Top notch catering vendor. Extremely impressed and pleased.

Highly recommend this vendor.

They beautifully executed our event at the James Ward Mansion. Everything from their catering staff's etiquette, support, and food was truly top notch.

Starting from their office staff and management, Tom Tavalaro and Pam Tavalaro are a superb team to work with. Extremely responsive, easy to work with, organized, and know all the right questions to ask and ways to accommodate the couples they work with.

For the day of the event: Jaci was such an amazing Maitre-d that stood by us throughout the night. She quickly integrated in with our other vendors and worked really well with our entertainment group, our DJ and Emcee, and even our families to help coordinate our activities throughout the evening. The staff team throughout the evening were all so helpful and seemed genuinely eager to make it a great night for us.

Their head chef at the event did an amazing job and we are not exaggerating when we share that we received extensive glowing reviews on the food from all the guests at our wedding.

This was one vendor we partnered with which we highly recommend and are extremely pleased to have made part of our special day.

Not only do they deliver as promised, but they are also great, genuine and comforting people to work with.

A Perfect Celebration

We worked with T& L catering recently and I could not be happier with how our celebration turned out. T&L Catering was flawless from beginning to end. Tom and Pam were super responsive and thoughtful with helping me choose our package. Stephanie was communicative and helpful throughout the entire planning process, and everything ran seamlessly during the party.

Stacey was a fantastic bartender who kept things moving, and Maurice and Rob were both an absolute pleasure to work with. All of the food Rob put out was not only delicious but also beautifully plated. The setup was equally special, with detailed décor that truly elevated the event. What an A+ team!

All of our guests raved about the food and the service. We will definitely be using your catering services again. Thank you for helping make the celebration so special!

T&L Catering is amazing!

We recently got married this month and T&L Catering was incredible! From the moment we stepped into the hall in Linden, NJ, we met Jaci who walked us through what hosting a reception in their space would look like. Jaci was patient, so kind, and extremely accommodating. Pam was also so helpful with helping us stay organized and gathering our menu details and headcount. Although our wedding was two weeks ago, our family and friends cannot stop raving about the food at the hall and the vibes from the staff who were stellar. What an incredible team!

There was an open house at the venue we eventually chose for our wedding. While there we met Leo of T&L Catering. While talking to him about some of our ideas, his excitement matched ours. We knew we wanted to go with T&L. For a year I was in contact with Tom as he helped us craft our Menu and answer all our questions. As the wedding approached I talked to Pam who was very accommodating when it came to finalizing payment and details. They were so helpful, when I told them 48 hours prior about guests changing menu options or being unavailable, I was simply told all guests will be accommodated.

But the cherry on top of working with T&L was our maitre d', Jaci. This woman is an absolute queen. She walked in and assisted us with final decor set up so we could focus more on getting ready. She would update us with photos and ask any questions to help capture our vision. She also helped to keep us on a schedule without being pushy and, most importantly, she made SURE we were able to have time to enjoy the entrees at our own wedding (which I've heard is a rare occurrence).

From day 1, T&L knew what we wanted with our wedding and made sure to make it happen. They were integral in helping us to have a perfect wedding day and I can't sing their praises enough. Thank you!!

Simply the BEST!

T&L caterers our wedding on 9/12/25 and they simply did not disappoint. I am a former caterer who had a guest list with a former and very picky chef, and another caterer who loved the food. The Station menu by far is the best option! Come on no one will give you as much for cocktail hr as T&L. Super professional and they know the business which for me was everything. Exceptional

I engaged T&L for a conference but would use them for a wedding as well. The food was amazing. The owner was really accommodating to all of the last minute changes and executed on the day of so quickly, I didn't realize they had came, set up and left. Would recommend them, highly, without reservation.

Afternoon Brunch

Exceptional Service

Where do we even start? Tom and crew made sure our wedding was special from start to finish. From our tasting to our wedding day, service definitely exceeded our expectations. We are foodies and weren’t sure a buffet dinner would be the right fit for us, but our guests agreed the food was top-notch! The day-of crew was also phenomenal and Georganne our maitre’d made sure we were well fed all night-such a sweetheart! Would recommend T&L to all!

Highly Recommend T&L!

T&L did an amazing job catering our wedding, that our guests are still bringing up the food! Not only did all of the food look and taste great, we were well taken care of by the Maître D' Stephanie. From making sure our wedding party had some snacks before the ceremony, to keeping our food plates and drinks full the whole night, she really exceeded expectations!

40th Birthday Party

We truly had a wonderful party because T&L Catering's staff was so attentive and helpful. They did a wonderful job of setting up the table linens and preparing a signature drink I had asked for with edible glitter! During the party I spilled some food on my white dress, and T&L's chief of staff was so helpful in helping me get the stain out immediately! She was always asking if me or my family members needed anything. Everything was well coordinated timing out the appetizers, to entree, to dessert. Our guests enjoyed so much and were asking where the food was from after the party. They truly made my party memorable.

Finger Lickin' Good

T&L is a family owned and run business and THE caterer to reach out to for any event! They recently catered my wedding, 6.2.24, at the James Ward Mansion and my guests could not stop talking about the amazing food!

Tom and the team were very easy to communicate with. They made our options clear and were easy and flexible working with us regarding guest who had dietary restrictions, and adding on last minute extras.

Jackie was our primary contact on the day of and she was simply amazing. She kindly made my husband and I plates and brought it to the bridal suite to make sure we got a few bites in before our first dance and all the commotion; and she consistently checked in on us to make sure we had everything we could need.

I can not thank them enough for helping to make my dream wedding come true. I will be sure to us them in the future for all my events!

Our wedding was made truly incredible by T&L Catering. From the moment we booked with them, Tom and Pamela were incredibly helpful and attentive. They guided us through the menu selection process and ensured that every detail was taken care of. On the big day, the food surpassed all expectations. Many of our guests complimented the delicious dishes, which were expertly prepared by Chef Leon. Jaci, our onsite coordinator, went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly throughout the night. Her attention to detail and dedication to making sure we were taken care of did not go unnoticed. T&L provided such great experience on our wedding day. It was a pleasure working with them. The service exceptional, the communication amazing! It was so easy to communicate with them and they accommodated last minute requests. They went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was one of the best experience.

More than we expected

T&L Catering was amazing from start to finish. Food was absolutely amazing we had great reviews from our guest about all aspects of the food from the presentation to the taste. Jaci our maitre ‘d was amazing she allowed us to relax during the whole ceremony and always made sure we were fed and had a drink in our hand. She helped with things like the bustle of the brides dress to leaving us additional space where needed at our venue. T&L Catering is very responsive and always willing to go the extra mile for their client. Everyone was amazing from the staff to the chef to the owner. We had an amazing experience with them and will absolutely keep them in mind for future events due to their absolute pride in making our experience top notch.

Wedding reception was amazing and AFFORDABLE!

Our reception at River View Banquet Center was phenomenal. The staff was friendly and on top of everything. Our maître 'd Stephanie was so helpful and patient with us, while keeping us on track with the order of events for our reception. The venue itself was beautiful-it was perfect for our reception and the staff set up our décor nicely. This venue is affordable compared to other venues we looked at. Lastly, the food was amazing! Our family loved the food and everyone could not stop complimenting how beautiful the reception was and how amazing the food was. For the price, it was worth it! I highly recommend this venue for receptions.

Amazing experience!

2 Weddings & Family Reunion

Amazing Team

T&L Catering team were absolutely amazing for our wedding. Tom, Pam & Steph were so helpful, caring and made my day stress free. The food their chefs made was delicious. From the moment we met Tom we were confident that the arrangements for our party were in competent, experienced hands. Fantastic experience

The service is excellent, and at the same time they let you do your think without being intrusive or anything like that. The staff offered great tips and advice and were available all the time to answer any questions I had.

100/10 delicious food!

T&L Catering was recommended to us by our venue, The Kenilworth.

It’s family owned and you can tell they really take pride in their company. It has many awards to boot- for me the exciting part was waiting to try the food. We had our tasting and holy cow- me, my mom, and MIL were blown away! We did 10 appetizers served butler style with 2 stations and did 3 entrees served family style so everyone got to taste a little of everything or one entree if they chose. They were accommodating of the the nut allergy my husband has so they notified the bakery for the assorted desserts.

I felt so reassured from everyone including the owner Tom that we would be taken care of. Our special day arrived and even up to this day- I receive so MANY compliments of the food! I met our maitre’d Marlene and let me tell you- EVERYONE was so hospitable. I mean that is their business but never in my life did I feel so taken care of regarding food and service. It was beyond any sit down restaurant I’ve ever been in. There was one story that I was told by a friend who had 2 babies- my mom notified one of their staff members as she was outside the cocktail room feeding her kids and they also went and provided her food. They went above and beyond for all the attending guests. Marlene also made sure when the bridal party was resting before the reception that we had food to chow down on. All the food I tried was delicious and just top notch. My favorite apps were the fried chicken and waffle and the duck!! Our chicken, beef, and fish entrees were family style and no one had a negative comment. It was unbelievable how good the food was.

Thank you to all staff at T&L Catering for making my reception as smooth as possible and guests as well as me and my husband full with such tasty food! Cannot recommend them enough!

AMAZING Food and Service!

T&L Catering catered our wedding this past weekend and it was AMAZING!! From working with Tom and his staff to pick out a menu (the tasting was so yummy!), the accommodations they made for the many allergies our guests had, answering my many questions and requests, we were so excited for the day of. And then the staff, with Marlene as maître d’, made everything run smoothly for us and our guests. Marlene took the most amazing care of my husband and I during the cocktail hour and reception and our guests raved about all of the food. The hors d’oeuvres were presented beautifully and the stations displays were gorgeous. We could not recommend them more! Thank you for making our wedding even more special with delicious food and wonderful service!

T&L catering is top notch!

I cannot speak highly enough of T&L catering. The experience was seamless, the food was amazing and their staff was wonderful to work with. Georganne really helped us through the day and made sure everything went smoothly! I would absolutely recommend them for any size event and hire them again!

Happy happy!

I hired T&L Catering not for a wedding, but for a shower in our home. The staff was very personable, with good follow-up communication. The young man that delivered the food was right on time and did a very nice job with set up - everything included as promised. Everyone at the shower spoke very highly of the food, and there was an abundance of it! Even the cookie platter was huge! and good quality! They have been in business a long time, and I would recommend them for sure!

Amazing caterers!

T&L catered our wedding and it was such a success. First of all, Tom is so nice and helpful and even helped me find different vendors I was looking for. He really helped us choose the best menu for us and for our barn venue. The food was so delicious and the prices were really reasonable. I highly recommend them for any event you are in need of catering.

Best decision we made for our wedding!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Tom, Pam, and the rest of his team could not have been a better choice for our wedding at the Art Factory. We wanted someone who had experience with the venue and someone that would be able to provide a large variety of food. I was also very worried about having enough food for a very large wedding! From our first emails, we knew we had found the right team. They helped us with every tiny detail, from napkin colors to accommodating severe gluten allergies to the color of the plates we wanted. Tom made helpful suggestions to help us meet our budget and helped us coordinate our cake as well through Palermo’s. Our guests RAVED about the food. They loved not only how good everything tasted, but the wide assortment that was offered through stations. As the couple getting married, their staff catered to us, making sure we ate, had full plates at cocktail hour and the reception, and even provided us with our own little ice cream cake we had requested. We loved the team so much that we had also decided to use them for our wedding breakfast the next day at the hotel, and that was perfectly arranged as well. The maître-d’, servers and bartenders were all lovely and so accommodating. We got so many comments on how great the bartenders were and Georgeanne, our maître d’, was so helpful. She called us the day before the wedding to confirm any last-minute details, helped us throughout the night, and answered our call the next day when we couldn’t locate something at the venue. We plan on using T&L for all future events! HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!

Wedding 7/30/22

Our wedding was 7/30/22 at the James Ward Mansion and T&L catering was recommended to us by them and T&L catering are phenomenal! From the start of our wedding working with Pam helping me get everything in order to the end they were great. They were professional and kind. The food was great and we had the pleasure of having Jackie at our wedding! Wow we couldn’t have asked for a better Maitre d’ she was absolutely phenomenal! She did everything in her power to make sure our wedding came out the way we wanted it. It was a great experience and I would recommend anyone to use T&L catering for their event!

The perfect night!

Tom and Pam at T&L were kind, flexible, attentive, efficient, and the food was delicious! They happily worked with us to create some dishes reflecting my new daughter-in-law's Honduran heritage. Georganne, the maitre'd was professional and attentive. The perfect night!

Tom and the staff at T&L Catering were FANTASTIC to work with! Simply the best!

T&L did the catering for our daughter’s Quinceañera at Liberty Hall museum in Union. The displays were beautiful and the food was super delicious. Everyone was seriously talking about the food two days later. The cookies and other desserts were so good that we couldn’t stop eating them. The bartender was awesome. He made our signature drinks perfectly and was such a nice guy. They did a fantastic job. The Best!!!

Excellent service/food

T&L Catering is honestly the best. We (myself and family) have used them too many times to count. Always accommodating, easy to work with, they do not ever oversell...very honest about the amount of food needed. And the food is excellent (sausage and peppers to die for!). There are so so many choices to pick. The gentleman who came to set up our last event was amazing and so helpful. We will continue to use them for any catering needs! thank you T&L :)

AMAZING food and service

We used T&L for our wedding on 3/26/22. I am SO happy we went with T&L. They were easy to work with, very responsive to emails and calls, and really set out to make our wedding perfect. They provided all food, staff, tableware, linens, etc. Pam and Tom were incredible in the planning process. They were so flexible and allowed us to customize many of the menu options to what we liked, and really catered to our wishes. Jaci was a hit as our maitre ‘d. She was constantly checking on us and prepared a nice private cocktail hour for my husband and I. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. Highly recommend!!

Excellent Catering Experience!

T&L Catering was a pleasure to work with! They were professional, flexible, and very accommodating. The food was excellent and my guests raved about it. Great experience

Their food wasn’t really good. Everything went perfectly for my big day.
Even with taste testing and meetings, they were always responsive and helpful.

Absolutely incredible catering company

We were SO impressed by T&L. From the very start they were extremely professional and beyond helpful. They were truly the foundation of our wedding- the tent, chairs, tables, food and staff. Everything was a dream come true. Tom assisted us every step of the way and made what felt like a chaotic planning process into an organized, perfect flow. Amazing team with an even better product!

Tom and his crew not only catered our wedding but also our bridal shower as well. He is always super responsive and makes everything happen! Tom even did our 60x30 foot tent as well! Couldn't be more pleased with him and his company.

TLC Catering was great

My dream wedding

I had my wedding on 10/31/2020 (Yes I had a Halloween wedding) at The Grand Banquet Hall in Linden, NJ. From the beginning to the end the service was exceptional. They kept open lines of communication and always reassured me with any concerns I had. Our wedding turned out amazing!! Jackie, Pam and their team worked really hard to make sure that our special day exceeded all expectations we had! They took all the necessary precautions due to Covid which put me at ease. They were very accommodating to my gluten allergy and made sure I was able to eat and the food was delicious! Despite these crazy times, I am glad that I was still able to have my dream wedding come true and I would definitely recommend this venue for your next event!!

Great service, great price!!

Amazing Overall

T & L catered my wedding this past weekend it was beyond amazing! Due to Covid 19 I had to cancel my original wedding plans and throw together a backyard wedding in less than 2 months. I decided to work with T&L after our initial phone call to review services and prices. After actually meeting Tom and his wife when they came out to assess my property I knew the deal was sealed! From day one until the night of my wedding they were exceptional. From the small details of the food tasting to the service provided at the wedding they did a fantastic job. T&L Catering for my Event 10/10/20

T&L did an outstanding job with party rentals, catering and bar tending for my Retirement/Birthday party held recently. Linda was great helping me plan for the event, Tom helped with party rentals and made sure I was prepared to have the outdoor event in my yard to accommodate COVID guidelines. I had 60 plus people and all went great! Nina and Hall served the food, managed carving station and desserts. Hector was outstanding managing the bar. My family and friends are still talking about the great food, wait staff, the gorgeous tent and table coverings. I have used T&L for years, however, this was the biggest event ever and they made it a night to remember for me and my guests. A big thank you to the team!

Simply the best!

Simply the best. We had to change plans and had just about 2 months to put together a backyard tent wedding for our daughter. The best decision we made was to hire T&L Catering. From the moment we met him, we knew Tom was the right guy. Knowledgeable, affable, flexible and so easy to work with - Tom put the effort into our event like it was his own. We even got the tent/tables/chairs thru Tom, which made for seamless execution. And the food was excellent - far beyond our expectations - first class in every way. Our guests are still commenting on how great the appetizers and the dinner were. The staff was awesome, too: each one was engaging, polite and efficient. The evening was a great success, thanks to Tom and his team.

The best of the best!

These guys were the best. Actually 3rd event they planned , first wedding. The food amazing! Service impeccable. Took care of everything. Bartender, servers. Made sure the bride and groom were taken care of first, along with his 97 yr old mom. And they came aboard 3 weeks before the event after the first caterer bailed. And for less money than the last guy and that included the tents which were last minute as well. Do not use anyone but these guys

Professionals who made our wedding day so special!

My now wife and I called up T&L Catering on a recommendation from a family friend. We were in the process of moving our wedding to our backyard amidst the covid-19 pandemic. I worked primarily with Tom in planning everything, and I could not have been happier with his responsiveness from the get-go. Tom was not only knowledgeable and confident about his ability to make our day special, but he emphasized the company's desire to make it a safe event and to follow all recommended protocol to keep us and our guests feeling safe and healthy. He and his wife came out to our house a few weeks before the wedding to see where they would be setting things up. They assured us that, day of, they would be able to make any adjustments as needed.

On the actual day of the wedding, we could not have been happier with T&L catering staff. Georgeanne was our Maitre D' and she was incredible. She had called me a few days before the wedding to discuss final details. When we arrived back at our house from our ceremony site, it looked like a banquet hall. My wife and I were thrilled with the quality of the food and the frequency of it (some weddings we have been to feel like hors d'oeuvres are nowhere to be found, but not with T&L Catering!). We received rave reviews from our friends and family (the taco station was a HUGE hit especially).

Overall, we cannot speak highly enough about T&L Catering. We want to thank them for all that they did for us, and we hope that other people will continue to use them in order to make their day something truly incredible, even if it is a rescheduling to a backyard wedding during a pandemic!

T&L catering is exactly what we were looking for in a catering vendor. Affordable, appropriate prices with a variety of options that was more than enough for our guests to choose from. We loved every aspect of the team, with the head coordinator of our day providing my groom and I our meal at our sweetheart table without us having to lift a finger.

One of the staff even offered me a Tylenol when she overheard me mentioning how my back was hurting just before the reception started. It meant so much to have our entire guest list provided with more than enough quality food.

Tom made the experience of booking and inquiring very personal and reassuring to my husband and I. Would definitely book again, cannot recommend enough.

For our outdoor tented wedding we did a buffet style dining experience and a cocktail hour with passed apps. The options were endless and they did a great job keeping everyone happy all night especially during these tough times during the pandemic. They take all of the necessary precautions.
There are no words to describe how amazing Tom, his family, and entire staff are. They made our wedding a night to remember. Working with them is super easy and their food was better than I could've dreamed! They were the talk of our wedding. They are professional, honest, so kind and hardworking and I would recommend them for any catered event you need! They are a model for not just caterers but all businesses out there.
Also, Tom gives great advice for all events so I definitely suggest listening to all of his suggestions. He knows this business in and out and we wouldn't be able to have our dream wedding without his help.

Daniela and Jocelyn’s last minute wedding

Because of the Corona Virus we had to replan our wedding in 20 days time. T&L was recommended to us through the James Ward Mansion and we contacted them asking for help. With a small amount of time and a small budget T&L was ready and willing to help us. They came to our rescue and put together an amazing menu for our family and friends. Wedding catering

I used T&L Catering for my October Barn Wedding at Glenmoore Farm in Hopewell, NJ. The price was very reasonable for the food and other services provided. My experience was nothing short of amazing. Tom and his staff were responsive and made me feel like I was the only customer that mattered. Tom went above and beyond to answer all questions and, make sure my wedding was exactly what I envisioned.

I got countless compliments about the all the food but especially cocktail hour. The charcuterie display was outstanding. The food was hot delicious and promptly served. The staff doted over me and got what ever I needed. Highly recommend them.

T&L Catering went above and beyond for our wedding on 09/28/2019. We are still receiving compliments from our guests about the amazing food and service they provided! Kevin was amazing, the servers kept checking on my husband and I for needed drinks or food, as well as walking around to all our tables and speaking with our guests. T&L is the best!

I can't say enough great things about T&L! We hired them for our wedding in Highlands NJ on 9-21-19 and they were nothing short of amazing! Tom, Pam and Tom Jr were so much help, I was a picky bride to say the least and they were always there to answer any question I had and help in any way. The food was amazing, so many guests commented on how great everything was and how great the staff was. We couldn't have asked for nicer staff, Georgeann and her team were always there with whatever we needed with out ever having to ask :) All the guests loved the bartenders too. I cant stop talking about how good all the appetizers during cocktail hour were and there was plenty of food to go around which was really important to us. The food during cocktail hour and the buffet dinner was displayed beautifully! I would definitely recommend them for your wedding or any other event and I will definitely use them in the future for any catering needs! They make it easy

We had a reception with 135 people in Saturday, 9/21. T&L Catering made everything so easy – one stop shopping for sure – and the staff could not have been more responsive to any and all of my questions and needs. The room is updated and modern and the event went very smoothly. The fact that you can bring in your own liquor is an added bonus. The bottom line is you get a lot of value here and it does not break the bank.

Just Perfect!

Had my wedding on 09/07/19 at River View in Berkeley Heights. The venue looked amazing and the staff was awesome! Everyone loved the food and loved how elegant everything was set up. Great service!

T&L Catering had delicious options at a very reasonable price and they were very flexible in working with our vision. They also provided great on the day service particularly since we did not have a coordinator and their donut bags were a hit as the thank you gift.

Excellent Service

We were married on 6/29/19. T & L was great from the first contact. The day of the wedding I hardly knew they were there. Our server Georganne was absolutely wonderful. She took care of our every need and made our day run smoothly. I definitely recommend T & L. and will use them in the future.

The perfect event

WOW! This catering company is fantastic and I can't even put into enough words how grateful my husband and I to have used them for our wedding! My wedding was June 15, 2019 and everything was SO smooth because of them. We had wedding reception in the backyard of our home so we needed everything from them! From the beginning, Tom (the owner), was accommodating and extremely honest with us. Working on the menu, figuring out the amount of rentals needed and how much staff was super easy. The day of the wedding the staff was incredible - I received multiple compliments regarding the entire staff the entire night. To start, Jaci, the maitre'd, was the greatest thing for the night. She helped me every step of the way and ran the wedding so great! She was on top of absolutely everything! Although I didn't get to know the servers very well, they were so kind, helpful, and accommodating. I heard from everyone who spoke with them how sweet they all were! The servers: Tyler, Kim, Dan, Val, Alexander and Toni. Tom and Hector were the bartenders and I continued to hear how awesome they were!! Whoever was near them all night continued to rave about the fun they had with them. They were both so amazing - my bridal party went to Hector the majority of the night and couldn't stop talking about how great he was! Tom Jr. was the chef of the night and thank goodness, because the food was amazing! ALL NIGHT people would come up to me asking who the caterers were because it was some of the best food they've ever had. I can't stop thinking about the amazing hors d'oeuvres - bacon wrapped scallops...YUMM.

We honestly believe the wedding would not have went nearly as smooth if it wasn't for this amazing staff. I would recommend this catering company over and over again! Thanks again! If anyone ever has questions regarding this company I'd be happy to tell you everything we experienced with them.

Excellent service

OMG We definitely will choose them again for any other event. Linda and her team were so attentive not only to us but also to our guess. The venue (Kenilworth Knight of Columbus) our decoration were place just as we ask. T & L was very patient we me since my I continue making chances before the wedding. The food was excellent from the taste to freshness. Thanks

I absolutely loved the service from T&L catering! Tom and Pam was so helpful with everything. Food was absolutely delicious and I must mention Jackie our Maitre d' was just the absolute best!!!! I loved everything about T&L

Hello! I have used T & L Catering for several of my occasions and have never been disappointed. The one event that was the most important was my wedding and the hostess was exceptional and people commented about the good food. I would highly recommend T & L as my choice for a caterer.

I had my wedding ceremony & reception at The Grand in Linden on 6/9/18 It was hosted by Jaclyn. I have to say I could not be more happier the way my wedding was conducted. From the beginning to the end she was so on point on everything that was taking place. The staff was all very professional & the hospitality was tremendous. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a reasonable great place to have your event T & L catering is definitely worth looking into. The food was also great! Thank you for making my wedding to be more than a perfect memory. Sincerely

T&L Catering was great from Pam and Linda in the office to Jacki, the service crew and the bartenders on the day of the event. The food was good and quite cost effective. Everything went smoothly and as planned. We had a newlywed celebration party of 135 people. The couple was married one month prior to the event in a very small ceremony with immediate family. This was a celebration that was as close to a wedding reception as you could get and it was great. T&L did a great job! I would definitely recommend them to friends.

T & L Catering was awesome from the very beginning! The day of....everything was set up exactly how I wanted it and they even helped out with trays and carts for unexpected needs. Everything was cleaned up quickly and neatly without interruption. The leftovers were in trays labeled and ready for transport home. The bartender was excellent as well, always had a cold one ready for me!

Catering staff for our wedding was amazing! They did not stop running back and forth all night to make sure everything was perfect for us. I provided them with a timeline that they followed step by step which made the night run so smoothly. All of the staff especially Nita did absolutely amazing all night long! The food was delicious and we got a lot of compliments on the cocktail hour and dinner. They definitely made my night stress free and one to remember.

Words can't properly describe the experience I had working with Pam and Tom of T&L/Leon's Catering. I used them for my son's USA wedding celebration and I couldn't be happier about my choice. I had questions and concerns that were addressed quickly, and both Pam and Tom made sure that all went well (which it did!). The guests are still raving about the food. From the appetizers to the entrees, which included lobster ravioli, stuffed flounder, baked salmon, eggplant, chicken francaise, tortellini with fresh spinach, penne vodka, chicken with sun- dried tomatoes and artichokes, every dish was amazing. The cookies and pastries as well as the ice cream bar were also incredible and a big hit with the guests. I can't say enough about the wait staff which Pam provided. They went above and beyond to provide the best service. Georganne, the maître d', made sure that everything went smoothly, and I did not have to worry about anything; she was awesome! The same held true for our bartenders, Mike and Suzie, who were incredible. They were on top of everything and our guests were thrilled with the service. I highly recommend T&L/ Leon's Catering. They are the best! I will definitely be using them again.

We chose this place initially for the price and fell in love with the food at the tasting! We also loved how comfortable the staff made us feel throughout the process. Prompt answers via email and awesome service at the wedding. The way the food was displayed was beautiful and staff was amazingly helpful with setting up our venue. The bartender kept the drinks flowing and happily made the signature drink we chose Our guests are still raving about the food! Georganne even made us a plate of appetizers and brought it out to where my husband and I were taking photos during cocktail hour. My only regret is that my husband and I never got a chance to eat any of the penne vodka at the wedding as it was all gone when we went inside! Our guests keep tormenting us telling us it was the best they've had! We've already decided to use T&L for future catering needs! We may be calling you for our baby's baptism next year!

Where do I begin! I am one who looks at reviews for almost everything so I thought why not help others out. We were looking for caterers for our Wedding and I was discouraged with the pricing I found with many vendors. one thing I really liked is that they do offer most of their menus online which is a big plus when you are searching It saves you time and the vendor with getting an idea with cost. We found T&L Catering from two recommendations. We never tasted their food but we heard it was good from what they could remember. Tom was helping us choose our menus and was very honest and detailed with what to expect, he was very patient with me because we had constant emails through the process. Fast forward to the event and everyone raved about the food so I was very happy to hear about that, especially since we never tasted it. LOL. The tent we rented was beautiful and so clean, trust me people notice that and I loved that the tent had ropes tied to these big nails that were staked to the ground. I loved the look because I have seen others with ratchet straps all over as opposed to just the corners.
For the price we paid it was just amazing! I have vowed to us them from now on for any future parties I will have. I even want to throw parties just to use them, like really. Oh also our Matre'D Georgeann was super great! we had a lot of mishaps at the wedding and she really worked well with us and made me feel at ease even though things weren't going according to schedule. Planning your own wedding takes a lot and to have someone take care of minor details really is major because after the day was done I was like wow, they really took care of things that I had forgotten about until the even was over. Thank you so much for your whole entire staff I will be sure to always pay it forward and recommend you guys. Love Claudia

We can not say enough great things about T&L Catering! We were married on my parents farm, so we needed a bit of an extra touch then your average catering service and T&L hit the mark and surpassed everything we could have imagined! Their food was amazing and their menu options offer so many different things you will be hard pressed to find anyone dissappointed. Add in their off-site staff and the amazing Matre'D who literally held everything together and was so flexible it made the day so much easier and stress free. We opted to not have a "day of wedding planner" coordinator and thank goodness we didn't , because the T&L catering staff knew exactly what to do and how to do and when to do it. They made our wedding the best day ever, and to top it off our guests still can't stop raving about the food.

This was a fantastic experience with T & L. From the beginning to the end. Jackie and her crew were there for everything that we needed. She worked with the DJ and Photographer to make my sons day one to remember forever. Thank you for all the you did. The food was fantastic as was the presentation of it.

From set up to break down our experience couldn't have gone any better. 2 months later our guests are still raving about how delicious ALL the food was and how awesome the ice cream bar turned out. Georgeanne our maître d was simply amazing. She made sure our day went smoothly, our guests were happy, and everyone left with a big smile on their face saying how much fun they had. Pam/Tom - Thank you for everything! Your team is phenomenal & we will forever be grateful for choosing T&L to cater our wedding celebration.

Book T& L catering. Will be one of the best wedding decisions you make. After getting numerous quotes from caterers, T&L was far more affordable. We saved a lot of money, we chose from their off premise catering menu for our wedding. We were on a budget and didn't want to break the bank. These guys delivered!!!!!! They were so flexible working with us and creating a menu that suited our needs. The food was DELICIOUS. The jerk chicken was to die for. Have you ever been to a wedding where they serve really bland, blah food? Even though this is a more budget friendly choice, it is NOT THAT!!! It is rich and flavorful, wonderfully spiced. Your guests will be well fed and happy. Not only that, but they are exceedingly professional on the wedding day. The staff and our maitre D took excellent care of us and our guests. Leading up to the event, they were so easy to work with, always answering our questions and accommodating special requests. Prompt reliable communication. I would recommend to any family or friends. Also, another perk with these guys is they DON'T have liquor liability which means you save a TON of money on alcohol!!!!! We provided our own alcohol purchased from a discount wine shop, and whatever the T&L bartenders didn't go through, we returned.

Bottom Line: If you're looking for excellent value but don't want to sacrifice quality, pick T&L Catering.

We used T&L for 3 summer housewarming BBQs and we couldn't be happier with the food or service! This was our first time doing at-home catering, and we took a leap of faith as we weren't able to make time to try samples. We got so lucky! Each time, they were responsive and delivered the food right on time. Everyone raved about the food, and they worked with us to accommodate different requests each time. Even when they forgot a tray of chicken nuggets at the last party, they sent someone out right away, and it was ready in time for our guests' arrival. A great experience!

My husband and I had a destination wedding in Puerto Rico in July. We booked T&L Catering for our reception in NJ for the rest of our family and friends that weren't with us in PR. Whoever I had to contact regarding our event were very helpful and professional. They made it very easy for us. The day of the event, we were given plenty of time to set up as for our DJ and Photo Booth guys. We had our party at the Grand Banquet Hall in Linden, NJ which had plenty of parking space for our guests. The table set up looked great. The food was also great. Our family and friends still talked about how great the food was after the party. The staff were superb. They were very attentive to us and our guests. They made the whole day feel effortless. I would highly recommend their service to all my family and friends.

T&L catered our wedding on Sept. 26th and they were absolutely amazing! From the tasting to the setup to the food to the cleanup, everything was spot on! Our maitre de was wonderful with coordinating everything (we were doing pictures while they were setting up and she had us assign a point person so we could focus on pictures and they could still have everything right) and it turned out perfect! Have had many compliments on the menu (tortellini w/alfredo and beef tips in particular). Would use again!

T&L was such a huge part of making our wedding day so wonderful- they were there for me every step of the way (Pam is the best!!) and even when I'm sure I was being overbearing with my endless questions and concerns, they were nothing but pleasant and accommodating and were very timely in responding. The food was great and we come from a family of restaurant owners who are hard to please.. needless to say, everyone was very impressed! The quality was great and the quantity was more than enough - something I was a little worried about. Even the displays used for our station style buffet were so cute, with little chalkboard signs telling you what the options were. Now on to the best part - the price! They were 20% cheaper than any other place I'd looked into and when you're feeding 170 guests, that makes a big difference. I also needed to rent some last minute tables and linens and I was able to do everything through them- so easy!! If I had to plan another wedding tomorrow, I wouldn't even think about using a different caterer. They truly made my wedding amazing. Thanks Pam, Linda, Tom and everyone else at T&L!!

We just got married August 22 2015. Tom was fantastic in preparing our event(sit down dinner with cocktail hour).His communication with us was very helpful. We had contacted numerous other caterers and the size of our kitchen in the sky room of our building was small that almost all said they couldn't do a sit down just only buffet. Tom said he could and he came through with flying colors. The service and food was excellent and his staff all accommodating and friendly and courteous. The linens and plate ware were perfect setup was timely and they took control and everything ran smoothly. They coordinated with our entertainer and so the event was spectacular and my guests were vey happy. We will be using them again for an anniversary or any catered party we may have. My final comment is that their price is very fair and you will not be disappointed with using them.

T&L did my catering for my rehearsal dinner. They showed up on-time and set everything up without even knowing they were there. The food was delicious and the portions were generous as well. We would definitely use them for future parties that we need catering for.
