  Beautiful and fresh wedding reception

  Tim and her team were delightful to work with the whole way through our wedding planning and the day of. My husband I were hoping to find a caterer that would help us make our dinner feel more like something you'd find at a restaurant and less like...a wedding dinner. Scott hosted us for a lovely tasting and he helped us settle on a menu that felt fresh, clean, and festive. Nothing heavy and lots of fresh ingredients. They were happy to help us serve a couple of special cocktails and some of our favorites beers, as well. The day itself was beautiful, fun, and delicious thanks to their hardworking and professionalism. Would highly recommend!

  Amazing and Unforgettable Experience

  Wow! Working with Tim the Girl Catering was a breath of fresh air! The entire team starting with Ashley to each staff member truly made our experience unforgettable! I cannot say how amazing it was to work with the team and how effortlessly everything was for us. I would certainly use Tim the Girl Catering again for many more of our events to come. Our guests raved about the food and the service throughout the event and even after we have had guests asking us for recommendations. Don't look any further just talk to Ashley and the team and feel confident in your decision! You will not regret it!

  Catering made specifically for the couple

  We looked at multiple companies to cater our wedding but when we came across Tim the Girl we were immediately drawn to the creative dishes they offered and the idea they could create a menu for us specifically! We were not disappointed! With us planning our wedding from a different state and country at times, Ashley and Tim did a great job working with us and responding to our inquiries in a timely manner. They also worked with my sister and wedding coordinator when we weren't there to make sure everything day-of went smoothly. Our menu was so uniquely us from the hors d'oeuvres to the dinner and the late night tacos! Our guests love the food and it just elevated the evening completely.

  Bet wedding food ever!

  We loved having our wedding at Ivy Hall! From our initial emails with Tim and Scott through the planning process and the actual event, everyone (particularly Scott -- give that man a raise!) was so helpful. We chose Ivy Hall partially because we loved the idea of a beautiful outdoor venue, and partially for Tim's food, and neither disappointed.
  
  The space is super flexible, so you can pretty much tailor it to your needs. For example we had everything outside and used the entire back space, including the gravel area that is sometimes a parking lot. The catering is also incredibly flexible. Tim can pretty much do whatever you want, and we loved working with her on our dream menu! Several of our guests told us it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding!
  
  We really cannot say enough great things about Scott and how communicative and helpful he was! If you want a beautiful venue with amazing food and a very helpful and responsive operations manager, Ivy Hall is the spot!

  Amazing Food with a Local Flair

  We love living in San Antonio, but most of our family still lives on the East Coast. We wanted to find a catering vendor who made great wedding food that was also able to highlight local flavors. Tim the Girl worked with us to get our menu just right and almost all of our guests went back for seconds! It was also super easy to coordinate our bar with them as well.

  Incredible Food

  Can’t say enough about the amazing food and service. Every one of our guests was over the moon and kept commenting all night on how delicious energy dish was. The whole process from beginning to end was so seamless. Ashley was our sales person and she was so easy to work with. She made choices easy for us and she put up with some (sorry) high maintenance bride things from me! Haha! Just love this company and highly recommend them to anyone.

  The BEST Wedding Caterer

  Tim the Girl provided the most amazing service and food for our wedding reception. Ashley was my point-person, and she was very responsive through email and by phone whenever I had questions. Our venue was in the Hill Country and they arranged to have an oven on-site to make sure the food was fresh instead of stuffed into warming boxes for over an hour of travel. Their baker also made our wedding cake -- which was DELICIOUS!

  Tim the Girl Catering worked with us for our wedding and was with us every step of the way. The planning was enjoyable because they helped out so much. Also gave us a multitude of delicious options that were also fresh and healthy. Would highly recommend.

And let me tell you, the things this lady can do with beets can convert the most hardcore carnivores!! Can't say enough good things!

  Wow! I was so stressed out planning my wedding and the staff and sales team really made the whole process so easy and even FUN! The food was absolutely incredible and my guests are still raving about it. Fresh, delicious and really beautiful. We didn’t want the same old boring wedding food and there was not even a hint of that fare. Staff was also great! Thank you!

  Not only was the food incredible, but her team did so much more than cater - they helped us make crucial decisions about the flow of the evening, set up decisions, and decor. I would recommend Tim 100% for any event!! The choice to hire Tim the Girl is a no brainer.

  I went to a family member's wedding catered by Tim the Girl Catering in 2017, and was frankly blown away by the food. You could tell by the taste that the quality of the ingredients was top notch. It wasn't the traditional wedding banquet food that is so hit or miss. It was fresh, modern fare. I was also very impressed with the aesthetics of the food served, Tim the Girl puts just as much effort in making her food look good as she does making it taste good. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caterer in the San Antonio area looking to blow their guests away!

The food was fresh, artistic, and outstanding. They worked around the dietary issues of the bride. They offered a colorful display of appetizers, main and side dishes that truly amazed our guests. They met with us several times before the event to be sure they would be providing everything as desired. Their table settings were elegant and their staff highly professional. They were constantly circulating at our event to pick up any abandoned dishes/glasses. We would highly recommend them to all, and we hope to have the opportunity to get to use them again in the future.
