Our Marriage Ceremony

Shauna was pleasant and gave a sweet ceremony enjoyed by all at our special event. She was well prepared with all the forms/ marriage license and submitted them in a timely fashion. We received our official document within 2 weeks of our marriage. I would highly recommend her to officiate your ceremony.

My husband & pretty much eloped.... we got our marriage license on a Friday, & were in a rush to be married by a certain date, the following Monday.... Rev. Landis was to the rescue, In a financial bind she worked with us. The ceremony/vows, and everything was exactly how we wanted it to be. Short, sweet and to the point... it's a day we will never forget...

Rev Shauna was the most amazing person as well as minister I have ever met. She was kind, considerate and was able to roll with all of the little issues that we had with our little spur of the moment wedding. Rev Shauna is beautiful on the inside and out and her ceremony was so sweet. With all the excitement and buzz of the moment, she brought us all together in love and peace with her sermon. I cannot say enough good things about Rev Shauna! Shes so special and it truly does show!!

Shauna did an amazing job for our ceremony. She was professional, extremely courteous and made sure our ceremony was perfect. I'd also like to note that she is a great speaker, which just added to her professionalism.

We needed an officiant on short notice so we could get married in the morning before our son was due. Shauna came out on just a few days notice and performed the ceremony! It was a great ceremony and something we will remember forever.

After our first officiant told us 8 months before the wedding he could no longer marry us, we found Till Death Weddings. After an initial miscommunication on both our parts, Rev Shauna offered to drive to our house personally for a meeting. In that meeting meeting we knew we wanted Rev Shauna. She made herself available to us for any stupid questions we had and helped us plan out the perfect ceremony. She kept the ceremony interesting and it wasn't too long or too short. We received many compliments about our ceremony.

I found Till Death Weddings at a wedding show and instantly felt a connection with Renee. She was so nice and down to earth. She did an amazing job at writing our ceremony and vows. We didn't want the same traditional ceremony and vows and it was awesome how she wrote something for us that fit us perfectly. We were also having a hard time on what type of unity ceremony we wanted to do and Renee told us about a wine box unity ceremony. We loved that idea. I defiantly think it will be something to look back on and eventually read our letters we wrote to each other and drink our wine and then write new letters and put a another bottle of wine in the box.

Minister Sahndra was our officiant and did an amazing job for us. We knew before we signed up with Till Death that it was important to have a custom script and ceremony, and we also wanted to reflect a bit of our personalities in every choice for the day, including the officiant. I had a lot of scattered notes about what I wanted in the ceremony language - a little Carl Sagan inspiration, notes about the symbolic aspect of the ring, and an existential theme (but done in a romantic way of course) and it took us a little back and forth to figure out how to pull these elements together into a coherent ceremony!! After some back and forth, Sahndra wrote a perfect, beautiful ceremony tying it all together (in one draft!!), and along with the vows we'd written it made for a really special, remarkable ceremony - tons of comments from our guests about how they'd really never seen anything like it and how meaningful it was, we really could not have asked for more. Outside of this process, Sahndra was easy to work with and talk to, made it clear I could call whenever I needed anything, even advice not related to the ceremony. Rehearsal was easy-breezy, she did a great job with my family and put everyone at ease. Very, very happy we worked with her, could not have been a better choice!!

We found Rev. Shauna to be very professional and helpful in calming our nerves about the big day! She worked with us to provide a custom ceremony script. Many people at our wedding remarked about how nice the service was. We were happy to have her officiate the wedding - we definitely made the right choice in selecting her.

Sahndy was great to us! We had a couple of hiccups in the beginning with information but we contacted til death very last minute after we had an officiant that informed us he was not open to having a neutral wedding without any religious aspects to it, less than a month before our wedding day but Sahndy was nice enough to fit us into her very busy schedule. She helped us come up with a beautiful ceremony even though we were unsure of what we wanted and she was very open to any ceremony that we wanted for our day. I don't know what we would have done without her and we are so glad now that our original officiant didn't work out. We are so thankful for finding Sahndy and till death!

We contacted Rev. Shauna of Till Death Weddings after reading the reviews her on this site. She responded quickly and directed us to her site for pricing and options. We had another two options lined up, that we had planned on meeting after Rev. Shauna, just to make sure we found someone we liked. We met with her first, and with that one meeting we knew there was no need to call anyone else. She is so down to Earth, warm, friendly, and at the same time professional enough that we knew we could rely on her. We're open minded people, so there wasn't any concern between us about her tattoos or bull ring in her nose. But, just so people know, this is part of the way Rev. Shauna expresses herself. But don't take that a sign that she will not take her role professionally (as some folks still do when they see people with body art). She was very clear in describing what we'd be getting, responsive to our questions, and getting through the paperwork and payment was a breeze. Rev. Shauna also made herself very available if we had any questions, ideas about our unity ceremony, or even to bounce ideas off her for our vows. The church the ceremony took place at is a historic building, and had many rules about what could and couldn't go on there. Because of that, we had to get creative for our unity ceremony. Rev. Shauna worked right with us to think of a few ideas, and when the final idea was decided on, she wrote up the perfect things to say. She sent us her script beforehand, to make sure we liked it, and we didn't want her to change a word. We highly recommend working with Rev. Shauna. In the short time we got to know her we can tell she has a big heart, and really cares to make sure your day is special. Everyone knows wedding planning can be stressful, and we were ecstatic that this part of the plan was a homerun that we didn't have to think twice about. We can't thank her enough!

Reverend Shauna was so wonderful! She wrote the most beautiful wedding ceremony for us and did such an amazing job. We really enjoyed meeting and working with her. She is such a pleasure to work with, so caring and helpful but also very professional. She attended our rehearsal, which was so helpful and also stayed to provide our Blessing for dinner, which we really appreciated. We had asked her to incorporate a Rose Ceremony, which what she wrote was amazing and she worked with our ceremony musicians to make it absolutely lovely. We have received so many comments from family and friends about how beautiful the ceremony was. We are so very happy that Reverend Shauna was able to be a part of our day and she helped to make it so special!!

Rev. Shauna was great. She was flexible with the ceremony and made us feel like our comments and edits were welcome. She attended the rehearsal and was absolutely in charge. She knew what questions to ask and had answers to all of ours and really made us feel not only like she knew what she was doing but that we did as well! Rev Shauna was amazing. We were looking for someone to officiate our same sex wedding and were a little nervous to find someone "friendly" to our needs. She was fantastic. Talked with us many times prior to the date and was very friendly and professional. Despite the windchill being -15 on the Capitol steps....she helped make the day something unique and perfect. Shauna was amazingly helpful every step of the way. She sat down and talked to my husband and I and just got a feel for who we were as individuals and what was important to us for our ceremony. She wrote us a beautiful ceremony that represented us and our relationship perfectly. Shauna goes above and beyond for her couples, she's extremely kind, and she listens to what you want while offering helpful suggestions. Rev. Shauna is amazing, she is very good at making sure that she communicates with you. There were many times that I sent her questions at 1am or 3am and surprisingly she replied almost immediately, this helped to keep me from stressing. We had recently relocated to the Harrisburg PA area And had no idea what to do or where to really start. We knew we wanted to get married and we knew where, with the rest we were clueless! Reverend Shauna went above and beyond helping me find other local wedding vendors and where to shop for supplies I needed for my DIY projects! She even showed up early to lend us help setting up the day of our wedding as she knew I was stressed and short handed. She worked within our budget and made our ceremony beyond memorable. It shows how much she loves what she does! I promise you will regret not picking Reverend Shauna! My husband and I are so glad that we did!

She is fabulous. We chose to have a rehearsal with her and I'm so glad we did! She guided us step by step through everything. She helped place everyone, explained the ceremony thoroughly and answered all of our questions which helped calm our pre wedding nerves! Best officiant there is in our opinion! We highly recommend Shauna.

I couldn't have asked for a better officiant! I was able to customize my ceremony to how I wanted it. They were professional and the ceremony was absolutely beautiful!

Shauna was so perfect for us. The only reason I did not give her a 5 is due to some issues with her e-mails not being responded to (but she immediately responded to texts and phone calls!) Shauna worked with us and the fact that we wanted something different and not "Cookie Cutter". We decided on a unity Drink ceremony that incorporated our bridal party into the unity as well. It could not have gone better, and what she wrote for the ceremony was just beautiful! I recommend her for your ceremony!

Everything was awesome! She was very kind and help out anyway she can. She responded quickly to any of my messages. And I was a late Booker so she was available with no hesitation. I recommend to any for a unique and beautiful wedding ceremony.

We were so happy with the service provides by Shauna for our wedding. She was extremely friendly and professional. We were grateful for the rehearsal the day before our wedding that she participated in. It was so nice to have someone organize our bridesmaids, groomsmen and family and put my mind completely at ease the day of the wedding. I'd absolutely reccomend them :)

I had the pleasure of working with Rev. Shauna. She was so awesome to work with and was super helpful. I was super nervous and she made everything super simple for me. The vows that were written for us were perfect. I am definitely glad we chose till death weddings to be there on our special day! Thank you for everything!

I would give zero stars if possible. I never write reviews, but since this was an awful experience I just wanted to warn other brides about this.

I put down a $100.00 deposit towards the sapphire wedding package ($250.00) which promises unlimited email and phone support. I have not recieved one phone call, returned phone call, or a single email. I get married next Friday, 9 DAYS AWAY. Now I cannot contact the business whatsoever for my deposit back.. which I will get my money back due to the shit service "provided." Completely added a ton of extra stress which was unprofessional and unneeded.

I'm just thankful I didn't pay the full amount from the beginning like I planned to.

Run the other way. Very unreliable. Shauna doesn't reply to hone calls, text messages or email/fb messages. She canceled our first consultation just a few hours before, stating medical issues. Ok fine. She was to get back to me afterward to reschedule. She didn't until after I had messaged, texted and called numerous times. We then agreed to meet again and she never showed up. No phone call, text, email, no nothing. Nothing since then either. Mind you, I've paid this woman a deposit of $100 that she obviously doesn't feel the need to give back, though she broke the contract. Very unprofessional! With less than 2 weeks I had to find another officiant. It makes me sick that people can do this to someone.
