Diana Is soo Good.....

Diana has planned all of our vacations-- whether for leisure, honeymoon, or anniversary-- and we have been very pleased with her service! She is very knowledgeable and always knows the best hotels and locations! Once when traveling with friends we had a couple that decided to stay an extra day and they were able to contact her and she took care of everything-- flight changes and booking the same hotel room an extra day. She is AWESOME!!! We have been very pleased with her service, and will continue to use her I. The future for all of our travel needs.

Very Honest!!

I got very sick and could not travel, Diana was very helpful in adjusting my reservation since I had insurance. Unfortunately the hotel cancelled everything on my husband who did travel but Diana got me my money back and got him checked in quickly.

Diana was great to work with! Any questions I had, I had an answer pretty quick. This was our destination wedding, and to have someone help every step of the way made it stress free! The pictures were great and they sent them with us as soon as the ceremony was over. 10/10 recommend!!

We used Tickets Confirmed - Travel Agency s for our special day. We had a great experience. They were set up about 1 hour before our wedding time. And we were able to start early as rain was in the area. The ceremony was private and the officiant and photographer was great to work with. They are the ABSOLUTE best company to hire for your beach wedding! My wife planned this wedding from Atlanta in less than a month and Diana couldn't have been easier to work with...and my wife is EXTREMELEY picky. Diana did everything she asked of and even exceeded our expectations with how our day turned out.
Diana was extremely responsive (most often times responding within minutes) and did an awesome job with helping my wife on easing her fears with how things would turn out. Even our visit to their office and warehouse was a true surprise in how well they run this business and their processes. Diana even did a small demo of how things would look and assured us everything would be exactly as said.
Even on the day of our wedding, the level of details and the overall setup was truly unexpected and well received by all our guest. We just continued to be blown away by the professionalism of this company and just could not have asked for a more perfect day and beach wedding!

I got married 4 years ago

I got married 4 years ago and used them to organize all 40 guests. I think I would have gone crazy if I had to do that myself. My wife would call Steve at all hours to make changes and he answered without hesitation. Since then, I've used them every single year because we travel with a large group. We just got back from our Cancun trip and it was amazing. He makes it easy to travel with a large group. He even has patience for those that take their time with finalizing reservation.

Words can't describe what an amazing job Steve and his company did for me. I live out of state so planning a wedding so far away was worrisome. They took out all the stress with updated phone calls and emails. They were very friendly and compassionate towards all my suggestion and thoughts. Beautiful grounds with a country church and outdoor gazebo with a variety of trees, & seasonal flowers. We enjoyed sitting out fire-pit by the reception hall after dancing. The lighting outside and inside made for intimate romantic evening in the country. The staff was very friendly.

My daughter's wedding included guests from Bosnia, Canada, Philippines, Norway,, China and other countries - Multiple language groups. One would think that these groups would have little in common, but at the reception no one was left in their seats everyone was having a blast. My guests all told me that this was the best wedding they ever attended - What more can I add?

I can't praise Ticket confirmed travel agency enough, and I honestly don't think our dream wedding would have happened without them. From the start of the planning process it, straight through to the wedding day, our entire team at Ticket confirmed travel agency managed everything we and our guests threw at them with ease. I, like any bride, had a couple of freak out moments especially when it came to waiting to hear back from the hotel on certain things, but they always stepped in to put me at ease. Huge shout out to Steve on the travel side in particular - we had a big group coming from all over the place (which is why we had a destination wedding!) and he had it completely handled. Thank you!!

We had such a great experience booking with Ticket confirmed travel agency! We had our wedding at Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa. Stevewas our wedding specialist and he was amazing! After getting everything booked he handled booking all our guest which was definitely one less stress for me! Even all my friends and family raved about how sweet and helpful he was! I had a fantastic experience working with Tickets Confirmed - Travel Agency. I worked with Steve as my planner. He was both professional in how he conducted himself and incredibly insightful in making recommendations on what to do, where to go and what to see. I spent several hours with him on a few calls reviewing potential destinations until I settled on one. I then spent time with him and his team going through the itinerary, once he prepared it, and we were able to easily make changes based on my interest level and budget. The company has access to the best properties in the world and their agents have been to each individually and have an opinion on which is the best for each individual. It is a good thing to see a friend have a fulfilled day. That was exactly what happened in my beloved friend’s wedding destination. My friend seeing all his family members from far and wide coming to honor him during his wedding. It wouldn’t have been possible if not for TICKET CONFIRMED travel agency. I have been working with Tickets Confirmed, to plan my destinations wedding to Riviera Maya. The whole process has been so much easier since we found Tickets Confirmed! It was all so overwhelming trying to find the perfect resort at the perfect price. My husband and I booked with Ticket Confirmed travel agency for our honeymoon trip to the Caribbean. We lodged in a classic hotel in a room that had enough space to do other things. Beautiful area view from the window. We had a lovely time together. The ten days we spent there was like two days…. Three weeks ago, I can say was one of the best moment of my life. I want to appreciate Ticket Confirmed travel agency for the major role they played towards the fulfillment of my wedding ceremony. Just came back from my honey moon. My husband and I booked our destination wedding in the Caribbean with Ticket confirmed travel agency. It was the best moment of my life. I used, and am still using Tickets Confirmed - Travel Agency to assist me in planning my destination wedding. I found Tickets Confirmed - Travel Agency through an online Facebook forum group that I came across while doing wedding research. They were tentative to all of my needs and questions. After speaking with Tickets Confirmed - Travel Agency for about 2 weeks, I decided to use them as my travel agent / travel coordinator for my wedding. They assisted me in making plans for both the wedding, and my site visit which was 6 month before my actual wedding. They are very prompt in all of their responses, and almost always answer immediately. They also let me know what days and times they will not be able to answer as promptly. They are very detail oriented, and gave very clear information which allowed me to travel to a different country at ease. I would definitely recommend Tickets Confirmed - Travel Agency to anyone who are having a destination wedding!

I just got wedded in my wife’s home town in Singapore. It was a difficult task transporting my family and friends from the UK down there until I contacted ticket confirmed traveling agency. The traveling logistics to and fro was done by Agent Steve who works in ticket confirmed agency. We landed so early from the UK and checked into our room at about 10:45 am. The rooms had a good taste, with a super comfortable bed and amazing views of the city over the river. One heart felt mode of operation by ticket confirmed was the fact that they were always checking on us throughout our stay in Singapore until we got back to the UK. I loved that sense of communication. I will definitely use this agency again.

Planning a family reunion for 20 people from around the world, I contacted Tickets Confirmed for assisting planning this trip. After a bunch of different wonderful options, that they gave to me, where we can go, we decided, that our perfect place is Valentin Imperial Maya. What an amazing time we all had! Ages of group were so different: Grandparents, 3 couples in the 40's, 4 young adults, 2 late teens (16 and 17), 4 early teens (11-13) and 2 babies. But there was truly something for everyone in the group to enjoy. This resort offers an array of exciting activities. Food was delicious! Rooms are wonderful and very comfortable! There was not a moment that we did not enjoy! Actually, we have already talked about going back. ☻

My husband and I booked for ourselves and about 30 people for our destination wedding with ticket confirmed traveling agency. The whole arrangement went as planned with everyone fully on the ground. The hotel reception is very large and has a 1930s design. Check In was very fast as it was 10 pm. The rooms were large, in good condition. Our room was at the back of the hotel overlooking other rooms and was very quiet. Everything went smoothly….thank you ticket confirmed with the professional way things were handle.

We worked directly with the owner, Steve, who was very professional, organized and personable. He was able to arrange travel for 70 of our guests with an unbeatable price and even included travelers insurance.
