  I went to a few different bridal shops but was not impressed with their service. I did not have a clue as to what kind of dress I wanted to get but when I walked into Thelma's I felt like I was surrounded by a bunch of moms! It was an amazing feeling and they were able to find "my dress".
  
  They did wonderful working with my bridal party also because many of them came from different states. I would recommend them to anyone for weddings, proms, etc.

  My wedding party is from all over the us, and had to send their measurements in. One of our party didn't fit, but Thelma's remeasured and had replacement the next day. Great service

  The ladies were VERY helpful in assisting me to find the perfect dress!! :) Thanks for all your help, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the dress I bought!

  I was so impressed with everyone at Thelma's Bridal. When I realized the dress I had purchased a year before the wedding wasn't going to fit it was too late to order another one in a different size and I was definitely not going to wear a sample dress "Off the rack" that a whole bunch of other women had tried on. I was shown only dresses that were available in quick ship that were my size and ivory. It took about an hour to find one that was perfect! While I tried on dresses my fiance spent time in the tuxedo rental department and we were able to accomplish wedding attire in less than 2 hours! After the dress arrived, alterations were made, and everything was perfect. All of the tuxes were on time and everything fit! Pricing was well below what we anticipated paying - what a relief! The staff was very friendly and I hope they are still around when my kids get married!

  Awesome experience

  I just bought my wedding dress and I had such a good time shopping. The sales associate was awesome and so helpful, she let us try things on. It was my first time shopping and I found my wedding dress! I was excited and happy about it and can't wait for it to come in! The dress below is what I picked but I can't have the pics of myself or I might show my fiance!

  My bridesmaid dresses came from here. They definitely had the largest selection in the area. All of my bridesmaids were also from out of state and Thelma's shipped them their dresses as soon as they came in and looked them over first to make sure there was nothing wrong. They looked beautiful.

  The bridesmaid dress I got from there was beautiful and the girls all said it was very comfortable! The down side was that I originally picked a dress we all loved and they called a month later and said it no longer came in the color I wanted that they tagged it wrong.

  I was so lucky to be able to walk into Thelma's, try on one dress and have it fit perfectly and only cost $100! I was greeted at the door and asked right away if they could start a room for me. I left feeling like I just had the best customer service a bride could have! Highly recommended!

  I bought off the rack. and they seemed to look a little down on me. but great dress at a great price. i also got my tiara and veil. and a purse and shawl came with the dress. hard to get service so make an appointment. and make sure you do it well in advance.

  Very expensive, the seemed kind of snooty, and stuck up. My dress was worth the cost, but I got my tuxes and bridesmaids dresses elsewhere.

  While I wouldn't say they have the best customer service - the prices were great. My maid of honor (who was also getting married and I was her maid of honor) and I went to just go look and try on dresses - not to buy, just for a girls day. I picked 3 dresses off the rack, and fell in love with the first one I tried on. I didn't look at the prices at all. I tried on some others, but kept coming back to the first one. I knew that this was the dress that I had to have. Imagine my surprise when I looked that the price, and saw that it was only $99.00. I asked the sales girl if that was correct, and she informed me that it was a discontinued model, and that it was correct. The original retail on the dress was $1200.00! The dress was amazing, with intricate beading and a train that had so much beading and embroidery, I hated to have it bunched! I was also able to find my veil and a cover shawl as well.

  Did not perform as a full service bridal salon

  I made an appointment to look at bridal dresses and went with my mom and daughter. The sales associate handed me shower curtain rings to put on the dresses I was interested in trying on. Just pointed out the racks...never asked what I was looking for, what my price range was, etc, and then she walked away. I had questions about the dresses on the racks, and she was nowhere to be seen. Eventually she came back and she put the dresses I wanted to try in my room, and still kept walking away, only coming back to help zip/unzip and take unwanted dresses away. Never asked what was working for me, what wasn't, etc. Very unprofessional. I even told her what I was looking for, showed her a picture. She told me they didn't have anything like that, but never tried to find a close alternative. The dresses were mostly crazy expensive, and I had a lower budget, as this is my second wedding, so I was looking for something simple. She was of no help, and left me on my own. Maybe they had dresses in my budget, but I didn't know where they were, and she did not point them out. I have looked at another local bridal salon, and they worked with me one on one, being very attentive to what I was looking for. I would even be willing to go a little over my budget, just for the better customer service I received at the other place. There is no way I will give Thelma's any of my business. I won't be back to look at attendent's dresses or a tux for my future husband. Just horribly disappointing, that they sell expensive items, and can't even give the personal customer service one would expect when spending that kind of money.

  Rude staff

  If you are not going there with a huge wedding party I would not waste my time. I went to find a mother of the bride dress and staff ignored me. When I went to try on a dress I was made to change dressing rooms. No one was anywhere near me when I went to use one of their many dressing rooms. Just plain rude money oriented staff.

  Thelma's bridal in mosinee WI is a horrible place it was a nightmare !!! On 2-09 I went there with my two sister's and mom and niece, because my sister is getting married .First off when we got there no one asked if we needed help. So we just helped are self's and found my sisters dress. On are own after about a half hour later we had to go fined some one to help us with brides maid dresses. Well at the time ,I was 3 months pregnant ,and my sisters wedding was 3 weeks be for ,I was due .Well they told me that, I need to order a size 16 because, I was going to be nine months along but , I had ask them are you sure because, I fit a 8 now at 3 month's and it was a maternity dress so why do I have to go so big ?.when I go buy maternity close i don't buy them that big I buy my size ,and they fit not 4 sizes bigger . So any way the assured me that this is what we need for my dress. when we got to the counter they told us we need to paid full by 6-09. Well two weeks later my sister lost her job, and postponed the wedding to the next year so. I called up Thelma's bridal and told them what was going on. They told me that there is nothing they can do, And that the dress was ordered so I ask them what should i do? They told me that "they have an excellent seamstress and that she could make it work" Worried about cost because my dress was big for me to began with and it cost me $190.00. She told me" $80.00 at the most to alter it" A year comes and go's and, I call and make an appointment 2 months before the wedding. To have all of this dun the lady comes in to alter my dress, And all she did was pin it she did not measure me any where to see what she had to do. She gets on the floor and pins it bye hand .She did not use the tool that was a foot away to make sure it is even. I get my dress back and it is botched so bad it is not even the same dress, I ordered it is a inch to short, she put a sweet hart in it and it had it strait organelle. I had no shape in it and ,I was upset, I did not like my dress at all, I just wanted to go home . i asked if i could come back at a later time if ,I want and they told me sure, I call them back 3 days later and tell them i am not happy with my dress ,and that i want some one El's to fix it for me. Not the lady who did it the first time. They tell me ya we will have you meet with the head lady . i went back there to fined out that the Head lady is the one who worked on my dress. The first time so at this point i am not very happy about this. i go in the room and i am telling her what is wrong with my dress. 1.It is to tight in the chest now remember that the dress was 4 sizes to big 2. It is to short i am 5foot 2in that is not very tall 3. it is to high in my armpit and it is rubbing and is hurts to have is on 4.I have no shape in the dress. They tell me that they will fix it and call me when it is dun. I ask them will it be soon? My sisters wedding is on 8-7-10 . The next day i call to see when they think they can get me in to make sure the dress is fitting. Me they tell me 8-5-10 I tell them that wont work my sisters wedding is out of town and I am leaving 8-6-10, And what if there is some thing wrong with the dresst? They tell me that is all they have! I ask when will it be dun? They tell me it wont be dun till Saturday. I ask can i come in then and try it on? They tell me that they the lady working on it wont be there. At this point i am so upset i called my mom to ask her what to do, And ask her to call they tell her to have me come in on Saturday at 2PM.I ask my mom is the lady going to be there? She said they did not tell me. So i call back to ask if she will be there, and to go over what they are going to do. To make sure they will have it wright. They tell me all they are going to do is let it out in the chest and bring it in at the waist. I ask what about the the arm pit and the laenth? They tell me that she dont have time for that, And that that is all she is going to DO! And that if i want more that they will charge me, And that they have other costumers to take care of!! So i said, I am a costumer to, and what because I paid you, And you have my money, I am no longer a concern of yours I don't matter?!?!!? .She tells I'M NOT GOING TO LISTEN TO THIS" "AND IF YOU CALL BACK I WILL CALL THE COPS"!!! And hung up On me. so now it is going to cost me $235.00 to get my dress fixed .
