Tiger Lily did an absolutely beautiful job on my bouquet, boutonnières, and floral arrangements on our 9/9/23 ceremony and reception. Gayla was very accommodating and flexible, even when I switched up what I wanted about 6 times. I highly recommend them!

Everything we dreamt of!

Amazing Florist

My daughter got married on June 27, 2020 after postponing her April 4 date due to Covid and they were so helpful & accommodating with the last minute changes. The flowers that Tiger Lily did were amazing! Gayla went above & beyond to make everything we envisioned a reality. She was a dream to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

Beautiful floral work- extremely fresh!

Gayla with Tiger Lily really helped us for an elopement bouquet and boutonnière in a very short time. All I really told her was a few colors and shape and she created my vision even better than I saw it in my head. She was very professional and the quality of the flowers, construction of the bouquet, and freshness was all perfect. I would definitely hire her again for an event or any other floral need.

Amazing and gorgeous flowers!

Tiger Lily (especially Gayla) was amazing! They worked with our budget to get everything we needed for our wedding. Gayla responded to all of my questions promptly and she was super friendly and polite. The flowers were GORGEOUS and they arrived early to fit our crazy wedding day schedule. I highly highly recommend them!

Tiger Lily made our wedding elegant & magical!

Tiger Lily was amazing!! Gayla was very professional, detail-oriented and punctual in answering any questions and last minute requests that I had. She did a beautiful job with our arrangements and table and string light greenery, which truly added to the romantic ambiance of our wedding. Beautiful Job!!

Our flowers were incredible for our wedding- I didn’t want to put down my bouquet it was so beautiful. All of the guests couldn’t stop commenting on them as well. So happy we hired them!

Words cannot express how impressed I am with Gayla and the team at Tiger Lily! I planned my wedding from Raleigh, NC. Gayla was so helpful in giving me different visual examples, and different options within my price range via email. She was patient with me as I changed my mind 5 times before the wedding. I took a chance in giving the team a bit of creative freedom, and I do not regret it! I nearly cried when I saw my bouquet, the boutonnieres, and floral arch. The florals were the only décor I used at my wedding at the Gadsden House, and I could not be happier. They are so talented here, that you can’t go wrong with Tiger Lily!

Gayla with Tiger Lily is AH-MAZING. From our initial planning meeting to the day of the event she was involved, professional, in-tune and down right fabulous! I am so glad that we booked with Gayla. She turned my dreams into a reality and even made some wonderful suggestions that turned out to be beautiful. Her notes were impeccable, as the day of the event was EVERYTHING I dreamed of and MORE. From the initial proposal I knew she was the florist for me as she seemed to take everything I said I wanted and put it into a beautiful proposal complete with pictures and pricing. Gayla was there on the wedding day seeing that every detail was perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Gayla is such a sweet person, is super communicative and very flexible. She helped me envision my wedding, and gave me options to fit into my budget. She also threw in some freebies without me asking. I wish I could go back in time and admire the flowers more, because the night flew by! My bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and my husband’s boutonniere was perfect as well! She did excellent. Our venue, Upstairs at Midtown, was impeccably decorated with flowers. I couldn’t be happier, hire Tiger Lily- you cannot go wrong!

Gayla and the entire Tiger Lily team are absolutely amazing, and I can't thank Tiger Lily enough for all the AMAZING floral arrangements! Our rehearsal dinner flowers were beautiful. The bright colors were so fun and complimented our bright floral linens perfectly. We took the flowers everywhere with us that weekend (welcome party, hotel, wedding) and everywhere we went people and guests stopped us to compliment the gorgeous arrangements.

My favorite part of my wedding day was looking out from the second floor of the Legare Waring House, and seeing the stunning centerpieces and floral arrangements. They were breath taking! The Tiger Lily team truly out did themselves for Ryan and I. Everyone absolutely loved the flowers. The garland hanging from the lights over the dance floor was spectacular. The centerpieces at the head table were amazing! I cannot wait to see pictures of the decor so I can relive all the beautiful plants and flowers. Also, my bouquet was absolutely amazing! The colors complimented my dress as well as the bridesmaids dresses. My mother, grandmothers, and mother-in-law loved how their corsages came on a pearl bracelet. The beautiful details made our day so special. The guys boutonnieres looked wonderful, I loved how Ryan's was different from all the groomsmen!

Thank you again for creating such amazing arrangements for our rehearsal dinner and wedding! Everything was absolutely magical.

Gayla at Tiger Lily was wonderful to work with! She was very helpful and professional, and she took the time to make sure the flowers and greenery were exactly what I wanted. We loved all of the flowers at the wedding; especially the centerpieces and my bouquet. Everything was delivered on time and in beautiful condition! Tiger Lily Wedding came recommended to me by my wedding planner and i have to say my flowers were stunning thanks to Gayla! She took my idea of a sunset colored palette with orchids and created mind-blowingly gorgeous arrangements for my wedding. I do not consider myself a flower person and I almost tried to DIY my flowers (thank goodness hubby talked me out of that!), but the centerpieces and my bouquet changed my mind! I fell in love with them! Everything was delivered on-time the day of the wedding and all of the flowers looked fresh. They held up beautifully all day even in the melting heat and I received so many compliments on them! Gayla herself was a pleasure to work with. She was professional, kind and very responsive in all of her communications. She handled last minute hiccups well and was flexible in working with me to fit what I wanted with my budget. I'm so grateful to her for stepping in and creating such beautiful arrangements for us. The best part is a lot of the flowers in my bouquet lasted well into 3-4 weeks so I got to enjoy them for a long time! Thank you Tiger Lily Weddings :)

I ordered flowers for my wedding from their service that offers petit weddings to go. We had to pick them up that morning and take all the flowers to the venue. The flowers were absolutely stunning! I just told them an idea of what kind of flowers that I wanted and they went above and beyond! I was so pleased and I highly recommend Tiger Lily if you are in need of a florist.

Tiger Lily delivered eye popping floral arrangements for our wedding on Saturday 5/14/16. They were super easy to work with from our initial consultation of ideas to adjustments for budget. I felt so comfortable having Tiger Lily design unique tablescapes from photo inspirations provided. What I got blew my socks off and I heard many guests in aw with the flowers as well. Today was a sad day as I had to dispose of my arrangements that brought color to my home post our celebration. I can't wait to have my head table centerpiece recreated every anniversary year. They know how to design with soft pastels to our vibrant springtime arrangements. Thank you Tiger Lily for capturing my vision and exceeding all expectations!

The flowers at my daughter's wedding were absolutely gorgeous! Gayla was great to work with, and she exceeded my expectations. We had an arch in the courtyard of the Planters Inn and it was stunning. The centerpieces and arrangements in the garden room were so beautiful and transformed the room. Gayla and Tiger Lily were great!! The flowers were one of my biggest stresses as you really don't know what they are going to look like until the day of and it's a lot of money. They exceeded our expectations and we couldn't have asked for anything more!

Working with Gayla was amazing!! I was very indecisive and my now husband and I couldn't agree on the same things but she was very helpful in making us both happy. Throughout the planning, I had a lot of changes and added requests and she accommodated my requests as if it was no big deal.

Thank you Gayla and team for making our ceremony and reception beautiful and for being a joy to work with! We would recommend you to anyone.

What can I say about the flowers at our wedding?! They were so beautifully romantic with garden roses, polo roses, anemonies, astillbe, dusty miller, and seeded eucalyptus. They were stunning without being completely over the top. One of my friends' dad made the comment that he felt like he was at a royal wedding. Gayla was so easy to work with throughout the entire process! She made our original floral consultation so much fun and put me, my mom, and mother in law at ease. We knew she had EVERYTHING handled! It was so convenient to be able to drop off our family heirlooms with her before the wedding and know that they would be kept safe and displayed perfectly at the reception! I would 100% recommend Tiger Lily to anyone getting married!

Tiger lily did an amazing job with my flowers!! Since I live in atlanta we communicated over the phone and via email, sending pictures of what I wanted my flowers to look like and I couldn't have asked for better results, my flowers were absolutely amazing and look exactly how I wanted them to look. When I first met with Gayla, she was patient and very helpful with deciding on all white flowers for our wedding. She asked me a many questions to get a better understanding of what I liked and wanted since it was hard for me to communicate this due to my lack of knowledge of flowers. Tiger Lily did an amazing job constructing center pieces on site when we changed the vases to milk bottles. I especially loved how they paid attention to the small details with the bouquet wraps to match my theme. All the flowers were beautiful and kept throughout the whole day into the evening.

Firstly, there was no other choice for my family because Tiger Lily has been making beautiful bouquets for my mother on Valentine's day, her birthday, and my parents' anniversary for as long as I can remember. We're Tiger Lily groupies. That doesn't mean that they still didn't exceed my expectations by leaps and bounds. I wanted big, heavy bouquets, but I wanted them to look light, frothy, and airy. I wanted them to look more organic than the typical round wedding bouquet. Basically I wanted them to look like a lot of Pinterest bouquets. Gayla was our florist at Tiger Lily, and she worked closely with my mom to perfect them. The bridesmaids' bouquets had greenery, but also had deep pinks and some yellow. My bouquet was antique white with some pops of yellow and pale salmon, but it had beautiful little deep navy irridescent berries. I had no idea what my bouquet was going to look like, but it was exactly what I wanted. Whimsical and frothy, but with a slight edge from the berries. Also, it doesn't sound like the bouquets would look good together, but they did. I wish you could post photos with these reviews because they were gorgeous. My wedding was perfect, and I wouldn't change anything about it. Tiger Lily is the way to go!

Wow! I loved my flowers! I planned my wedding via email from California. They were responsive and professional. They worked within in my budget- in fact were conservative with my budget- and so kind. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. They still looked so good 2 days after the wedding that we took them to our next door neighbors for them to enjoy.

Gayla and the team at Tiger Lily provided absolutely stunning arrangements and center pieces for my wedding. Guests could not stop commenting on how beautiful the center pieces were and they were exactly what I wanted. Gayla took the time out to meet with me on a busy Saturday to discuss all of the arrangements and pieces and everything turned out just as beautiful as I had anticipated and more. She used a very thorough questionnaire to get a feel for my taste in flowers and what I was looking for which was spot on.

I am forever grateful to Tiger Lily and Gayla Harvey. My biggest regret was not being able to thank her personally when the flowers were delivered because when I saw them, I became so overwhelmed with joy and excited that she got my vision! And to make it even better, Gayla was able to help me fulfill my wishes and still keep me in budget. Thank goodness for pictures because I can’t describe how wonderful everything came together…all because Gayla listened and used her talent to create something so special.

Gayla at Tiger Lily Weddings is AMAZING!! I originally met with Galya last November and fell in love with Tiger Lily. She is so incredibly professional and organized. We were able to walk out of our first appointment with an estimate and she gave us so many new ideas. Anytime I e-mailed Gayla she was super responsive and my flowers looked EXACTLY like all the photos I provided her. I couldn't believe how well the team recreated my vision. Everyone at our wedding complemented me on the flowers and decor and how they fit our venue (Boone Hall Plantation) perfectly. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else. I highly recommend Tiger Lily, not to mention their prices are extremely affordable and the quality is A+++++!!!

After crazy amounts of research, weighing factors like price pointe, quality, reviews, etc, we decided to meet with Tiger Lily for a consultation. We worked with Gayla and were happy from the start to the finish. They worked with us to ensure the flowers perfectly accompanied the look and feel we were going for that day, and while we weren't sure exactly what we wanted, we shared all the things we knew we didn't want. They had wonderful and clever ideas to help make the most of our budget, and gave suggestions throughout the process.

The bouquets were absolutely stunning [http://blog.katiewilsonphoto.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/2013-05-07_013.jpg] and exactly what I envisioned, and I was so thrilled when the staff that delivered the flowers (on Bridge Run day; they were very timely and efficient throughout all the chaos!) took the time to ensure the flowers for the ceremony table were securely but secretly fastened to the table. We got married at Patriot's Point right on Charleston Harbor on a very windy day. All flowers looked gorgeous during the entire event!

What a great staff to work with. The arrangements and bouquet were fresh and lovely and from start to finish everything was handled wonderfully by the staff. We never had a moment of worry. I just hated leaving all the beautiful arrangements behind.

Lindsey at Tiger Lily is AMAZING! She helped us to make our vision a reality. Tiger Lily Florist and Wedding Planning did a FABULOUS job on our wedding! I would recommend them to everyone! The pricing is extremely reasonable for the service that is provided! If we ever have another event in Charleston, I will hire them in a heartbeat!

Since we live out of state, they took all of the stress off my shoulders, and my moms. Lindsey, our planner, was so organized and capable. She kept my mom and I in the loop every step of the way. She contacted all of my vendors and made the wedding day seamless! She really worked hard so that we could enjoy our special day with no worries!

The floral arrangements were perfect! They listened to my vision and made it happen. The bouquets and boutonnieres were fragrant and classic- I can say I have never seen my more more excited to have her Gardenia corsage! They photographed so well, not too small, and not too large.

Overall, I cant imagine our wedding without the service that Tiger Lily provided. The peace of mind knowing that we had Lindsey to make the wedding flow, and catch the details that can slip in the cracks. Fantastic service and cheerful ladies to guide you in the right direction. Thank you for all that you do!!

Tiger lily did a great job with my floral arrangements. They were lovely. My mother in law did most of the business with them but they did a great job communicating with me and arranged the flowers exactly how I wanted. They showed up on time the day of the event and were setup in minuets. Awesome job.

I changed my wedding date with only seven weeks notice and tiger lily was there without a question. My flowers were amazing! I had an idea in my head of what I wanted everything to look like and they were able to match it strait away. The centerpieces were one of a kind. Ashley was very helpful. My husband and I are both Active Duty military and had our wedding while on our 2-week R&R, so everything was planned via e-mail from overseas. My initial e-mail to Tiger Lily went a little something like this: "I'm getting married on this day at this time. I don't know anything about flowers, but I need some." Within 24 hours I received a response from Gayla. She asked me a few simple questions, then sent another e-mail with links to different bouquet arrangements for me to choose from. Completion of the contract, payment, and delivery were effortless and prices were reasonable. Best of all, she was able to provide the perfect bouquet for my wedding that fit my personality without ever meeting me in person. I highly recommend Tiger Lily to anyone in the Charleston area.

Tiger Lily is the BEST florist in Charleston! My wedding flowers were outstanding! They were exactly what I wanted and more! They are so professional and really easy to work with. I did not have to worry about how they would turn out at all. They are a little on the pricey side but SO worth it because they have fresh designs and vibrant flowers. And this is the biggest day for flowers that you will probably ever have so I recommend using Tiger Lily! We went to pick up the flowers on the day of and decided to get a couple of more stems for my maid of honor's hair and they even threw that in for free! Pick Tiger Lily and you'll have the best wedding flowers you could ever imagine!!! Thanks to Manny and Clara- my flowers were so beautiful.

Gayla is fantastic! She was great to work with and truly understood my vision. We only met once because that is all that was necessary. The bouquets, corsages, boutonneires, and arrangements were all incredible. The space for the reception was quite large with extremely high ceilings but we alternated tall and low vases on the tables which really made the room feel more full. Tiger Lily is a phenomenal florist in general and definitely does not stray from that reputation in the wedding department either!

WOW what and incredible florist. They were so helpful. Both my mom and I talked to them on the phone and explained our ideas and a few days later we recieved a professional comprehensive proposal. This florist is so widely used in charleston that they are very familiar (and loved by) almost every venue around town. This made planning so easy because they knew exactly what was needed for my ceremony and reception. The flowers were beautiful and the highest of quality and they held up beautifully the whole day. The came before the ceremony and reception and set everything up perfectly. What really sets this florist apart is their willingness to go the extra mile. When we were unable to find someone to hang the silk flower pew markers at our reception Tiger Lily happily provided this service for us for a very nominal fee. They truely exceeded my expectations!

Gayla designed our floral arrangements and they were absolutely perfect. They were unique, fun, sophisticated, and elegant. She did a wonderful job of capturing the exact feel that myself and my husband were looking for. It couldn't have been more perfect. There were also a number of very specific, very custom design elements that Gayla created for our reception space. Even with little guidance, what she created for us was absolutely wonderful. She listened carefully to what we had to say during our consultations and used her creative expertise to make our vision come to life. By the time she was finished putting out the arrangements, the space had been totally transformed. She was professional, courteous, friendly, and prompt in all of her responses to my MANY questions along the way. It was truly a pleasure to work with her and Tiger Lily. My wedding was a dream come true with flowers as beautiful as what they put together for us. I was amazed by how awesome everything looked.

i worked with amber and hannah through the planning for our wedding. amber moved from the area about 2-3 months before our wedding and she made sure i met with her and hannah (her replacement) to go over the plans/order so everything was covered before her departure. hannah was a pleasure to work with, she had great ideas and suggestions and understood what i wanted. the delivery was on time, friendly and everything surpassed my expectations. she personally delivered my flowers and the wedding party's flowers to three different hotel rooms. i highly recommend this company. they have been voted best in charleston for almost 10 years in a row and their reputation is stellar.

When you visit Tiger Lily a sales representative meets with you to go over your options. She is then your point of contact throughout the whole process. My rep was wonderful, a good listener and very helpful. I am very knowledgeable about flowers and gave her specific flower names to include in my boquet. She was happy to help me and invited me to stop by their booth at an upcoming wedding suppliers event. I did, and was so inspired by one of the displays that I completely changed my floral theme from country to tropical. She was pleased to make my changes and apparently used to indecisive brides. On the big day, I cried when my boquet was handed to me--it was exquisite! I got so many compliments on the flowers and felt they were worth every penny.

I ordered my bouquet as well as my six bridesmaid bouquets from Tiger Lily and was in love with the way they turned out! I worked with Gayla through email to get exactly the look I was hoping for by sending picture ideas from Pinterest and talking through how to make those ideas work within our budget and the flowers in season at the time. She was great about working with me to get every detail right and the bouquets were gorgeous on the actual day! The only bummer is that they don't deliver to Folly Beach in the summer time due to the high volume of cars/traffic which is something to be aware of but it worked out fine to have them picked up and they came in suitable traveling arrangements.

I went to Gayla at Tiger Lily with no vision for our wedding day. She was able to take my vague mumblings and develop some beautiful ideas. Gayla was very conscious of where we wanted to be in our budget while still making sure we got the most for our money. Everything was set up beautifully on our wedding day. We met with Gayla several times and had all the details clearly stated. She followed thru on everything! Our inspiration pictures looked better than we imagined. Tiger Lily moved all the ceremony planters over to the reception to be used there. The table scrapes were gorgeous. My only criticism would be that the high arrangements' flowers did not last two days later even with additional water. (we moved them over to the house to be used at the brunch the next day). I was also a little surprised that Gayla did not warn me she would not be setting everything up, two other workers from the florist who I had never met did most of the work. Not a problem but I should have been told.

Gayla was a pleasure to work with. Flowers were beautiful! We had a floral adorned chuppah and despite the strong winds, the flowers didn't budge! I would highly recommend this company to any Charleston bride!

Tiger Lily was great to work with! They were very accommodating and even gave me ideas on how to reduce the cost of my flowers. For example, instead of putting centerpieces on every table at the reception, we used candles on every other table. The flowers and decor were amazing! Tiger Lily definitely deserves the wonderful reputation they have in Charleston.

Tiger Lily did an amazing job on my flowers. My bouquet was beyond amazing--it was exactly what I wanted! I worked with Hannah there and she was quick with my quote and very friendly and easy to work with. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time to my venue. While they may be a bit more pricey than other florists, the overall experience and results were well worth the price difference!

Tiger Lily was wonderful! The flowers were absolutely beautiful. It was a bit pricey but I'll admit I wanted the best florist and several people recommended Tiger Lily to us. We were very happy with the flowers.

Big wedding at the Francis Marion ballroom. Flower arrangements were spectacular. Everything came on time and was just as it was supposed to be. Highly recommended.

Tiger Lily Florist staff was very professional and did a amazing job within our budget. There were some last minute adjustments due to weather issues and forgotten items and they were quick to step in with changes at no extra cost.

Wonderful! They magically found blush peonies for me, even though they were nowhere to be found locally. They were very responsive to my vision and perfectly matched my colors.

Our Arrangements and Decore were Spectacular. We worked directly with Clara, the owner and she was phenomenal. Definately deserve the title of "The Best Florist in Charleston." All our guests commented on how beautiful our venue looked. Going so far as to say that our flowers looked like the flowers you see in wedding magazines. We would VERY HIGHLY recommend Tiger Lily for flowers and decor. They even did our linens and some lighting. Everything was S-T-U-N-N-I-N-G!!!!

Flowers was one of the aspects of the wedding that neither my husband or I had a clue about. We new that we wanted to have purple and white flowers but that was it. After doing some initial research, several (7!) quotes and several meetings, Tiger Lily was the winner. Not only were we able to switch flowers to be within our budget, but I felt at ease knowing that someone had the knowledge that we didn't have. The only negative thing was that my half of my bridesmaids ending up having daisies instead of the flowers that we originally decided on. I wish they would have told me about the switch, which I would have been fine about. But if you want the best, use Tiger Lily!

Tiger Lily Weddings arranged my bridal and bridesmaid bouquets and boutonnieres for our wedding. My husband and I live out of state, so most communication took place over the phone and email. Gayla was great to work with and she created exactly what I was looking for. The flowers were beautiful and she was very helpful in offering suggestions to accommodate our budget and vision. We were married at Folly Beach, and my only complaint would be is that they do not delivery to Folly. However, the flowers were easy to transport and remained in excellent condition for several days after the ceremony. Beautiful job!!

TLW did a beautiful job with flowers at our wedding. The table centerpieces (floral with candles) were lovely as were the decorated moss runners on the long community tables. I was very picky about my bouquet, and I think my style is different from what they typically do; it took a few tries before I think they understood what I wanted. A few of the flowers looked a little old when the bouquets arrived, but they pulled these and replaced them fresher blooms on site so the bouquet was fresh for the ceremony after taking pics earlier. We had our planning meeting right before Valentine's Day, so I think this made communication a little slower, but their proposal was presented in a simple, itemized manner so that we knew exactly what we would and get and where the estimate came from. This made it much easier to edit the proposal where needed. Overall, I would recommend TLW, just check their gallery to make sure that your style is similar to theirs.

First, Gayla (Tiger Lily Florists) was great!! We had to do all of our work through email because I live in TX and our wedding was in Charleston and that was quite difficult to do sometimes, but Gayla was very flexible. Unfortunately, the few times that I flew out to Charleston to work on wedding things, Gayla was unavailable. But, my flowers were beautiful and exactly what I wanted!!
Unforunately, my wedding "planning" experience was horrible. Manny, the owner, is very professional, but our planner was not. I purchased the "Month of" plan which is mostly to be executed the week before the wedding date, and our planner was out of town for that entire week. Many of the things that the planner was paid to do, such as create timelines & distribute timelines, and create the design plan & execute the design plan were not done and it resulted in a disasterous evening for me and my groom.

UPDATE: 4/11/13 I would like to thank Manny for being the true professional that he is. He has refunded the payment I made for the wedding planning services, and has assured me that he and his team are doing everything they can to make sure that the difficulties I faced will not exist for any future brides--and I believe him. THANK YOU very much for your sincere concern for our wedding day and dedication to do what it right in the customer service industry.

This florist was highly rated on the knot and was chosen with complete faith in their abilities. I am the mother of the groom and I am speaking from that perspective. They were also hired to be the wedding planner which was a major dissapointment. The two employees that were at the wedding venue did not have walkie talkies and were very unorganized and unprepared. While the wedding party was in wait there was no one with them and they were not sure if they were to escourt guest or not. The ring bearer's pillow was not available and they had to run back and look for it. The groomsmen's boutineer's were falling apart-rosebuds completely open. Several had to be replaced with gerber daisy's before ceremony which was unacceptable. Mother of bride's corsage fell off bracelet and unable to reattach by reception time. The bride's bouquet is shown on video being shoved into wrong hand and she proceeds down aisle with bouquet in right arm thru her dads arm that was very awkward & that will be a part of her wedding pictures forever. VERY AMATEUR! Then grandmother of bride was left sitting in crowd after the wedding and the minister was kind enought to escourt her! The bouquets were lovely and the table centerpieces were nice as well but I was very disappointed in the groomsmens flowers etc. It really shows up in the photographs. Its really a shame that the most simple flowers of the ceremony were the most disappointing . If an employee is not confident enough to represent this company as a professional wedding planner they should make sure that whom ever does this in the future is. I am a retired manager of a fortune 500 company and customer satisfaction is a priority
and I was very disappointed in my experience with this Florist. I would really ask for a guarantee of satisfaction of services befoe committing to use this florist.

I'm only giving 3 stars to Tiger Lily because I was disappointed by my bouquets. They were not what I asked for. I even specifically sent a picture of exactly what I wanted and mine weren't even close. The flowers that did come were pretty, but I didnt want hydrangeas. At all. Also, responsiveness to my emails and phone calls was slow. Once I was able to speak to someone they were very friendly and professional, but it was a slow response time so I felt there was poor communication.

We used tiger lily for our wedding. Day of, several things were wrong. The one mistake I could not overlook were the memorial flowers. They were supposed to be roses. I said no tulips at my wedding because I hate them. The memorial flowers were tulips. The person the memorial flowers were for hated tulips. Also, my bouquet was not exactly what we had discussed however they did still make it beautiful. The lilacs were amazing too. The Arbor was beautiful. There were ceremony flowers missing. The centerpieces could've been done with a little more care. Aside from that trying to communicate about linens was a disaster. I gave the fabric color and type and quantities of each specific size but the order was messed up over and over. Finally I canceled linens and ordered them through a different vendor. If I had to do it all over again I would choose a different florist. That being said our wedding was still beautiful, but it could've been better.

The day of my wedding, just as we are about to take pictures, I saw my bouquet and my bridesmaids' bouquets for the first time. To say that I was horrified would be an understatement. My bouquet was half of the size it should have been, the wrong style, the wrong colors, and the wrong kind of flowers. It was pretty--don't get me wrong--but entirely opposite of what I ordered. It was pretty enough on its own to not make a big deal out of it, but I was extremely disappointed. Seeing my bridesmaids "bouquets," however, made a bad situation worse. The flowers that they got were about half the size of what their bouquets should have been, based on the example picture I provided to the florists. The greenery looked like blades of grass (which by comparison to the example picture that I provided to the florist was also about half of the size of what it should have been). They were so bad that the florist on site offered to add in another type of flower to make the bouquets look bigger, but she didn't have enough extra flowers to really make a difference. They were so embarrassingly small that I almost told my bridesmaids not to carry anything at all.

When I had one of my planners call the representative at Tiger Lily, she indicated that I was not clear in my expectations for my bouquet, which surprised me because the picture I provided to them was in the contract, which was signed by Tiger Lily. She was also told that I should have picked a different flower than what I had for the bridesmaids and that she had told me that those flowers were questionable that time of year. She did tell me that, but what she did not indicate was that she would exercise poor professional judgment and decide to use flowers that were CLEARLY subpar at best. We had discussed a Plan B in case of poor quality and she did not deliver on that promise.

If you care about your flowers and how they will look in your pictures for years to come I would HIGHLY recommend using a different vendor.

Let me first start by saying--- my flowers were pretty, but there was little to no contact with this vendor. I sent a picture of flowers I likes, they sent a bill. I got a call a few days prior to my wedding stating that the main flower in my bouquet was unavailable and that they would select a substitute. Exactly what you want to hear a few days prior to your wedding!
The delivery Driver called from 5 doors down and had written the wrong address down.
My consultant said that the delivery person would fasten the charm that I wanted on my bouquet when my flowers were delivered. The delivery person had no idea about this.
I asked for a specific wrapping my the flowers for the men, only half were done correctly.
I remember saying on my wedding day--- what my flowers will look like will be a surprise to me.
I don't know how this vendor gets such good press, they were my worst vendor.

As a bride from out of state, I do not recommend Tiger Lily for bridal services. They may be an entirely different business for local brides, but as someone who tried to coordinate services from out of state I had an extremely difficult time with this company. I first called Tiger Lily at least two months prior to my ceremony, and spoke to someone who sounded nice and helpful. She took down all my information and said she would email me some designs, but I never received an email. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and assumed she was just busy and hadn't gotten to it yet. So after about a month of waiting, I went onto the Tiger Lily website to use their online form to submit my information again and hoped that this would push them along. I did receive an email within a day from the manager, saying that she would forward my request to their wedding designer. But again, I never heard from anyone further. I finally decided to make other arrangements and emailed the company to inform them of this, and I also mentioned that I had not ever received a response or any help. I didn't even get an email in response to this, let alone an apology for their lack of service! If you are coming from out of town to get married in the Charleston area, DO NOT use Tiger Lily!
