Coordinator
We highly recommend Brooke, she is very experienced and we felt she removed a lot of stress from the planning and execution. We were able to enjoy a great event because of her planning skills and detailed organization. -

Very helpful!
We hired Brooke Ashley, LLC for our DIY August wedding, and we are really glad that we did. Although we did most of pre-planning, Brooke made herself available to answer questions and shared helpful documents with us regarding timeline, tipping, etc. She came to the wedding site the afternoon before the wedding to survey the grounds, and she was on-site the entire day of the wedding helping with decorating (which she did a beautiful job of) coordinating, and I'm sure many other behind-the-scenes things that I'm not even aware of! She and her assistant, Liz, were especially invaluable when our event was hit with rain moments before I was to walk down the aisle. Brooke was there with umbrellas (which she'd brought!) and towels to dry of all of our guests seats. She stayed until the very end of the wedding, helping to break down and clean up.
Personally, she was easy to work with, patient with my young nieces who took their time learning to be flower girls during rehearsal, and she responded very promptly any time we needed her. Her presence enabled us to enjoy our wedding in a way we wouldn't have been able to otherwise. We did not have a large wedding budget to work with, but hiring Brooke Ashley LLC was money well spent! Highly recommend! -

Worth Every Penny!
Brooke was the planner for our daughter's wedding, the first wedding for our kids. Worth every penny we paid. The day went off without a hitch and we enjoyed ourselves rather than worry about the details. Brooke and her crew took care of it all. -

Book brooke!
Our wedding would truly not have been possible without Brooke!!! She set up EVERYTHING and cleaned up as the night wrapped up. She knows how a wedding should go and makes sure your day goes smoothly, keeping your vision in mind the whole time. My mom, MIL, and groom all said after the wedding, "Brooke was amazing and worth every penny." I never thought I'd hire a wedding coordinator, but I can't even begin to express how thankful I am that I had Brooke!!! 110% recommend! It allowed me to enjoy and relax exponentially more on the day to have her doing all the little things (and big things) so I could focus on guests, the groom, and just enjoying the moment, not trying to guess what I was forgetting. Thank you Brooke!!! xoxo -

Brooke did an incredible job! Every detail was handled, and she kept track of all of the moving pieces, especially the day-of items. More importantly, she is warm, friendly and a true pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend her to anyone! -

Brooke, the owner of The Yellow Rose, is a top notch wedding planner. She planned our wedding last August from beginning to end. She put me at ease coordinating all of the vendors (was also the point of contact for them the day of), made timelines for photos, hair, makeup and also the day of timeline which was very thorough & detailed. My immediate family is fairly large and uncooperative and Brooke was sure everyone was where they were supposed to be at the correct times.
We had an unfortunate event occur during our wedding, a power outage for almost 2 hours! Brooke was there making sure my husband & I as well as all of the guests remained calm and still had a great time. Brooke was readily available (and responded fast) via email and phone/text for any questions or concerns I had leading up to the day. She also provided me with some great ideas regarding details etc.
Not only was she just my planner, she also officiated our wedding. Brooke does it all!! Nothing is too big or too small.
I recommend Brooke to everyone I know who is planning a wedding, including my sister, who just used her full planning services for her wedding last month. -

My husband and I used Brooke for full service for our special day. She was amazing! She gave suggestions and advice on every aspect of our day and was with us every step of the way. We cannot say enough good things about her services and attention to detail... she helped make our day perfect! If you are looking for a sweet, detail-oriented and hard-working planner, then look no further. Brooke is the best at what she does! -

Brooke, the owner of The Yellow Rose, LLC, is AMAZING! I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. She has been nothing short of amazing since I first met her. She regularly checked in with us throughout our planning the entire year leading up to our special day, and was always just an email and super quick response away to answer questions, give suggestions, etc. In the days leading up to our wedding, she was in contact every day and more than willing to answer any questions and or help out in every way possible! Now this doesn't even touch her amazing work on our actual wedding day! She is so much fun, enthusiastic, and professional. She decorated our entire venue, kept us, our families, and bridal party on track all day, ensured the ceremony ran smoothly, was available to direct guests all day and night, took everything down and cleaned up, and SO SO much more! I honestly cannot even begin to explain everything she did for us on our wedding day. She is worth every penny. Our day truly would not have been as amazing without her help! -

Brooke was just absolutely the best and such a pleasure to work with! Every vendor said I was the most calm bride they had ever seen and I must credit that to Brooke from The Yellow Rose. She took care of everything, I was always in the know and I never once carried an ounce of stress throughout planning! She was always a step ahead of me! -

BEST WEDDING PLANNER OUT THERE! Brooke took care of every aspect of my wedding, was in constant communication with my vendors, and made sure my day was extra special. I don't know what I would have done without her. The week before the wedding, she confirmed everything with all vendors and made sure everyone was paid in full. When issues happened the day of, she made sure they were taken care of before I had any idea anything was wrong. One of my groomsmen split his pants minutes before the ceremony, and her and her assistant were there sewing his pants before he walked into the church (she gives you a list of "emergency necessities", and while I thought I would never use any of it - I think I used everything!!!) She literally thought of everything, and made our day so, so special. Thank you Brooke for being so amazing! -

Without The Yellow Rose wedding planning, I would've been drowning in a mess of details and stress. When I first met Brooke, she immediately took care of me and was the sweetest and kindest person. We started talking about details, things I liked abd didn't like and she completely understood me. She was upbeat, professional, excited and reliable. She attended outside meetings with me, always going above and beyond. She took care of small details, organized my day of plan and made sure everyone was aware of what was going on. Brooke made me feel relaxed and calmed me down whenever I started to panic or freak out!
Brooke attended my rehearsal and helped make sure everything went smoothly and we went over last minute decorations/set up for the next day.
The day of Brooke was a dream! She had 100% exceeded my expectations of a coordinator/planner. She was prompt, polite, happy, organized and ready for anything. I was even told later about a few bumps that's happened that day that she totally took care of. She was my lifesaver! She answered every question, made sure we stayed on schedule, cleaned up at the end of the night and so much more. I can honestly say my day would've been no where near as perfect as it was without her and her staff. I would recommend her to every single bride without ANY hesitation. I had so many guests and family share stories or comments on how that "beautiful
Blonde wedding planner" helped them at some point during the wedding. I am so blessed I have met not only an amazing professional, but a great friend! -

I worked with Brooke Beierle at the Yellow Rose to create the perfect wedding day for myself and my partner Derek. She was able to personalize our meetings, and the price, to my exact needs regarding both pre-planning and day-of-coordination. With her help I was able to have all of the details taken care of a week to two out from the wedding date so that I had no stress leading up to the big day. She was also invaluable throughout the ceremony and reception, from greeting the guests and seeing everyone seated to running the music throughout and, in some ways most importantly, making sure my wine glass was never empty. She was always friendly and a consummate professional. I highly recommend her services. -
