Don't use THG Transport for your wedding in any capacity. We used them as our shuttle between hotel and reception venue in Wilmington, DE and had a very bad experience. The driver was unfamiliar with the area, did not know how to find the venue (only 15 minutes from the hotel), failed to return for second run pick-up leaving many guests waiting at the hotel without a ride. The entire experience was embarrassing and created extra headaches for me, as the host and Mother of the Bride. When I should have been enjoying the reception and mingling with guests, I was busy apologizing to guests coming in late who hired Uber's and trying to give directions on the phone to out-of-town relatives who were unfamiliar with the area and ended up driving and getting lost. We were holding up group family pics simply due to guests not being able to get there. We contracted and paid for the bus service at our disposal covering 5 hours but didn't realize we would have to babysit the driver so he knew to go back for a second pickup, at a minimum, which was part of our contract.
Because of the problem delivering guests, near the end of the reception, I investigated to make sure the bus was waiting outside to take guests home. I tried, without success, to find the bus outside even after walking the perimeter of the venue and parking area looking for it. Eventually, I started phoning the main dispatch and local numbers until I found someone who contacted the driver. Only after my phone call, and as guests are outside also looking for the bus, did the lights come on and the bus found. He was parked in the dark along a wooded area - completely out of sight (and possibly asleep?). I've tried to contact THG for a week since the wedding with no success. It's as if they've gone on vacation and left no real staff in place - at all. Using this shuttle service created a nightmare for my family and our wedding guests. Steer clear of THG for weddings!
