  Such special items at this shop! I came here to get a flower girl dress custom made for my niece! So Easy! Dress was made so beautifully. I actually can NOT get over how inexpensive this was compared to others. Such amazing quality! Thank you so much for all the help. My niece looked SO beautiful on my wedding day!

  Tiggy Winks is such a cute boutique! I went in here in search of a flower crown and wand for my flower girl. I was sad that I didn't come across it sooner to purchase my flower girl dress. They handmade the crown and wand for me.

  Horrible and very rude and unprofessional

  The owner is so rude and is never open so you never know if you are going to get your dress on time that you already paid for!!!
