WOW, WOW! Applause, applause to the staff at TCC! Service, food and execution was exemplary! I rushed in with floral, posters, pillars, pictures, place cards and a runway...and would not have completed the set up decor without the TCC staff's professionalism, attention to detail, calmness, and ability to think quickly on their feet, and finish so I could still get to the church on time! Jessica, TCC event planner, listened, took the vision I had and improved on it! Chip, TCC manager, handyman extraordinaire worked very efficiently too, laying a 30ft runway cheerfully! The filets were so tasty, tender and cooked to perfection! It was a fabulous and flawless function! THANK YOU ALL at TCC! With gratitude, Victoria Lucius, Victorious Events LLC, Floral, Design & Event Planner

This was a great venue for our wedding and reception. It rained on our wedding day and they were incredibly flexible and moved the ceremony site inside shortly before the ceremony occured, no extra fees or fuss. The food was wonderful. They have a great variety of appetizers, sides, and main courses to choose from. The Dauphinoise Potatoes were incredible!!! A big factor on how good this venue was can be attributed to the private events director Alexis Shreffler. She was very attentive and on top of things. This was a great venue for our wedding and reception. What can I say, the people at this Country Club were fantastic! They helped with every avenue from setting up the reception area, serving some great food and drinks and they even SAVED the wedding cake. The cake didn't quite make the delivery, so they rolled up their sleeves and saved the cake by replacing the bottom of the cake, re-icing it and decorating it with the flowers we brought. What can I say, the people at this Country Club were fantastic! We loved having our wedding ceremony and reception at this venue! The food was AMAZING and we got so many compliments on it. We knew we would adjust our budget to have our wedding at this venue and it was so worth it. We had a few small miscommunications, but nothing too important. We were still very happy with our experience. We loved having our wedding ceremony and reception at this venue! The food was AMAZING and we got so many compliments on it. I held my wedding and reception at the Bent Creek Community Center within the Timarron Country Club. The Center was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. It was very affordable and a great fit for our DIY casual outdoor wedding/indoor reception. The caterer made good use of the small kitchen and there was plenty of room for our musician. It comes with plenty of tables and chairs. A beautiful facility and great value.I held my wedding and reception at the Bent Creek Community Center within the Timarron Country Club. This venue is absolutely beautiful. As we waited for dinner at our reception, we enjoyed a beautiful view of the sunset from the wall of windows. The fireplace was romantic and useful as it was a bit cold during the reception before the dance. This venue is large enough to have a sizeable wedding (ours was 150 people), but it felt cozy and personal due to the decor. Some of the packages are a bit pricy, but worth it. The service was great, and there was only one, small glitch at the reception. I'd recommend it though! This venue is absolutely beautiful. When I first learned of Timarron and began planning my wedding at their venue, I'll admit their previous employee in charge of events concerned me and my husband to be. About a month before my wedding, while confirming details via email I learned that the employee I'd planned my wedding with was no longer working for them. As you can imagine, I was upset that I'd not been notified and with my wedding only weeks away I was horribly concerned things were going to be a mess. The new events coordinator Asa Vandertulip, told us that we should come in for an appointment to meet with her and work everything out. Immediately after meeting her, I felt much more comfortable and she was super accommodating and honored all of the verbal and previously written agreements that we'd had before. She made sure that we were happy and that all of our concerns were laid to rest.
A month later...I was married there for my October 23rd wedding, and I have to say, it was amazing. Asa, did an amazing job taking care of everything from food, linens, rehearsal coordination as well as ceremony and reception coordination. She was simply fantastic. Anything we wanted, she assured us she would take care of. I've heard horror stories of brides who don't get to enjoy their big day because they had to deal with the last minute issues and my biggest fear was things would become a mess and my husband and I wouldn't have been able to enjoy the day we'd waited our whole lives for. I'm thrilled to say that because of Asa and the team at Timarron, we didn't know of one thing going wrong, and we had the best wedding I've ever attended let alone expected to have for ourselves. Our guest RAVED about the food, the service at the bar, and everything in between. I would highly recommend Asa and Timarron. They're pricing is reasonable and according to all my guests, myself, and our other vendors the food is fantastic. When I first learned of Timarron and began planning my wedding at their venue, I'll admit their previous employee in charge of events concerned me and my husband to be. I think I may have gotten this venue at a bad moment - I know the coordinator ended up spending some time in the hospital with in three weeks of my wedding! But the venue was beautiful and what I got for the money priceless - we did our ceremony on their back patio because our church doesn't have a chapel and our sanctuary sits 1200 people! It was amazing in the sunset. They did humor me as I turned the angle it was facing every which way in order to get everything I wanted out of the event. I didn't have to think about chair rental for the outside venue. We used their banquet facilities for the reception and while we ended up 50 people over our original estimate - they made it work for a band and all the people. Where most places would charge for the quality of linens we received, we got them as part of the basic wedding package and they made the difference in the ambiance of the room. The food was great and as far as I paid attention the event service impeccable.I think I may have gotten this venue at a bad moment - I know the coordinator ended up spending some time in the hospital with in three weeks of my wedding! I booked this venue in July of 2011 when the fireplace and chandeliers were still standing. In May of 2012, without warning, Facebook informed me that the club was renovating the venue - NO ONE from the club called to inform us of what was going on and none of the staff were sympathetic to our situation. We had three wedding coordinators over the course of our year and a half of planning - the last one was very rude and never wanted to respond to emails in a timely manner. The club tried to nickel and dime us at every turn and it was a major struggle getting them to honor our original price lists. The day of the wedding, the ceremony site/reception areas were still being set up as guests were arriving and I was minutes away from walking down the aisle. The locker rooms smelled like someone took a massive dump and they were so hot that the entire bridal party was sweating trying to get ready. The coordinator that took over towards the end of the night was extremely rude and she snapped at my mom as she tried to ask her a question - literally yelling at my mother "WHAT DO YOU WANT?!". As my mom was trying to gather all of our belongings and decor...she found that all of our candles had been taken to the back for storage and also found that the club tried to steal two of our flower arrangements and hid them in the back of an office thinking we wouldn't see them. We were supposed to have an aisle runner during the ceremony...never happened. Champagne was not ready our toast. We had draping during the ceremony that was frayed and unprofessional looking. And we had golf course/golf cart noise during our ceremony - great memories! This place is by far the most unprofessional business we dealt with during our entire planning process and I highly do not recommend it. The result looked nice, the wait staff was very helpful and friendly, and Jennifer (Events Director) was as helpful and kind as she could be in this situation, but this place is not worth your time.I booked this venue in July of 2011 when the fireplace and chandeliers were still standing.
