    My groom really wanted one of the Goodyear rings. I had some issues getting him correctly sized and ended up needing to exchange his ring. Was quite frustrated that I needed to pay to have that done. Customer service wasn't the best during that exchange. Hopefully won't need to contact them again with any other issues.

    Would have never thought that I would be charged a restocking fee on something that I purchased sight unseen. Ring we purchased was very light, cheap feeling, the outer edges were pointy and sharp (would always be catching on clothing). Just not great quality and to be charged $60 to "restock" something that was purchased with seeing or touching it is absurd to me......

    Hi there Jason, we are sorry that you were not happy with your experience with us on this purchase. We understand where you are coming from with having to pay a restock fee but our rings are truly made to order. We do not stock anything and the ring is made for the customer when it is ordered. If we didn't have a restock fee in place for custom orders we would be out of business at this point. We would gladly work with you on another ring and waive the restock fee if you wanted to look into something else with us. Yes a new ring would have to be made but we would still work with you to accomplish this to get you what you want.
