Keeps the energy all night long
Anton was amazing to work with! My first impression of him at an open house was how contagious his energy was. That shined immediately at our wedding. He checked in with us before the ceremony to make sure everyone was good to go. He kept with the flow of our wedding timeline and did a great job getting everyone to the dance floor. He energy shined on the dance floor as he interacted with the guests and us. I would compliment the fact that 50+ people danced until the end of the wedding due to him doing such a great job at DJ. He really knows how to read a room and keep the energy going. His team also provided a Photo Booth which was a huge hit for our guests well. I would highly recommend Anton to anyone looking for a DJ for their wedding.

Anton Was Amazing!
We had a great experience with Anton! We were able to do two payments with him and during the first one he sent a huge form for us to fill out for every song we could possibly think about that we would want for our wedding. Small things you wouldn’t even have thought about songs for were on it and we were grateful for it! Interactions with him were fast and he was always so kind!
The day of the wedding was great! He was always checking in with us asking if everything was okay and if we wanted to add or change anything along the way. Anton was receptive to people going up to him and requesting songs or if I missed one due to pictures, he would replay it for me. He was also very appreciative to my dislike to Taylor Swift as well! 🤣
Anton was great and I would absolutely hire him again! 💗

We recently had the pleasure of working with DJ Anton for our daughter's wedding, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. He came highly recommended by the owner of the venue, and from the moment we connected with him, we knew we were in great hands.

Anton was recommended to us, and it was clear to see why he comes highly recommended. He is amazing at what he does. He was so helpful through the process and made all our music selections come true. There was not a single song or music selection he couldn't make happen. He goes above and beyond to make sure your wedding or event is exactly how you imagined. Small Wedding with Few Dancers but DJ Anton Kept the Floor Occupied!
DJ Anton came highly recommended by our venue and after we witnessed his skills at our tasting we decided to book him for our wedding. He didn’t disappoint! He was extremely responsive to emails and questions, providing assistance in music choices when requested. His pre-wedding request sheet helped make sure we didn’t missing picking out a song for any of the nights events, and even assisted us with our timeline and not missing any key wedding events, like the couples anniversary dance . He kept our small crowd of 52 dancing the night away! He did an outstanding job announcing everyone throughout the evening. We definitely enjoyed doing the photo dash with his emceeing! I’d highly recommend DJ Anton for any event you may need music, microphones etc. for!

Cannot recommend Then We Danced, and especially DJ Anton, enough!! He was so amazing and easy to work with, answered emails within record time, and was so flexible. I had so many questions and unknowns for what I wanted and Anton took it in stride and gave us so many recommendations and opinions on how to make our day go the smoothest as possible. His energy was amazing and he was so good at getting people on the dance floor and having fun. The photobooth they offered was a huge hit and everyone loved it! Someone is there to run it and make sure it goes smoothly and there were lots of fun props and you get a digital folder of all the pictures from the night! Truly Amazing!
I just got married on 10/21 and I’ve been trying to find the right words for this review but all I can come up with is that Anton knocked it out of the park and made our wedding so very special! He played all the songs I had on the sheet, he even made sure to tell people to get food out for cocktail hour(wasn’t even his job too), got my crowd out on dance floor and even let me DJ! I’ve known Anton for almost 9 years and always said he’d be my DJ for whenever I got married, well he was and it was so amazing! He didn’t disappoint! He’s absolutely the best DJ around, and HIGHLY recommend booking him for your next event/wedding! He’s so easy to work with, and makes your day awesome! DJ Anton was a recommended vendor of our venue. In prior weddings I’ve attended, I’ve always seen the DJ as more than just somebody with a playlist. They are essential to the operation, scheduling, and really are a master of ceremonies. We decided to book DJ Anton because of our venue’s recommendation. DJ Anton was everything promised and more. He exceeded all expectations during every phase. His responsiveness in the planning process was on-point. Then we get to the day of the event, and he was so flexible with making sure all of the timing worked. We had some scheduling changes due to the weather, but he made it extremely smooth. Then we break into the party portion of our reception, and he threw a heck of a party! Communication, energy, excitement, timeliness. Book DJ Anton and you will not regret it!

Anton is the MAN! We were recommended DJ Anton with Then We Danced through a friend and we were not disappointed. Anton kept the flow of the wedding moving, was always checking in to make sure we were having a good time, oh and he knows how to get and keep the people dancing! We had so many friends and family come up and say how great the music and atmosphere was. Anton came prepared with all the necessary tools to have a great time. My husband and I booked Then We Danced for our wedding. I corresponded with Anton via email and he invited my husband and I to trivia at Staubs Landing which he hosts. This was our first in person meeting and we felt that we instantly clicked with Anton's personality. He's outgoing and extremely personable which we loved! At our wedding he kept people on the dance floor and led all of the dances. Anton accidentally skipped over our first dance according to the timeline I provided but worked it in as soon as he realized he missed it. It wasn't a big deal to my husband or I but Anton apologized profusely throughout the night for missing it. Anton continually checked in with me to make sure everything was to my taste. Some of the older folks had a hard time hearing Anton's announcements and my mom missed our cake cutting because she didn't hear the announcement. Overall though, Anton was awesome and I'd definitely hire Then We Danced again!

He Rolled with Our Weirdness
Anton was beyond the best that I could have ever hoped for. We had a bunch of specifics songs and cuts of songs on a flash drive for him. And he rolled with it! He had our music cues down! He kept everyone on the dance floor all night! He was sure to check in with us to make sure he was on the right page with our wishes. We had DJ Anton for our wedding and he was amazing! From the beginning he responded quickly to all of my email correspondences and any questions I had he provided an answer quickly. He made the planning easy by providing us with a packet to capture all the songs we wanted played for our special day. He offered extras like a bubble machine or GoBo light featuring our name and wedding date. When it came to the day of our wedding Anton worked with our venue to keep the events of the day flowing. He played all the songs we requested and kept our guests out on the dance floor and having a good time! Anton checked in regularly with me to make sure my husband and I were happy with how things were going throughout the night and to ask if we had any special requests. Our guests loved him! He definitely made the night fun and memorable for everyone. One of my favorite parts of the night was when Anton got all of our guests out on the dance floor with my husband and I and he played our requested final song. It was honestly the perfect moment to end the night on. He did an amazing job and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

I can’t express enough how incredible DJ Anton is! He kept the dance floor hoppin’ along with the requested songs to be sang with the microphone! Everyone had a blast because of him! He made sure that my husband and I were satisfied and he helped made our wedding be a huge success of a great time to remember! We even paid him to stay an extra hour after being there for 6 hours!

Incredible experience!
Jose was incredible. Guests of all ages really appreciated his enthusiasm, professionalism and song choices. The wedding my wife and I had was memorable alone, but Jose really brought it up a notch. I would highly recommend him and his services.

This DJ definitely got everyone dancing!
We got married at the Battlefield Bed & Breakfast. During our initial meeting with Debbie (one of the owners of the B&B) told us that this incredible DJ was included with the venue. The DJ was Then We Danced, and Debbie was not joking! Jose from Then We Danced was so helpful! Before the wedding he checked in with us several times to make sure that it all would go flawlessly. Jose, kept the night moving! He even came down to the dance floor to help out with some of the dances. I keep hearing compliments from our guests saying how much they enjoyed the DJ!

Anton did an incredible job for our wedding! He coordinated very will with our wedding coordinator to make sure the event was running smoothly, and also made sure to check in with me and my wife multiple times to see if we needed anything or had any song requests. Before the wedding, he had us write down any songs we didn't particularly want played, and we only wrote two. During the reception, a guest requested one of them and Anton came to us to see if we were okay with it or not. That level of detail was really nice to have, honestly. Would highly recommend him for any event.

Anton was the best!! He always made sure to check with me and my husband to see if we needed anything or requests! We had a Hispanic/American wedding and he did amazing at doing both types of music! Anton is the best DJ! We met him at another wedding last Fall and decided right then & there that he was the one for our Spring wedding!!! Coordination and timing is everything and he made it all perfect from beginning to end! Photo booth is also awesome! Highly recommend!

Anton was Superb!!! We had a Hawaiian Luau pool part last week and Anton provided the music. He was great! Professional and Flexible! He was set up well in advance and was ready to go as the partiers arrived. We provided him a list of songs and artists and he took it from there. He provided a great selection of music, keep the party going and everyone dancing. He interacted well with the guests and even joined the crowd on the dance floor a few times and showed us some moves! I can't give a strong enough endorsement for Anton and the Then We Danced DJ Service. He made such an impression on all our guests, we have already booked him for our annual Christmas party!!!

DJ Christian was amazing! He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect on the day of my wedding. The dance floor was PACKED all night. He played the perfect combination of music that catered to both the older and younger crowd to get everyone dancing. I didn't have a wedding coordinator and he even managed to wrangle my rowdy bridal party into the correct order for our reception entrance. So happy I went with Then We Danced & I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have a fun wedding. I should also note he was extremely responsive to email prior to the wedding to answer any questions that I had. 5 Stars all the way!

Anton was FANTASTIC for our wedding! He reached out in a timely manner and had a great timeline of what song goes with what event during the wedding and when. On the day of, he made sure to get everything correct (pronunciations, time order, etc). He had easy transitions for everything and made sure everyone was on the dance floor having a great time! He even came down to the dance floor to show off some dance moves himself! He definitely knows how to keep the party going and I highly recommend him.

Anton was GREAT! In the months leading up to my wedding, he was extremely insightful and helped ease all of my pre-wedding jitters in hopes that everything would go well. The day of the wedding he arrived early to set up and make sure that everything would go off without a hitch, which it did, and he really was able to control the crowd and get everyone on the dance floor! I was worried that we wouldn't have a lot of time for "open dance" due to the many traditions that we had to accomplish, but he stuck to the schedule and made sure that everything happened and everyone was having a great time. I would definitely recommend him if you're looking for a DJ who is both professional and a ball of fun, and who is able to make sure your guests have a great time!

He was accommodating to our very specific needs- custom edits of songs, some unconventional requests- and he was very professional throughout. Anton was such a great DJ to work with! He knew exactly what to do and when to do it, and kept everything on schedule which took all of the stress off of us so we could enjoy the reception! He's friendly, personable, and was very helpful with answering any questions or responding to our requests. When he wasn't dancing on the dance floor with guests or coordinating the evenings timeline, we'd catch him dancing in his DJ-ing area, which is the sign of someone who absolutely loves what he does. He's definitely the DJ you want at your parties.

Anton was amazing. He has this outgoing and warm, friendly personality that you instantly like. I didn't need to give him much direction during the planning process which helped me out a lot. On the day of our wedding, he took care of everything! The music was great, he was able to get the crowd up and dancing, and he even came out to dance himself! The crowd loved him. Then we danced DJ service was awesome. My daughter got married at The Battlefield Bed and Breakfast in Gettysburg. They provide DJ service with this company up to 4 hours. We extended the service for an additional 2 hours. Our DJ, Anton was fabulous. He coordinated all the specifics with us prior to the wedding. He went out of his way to provide music in 3 different areas at the venue. (ceremony, garden area for appetizers, and drinks and the reception area.
Anton was extremely personable. He engaged the crowd and played the best selection of songs to get everyone dancing. I highly recommend him.

Anton was awesome! Our dance floor was always filled and Anton even came out on the dance floor to show everyone the dance moves to the songs. He was able to please the older and younger crowds. He would take requests from guests, but also made sure to keep things on schedule as I requested. DJ Anton was amazing. I would absolutely recommend Then We Danced for any event in need of a DJ. Anton is so talented, professional and kind. Many of our guests commented during and after the wedding that he was a great DJ. My husband and I have very particular taste in music, so we had a lengthy playlist that we provided to Anton before the wedding. During cocktail hour and dinner, Anton played exactly the songs we had requested. But what was really crazy was the reception. As it was getting started, he was playing our music as requested, but no one (except me) was dancing (probably because most people weren't familiar with the songs). Anton came to me and asked me if I wanted him to get people out of their seats, and get them dancing. I immediately agreed, and was so glad I did! He led dances to popular songs, started taking requests (with my permission for each request- very professional), and everyone was getting down on the dance floor! I was amazed, and so happy. I guess I learned a lesson - let go of the control, and let your amazing DJ do their thing, because they know how to get a party started! Anton certainly did!

Anton was the BEST! He was very flexible with us and went with the flow with no issue. We had some different ideas adding a mini bike race as part of the cocktail hour. He was super excited to MC the race and really had fun with it. He really kept people dancing, even people I expected to be a little more shy. And he even asked me if he could do something to get more people dancing. Our guests got excited when he got on the dance floor with them to teach them a dance. I really can't say enough here. I met Anton at the Southern York County Relay for Life in Shrewsbury this year. He donated his time keeping us all motivated while we walked for 24 hours in memory of our loved ones that we lost from cancer and in honor of the survivors walking beside us. I knew at the Relay that I had to have Anton DJ my companies 10 year anniversary party & I was right! He had us laughing and dancing all night long. Our guests were singing his praises all throughout the evening. Anton was playing fantastic music from today's hits to Frank Sinatra. DJ Anton is a blast!!! We filled out a simple form a few weeks before the wedding that made everything go smoothly. He was able to feel the vibe of the guests and created a fun and exciting atmosphere! The first time I met Anton (at the wedding) I had confidence he would make the evening fun. Then We Danced is perhaps the most entertaining and involved DJ service we have come across; my husband and I are so glad they were able to work with us. Anton worked closely with me on planning the evening to make sure everything was perfect, and was very quick in responding. Not only did we have the time of our lives dancing the night away, but Anton also made sure our guests had a great time, as well. He definitely knows how to get the energy up and keep it there. We are still receiving comments about how much fun our wedding reception was - even the most reserved people who usually sit out dances were on the dance floor! Then We Danced will get you on your feet and keep you moving - the best part is you won't even notice how long you've been dancing, you'll be too busy having fun!

These guys work miracles! I gave them basically genres that I liked a few songs and they made magic. They got people out on the dance floor and rolled with the punches Great!

Anton was fantastic. Neither my husband or I are huge dancers, and Anton made sure that the rest of our wedding guests had a fantastic time. He was timely and professional, and managed to play all of the songs that we asked him to, even a few that were harder to find. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the area looking for a great DJ. He even took the time to meet with us in person before the wedding to make sure that things went well.

We couldn't have been more happy that we went with "Then We Danced" DJ service. Anton and his brother were incredibly professional and got everyone up on the dance floor. They were happy to take people's requests, and easily adapted their playlist for what people seemed to be in the mood for. They went above and beyond what we could have expected and helped give us our dream wedding. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend "Then We Danced" to a friend.

We could not have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! Anton was extremely helpful and not at all stressful to work with. For our Reception we asked for a specific song list to be played and he followed our requests to the letter! After dinner, we were delighted that not only did he play a great selection of songs, but he got out on the dance floor and showed us how to do some of the dances! Wonderful experience and very friendly service helped make our day surpass even our own expectations!

I can't say enough about how great DJ Anton was at our wedding and reception. He was excellent at keeping us on track and keeping everything running smoothly. I've been at other weddings where the DJ just sat at the table and played the music, but Anton got out on the dance floor and instructed everyone on some of the dance moves. He was awesome. Everyone I've talked to about him has the same reaction. He was so energetic and nice. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

We had Anton as our DJ for our small reception (45 people). He emailed us with a detailed sheet about 4 weeks before the wedding making sure he knew what songs we wanted (or did not want) and knew our timeline. He was professional, on point in every way, and notified us for each "little event" (ie "I'm going to play one more song and then we will do the garter toss."). He even informed us when our cake was having a little bit of a falling issue so we could do the cake cutting and distribute that before disaster struck (thank you, Anton!). Not only all of this, but he knew how to work the crowd and played a good mix of songs that all ages could enjoy. We couldn't have had a better DJ!

DJ Anton was off the charts! He had everybody up on the dance floor and having a great time. Even when we got delayed with our photos, he kept the party going until we were able to get back. A true professional in every sense of the word. Would recommend him to anybody

Then We Danced was wonderful! DJ Anton was helpful from the moment I first spoke to him assisting with song choice and the flow of the reception activities. During our wedding reception he kept the crowd engaged and having a great time!!!He even came out on the dance floor. Guests even commented how wonderful he was ans how much fun he made the evening! Anton was amazing!! His communication through email was top notch and to imagine how easy the music choosing process was-wow! He was super fun during the reception and our guests has an amazing time. Cannot say enough about this guy and would absolutely have him entertain another party for us!

Anton did a fantastic job at our wedding! He had his work cut out for him because I was pretty sure we had a big group of non-dancers, but by the end of the night he had proved me wrong! He got people on the floor, even teaching us some line dances. Everyone really enjoyed dancing, and apparently things got even more fun after my husband and I left to head for our honeymoon.
Things I appreciated most were that he was very helpful for moving the night along on the timeline and receptive to requests. He also got all of our "special" songs (ie parent dances, entrances, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc) JUST RIGHT. And he stayed the whole time with my crazy family, so kudos to him!!

Anton was fantastic. He was always prompt in his email responses to me (particularly important as I was organising my US wedding from the UK!) and he made the night great. He got all of my friends dancing, even the ones who are usually too shy to leave their seats, and everyone had a brilliant time. Could not recommend this company highly enough!

We would highly recommend "Then We Danced" for your DJ. We used him for our company Holiday Party. Anton is very outgoing, and really has a way to make everyone get up and dance and just have fun! He knows his music and can show you the lastest dance moves and gets out of the floor and teaches you. You can tell he loves his job.

We hired Anton to DJ at our wedding reception and he definately exceeded all of our expectations. He kept our reception running smoothly all the while playing our favorite songs and interacting with our guests on the dance floor. Everyone really had a great time and we received so many compliments on our DJ. We highly reccomend Anton to anyone who is looking for an affordable, outstanding and professional DJ.
