Highly recommend Timeless Beauty
Marianne and her team were so great and easy to work with! Marianne was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Our stylist, Tiffany, was amazing and did exactly what I wanted and more for myself and for my bridesmaids! As a bride, with so many details to think about, it was so nice to not have to worry or think about my hair because they took care of it for me! Highly recommend!Timeless Beauty's reply:

Highly recommend
Marianne and her team went above and beyond on my wedding day and the weeks leading up to it. My hair trial initially didn’t turn out how I had envisioned (largely due to the horrible humidity that day) and when I mentioned to Marianne that I was nervous about how my hair would hold up for the actual wedding day, she very generously scheduled a second trial (free of charge) so I could be confident going into the day. In the end, my hair turned out AMAZING and was my vision brought to life.
Everyone’s make up also turned out beautiful! They did a great job highlighting our natural features so we still looked like ourselves and our make up lasted all day. I highly recommend Marianne and her team!Timeless Beauty's reply:

Great experience with the Timeless Beauty team!
We had an excellent experience with the Timeless Beauty team. Marianne was so friendly and professional and just great to work with, and her team members were all amazing to work with on the day of our wedding. Everyone’s hair and makeup came out great. The staff really listened to what we wanted. Marianne came to our house to do a trial a couple months before which was great.
As an LGBT couple, the Timeless Beaty team made us feel comfortable and was very welcoming. They were flexible to meet our needs. We were two grooms who both got light makeup done, as well as three groomswomen and a mother of one of the grooms who got hair and makeup done. They traveled to our hotel the morning of our wedding day and were a fun presence to be around as we got ready for the big day!
We definitely recommend the Timeless Beauty team! The biggest struggle we had as an LGBT couple in the area was that everyone’s templates said “bride and groom all over” and didn’t change anything or make us feel welcome when we made it clear we were not a straight couple (even places that claim to be LGBT friendly). Very flexible!
Being from South Asia, I was little hesitant to hire someone who may not be familiar with makeup of our culture.
Marianne offered her services even though it was kind of last-minute request. She is very flexible!!

They came to do trail at my house and worked with me on what I wanted from the photos I showed. I ultimately decided to cancel my wedding hair and makeup services with Timeless Beauty after two preview appointments because I no longer felt confident they would deliver the experience I expected for my wedding day.
The first issue was organization. When we arrived for our previews, Marianne appeared unaware that we were a two-bride couple and that both brides were scheduled for trials, despite that being what we had arranged beforehand. It was also very obvious that the hairstylist was not made aware that there were two brides. My airbrush makeup, which had been selected in my contract, was not performed during the trial. We were also told someone else would be handling parts of the makeup application on the wedding day, making it impossible to know what my completed bridal makeup would actually look like.
I was also disappointed with the quality of my makeup trial. I came to the appointment with inspiration photos and clearly communicated the soft, glowy look I wanted for my wedding day. Throughout the trial, however, I felt that my feedback and preferences were not truly being listened to. Instead of adjusting the makeup to match the look I had requested, it felt as though Marianne continued creating the look she believed would work best for me rather than the one I had specifically asked for. As we tried to make changes, the consultation felt rushed, and instead of removing the original eye makeup before trying a different look, additional eyeshadow colors were layered over what had already been applied. The result looked muddy and did not resemble the look I had requested or expected from a bridal preview. A makeup trial should be a collaborative experience where the bride feels heard and leaves excited and confident for her wedding day, but I left feeling discouraged and uncertain.
What made the experience even more upsetting were the comments made about my appearance during both appointments. During one preview, comments were made about my nose, and during the second, when I expressed concern that my hairline might be receding, I was told, “No, you just have a big forehead. You probably always have.” Those are not comments any bride expects to hear while preparing for one of the biggest days of her life. Rather than making me feel beautiful and confident, I left feeling more self-conscious than when I arrived.
After deciding to invoke the satisfaction guarantee and cancel, I was surprised by the amount withheld from my deposit. While Marianne explained how she calculated the charges based on package pricing, it was not how I understood the pricing from the website, and I felt the communication surrounding the refund lacked transparency. We ultimately paid hundreds of dollars for previews that did not meet our expectations.
Professionalism is about more than being polite in follow-up emails. It also means being prepared, communicating clearly, making clients feel comfortable, taking concerns seriously, and accepting responsibility when expectations are not met. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
What disappointed me most, however, was the response after we explained our experience in detail.
My wife sent a thoughtful email outlining our concerns, including the lack of preparation for our appointment, the incomplete services, the rushed makeup application, the comments about my appearance, and the stress this experience caused during our wedding planning. We weren't looking for an argument-we simply wanted our experience to be understood.
Unfortunately, Marianne's final response did not acknowledge or address any of those concerns.
There was no response to the comments about my appearance, no acknowledgment of the confusion surrounding our appointment, the missing airbrush application, or the quality of the makeup trial. Instead, the email focused on the cancellation of the services and standing by her initial refund amount. While the satisfaction guarantee was honored with a partial refund, I was left feeling that our experience and the concerns we took the time to explain were dismissed rather than genuinely heard.
Every bride deserves to leave her makeup trial feeling beautiful, confident, and excited for her wedding day. Instead, I left feeling discouraged, less confident, and scrambling to find a new hair and makeup artist just weeks before my wedding. I hope sharing our experience helps other couples make an informed decision.Timeless Beauty's reply:
