Tim played guitar and sang during out ceremony and cocktail hour, creating a beautiful ambiance. Our guests thought he was so talented and loved the live music element. When it came time for the reception, Tim was an awesome dj. Everyone was on the dance floor the entire night having so much fun. He was so kind, helpful, flexible, and professional. I cannot recommend him enough! -

Timothy was one of the best parts of our wedding! We wanted live music but our venue was too small for a full band, we lucked out when we found him. He sang and played live music during our ceremony and cocktail hour then DJ'd for the reception. He acted as MC as well and was professional and exceptional in every way. He worked with us to learn the music we like and even learned a Taylor Swift song to perform live for us during our ceremony. We would hire him again in a heartbeat! -

Timothy was amazing!! I had reached out to him with very little time before our wedding (it was a very stressful time). He was so incredibly flexible and agreed to play live during our ceremony and cocktail hour. His music was fantastic! Everyone was so impressed. After dinner, we had asked him to DJ music. The music was so perfect, even our older guests were joining in on the dancing! We are so so glad we were able to book him!! -

Tim was amazing as our DJ. We had to change our wedding to adhere to local guidelines and Tim saved the day. We played some games and Tim kept the crowd entertained. He played great music and really listened to our suggestions. -

Our wedding day would not have been the same without Timothy as our DJ. From him singing/playing guitar during cocktail hour to seamlessly coordinating the rest of the night, he was incredible! I may be biased, but he is the best DJ out there. He played all of our favorite songs during the reception and when it came to dancing, everyone was on their feet. Timothy was professional, responsive and incredibly talented!! Many of our guests raved about him and said the singing during cocktail hour was a special touch. Austin and I couldn't be more thankful to have had him as our DJ! Book him now, you will not regret it!! -

Tim was amazing. I had no idea what I was doing or how to plan the timing of a wedding and Tim walked me through it and made the process so smooth. He provided live music for the wedding, and then he was the dj for the reception. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to hear him play live music since I was being sequestered until it was time for my grand entrance. My guests did rave about him and how he created a wonderful atmosphere. He listened to my suggestions and offered many great ideas. And he did a great job reading the room and kept playing great music to keep the party going. He was very professional and is great at his job. I highly recommend him and I’m so thankful that I found him. -

Tim did an incredible job at our clients Santa Barbara rehearsal dinner! He showed up on time, was very polite and created a great ambiance for a lovely rehearsal dinner. From the beginning, Tim was the perfect person to work with. He called us and walked us through each component of our wedding to choose the perfect songs. We loved that we were able to work closely with him and that he gave us his time to talk about what we envisioned for our wedding day.
We hired Tim as our reception DJ, for playing live music at our cocktail hour , and for managing the audio for our ceremony. He was able to work with us so that my sister and one of our friends could play for our ceremony, this he orchestrated flawlessly and it turned out even better than I imagined it would! Additionally, I gave Tim a list of songs he could play before the ceremony started and he ended up learning all of these beautiful Christian songs to play on his guitar at dinner. I loved his amazing voice and a joyful style of playing.
The most memorable part of working with Tim was our first dance. My husband and I danced to Ed Sheeran’s “Thinking Out Loud” and Tim had talked about potentially playing it live for us. We never really brought it up again before the wedding so we expected to be dancing to a recording. Only a few minutes before the first dance he asked our wedding coordinator if we would like him to play it live and we thought it would be fun! We were astonished that he knew the song by heart and has learned so many songs for this purpose. It was gorgeous and we both agree that our first dance was so much more romantic because of what he did for us.
Tim is talented, personable, flexible, professional, and an overall wonderful musician to work with. People at our wedding loved his music choices for dancing and were in awe with his live music. I would recommend Timothy Davis to any couple looking for a musician for their wedding.

We contracted Tim Davis to perform various songs off his repertoire and a few songs not listed to include two Spanish songs for our wedding date. Hands down our guests were amazed that Tim Davis hit every note perfectly on his guitar and his vocals were spot on. He is a one man show! He excels at playing the piano, guitar, singing and much more. Tim is a pleasure to work with; days after our wedding, multiple friends and family were still raving about his singing! -

We lucked out so much by finding him. We were thinking we would need to hire multiple people and equipment for what we wanted for our wedding, but Timothy was everything in one package.
He brought his own equipment (lighting, speakers, microphones, etc), did sound checks with the officiant, MC'd the entire night, played live music, sang, and was the DJ for the reception. My wife, myself, and all of our guests were blown away.
We couldn't ask for a better and more professional person to be a part of our wedding. -

Tom Sent on 06/24/2018We couldn't ask for anyone better. When my wife and I were searching for a musician it was difficult to find someone that fit in our budget, can dj, play guitar, sing, and mc! Timothy Davis was really easy to work with. His responses over email were so quick. He was prepared with any questions we had. He sent over a huge list of songs he could sing and play! We had a song in mind to have him play while we walked down the aisle and he had it! He is so versatile in the many styles and his singing style was perfect for a wedding. All the guests kept complimenting on how awesome he sounded. Many of my friends danced together to his singing and guitar playing. When the DJ set came he was able to read the room and play the perfect song every time. He noticed when we were together on the dance floor and threw on our favorite song to dance to. He was all smiles all night and made us feel he was one of our friends. Just amazing. I would hire him again and again for all my future events!

Linda Sent on 08/14/2018Tim is so talented as a live musician, and on top of that, he DJs! I could not have found a better solution for our destination wedding in Yosemite. It was scrambling so much to get everything done for my wedding, and not having to worry about music at all really, really helped when it got down to crunch time. I didn't give him much guidance (aside from selecting a few songs), and he was able to build around that to make my wedding day special. He was really accommodating with some last minute specific requests, too! Thank you Tim, for being a part of a very perfect wedding. -
Brittanie Sent on 10/24/2017We were facing a couple of challenges with securing music for our wedding: First, we weren't allowed to have any electrical plug-ins (or technically, any amplified sound) at the ceremony site. So we were looking at live music alternatives, and that can get really pricey, really quickly. Especially since we only needed the live music for an hour at most. It was really hard to find any musicians willing to play for such a short amount of time. Second, we separated our ceremony and reception with a trolley tour around the city for our cocktail hour... which shortened the amount of time we were at the reception to just four hours. We wanted a traditional DJ for this, but again, it was really difficult to find anyone that would commit to that short amount of time, they all had rates for a full day.
Timothy was the answer to all of our problems! Not only is he a great DJ, he is also an extremely talented singer and instrumentalist. We were able to hire him for the day and he did a great job with both our ceremony and reception. I love that we had such great live music for our ceremony! He has a huge catalog of songs to choose from and is willing to learn any special requests if you have a song that he doesn't already know. He also has a portable battery powered amp that he was able to use for our ceremony. For the reception, we gave him a list of songs that we liked and told him to fill in the rest with any crowd pleasers we were missing. He does a great job at reading the crowd and keeping the flow going. I'm so glad that we found Timothy and would recommend him to anyone for their event! -
