We had the absolute pleasure of working with Timeless Tree for our wedding photography and videography, and we truly could not have asked for a better team to capture our special day!
From the very beginning, Tommy, the owner, was so easy to work with. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to walk us through every detail, making sure we felt informed and comfortable every step of the way.
On the day of the wedding, we were lucky to have the most wonderful team with us – Iryna and Benjamin (photographers) and Nabil and Rommel (videographers). They were not only incredibly talented, but also made the experience so fun and relaxed. Their energy, professionalism, and kindness made us and our guests feel so comfortable, and it truly shows in the final product.
When we received our teaser photos and highlight video, we were blown away. And once we saw the full footage and photo gallery, we were honestly speechless. Every moment was captured so beautifully and authentically – we will treasure these memories for a lifetime.

I cannot recommend this team enough. Initial response time was quick and the team provided a lot of information with no hidden costs etc. We decided to do an engagement shoot with our main photographer. This experience was so helpful in making us feel comfortable behind the camera and allowed us to meet Amir our main photographer and develop a relationship which made the whole process a delight. The team were professional and made sure to get all the important images we requested. They arrived on the day prepped with high end equipment and were so happy and energetic it really made the day a lot easier. Now onto the photos. We all love our high end phones with the "great quality". And then you get the photos from Timeless Tree and you can see the difference. The quality is incredible and each photo captures the raw emotion and highlights the beautiful day we had. The team captured all the little details and I could not be happier with the end result. -

We are so glad we chose Timeless Tree for our photo and video! We had awesome shooters on the day of for photo snd video who perfectly captured our day and understood our personalities and vision! We got some pictures during golden hour on our venue's golf course and they are INSANE! We also utilized them for our engagement photos and Riane and the editors (Tracy and company) understood what we were going for and delivered. HIGHLY recommend! -

Timeless tree weddings is an awesome company. Tommy, the owner was so great to work with! He's an excellent communicator and is really prompt in his replies as well! We did our initial consultation with Andrea and she is just so friendly and helpful, it made our decision so easy and any questions we had were automatically answered and taken care of! We booked the timeless package and had the pleasure of working with Kayla for our engagement shoot, and Kayla, Michelle, Len and Kane on our wedding day! We absolutely loved everything that the package included and definitely recommend both Timeless Tree and the timeless package. Because this package takes care of photography and videography, the footage captured both still and film beautifully captured our day! This package also includes drone footage, so combining that unique angle and perspective into our films was amazing! We are so thankful that we chose Timeless Tree for our big day because we will have such beautiful photos and videos to remember our day by forever! They cater to the couple's style and preferences and seeing a mixture of candid and posed really captured the day! If you are looking for a wedding photographer, look no further, and if you're deciding which package to go with, we absolutely recommend the timeless package! We had the best wedding this summer in July it was great, the 2 girls we got did a amazing job they made everyhing perfect and I wouldn't change anything, and the girls were really chill and outgoing! We had fun!! We will recommend them to other friends and family! -

Tommy and the team from Timeless Tree Weddings did an amazing job on our wedding.
Specifically, after the unforseen passing of my wife just a week after our wedding day. Tommy immediately was able to pivot and put together a heartfelt and appropriate wedding short video of 5 minutes in duration within the 2 weeks before the funeral. This helped the few people who missed our wedding see the happiest moments of our life. And let everyone know though tragedy struck, her beauty and happiness radiated through the 5 minute short video.
The music, imagery, and all that was composed really captured how beautiful and happy we were. And also had undertones appropriate for such a tragic thing that befell our family.
I am absolutely 100% confident given how unbelievably crazy up to and immediately after our wedding was. That Tommy and the team could pivot on a dime and produce the perfect video for you and yours.

We are so happy! I entered their instagram contest on a whim and won second place, half off a wedding photography package and a free engagement shoot. We got two photographers for our wedding day, who were both very competent a so seamless I barely noticed they were there. The editing was amazing. Tracy, one of the owners, was in contact with me through the whole process of engagement shoot through wedding day, and after! She was so helpful and a real joy to work with when planning a wedding can be so stressful. She even went above and beyond to have a couple edits for me (editing a water bottle out of my dad's hand, and a misplaced strap in one of my favorite pictures). Timeless Tree Weddings has such a cool and innovative concept where the photographers do the camerawork, and they have separate editors that only do the editing. This concept worked out so well and you can tell each person is doing what they love! Thank you Tracy and Timeless Tree Weddings!! -

Wonderful experience!
The Toronto-based team and SF-based photographers with Timeless Tree took such great care of us on our wedding day! Tianne (Toronto) communicated with us clearly each step of the way and answered all our questions promptly. A few weeks ahead of our wedding, Timeless Tree sent us a questionnaire/shot list prompt that they shared with the photography team, which made it easier for us.
We got connected with two SF-based photographers (Ron and Trinity) for our big day who were so kind and fun! We aren't used to having our photos taken, but Ron and Trinity made us feel comfortable - and we love our sneak peek photos!
Working with vendors can be stressful, especially with everything that goes into wedding planning, but Timeless Tree made it smooth for us. We definitely recommend them! -

I chose Timeless Tree Weddings to be my photographers for my wedding day. Tianne and her team have been nothing but easy to work with throughout this entire process! I must admit that I am an extremely anxious person and since this is my first time getting married – I had a LOT of questions which were all answered in a timely manner. When I asked about my timeline –their lead planner Tiffany scheduled a zoom call with me and this was very helpful since there were a lot of things I didn’t think about. When it comes to my wedding photos, I made sure to show Tianne my pinterest board of inspiration of how I wanted my photos to look like and let me tell you that when I received them, I cried all over again. They were perfect. I highly recommend this studio!! -

Mind blowing!!
I cannot say enough about this company! I am continually floored by how our photographer captured our whole special day. We each had our own photographer when getting ready in the morning (which makes it so nice to see both sides) and then was so friendly and easily made everyone feel so comfortable and at ease with their photos being taken. We are both so happy with our photos and I had even forgotten about the digital album you get as well!!! What a lovely surprise to relive your day and to have on display in your home together! We cannot rave enough how wonderful it was to work with Timeless Tree Weddings for our video. Tianne, is amazing and very accommodating. The team had one goal and is to make you happy. When we asked for somethings to be changed, they were very flexible and we could tell how much they want to capture what we want. Before and during the wedding, the team were organized and knew exactly what to do and it was just wonderful seeing how much they captured our special day. A Journey to Remember
We had the pleasure of working with Timeless Tree Weddings to capture our wedding journey. We did two different engagement photoshoots and had 2 separate teams (2 photo & 2 video) on our wedding day. The teams worked together beautifully, everything was very well organized and harmonious. They took direction very well. I was very particular with my vision, I knew what I wanted and they delivered. Our magical journey will live forever thanks to the very talented crew, and also thanks to their wonderful boss Tommy who always made us feel heard and understood. Conclusion: 10 on 5 stars, pure excellence, HIGHLY recommend!

Best day ever
I don’t have enough words to express how amazing the timeless tree team was on our wedding day! Vivienne, Christina and James were incredible. They were punctual did not waste any time and made sure I got all the shots we wanted. We were a tricky couple since we did not want a first look but timeless made sure that was not an issue doing all our photos separate then spending time with just us after the ceremony for our portrait shots. Vivienne is about her business and played no games to make sure she got the perfect shots in the best poses and best lighting. They were all very professional and really a joy to work with. I’ve already been sent teasers only a week after and I am already in love, their editing and aesthetic makes my day look like the dream it was. I will always recommend timeless tree and so happy I chose them for our wedding -

The timeless team was incredibly responsive, receptive, and helpful from beginning to end and beyond. We did both our engagement photos and wedding photo and video with them, and they are an absolutely wonderful team to work with. Tommy answered every email promptly and courteously. They were incredibly accommodating with what we wanted the fay of our wedding, and were receptive to last minute changes. The shooters made us feel so comfortable and made the day so much fun (Shout out to Lenaic and Ralph!). Our photos came out incredibly stunning- they captured the day in such a beautiful way. Timeless Tree Weddings was amazing and that’s an understatement. Every aspect of our experience was filled with professionalism, enthusiasm and made our wedding day very easy going and memorable.
We are so happy with how our photos and videos turned out. They captured special moments and now we could replay it over and over again. We went with their wedding package that had two videographers and two photographers. We initially thought that we might have overdone it but they didn’t waste any time. They were constantly thinking of what to capture and used their experience to make things look great with efficiency.
We felt really safe and stress free once we decided to go with them. They know what they’re doing, so you could be really present for your wedding.
If you’re looking for photos/videos for your wedding, you gotta reach out to Tommy! You’ll understand what I mean by professional, responsive, and fun. -

The Timeless Tree Team was Amazing! My wife and I purchased the 2 photographer and 2 videographer package and it was 100% worth every penny. Our wedding was located about an hour North of Seattle Washington. From the beginning of the wedding planning process till the day of the wedding, the team was super helpful and followed through with the vision we had for our wedding photos. The shooters were amazing and captured all the moments of our special day. The editing team was super efficient and we received our photos back within 1 month of our wedding. So happy for the quick turn around so we could re-live the special day through all the pictures. Thank you Tracy and the rest of the team for capturing our special day! -

Honestly, probably the easiest decision for a vendor that we ever made. We got married on March 18th, 2022. Tommy and his team were consistently AMAZING throughout the whole day. Our main photographer and videographer was Mashall and Adrielle. They made everyone feel so comfortable and even had our emcee approach our table to tell us that our photographers and videographers really knew what they were doing. They also host seasonal contests via instagram where we had the pleasure of winning the 50% off any wedding package. Tommy made it a point to ensure that we were getting all that we hoped for in terms of our wedding photos and videos. Closer to the date, he set up a meeting with us and went through the whole process from getting ready to the end of the night. We received our photos and videos so quick and received such amazing quality and service. 100% recommend timeless tree for your wedding! I'm usually awkward with photos but the team made everyone feel so comfortable! -

The entire Timeless tree team have been nothing short of amazing.
The whole process from meeting with Tracy to our super fun engagement shoot, till the wedding day and the now finally getting our photos and videos have just been amazing.
Honestly I’ve never seen a team that shows how much passion they have for what they do. Our photographers and videographers Taylor and Mark were fan fantastic. We were so happy with them and so relieved how fun and easy they made the day.
When we had to rescheduled our wedding date (thanks covid) Tracy helped us move the date within a day.
We just got our photos and videos and our entire family is in love. We played it during our xmas dinner and it was the best experience ever. Worth every penny.

Words can’t describe how happy my now husband and I are with the services provided to us from Timeless Tree Weddings. Our wedding was supposed to take place on July 11, 2020 but due to COVID, we’ve had to postpone it multiple times and Timeless Tree has been nothing but flexible and accommodating. All of our questions were answered almost immediately (I swear these people don’t sleep!) and our photographers Vivian and Mila were AMAZING! My husband and I are very camera shy but felt very comfortable with them as they were able to provide us with great direction and were just great people to work with. Our wedding gallery isn’t done yet but we did receive our wedding teasers and we are just over the moon with how beautiful it turned out!

Tracy was very helpful and very knowledgeable in this field. The first time I contacted Tracy and had consultation with her, she was very thorough and considerate to everything we needed. On the day of our wedding their team were super friendly and helpful! It made us feel very special and comfortable. If you there’s anything else I could say is that this company is will not let you down! They will make you feel like you’re superstars when youve never been in front of a camera before! We we recommended Timeless Tree through a friend who got married last year and I can happily say they were the best decision we couldve made. The entire process was amazing and really helped us alot. Tianne one of the owners took alot of her time to really help me with our outline and itinerary. She was detailed and you can tell she's done this for years. Everything she said came true and we were prepared each step of the way thanks to her. Nel and Mel were amazing photographers and videographers. They were so nice and made us feel super comfortable. When deciding to choose a photographer for our wedding, we were starting from zero, had no clue who we wanted. Surprisingly, the opportunity to work with Timeless Tree Weddings came to me as a contest winner! We had won a 50% off any package and that was amazing news to us. We first looked to see what would be included and the previous work they've done and we were both impressed of the photos they've done in the past and the package deals. With prices and the work we've seen in mind, it was a no brainer to go with Timeless Tree. We started the process about a year and half before our actual wedding date and throughout the whole time, Timeless Tree Weddings was there making sure we had all the information for both the engagement photos and finally to the day of our wedding. They gave us questionnaires that allowed them to pinpoint exactly how the day would go and, in my opinion, that helped with the planning of the photos. Their responsiveness is the only thing I'd have concerns about, but I realize patience is key, since they must work with plenty of people across states and even countries! Only advice on this is to be on top of emails and send a reminder if something is needed sooner, rather than later. The photos are easily shared to us through an online photobook and it is really easy to download from that format. The photographers they choose are local to the area that seem to be contracted through them, so you do get a local photographer, which is nice! All in all, the value of the packages are amazing and I definitely recommend those who are looking to look into Timeless Tree. -

Working with Timeless Tree Wedding has been an awesome investment.
It’s something that we do not regret at all. They were worth every penny. From all of the videos that they took for our wedding, it has been absolutely stellar with the highest quality possible. They are professional, quick to respond back to all of your needs, and make you feel very comfortable and at peace with moving forward with your wedding especially during a stressful time. And especially during a pandemic.
They did everything within their power to accommodate us throughout the changes that took place and made our big day a moment to remember and share with family and friends. I would recommend you book with them before they are fully booked out.
