Thistle Rose did not disappoint! Meg and Olivia did a fantastic job keeping the energy up, creating a positive & comfortable environment, and finding dresses that aligned with my vision. I ended up finding more than one that I loved. If you're a bride that's been to a few places where you found a lot of dresses you like, but none you would get married to, Thistle Rose is your place! -

Your only wedding dress stop!
Meg and her team at ThistleRose were TOP NOTCH!!!!!! I love how when you book an appt with them, you have the entire place to yourself. I was able to bring my friends and family and never felt rushed. They are size inclusive in all the ways. I am naturally very petite and was nervous about finding a dress in my size. It was no problem for these gals. Didn’t even bat an eye. I had a strict budget of under 1K for my wedding dress. I also like allll the nice things and can be a bit boujee at times lol. Well, Meg found me an off the rack Hayley Paige dress for under my budget that I am obsessed with!
A week before my wedding, there was a huge issue with my seamstress where she didn’t alter my dress at all when I went in for my final fitting. I called Meg in actual tears and she handled the situation in 10 minutes and I was at a new seamstress and got a refund from the original seamstress with Meg’s help. My maid of honor was with me and could not believe how kind and patient she was with the situation when it didn’t really have anything to do with her. She genuinely cared about me from start to finish. The easiest thing I did was shop here! Thank you Meg! -

I went to 3 bridal shops in the area when choosing my wedding dress, and ThistleRose was the best by FAR. Everyone who worked there was so nice, patient, and made me feel so comfortable. I have a lot of insecurities about my body, so I was truly dreading dress shopping. Everyone at ThistleRose was so kind and supportive during my appointment that it really put me at ease and allowed me to actually get excited. It meant so much to me. -

I had a great experience here, it was my first and last stop for my dream dress. They were very attentive to the various styles that I wanted to try on and gave me great input to guide me towards the right decision. The shop itself is very cute too, I loved having the whole place to ourselves and being able to celebrate with some bubbly and refreshments! I highly recommend them to all brides! -

Friendly, Professional, and Personable
I was going into the boutique completely blind as a newly engaged bride with no idea what to expect. Having the entire place to ourselves was incredible but the staff at Thistle Rose really made our experience one of a kind. I felt so good in my own skin and they made me feel special. The process was seamless and I got to find my dream dress ! They had SO many options and all different styles in all different sizes. I would highly recommend making an appointment. -

Highly Recommend
Meg is amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. She is real and not just someone there to get commission. Thistle rose was the only place we went shopping and I walked away that day with my dress. Meg cares all sizes. Meg made me feel so comfortable. I had an issue with my dress at alterations and she contacted the designer and got me more lace. I don't think I could ever thank her enough! -

Buy your wedding dress here!
Believe it or not, I was the most worried about purchasing a wedding dress. I'm no size 0 so I was nervous to order a dress that I could tell if I loved due to sizing. BUT If I could give this place 10,000 stars I would !!!
BUY YOUR WEDDING DRESS HERE!
The selection of dresses for bigger and small women are incredible, the staff is VERY honest and respectful of your budget, and they are very upstanding regarding insecurities and know how to pick the dress that disguise those and give you the best feeling in the entire world!
The environment is upbeat and fun and light hearted, appointment are all about you and only your party is in the store (currently - maybe a covid thing? ) but still it's magical.
The owner, Meg is the BOMB. Not only is she awesome at the appointment but she is very active on social media and answers questions and comments so I always felt like I could reach out to her at any time - like a friend.
I would scream it from the roof tops I think everyone should buy the wedding dress here. THANK YOU MEG -

Meg, Jodie, and the whole team at ThistleRose are incredible! Searching for a dress during COVID was pretty nerve-racking - with limitations on guest counts and uncertainties on how the experience would work during a pandemic. From the get-go, ThistleRose made the experience amazing. They limit their appointments so you have the whole store to yourself - that allows you to bring more guests than other boutiques. This also made the experience feel very VIP! Their dress selection is incredible and the prices cannot be beat elsewhere. As a bride who really had no idea what type of dress she wanted, I appreciated Jodie and Meg's help and encouragement to try any dress I was interested in! They even helped my mother find the perfect dress for the wedding a couple months later and ensured it would arrive in time for alterations before my wedding.
I absolutely love my dress and am so glad I found ThistleRose! Highly recommend! -

Let me just say I own a salon and all newly engaged clients of mine I sent to meg and Jodie! I had gone to a previous shop and felt pressured into a dress soo I did the worst thing I could and just said yes. I was so upset later that I decided to go to thistle rose just to see what else was out there. I hit the jackpot! Jodie made me feel so comfortable and relaxed I didn’t feel like I needed to rush or that I was just another bride to make a sale with. Being the only bride in the shop was also nice. I ended up finding my perfect dress that day and didn’t feel like I was breaking the bank! -

Seriously made me feel beautiful!! I walked in to Thistlerose after having a an awful experience with another bridal shop and met Meg. Meg heard about my experience and asked me to come back in an hour bc I walked in and theyre by appointment and how amazing is it you have the whole store to yourself!!! Fast forward an hour we were drinking mimosas, my girls were eating candy and truly having the most amazing experience. I told Meg what my ideal dress would look like and we were off!! She was extremely helpful!! I am a plus size bride and I thought I was going to struggle to feel great in my wedding dress!! Thistlerose did not disappoint!!! I would recommend over and over! Sizes for everyone and the experience was absolutely amazing!!! -

Meg & jodie for the win!
These two are the most amazingly wonderful humans you will ever meet in the bridal shop industry.
I met Meg at a styled shoot through Brehant Creations that I modeled in. She was so accommodating and made me feel incredibly comfortable during the fitting and the shoot!
As an engaged bride- I had my heart set on an inexpensive wedding. Before the shoot I had purchased my wedding dress from Lulus. It was beautiful and I was content. But after seeing myself in a real dress, with a train & all- I knew my little lulus number wouldn’t cut it.
Less than two months before my wedding, with a minimal budget- I went crying to Meg for help. She got me in quick (in the pandemic none the less!) and helped me try on 10+ off the rack options before I finally found “the one”.
The shop is adorable, the selection is great and these two will make you feel like a BRIDE 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 -

I will never be able to say enough nice things about Thistle Rose and Meg. I originally went in just to get an idea of what I liked and ended up walking out with my dress that day. Meg was knowledgeable on what I was describing I wanted and took the time to listen to what I had to say about each dress before showing me another. She was patient while I was being indecisive and even held the phone to facetime my sister who couldn't make it! She is a brides dream consultant and shop owner.
