  Tobey was professional and passionate in what she was doing. She go beyond and above to make me look fabulous!! She keep fixing my make up during photo session when I was sweating under the big spot light, to make sure I look beautiful all day. All my friends said my make up was pretty and natural. I will definitely refer my friends to Tobey on their big day!

  I was being a procrastinator and did not start to think about booking a makeup artist for my wedding until about 3 weeks before the wedding. I contacted Tobey and she was able to find Irene to help me right away. On the day of, Irene showed up and reviewed some of the reference pictures I showed her and got started right away. I didn't have to tell her much -- she knew what she is doing. She was professional, open to listen to what I had to say, and fast. Upon her arrival, she saw the wedding has a garden theme and immediately suggested to use some of the flowers we had for the decoration on my hair. Those impromptu final touches with the flowers on my hair were simply amazing. Her make up and hair skills were so good, even the staff at the venue asked her for a business card. Thanks Irene for making me so happy on my wedding day. She made my day simple and effortless in this regard.

  I received many compliments on how good I looked on my wedding day and a lot of credit had to go to Tobey, who had done an amazing job doing my hair and makeup. She knew how to bring out my best features and design styles that fit my preferences. At the end my makeup was natural and elegant, the exact type of bridal look I was looking for. Tobey was also very responsive, patient, and easy to work with. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend her service.

  Tobey did an awesome job for my hair and make up. Beyond expectation. I had very long hair, she was super patient, and made me the prettiest ever on my wedding day. My husband joked if I could look like that everyday! She made my bridesmaid very very satisfied too. They were so happy too. Besides professional skill, Tobey was also very on time, and easy to get a hold off when I have questions. She also studied everybody's picture ahead of time, to make sure she is prepared to bring the best out of everybody. That's how a make up artist and hair stylist should be. Thumbs up!

  I really like my wedding makeup and hair design. I like moms' makeup and hair design too. My makeup artist Tobey really did a great job!! She is pretty nice and professional. I would like to recommend her to my friends. Thanks for her hardworking and help. Appreciate.

  I hired Tobey as makeup and hair stylist for my wedding. She did a great job for both my mom and I. I had a lot of compliments throughout the day. It looked natural and not over-done, which I was very happy about because I am not used to wearing make-up. I was very fussy and uncomfortable at the beginning (rubbing my eyes etc), but she was very patient with me. She stayed with me the whole ceremony and reception. I highly recommend her for a full day service, as I never had to worry about how my hair or makeup was throughout the day. I changed outfits three times, and she was very fast to do touch-ups and hair changes I also had her do a trial run with me, and that was very helpful. She is definitely worth it, and I will recommend her to all my family and friends in the future!

  After Tobey did my hair and make up trial. I immediately loved working with her. She understood perfectly what kind of look I wanted. On the actual wedding day, she did a pretty good job, also for my mom and mother in law.

  Toby is a professional and creative artist. She designed the make-up and hairstyle based on my personality so the make-up came out to be pretty yet natural. All of my friends praised Toby for the great job! Also, Toby is very friendly and easy-going. It was a pleasure to know her and get help from Toby.

  Tobey is an extremely professional, approachable, and flexible artist. She clearly went over the costs of her services when I initially met with her for the make-up trial. Tobey was really easy to work with and she was open to my ideas in changing my hairstyle several times.
  
  On the day of the wedding, Tobey and her three make-up assistants did hair and make-up for my six bridesmaids and me. They highlighted each person's features. The make-up was natural and light, not cakey and heavy. She and her assistants worked so efficiently on the day of the wedding that we finished ahead of schedule! As a result, we had more time to relax and take photos.
  
  I highly recommend Tobey if anyone who wants to work with someone reliable, easy going, and professional.

  I hired Tobey for my wedding in 2011. I lived in the San Francisco Bay Area and after makeup trials with 3 local bridal makeup artists I was very disappointed. A friend recommended Tobey Leung. I contacted her and found out her rates were very reasonable, and even if I paid for her to fly from LA to SF the total would still be cheaper than the artists in the SF Bay Area. After seeing the quality of Tobey's bridal makeup photos on Facebook I decided to hire her. She was very responsive to all of my emails. She emailed me copies of her flight tickets and hotel reservation so I knew she was not over charging me. I was also thrilled that she was willing to take the trouble to fly all the way to SF. Before the trip she asked me for my photos so she could decide on the styles to try on me. She gave me a trial the same day she got here (a day before my wedding) and I was very happy. Loved the hair especially. It was the same makeup and hairstyle for the wedding day. Loved it. I recommended Tobey to a friend who is getting married soon. So far she's having the same great experience with Tobey's responsiveness. Highly recommended.

  I don't know how well her makeup is but my wife was very impressed with her skills. Im glad that my wife was so happy with such a wonderful smile on her face every time she looked at the mirror. she is very very very and very picky about makeup and hair styling, my wife had gone through a long period of time of researches and ended up found Tobey. like I said I don't know how well she is, but im definitely satisfied with the price and services. price is not the lowest but the quality and outcome is worth a lot more than that (I wouldn't let my wife go for the cheapest one anyway). I would recommended anyone to take a makeup trail with her to test it yourself.
