Great addition to our wedding!
It was important for us to make the trip to and from the venue easy for our guests, and TL really made that possible.
Our guests loved having it as an option, and we put all of the details on our wedding website & in our hotel welcome packages so that everyone could take advantage. It was a huge help to get everyone there on time & back to the hotel safely. TL was professional in all of their communications and while with our guests. We were very happy with our choice to hire them! -

No Worries!!
We hired TL to shuttle hotel guests and wedding party to and from the wedding venue. Doesn’t seem like such a critical part of wedding planning but if your guests can’t get to the wedding, or on time it’s a BIG problem!! Once I spoke with Katrina all fears went out the window. She helped me to decide what size vehicles we needed, how many, what time, etc. She kept in touch with me as our day got closer and I never thought about it once on the day of the wedding. The drivers were very patient at the end of the evening waiting on guests to board. I would highly recommend this local company over big city, wedding party limos that never bothered to call us back in the initial days of our planning! Katrina is wonderful! -

TL did a great job with my wedding last weekend! We used a 25 person shuttle to transport the groomsmen and out of town guests from the ceremony to the reception/hotel. Katrina was easy to work with and very thorough. The price was SO reasonable. I never thought I would be able to afford this service, but it was such a nice touch for our guests who had already spent lots of money and taken hours to get to our wedding. -

For my daughters wedding on 8/18/18, she had an exceptional driver his name was Al. Her Reception was a Lavera Party Center in Willoughby Hills. He went above the call of duty.
While I was busseling my daughters dress he stood there and held her train so it wouldn't touch the black asphalt in the parking lot. It took a really long time but he was a big help. When I was half way done he went to the front of my daughter and held his jacket up to block the hot sun. He told her "Heather I don't want you to melt"
You have an exceptional employee working for you! Not alot of people have a big heart like Al does. He's definitely has a 4 star rating in my book.
I will definitely use your services again in the future. I would definitely recommend your services to everyone.

Thomas Limo is a great company to work with. Sam in the office is so friendly, helpful and quick to respond to an email. Our limo driver was great! She got our drinks and coolers ready for us during the ceremony and she took pictures of us on the party bus before we left our venue. She definitely went the extra mile. -

Thomas limousine provided transportation for our wedding and did a fantastic job! The vehicles were very clean and arrived on time the day of the ceremony. The staff that works at Thomas limousine took the time to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I selected. I was able to go to the garage and look at the vehicles myself. They took the hassle out of transportation for the day of the wedding to accompany our wedding party of 12. We needed a little extra time to take photos after the ceremony and they accommodated us for it. They told us “We are here for you as long as you need us.” They billed you later for the extra time. Their prices were fair. -

Loved everything about this company. Our driver was amazing and so helpful with me and my party. He held an umbrella for me because of the rain and my bouquet and my train. They are a little pricey for the but well worth it. I wish i could have had them a little longer but everything was close by. -

This was hands down...the BEST part of my wedding. The morning after the wedding, I asked the entire bridal party + their dates what their favorite part was and unanimously, they said the party bus. We ordered the 26 person limo bus. Every part of the process was so smooth from the get go - Speedy responses to emails and extremely pleasant people to work with. The driver was so attentive - Helping everyone get on the bus, helping take all of our bags, luggage, coolers and getting them situated. He was truly there to help and serve in any way possible. There was a jack to play music from your phones. The driver made stops whenever necessary and was very flexible.
Without a doubt, this was the best decision I made for my wedding. I would choose Thomas Limousine over and over again. -

They were so fantastic!!! I worked with Patty who was an absolute delight! She was so helpful and had everything organized and was so on top of it! She even without me asking had signs on the shuttle. They were very reasonably priced and the service was great. The shuttle driver made sure to tell me he was going to make as many runs as needed until all my guests were back to the hotel. -

My father-in-law has worked with Thomas Limo frequently (he works at a funeral home) and helped us procure them for our wedding! Our driver, Al, was incredibly sweet and even brought umbrellas for the rain and walked with me, keeping me under the umbrella, when going to or from the limo! We used the 14 passenger sprinter and it was the perfect size for our wedding party of 12--there were lights, beverages, and great music! Could not recommend them enough. -

I was very stressed out about getting transportation for my wedding party, but everything worked out perfectly when I found Thomas Limousine. We got the Mercedes Sprinter and it fit our bridal party great! Our driver was extremely nice and helpful, we were a little ahead of schedule and he was perfectly happy just driving us around for an hour before getting to our reception hall. He was very helpful with choosing our location for photos, he was keeping a sharp eye for nice looking areas in the metroparks area. I would definitely recommend this company to transport your wedding party or whoever around because they were great! -

Thomas limo was an excellent choice for our wedding day. Our driver was on time and willing to help with anything. It was pouring rain and our driver held an umbrella over my head and said "don't worry about me" as he ran me to the limo. He was a really nice, professional guy who was flexible when we started pushing the time limit for pictures. The party bus was so beautiful, too!! The staff were easy to work with and called or emailed me when they needed anything which was nice because some vendors you end up not hearing from until you contact them. Definitely a good choice. -

We worked primarily with Linda to coordinate our limo and shuttle transportation. She and her colleagues were very professional and responsive to both e-mails and phone calls. There was originally a mixup with our original quote, but Thomas Limo went above and beyond to resolve the issue. The driver was very flexible and prompt. Thomas Limo is simply the best! -

By far the best limo company around!! The driver was professional, timely and extremely helpful on our wedding day. He even held up the train of my dress, which was not expected at all! The limo was top notch (we had a Sprinter) and our driver, John, was incredible! We changed plans on the order of things we were doing at the last minute, and he had no problem with that. He proved to be invaluable throughout the day as he helped me get around in my dress while we were getting pictures, he even had a lint roller in his pocket for the father of the groom right before he was seated! The towncar that was provided to take my groom and I home at the end of the night was very nice as well. Our whole experience was excellent and I highly recommend Thomas Limousine! -

Thomas Limousine is a great company for wedding shuttles! They provided us with two small shuttles that took our guests to and from the hotel to the venue. They were on time and extremely flexible...we changed our shuttle times the afternoon before our wedding day. I did not use the services myself but heard that our guests had fun and the drivers were professional. I would recommend them to all brides! -

We had the best experience I could ask for with Thomas. I had trips going from different hotels in two towns to a wedding in another town, then to the reception, then back to the hotels afterward. I was prepared for mix-ups and complications to say the least. I should've saved my worries! Mike and John, the drivers, we're incredible. Reliable, flexible, and so friendly. I had anticipated the transportation aspect being a nightmare, but those guys made the day so easy- could not recommend Thomas any higher. -

Our experience with Thomas Limousine was wonderful! The limo bus that we rented was amazing! It appeared brand new! The bus was spacious, clean, and so much fun! I must say that our driver for the day, Scott, was absolutely great! I cannot say enough about how friendly and professional he was! Our wedding day was pretty hot and during pictures that we took outside, Scott was kind enough to bring us water out from the bus! I chose to work with Thomas because they were recommended by the hotel where my guests were staying. I called several times to edit my reservation, and everyone was very nice and professional. I appreciate that they sent me detailed quotes via email to summarize our phone conversations.
I had two 14 passenger shuttle buses to take my out-of-town guests from 2 different hotels to my wedding reception (and back again at the end of the night), as well as a sedan to transport my local guests to and from the parking lot across the street from my reception. I don't remember exactly how many hours each vehicle was in service, but the total bill was about $1500.
The quotes were a little confusing because they had the charges itemized (service fee, fuel surcharge, etc), but the total hourly rate was exactly what they'd quoted me over the phone. It was also a little confusing because each vehicle was charged separately, but again there were no errors. It just takes a little more time to review all the paperwork. On the day of the wedding, there were no problems with any of the vehicles that were brought to my attention, and I've gotten no complaints from any of the guests. I did ride in one shuttle back to my hotel at the end of the night, and the driver was very nice and the bus was clean. -

I needed a large bus that could shuttle our wedding guests from the hotel to the venue a few miles away. Thomas Limousine was the most reasonably priced company I found. They were easy to work with and they didn't try to add any "surprises" to the bill at the end. Everything was spelled out clearly in the contract. They arrived early and they had our guests on their way right on schedule. This was important because we were working on a very tight timeline. Driver was very professional and courteous. Excellent job! -

We used Thomas Limousine for our transportation from the Church to our reception. From the moment that our driver picked up all of us girls to take us to the Church, the service was excellent and much more than I ever expected. Not only was our driver extremely professional and courteous, but, she was extremely helpful every step of the day including with pictures in the church, to helping me on and off the bus, to taking us wherever we requested. I recommend this company and the party bus to anybody! -

The drivers for Thomas Limosine were pleasant, friendly, and very accomodating. The staff in the offices were easy to work with and also very friendly. They were able to make some last minute additions to services and were still able to offer a very reasonable price. Not only were they the cheapest company around, but they offered great service. Not that I plan on getting married again, but if the need arrives for transportation related services, I will definitely use them again! -

We never considered anyone but Thomas after a few friends of ours used them and we were very pleased. We used their largest limo bus for our party of 18 and we were all very comfortable and not seated on top of one another, which was important for a hot day in August! They were on-time and kept us on-time to our destinations. We did request a specific driver and were told we would get her but on the day of our wedding, we had someone else. Not sure what happened but I'm sure it couldn't have been avoided. Our driver was not as friendly as the one we requested but we didn't have any problems. -

We used Thomas for all our transportation needs. Our Escalade limo was great, and so was the driver. He was prompt, kept the coolers stocked with cold water and beer, and even made it into our driveway!
Later in the evening we used Thomas' 33-passenger shuttle buses to take our guests back to the hotel. Everyone told us how wonderful they were! At the end of the night the drivers of my parents and my car to home helped load the cars and were great!!!
I would hire these guys again in a second - wonderful! -

We were extremely happy with the transportation services that Thomas provided for our wedding (limos for the wedding party/parents and buses for our guests). Our driver was incredibly professional and friendly. It was lightly raining on the day of our wedding, and the driver was always waiting with an umbrella and helpful in escorting me in/out of the limo. He went above and beyond, and we really appreciated the extra level of service. The buses also were very prompt in picking up and dropping off our guests. Overall, we would recommend Thomas to any future weddings. -

We wanted to rent a party bus to transport the wedding party around for the whole morning/day of the wedding, and then to shuttle guests from their hotels to our venue. We were able to get one bus for the whole day from Thomas Limo, and it was super simple to add an hour the week of the wedding once we finalized the timeline. Both drivers were very professional, and our guests enjoyed the convenience.
There was a small hiccup when the final itinerary didn't reflect the schedule we had requested, and a few of us were stranded. The company quickly apologized and offered a generous refund. My one tip is to double-check the final email itinerary they send you after the final meeting and double-check it matches what was discussed! -

We were very happy with our driver, he was very friendly and helpful. The limo was very nice, the only thing we weren't thrilled about was the lack of an audio-in line to play an ipod and that altho the limo supposedly accommodated 18, we had 15 people and two bridesmaids were stuck in the back, definitely couldn't fit 18. Everyone I spoke to in the office was very nice and the company is very dependable. I would recommend. -

Great service. Booking was awesome, and they were very responsive online. We opted for the Mercedes (more expensive sedan), and it was a lot of fun, very classy. The limo that I got was super clean and came on time to pick the wedding party at the hotel. The limo driver got us to the wedding on time since we were running behind schedule. Patty was super nice to work with and quick to respond to all my questions. Thomas limo was the only place that let me actually look at the limo I would be getting for my wedding which helped with my piece of mind. -

Reputable and reliable company- you do pay a little more for these traits but it eased my nerves after hearing so many transportation horror stories. Very quick at responding back when getting price quotes, choosing vehicles, and setting up timelines. The company was also flexible about me adjusting my start and end times all the way up to the week before the wedding which helped relieve some stress. Overall I'd highly recommend. -

Our limo driver was very personable. The suspension in the limo bus was surprisingly bumpy during our ride. Some of the office staff at your Akron location are really nice and helpful. There is one woman at the Akron office - I don't remember her name - who was not friendly or helpful whatsoever. -

Working with Thomas Limo was great! They were quick to respond, accommodated my needs, and were on time for everything! I gave them a pretty specific schedule because we saved money by having one limo that needed to make multiple pickups to get everyone to the church on time. The limo was on time for every pickup, which made one less thing I had to worry about! The driver even gave me a card with his phone number in case we had any changes to our schedule so he could accommodate them. They were great to work with! -

Thomas Limousine was a fabulous choice for our wedding! We used them both for a 33-passenger shuttle and for an 18-passenger Escalade to transport the bridal party and guests from various hotels. The drivers were very professional and right on time, and the vehicles were beautiful and clean. The one snafu was that the shuttle driver dropped groups off in the wrong area for the reception, but it may have been a miscommunication error between the wedding planner and Thomas. Overall, I was very pleased and would recommend Thomas to other brides. -

Thomas Limousine was great and the cost was best in the market. The only lessons learned was to confirm style of party bus. We had the 26 passenger and assumed it was the one they advertised online in their fleet pictures and it wasn't. Just confirm what bus style you are getting. Also confirm the driver knows the area. We had a few stops we had to tell them how to get to because they weren't from the area. Though on the upside the driver was great and did anything asked. We would recommend this business to anyone! Actually already have! -

Get the Party Bus!
TL Limousine was on time and very professional. Our bus driver was very nice and helped carry onto the party bus the ice chest of champagne. For the first part of our ride the bus stereo system wasn't working which was a little frustrating. Eventually the bus driver got it to work though. The ride down to the church was very rickety and loud but we only had like 13 people in it so it was half empty. The trip up to the reception with the whole wedding party I didn't notice the squeaks at all. Overall the party bus was one of the highlights of the whole day! We got to the reception 15 minutes early and we asked if we could stay on the bus for the last 15 minutes and the bus driver agreed which was awesome! Overall I would use their service again. -

The driver who drove the bridal party was wonderful and extremely attentive. Not only to the bride and her party but helpful to me (mom) in church.He did things that were unexpected but soooo helpful. He was wonderful.I would give him 5 stars on all categories.
I also rented 2 busses to transport guest to church to the reception and back to their hotels. I only met one driver at the end of the evening. He was quite impatient with me and wanted to leave right at 11pm. The reception ended at 11pm and some of the guests were a little slow in leaving. His impatience upset me since I was paying for his time. I did not hear any negatives from my guests. I would give him 3 stars for professionalism and 2 stars on flexibility. -

We used this service for both our rehearsal dinner on Friday night (took guests from the Sheraton Suites Hotel in Cuyahoga Falls to the Akron Aeros ballpark-Menche's Brothers Restaurant) and for our pictures on Saturday afternoon prior to our wedding. We chose to see each other before the wedding to get great photo opportunities around the area and the driver was very prompt (actually arrived 15 minutes early at least) and was flexible about when we ended the photo session (we needed an additional half an hour). The company was great as it allowed you to book for as little as two hours while other area companies required you to book for a minimum of four hours. Overall we were very pleased with the professional manner the drivers exemplified and the value for the services we needed. I would recommend this company again as we had no problems whatsoever. -

I wish that this could be a better review but here we go. I booked Thomas Limousine for my wedding. We booked a party bus to shuttle us from our hotel to take pictures from 12pm-4pm and we booked a shuttle bus to shuttle our guests from their hotels to the venue from 3pm-5pm and from the venue back to their hotels from 9pm-12am. Johnny L was our party bus driver. He was prompt on time to pick us up from our hotel and did a great job driving us around for pictures. He dropped us off at our venue at 3:50pm. As we got off the bus, we had our first and only quick conversation with him. He informed us that he would be the driver for our guests as well. We said ok and handed him an envelope with tip money and went on our way as he finished unloading the bus with our coordinator. Fast forward to after the wedding. I receive an email that I was being charged an extra $213 for overage fees of the party bus. Now, we booked the party bus from 12-4 and he dropped us off at 3:50 so how did we go over our time? I emailed the company and after several emails back and forth, I was told that the party bus was used IN ADDITION TO the shuttle bus to bring our guests to our venue. When I inquired as to why they used the party bus, I was told that it was authorized by myself and my husband. If it was authorized by us, why would I be upset and emailing about overage charges? That conversation NEVER happened. In fact, several weeks before the wedding, I upgraded my shuttle bus to accommodate ALL of our guests. There were enough seats on the shuttle to pick up all our guests at the 2 hotels they were staying at. There was NO reason the party bus should have been utilized in addition to the shuttle bus and it was never authorized by my husband or I and there were plenty of witnesses to account that that was never a conversation between us and the driver. Regardless, the company attacked me in the emails basically calling me a liar and finally refunded my money in the end. -

Service was great. Staff in the office and drivers were awesome during the planning and day of. No serious complaints that would hinder my referral.
Complaints are: 1) gave one day notice that the bill was due two weeks before the event. There were no reminders, other than hey it's due tomorrow. 2) we went over our time limit by half hour, they charged his credit card for that time without notifying us they would do so and when.
Otherwise the vehicle was clean and spacious. And the drivers were knowledgeable and sober. :) -

We were generally satisfied with our choice in Thomas except for a few wedding day hiccups. Leading up to the wedding, they were very accommodating and friendly on the phone, able to change our schedule quickly as needed. We think maybe our last schedule change early within the week of the wedding may not have made it to the drivers, because while they were on time at their first stop (bus and limo), there was confusion about where they should be looping even though their email had confirmed our schedule. Additionally, it seems to the limo driver was thrown off by some of the marathon road closures, which caused the loops to have a slight delay, which is certainly okay but I think we had just wished there was a little more pre-planning to allay some anxieties. Then the limo actually broke down, which they were able to remedy quickly by sending a new vehicle, but the only reason the bride and groom were able to have room to ride in this limo is because the bus driver had made a mistake and looped back to our ceremony venue instead of going straight to the reception. They also didn't seem to have the bride or groom's phone number on file and showed up to the hotel looking for the bridal party who was already at the ceremony site. All in all, it was kind of a mess that happened to work out very well. We chose Thomas based on the excellent reviews, and we were generally satisfied, but we felt we didn't get the excellent service other reviewers had endorsed. -

Booking the limo was a good experience, but the limo driver assigned creeped us out. We took pictures at a local park with a river. There were a number of teenagers swimming in the river and we noticed the driver snapping pictures of them with his cell phone. After we left the river we drove to a second picture location. On the ride over we could only get one aweful radio station on the radio. He said he would try and fix it at the last stop. As we got close to the second location, he got lost trying to find the site. We drove around the park lost for about 10 minutes before our photographer in another car took the lead. We left the limo to take further pictures, he said he would restock our drinks. When we got back to the car, nothing was restocked and the radio was still giving us one channel. We had to stop to restock. The driver did try to be attentive. He brought us water a few times and he was nice to us. At times I was just weirded out that he was standing over us while taking pictures. We did arrive back to the wedding late. At the end of the day, we got where we were going. But we were not thrilled with the service. Just wonder if he is a regular driver? -

Buyer Beware!
Bottom line, MAKE SURE you list in the TL contract what you expect...audio, video, heat or AC, window blinds that raise and lower, sufficient ice for the wet bar...whatever. And make sure you indicate what you deserve if they do not provide what you paid for. If they won't accept the changes to the contract, look elsewhere! -

We had numerous problems with this company. They call themselves a limo company, but do not have limos, only party buses, even though their websites shows otherwise. My husband and I contacted the company about renting a limo for our wedding and received very different information. I was told a 10 passenger limo was available, he was told it was not. When I called again to make an appointment to look at the limos, we were told we were absolutely not allowed to come look at the limos in person and we should consult the website pictures. I booked the 14 passenger SUV, since I was told the limos were being taken out of service and I had read so many good reviews of this company. Six weeks later, I was contacted and told the 14 passenger SUV was no longer available and I had to use a 12 passenger van. I was resistant as I specifically did not want a van for my wedding (what woman would) and didn't need a large vehicle for my bridal party of 7. I asked to book a 10 passenger and was told it was available, but might be taken out of service and I would be contacted if this happened (which I never was). Then when I called to confirm my limo for the wedding day a week before, I was told that someone had cancelled my reservation without notifying me. The company was unable to explain why it was cancelled or who cancelled it, but told me I was lucky that a limo was still available at full cost. No discounts or offers were made to us for their mistake. We only used this company at this point because all other options were unavailable. There was no customer service with this company! They didn't seem to care that we were willing to pay them money. Instead, we were treated as though we were "lucky" to be using their services. Please do not repeat our mistake!! -

I had scheduled the shuttle to run from the McKinley Grand hotel in downtown Canton, OH to Sable Creek Golf course in Hartville, this is a 25-30 min one-way trip. The shuttle was supposed to make two trips to the course and at night two more trips from the course back to the hotel. I feel as though I was ripped off because there was only one trip from the hotel to the course and the rest of my guest were stranded at the hotel. Luckily the hotel came through and provided transportation for my guest that were standing there waiting on the second shuttle.
I do not and I will not recommend this company for any event, especially since when I confronted the driver about the situation he acted like it was my fault. -
