Tom recently married my husband and I in a beautiful and intimate ceremony. He was incredibly professional, personable, and easy to work with. He set aside time before the wedding and was extremely communicative throughout the entire process with all of our wants and needs. Amazing, Professional, and Honest
When we met with Tom the first time we hit it off right away. He's very well spoken, knowledgeable, and articulate. Tom made us feel comfortable from day one. He answered all our questions and checked all the boxes. He made things user friendly and seamless. We enjoyed Tom's thoughtfulness and wonderful sense of humor. We were glad to have Tom administer the wedding vows and we enjoyed having Tom at our reception. We feel like we've gained a friend with Tom. Best Officiant you could ever find!
Tom is an absolute gem, just a lovely human being. He’s so kind and down to earth yet has a witty and great sense of humor side to him. I had reached out to multiple officiants in Sedona and even a couple in Phoenix. To my surprise some never responded or made initial contact with very slow follow up - forgot to get back to me or just didn’t have a great overall vibe. Your wedding day is very special so often overlooked is the officiant marrying you - that should be just as special in my opinion! Tom was very responsive, very thorough and is a highly valuable asset to your wedding day - really enjoyed working with him! He is very responsive via email and/or text whichever you prefer, he has completely customizable ceremony templates and has a lot of little helpful tidbits, tips and insights beyond just your ordinary officiant. Highly recommend, even if we had gotten married in Phoenix I would have hired him to go there!! He truly shines in his profession and you can tell he genuinely cares about what he does and the weddings he officiates. So happy we found him!Tom Vitron's reply:

My wife and I have nothing but praise for our Wedding Officiant, Tom Vitron who took so much time to learn about us and the history of our relationship. Tom did an amazing job incorporating our beliefs, hopes, and personality into our wedding ceremony at the Grand Canyon. Most of our guest commented on his heartfelt delivery, sense of humor and his presence. We felt that Tom was extremely sensitive to our unique needs, quite responsive to our messages and very professional and prepared. We thought he performed quite seamlessly. We truly appreciated his flexibility, listening skills and sense of humor when we had to pivot our ceremony due to a hotel fire alarm and a pending storm. (Epic!!) He was quite masterful at handling the unexpected. His warm, kind and calming demeanor helped to keep us all at ease, not only during the ceremony but also during our wedding planning process. In addition, many of our guests were truly impressed by the personal nature of Tom. We would not hesitate to give him our strongest recommendation in addition to our sincere Thanks. Tom was truly amazing to work with. He listened to what we were looking for in our ceremony and sent us multiple options for a script. I ended up taking parts of his scripts and put together our own. We found specific wording for our vows and added that as well. Tom guided us through the rehearsal and really helped to calm our nerves on the big day. He performed the ceremony flawlessly was so kind and so professional. We highly recommend. He was the perfect minister/officiant for our wedding day. Thank you Tom for everything you did for us! -

For anyone reading this Tom was amazing!! My now husband and I planned a destination wedding so I’m sure as most can imagine it’s hard finding vendors online when you can’t meet them in person. Tom set up a zoom call for us to discuss exactly how we wanted the ceremony to go. He also sent templates to work from in case we didn’t want to completely write our own vows. This was really appreciated since my husband and I did a private vow reading so we were able to just use a template Tom provided for our big day! He was on time, super friendly and made me feel completely relaxed during our ceremony. If you’re looking for an officiant, he’s the one!Tom Vitron's reply:

My husband and I hired tom to officiate our beautiful wedding in Sedona in March of 2025. We felt a connection with him right away and knew that he was a good person. He is professional, personable, knowledgeable, resourceful, inclusive, and excellent at what he does. We were so thrilled with how he facilitated our ceremony. He greeted our guests in three different languages per our request and did a wonderful job with all requests. He even took the time to sign our guestbook! I honestly can say that you won’t find a better officiant
Tom was a true gentleman, we got extremely lucky when deciding on Tom, the communication before, during and after our wedding was first class.
Tom chatted with us, got to know us (FaceTimed as we live in the UK) and by the day of the wedding we felt he was part of the family.
We even had a giggle during my wedding vows as I forgot the lyrics of a song I was singing and he helped me sing 😊
We had sand blessing and it was just all so perfect.
Honestly get him booked up, I promise you once you have you won’t have to worry about the blessing and can concentrate on the day.
Just a quick note for Tom…
We are coming back to Sedona in June 2026 and would love if it we can book you in for an anniversary blessing back at cathedral rock 😊

A wonderful addition to our Elopment
Tom was so wonderful to work with. So kind, non judgmental, and open to our ideas. He gave us sample ceremonies to help with the development of our ceremony. The day of the wedding the weather turned and Tom turned into a weatherman to help us track the storm. He was flexible in our last minute change of location and kept us and our family on task. You can tell Tom is a true professional at what he does. And what a surprise to receive a nicely printed copy of our ceremony. It was a wonderful gesture to memorialize our day. This is no exaggeration! I connected with Tom Vitron, Sedonaminister.org, immediately. He was very easy to talk to & very accommodating to me on the phone with my numerous questions. He also took the time to get to know my husband (fiance at the time) over the phone, as we were coming to Sedona from Texas to elope on 4/24/24. We were married at Cathedral Rock on a gorgeous day! Tom went out of his way to accommodate my mother & father-in-law from Iowa as they were unable to walk very far. He provided his own chairs for them to use as we were getting ready and for afterwards. The other 3 witnesses that are our friends came from Texas as well and were very impressed with Tom and how personable he was and he seemed like a long-lost brother to me. Bob and I are so pleased that we chose sedonaminister.org and we look forward to renewing our vows someday and having Tom officiate then as well. He is so patient & kind and we were thrilled to finally meet him after so many calls we had made to him. You won't ever regret booking sedonaminister.org!! It's the right choice!
