  Thea at Titas Linens did a great job. They provided Chivari chairs, chargers, and linens for us for our ceremony and reception. The room was set beautifully. I provided them with ribbons to tie onto the chairs and napkin rings to put the napkins into to set on the chargers. The room looked beautiful and having them there to help with the ceremony set up and then to flip the room for the reception was great and well worth the money!

  It's possible this business has satisfied customers, but we certainly were not one of them. Based on our experience, I feel a strong need to caution people before contracting with this company. Ours was a relatively small and simple order, but wrought with problems, which led to reluctance to provide customer satisfaction.

  I would like to say that this place is THE worst place I've ever dealt with. You have to put a 40% down payment on your rentals and it states in the contract that you do not get it back. Which is completely understandable considering they're out money if you cancel and they can reschedule fork that date. My situation was a little different. I knew what I wanted and I put 40% down on 550 chiavari chairs. Unfortunately my fiance called off our wedding a year before we were actually going to have the ceremony. They kept every bit of our money. Didn't give us a dime back didn't say if they could book the chairs for that date they would refund us. THEY DID NOTHING. I will say this when I called (upset of course) to cancel I asked if there was a way we could work it out and they told me they would see if they squeeze some tears out to the right people. Like the whole situation wasn't devastating enough I had one of there employee's mocking me. They were the worst people to deal with emotionally and in a business setting. I would never recommend or go back to this place ever again because they were nothing but cruel and unprofessional at one of the worst times in my life. I've told everyone I know to never use them and now I'm making it known to those of you out there who may use them. They're not nice and they steal your money. They didn't have to do a thing to help me but write up an agreement so if you decide to use this company make sure you're for sure going through with your plans because these people are thieving crooks who do not deserve your business.
