Time is a great guy and our engagement pictures turned out great. But he fell through on a lot of important points!
1- We paid for two photographers and the day of the wedding gives me a excuse and says he will make sure everything is covered.
2- We paid for him to be there all night, he comes around and says I think I got pictures of everyone, so I'm leaving.... pissed me off but did not want to make a scene with all my guest there!
3- Missed all kind of standard wedding shots (We have not one shot of my wife alone) even though my wife sent him a list of shots she wanted.
4- He touched up maybe four pictures and that's it and we received no prints even though we paid for them.
He had no contract but did list the package we paid for and raised the price the closer we got to our wedding figured he found out he had priced himself too low.
He is a VERY nice guy and do not want to speak ill, I know he has the talent but dropped the ball on our wedding. Be straight with him and I'm sure his talent and professionalism will mature.

Hey guys! I'm sorry if you didn't have the greatest experience!
First off, as far as the second photographer not being there, she had said she would make it, then last minute tells me she couldn't, so I apologize for that. I no longer work with anyone for just that reason! People are unreliable, and I was foolish to trust my assistant to keep her word. Trust me, I was as upset about this as you were.
As far as prints, my packages don't normally include any prints, so if there was any mix up as far as that is concerned I'm sorry. If you can show me any correspondence where I told you prints would be included, I would be more than happy to get those made and shipped to you.
As far as pricing goes, I would never ask for more money once a contract is signed. When we sign that contract, my current prices are locked in. This is standard procedure. I'm not entirely sure what you mean by raising my prices the closer we got to the wedding. My prices do go up from time to time, but I never adjust prices for existing clients, unless it is in their favor!
As far as editing, I edit each and every photo. I correct things like crop, contrast, brightness, etc. Good editing is editing you don't know was even done to the photo. If you can tell a photo has been edited, it has been over done.
As far as missing any "standard" wedding shots, I capture everything that unfolds in front of me. If ever there is something you suspected was missed, all you would have had to do is mention it to me. If we somehow didn't get any photos of the bride alone, she would have just had to mention it to me as I'm sure she would have known on the day of if she didn't pose for something she specifically wanted. Of course, I'm in no way blaming you or saying its your fault we missed something.
It is totally my fault if something got missed, especially if it was on your list. I'm truly sorry if you feel there was something you wanted that we missed. If You want, next time I'm in the area, we can set up a "day after" type of shoot and I'll get some awesome shots of your beautiful bride by herself so we have a great shot to print and display. :)
Finally, as far as leaving early, I always stay till everything is captured. If I've gotten all the details and everyone doing their thing, and there is nothing left to do, only then do I head out. In your case, everyone was done dancing and people were leaving. This is when I normally head out. There were no more remaining opportunities for photos.
Again, I'm sorry your experience was less than perfect, so if there is anything I can do to set things right, you just let me know and we will fix it. Again, if you can show me correspondence that says prints would be included, we will make it happen!

User1684005 Sent on 06/29/2014I fell in love with his style of photography when I found his site. I couldn't wait for him to be my photographer on my big day!!! He did a fabulous job! We got to see some previews while he was editing, and it didn't take too long for us to get all of our photos. (I've heard some friends had to wait months to see their photos, while we only had to wait a few weeks.)
