reassured. He helped me come up with a schedule of the wedding reception which really helped me out. And on the night of, he was great at moving on from one event to the next seamlessly. I liked that he always came over to me and my husband to ask if we were ready for speeches, first dance, cake cutting, etc. He really puts his customer first! He also had really fun ideas such as a "grand entrance", and newlywed games if that's your thing! The grand entrance was the most hilarious thing because we didn't tell the groomsmen/bridesmaids they would have to be introduced in front of everyone. It was funny to see them sweat but as soon as they walked out to songs we picked specifically for them they had a blast dancing through the reception venue to their seat while everyone cheered for them. I am sure they felt like superstars. He was very quick to respond to any email/question I had (and I had a lot cause I was OCD lol). Talk to Tom about how he does the songs playlist, because we were a little confused when some of the songs we picked for just the dancing part of reception weren't played. I think all the songs you want played should be on his "must play" list. Not all of ours were. But the songs he picked were great dancing songs and everyone had a blast anyways! It was a WONDERFUL night and I wish we had way more time to dance!

He was great. The only thing that could've been better was the sound. When I walked down the aisle as well as the bridal party no one could hear the music. Overall though, he was great and professional!

My parents 60th birthday party was a huge success, having a DJ really got the party going. Doug was awesome, he went above and beyond to make sure guest enjoyed themselves! Tom was available for all my questions leading right up to the party! Next event I host I will gladly use them again!

He was willing to work within our budget and funky set up. He set up in two locations. His website is very helpful for the DIY bride. He kept me in the loop with all issues and questions. He worked in the short time frame we had on our wedding day and kept me on track. The bridal party announcements were great! He is a great option! Highly recommended.

Tom did an amazing Job!!! He went out of his way to make my son and daughter-in-laws day extra special. His pricing was very reasonable.He gave us wonderful ideas and the Bride and Groom game was so neat had the crowd laughing so hard :) After the wedding we had so many people come up to us and say that was the Best Wedding they had ever been to. The Bridal parties danced down the isle to amazing music. It was a wonderful night!!! One that will never be forgotten. I will use him again and recommend him for your party needs!!!

I worked with Tom for several years at Operation Graduation. He did an awesome job. He was always on time and the kids always had a great time with him. He had a big variety of music to select from. He was very reasonable on his rates.

Amazing and Kind!!

Tom is a great dj who knows what he is doing. We never though we would get people in our family on the dance floor and Tom managed to get them dancing all night!! He can read a crowd and do his own thing but also takes direction well and is very flexible. We loved having Tom at our wedding and would do it again! He is kind, caring, and hardworking--we are thankful we found him.

Tom was an amazing DJ!!!! We had a slight problem with the sound but he fixed it very quickly! Also we LOVED the newly wed game! it was a huge hit! I would highly recommend him.

I contacted Tom exclusively via email and his website contact page, and he was always prompt and courteous in his replies. His online playlist tool and event planning page was so convenient and helpful. The husband and wife team of Doug and Kristen were my DJs, and they were prompt (early, in fact, which I appreciated), worked with my venue layout, and very courteous and professional. They engaged well with my guests, and I received so many compliments about the variety of the great playlist, not just from my guests, but from the photo booth vendor as well! I would recommend Tom's Weddings and Events DJ services and would use them again.
