We cannot express how amazing our experience was at Timberbanks! We got married January 2026, and from start to finish, our wedding planner Jordan went above and beyond for us. The venue was decorated perfectly and the food and drinks were delicious! Jordan and the whole staff went out of their way to help us make everything stress free and perfect! We couldn’t recommend Timberbanks enough!!!

Ryan was very professional and gave us great ideas and suggestions on how to put together a great wedding.

We truly can’t say enough amazing things about Amy Preble and the entire team at Timber Banks Country Club. From the moment we spoke, Amy made us feel completely at ease and took all the stress out of wedding planning. She’s not only incredibly organized and professional, but also one of the kindest and most genuine people you could ever work with.

Amy went above and beyond in every way to make sure our day was perfect. She thought of every detail, kept everything running seamlessly, and made sure we were relaxed and able to enjoy every moment, which we absolutely did!

Our wedding truly exceeded all our expectations. The venue was absolutely beautiful, the staff were amazing, and the entire day flowed effortlessly. So many of our guests told us it was literally the most beautiful wedding they’d ever been to, and that’s all thanks to Amy and her incredible team.

From the moment we visited Timber Banks, we knew this was the place we wanted to get married. Not only is their venue absolutely beautiful, but their staff is incredible. We worked with Jordan Barbato throughout the entire planning process and we can’t say enough good things about her. She was extremely flexible and always willing to meet with us, and answered our questions right away. People always say wedding planning is so stressful, but we never felt an ounce of stress throughout the entire process thanks to Jordan. She truly listened to everything we envisioned and helped make our wedding better than we could have ever imagined. Their event order made creating a timeline so easy and allowed us to have all of our vendor information and day of plans in one spot. The bridal suite was an absolute dream and we’re still talking about the delicious food Timber Banks prepares. If you are or anyone you know is getting married PLEASE consider Timber Banks and working with Jordan Barbato, you will absolutely have the greatest day of your life!

Everything about our experience was excellent! We had our ceremony outside on the river. Timber provided golf carts to get all of our guests safely and conveniently to and from the site. We had our reception in the clubhouse event room, and it was beautiful. The food was great too. The best part is really the coordinating team, Ryan and Jordan. Ryan was our lead, and he worked so hard for us. Everything was perfect!

Timber Banks was the first wedding venue we toured after getting engaged, and my fiancé and I were immediately sold. Not only is the venue absolutely breathtaking - but the staff there is amazing! They are very responsive and extremely accommodating. Not only do they have a space to hold the ceremony and reception, but the rehearsal dinner was also on site, and we were able to stay at the guest houses up the road to make it more convenient for the wedding party the night before and day of.

We were so lucky to have Ryan as our Event Planner and he was absolutely AMAZING! Planning a wedding can be stressful and overwhelming, but Ryan made the process so smooth and easy - he did it all for us! Any questions or changes we had over the 10-11 months of planning, he was so prompt with getting back to us and was so organized and detailed.

Our day was absolutely beautiful and we are so grateful for Timber Banks and everything they did to help make our day that much more special! We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and would highly recommend Timber Banks to anyone in search of a wedding venue!

Our experience at Timber Banks was incredible! Our wedding day was amazing! During the planning process, our venue planner, Ryan, was quick to respond to emails, he was unbelievably helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible day! He was more like a friend than a planner. The venue was breathtaking on our wedding day, every little detail was covered! We received so many comments from guests regarding the amazing cocktail hour appetizers along with the dinner entrées . The staff were friendly and courteous, even offering to grab drinks for some of the elders during cocktail hour. The bartenders were quick with service, there rarely was a line, and they too looked to be having a good time. Our guests raved about the wedding and we are still reminiscing on such an incredible
experience. We are so happy that we chose Timber Banks for our wedding venue!

We had our wedding reception at Timber Banks in July 2025, and it was truly a dream come true. From the moment we started planning, Jordan Barbato, our coordinator, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was an absolute rockstar—so organized, thoughtful, and calm under pressure. When we had a minor issue with a vendor, she stepped in immediately and handled it with such professionalism that we didn’t even have to stress.

The venue itself is stunning. The bridal suite was gorgeous and gave us the perfect place to relax and get ready. The decor setup was flawless, and the takedown at the end of the night was so seamless—we truly didn’t have to lift a finger. It allowed us to enjoy every single moment with our guests.

And the food and drinks? Absolutely amazing. Our guests are still raving about it!

We can’t thank Timber Banks and Jordan enough for making our day so special. If you’re considering this venue for your wedding, do it—and if you have the chance to work with Jordan, you’re in the best hands.

10/10 recommend getting married at Timber Banks. Whether you decide to do both your ceremony and reception or just your reception there, your expectations will be greatly exceeded. We just got back from our honeymoon and cannot stop raving about the venue, the staff (shout-out Ryan, our wedding planner), and the overall atmosphere of the whole wedding day. It is a hidden gem in Upstate NY that will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

Jordan B. and the entire staff at Timber Banks was the perfect venue for our June 2023 wedding. We originally planned on having the wedding ceremony on-site and outside, however the weather prevented us from being able to do so! The ceremony was seamlessly moved into the ballroom; it was absolutely beautiful. Jordan was very easy to reach and so helpful in the wedding planning process. She made the whole process stress-free, even for this Type A bride! We couldn't recommend Timber Banks as a wedding venue enough. Our guests still can't stop talking about how great the food was!

Our guests raved about the food provided, and the venue itself...Timberbanks is a gorgeous venue and truly a hidden gem in the Central New York area. Angela the wedding planner there is truly the best! There was not a moment she wasn't spot on all the time. She made sure everything went as planned even when there were hiccups that were not this venders fault. She made sure everything was what I dreamed of! I can't thank her enough.

I loved my wedding at Timber Banks! The ceremony site by the river is beautiful. With golf cart shuttles for the guests, a covered golf cart to escort the bride, a tented waiting area for the bride....they really thought of the everything And the reception tent is magical. It has an asphalt floor, white draped roof and sides, and chandelliers. The best part is that it's basically a blank canvas that would work with any theme. I sprung for the uplighting which was definitely a good idea - it helped create a wonderful ambiance. And the tent looks wonderful in pictures too. They use Carnegie as their exclusive catering, and their food is amazing!! We received so many compliments on both the food and the venue. We heard from a lot of people that it was "the best wedding they've ever been to". It was around 90 degrees on the day of our wedding, and it was a little stuffy in the tent, but much more comfortable than I would have imagined.

Angela is the wedding coordinator, and she is amazing to work with. She's incredibly personable and detail oriented. With her organization, we only had to meet three different times to make sure everything was covered. She's also more than willing to help out where she can. She handles a lot of the set-up and coordination with other vendors, which helps make the wedding day much less stressful. The overall experience with Timber Banks was great. I highly recommend them!

The event planner, Angela, was absolutely amazing, professional and wonderful to work with. She made everything as stress free as possible and was extremely helpful at contacting outside vendors and keeping everything and everyone on course. She went above and beyond for us and I'm so glad that she was part of our big day.

(From a bride) Booking Timber Banks was one of the best choices we made. It's perfect if you love the bright, airy feeling of an outdoor wedding but without the downsides. The tent is sturdy, there are indoor bathrooms, and the floor is concrete, so weather is not a risk. The staff was AMAZING. The coordinator, Angela, and her team went above and beyond in every way. They took our vision and brought it to life better than we could have ever imagined. The day of the wedding, the tent looked beyond perfect, the staff were so friendly, and the day went smoothly. The bartender had my favorite drink in hand anytime I even came within 10 feet of the bar. I just can't recommend this venue highly enough - it was just perfect.

Ryan was great from start to finish! The food and venue was talked about by our guests for the month after the wedding! 10 out of 10! This was a perfect place for our friends and family to celebrate our special day.

Our Timber Banks wedding ceremony and reception was a dream. The beautiful ceremony site is set alongside the Seneca River and made for a beautiful outdoor wedding with white chairs, the gorgeous golf course was behind us and I walked down an isle of red brick and we said our vows at the gazebo facing the river. AMAZING.

The reception site is an incredible big white wedding tent. From the outside it looks like something you would see in Alice in Wonderland, it’s just so cool and so classy. The inside is draped with white tent fabric that flows atop the ceiling; they have it decorated with permanent chandeliers, it’s breathtaking. Plus they have a permanent bar and restrooms; it was a perfect outdoor/tent wedding without the hassle of outhouses and makeshift bars. Before I found this venue I priced a tent to rent from a rental company and it was so expensive, there is no way to beat the price of this venue, especially the quality of this tent. It looked like a movie set dream tent wedding. It’s just amazing.

Angela was the person I worked directly with, I was a DIY bride and she came through like a champion and tied up loose ends I couldn’t get to and helped me so much with my DIY projects. For example, at the ceremony I wanted to leave a favor with a message on the bag with a water bottle for guests to enjoy while they waited for the ceremony. I ran out of time and had way too much on my plate. I decided that I wasn’t going to be able to get to it. Angela said, this is something you wanted and you should have it, let me take care of it for you. And she did. It was a sentimental part of our ceremony and I’m so grateful she made it happen.

We are so lucky to have had the wedding that we did. There is just no other venue in this area that offers what Timber Banks can provide. We will never forget our wedding day and the service we received in all the days leading up to it.
