  Always outstanding

  I've been going to this salon for over 25 years. I hired Candace to do the makeup on-site for myself, my MoH, and my mother and mother-in-law. Candace was not only early and did an amazing job making us all look PHENOMENAL, but she was a calming presence and even helped out some. It doesn't hurt that I've known her for years and she was actually also invited to the wedding I guess lol. But honestly, the makeup was absolutely stunning. She made my 80-year old mother look absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect and she was fast too! Highly recommend for hair or makeup either for a wedding or any old time! I also had my nails done by Kathryn a few days beforehand.

  They did a great job with my makeup and hair! Sloane did a phenomenal job with my hair! I have thin, fine hair and she was able to add extensions to make me have hair for the big day!

  The stylists at three-13 were amazing! I used them for myself and 7 of my bridesmaids' hair. I had Virginia do my hair and Candace do my makeup. They were both so great and really listened to what I had in mind. Would highly recommend!

  Three wonderful people came to our hotel to do make up and hair for my wedding. Kate, Collie, and Virginia were all amazing. They worked quickly and professionally, and their work lasted all night!

  Three-13 was the ideal place to have my bridal hair/makeup as well as hair and makeup for my bridesmaids. We were able to easily book the private room and the salon provided snacks and non-alcoholic beverages for us. All services were timely and well done and they were able to make an additional day of appointment for one of my bridesmaids who wanted to get her make up done last minute. The entire staff was welcoming and fun to work with

  I was a bit nervous and I sat in the chair getting ready to have my hair done for my wedding, but TRACY quickly calmed the nerves. She created a beautiful half-up, half-down style that completely complimented my face and looked perfect with my strapless dress. Then, it was off to JUNE for a makeup application. Wow, I looked 15 years younger. THANK YOU!

  Three 13 Salon was a dream come true on my wedding day. I came in with about 12 other people (some just there to take pictures) and they were amazingly accommodating. Everyone that had services done looked wonderful and were all done and ready to go in time. I recommend any bridal party going there for all the day of needs!

  This is my regular salon but I also used them to do my hair and makeup for the wedding, as well as all my bridesmaids hair and makeup. Everything was on time and went off without a hitch--and my stylist (Collie) created miracles with my hair w/the help of some extensions and a LOT of hairspray. :)

  The Three-13 team did an amazing job for me and my bridal party! They were able to provide hair, nails, and makeup for the girls along with manicures for our flower girl and mothers. The salon is beautiful and comfortable. We booked the Spa Room and were provided with snacks and beverages. They were able to accommodate last minute service requests.

  This was the hardest choice for me - what do I want to look like on my wedding day? I fretted for months about my hair and makeup, but when it came down to it I got the most incredible service at Three-13 and my hair and makeup was amazing. I saw Traci for my updo - she's got over 20 years of experience and was recommended by another stylist there. Services are charged based on experience, so Traci was expensive, but worth every penny. They do charge full price for trails, which I felt was a little much, but they do free consults so you can come in a discuss your vision, even if it changes the day before. Even though they were really busy on the wedding day everyone still took their time and the stylists are more than willing to redo anything you don't like and work to get everything perfect. For makeup I saw Kat and she did the most incredible job. I reserved three-13's private room for my bridesmaids, and asked all of my bridesmaids who wanted services to call in and reserve under my name. However, none of their reservations made it onto my list. My hair trial was on the Wednesday before my wedding, and when I clarified that all of my bridesmaids had called in, it took quite awhile to sort out the mistake, and I had to re-book for one appointment that they had lost.
  We arrived early on the day of the wedding, which was a good thing since they were running a bit behind. However, something got confused on the reception end of the operation, because I was never called for my appointment. After 45 minutes of waiting past my appointment time, we finally worked out that the desk thought I was being helped, and my stylist was upset thinking I had someone else do my hair. Despite these organizational setbacks, the quality of hair styling and make-up was extremely high, and several other stylists jumped in to help curl and set my hair so that we could leave on time. I highly recommend the creative talent at Three-13, especially Sasha and Lou. I would also recommend that, if you choose this salon, you should be very diligent with your appointments, follow up, and allow plenty of time in case problems arise.

  I wasn't entirely thrilled with their services on my hair & makeup on the day of my wedding. I guess if you use them, you should go ahead and pay for the more experienced sylist. I paid about $250 all together for makeup/hair updo. I wish I would have gone somewhere else.. but o'well.

  Do not get a bleach and tone here

  i can’t even begin to explain how upset i am. i came in with virgin level 7 hair for a bleach and tone and i wanted to get to platinum. the stylist who was doing my hair was a rising star. i don’t want to name names because i did enjoy talking to them and they were very kind and personable but they messed up my hair. it’s banded with streaks of yellow and purple and silver, and it took them four hours to complete. there was also still unknown product left in my hair that was not fully rinsed out. i tried to speak with the head of the technical department regarding this because i was very upset. she was extremely condescending and passive aggressive even after i made it known i did not appreciate being spoken to that way. she offered for me to come in and have it fixed. i have to care for my sick fiancé for the foreseeable future as well as work so i don’t have time in the near future to get this fixed. she then threatened to call the police on me for theft of services because i said i was not comfortable paying for this service due to how poorly it was performed. i was also charged more than i was told the service would be, even after coupons and discounts. i have been coming to three thirteen for years to get my hair done. i’ve even gotten it bleached there before with no issue. however this experience was unlike anything else i have ever seen in this salon. unprofessional attitude from the head of the technical dept as well as theft of my time and money. i will not be coming back here and i recommend you to not come here either considering how they want to make you pay for THEIR mistakes. i could and have done a better job myself with sally’s beauty supplies for quicker and cheaper.
