The Woodlands CC exceeded all expectations that I had for a venue on our wedding day. Before the day they were attentive at responding to emails, anticipated every need, and the communication was beyond met. The wedding could not have been more perfect with all of the worry and stress off of our plates and being taken care of by their amazing team. We were able to enjoy the evening, and all of our needs were met beyond expectation. The staff was attentive the entire night and we were well taken care of. I could not recommend this place enough, working with them felt like you were cared for every step of the way. Food and drinks were amazing as well!!

Greatest Venue, Team and Wedding
We had the best day ever celebrating our wedding at The Woodlands Country Club! There is quite a history, and it was nice to share the moment at the Palmer and to have such a great team help with our big day. The planning was seamless and everything we asked for was provided by Andrea and Annemarie. The teamwork and professionalism that these wonderful ladies present along with their team is just what we were looking for! We really wish we could get married over and over again just to get to live the whole experience again. Our wedding at the Palmer course
What to even say, Annemarie and Andrea were AMAZING!!! They made sure the whole wedding went super smoothly and anytime we had a question or needed a call, they were on top of it. We would 100% recommend them to anyone. The venue itself was stunning and it is nice that you get the whole reception hall exclusively for your wedding. We put our sweetheart table by the fireplace and it was so nice and cozy! Also, the food for our rehearsal and reception were both amazing, all the guest raved about it.

The Most Perfect Venue
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding venue than The Woodlands Country Club. From the moment we toured the property to the very last song of the night, everything was beautiful, seamless, and incredibly well organized. The grounds are stunning, the spaces are elegant and well maintained, and our guests are still talking about how gorgeous the venue was.
What truly made the experience exceptional, though, were the coordinators, Annemarie and Andrea. They were absolute lifesavers throughout the entire planning process. Both were responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure our day was exactly what we envisioned. No question was too small, no request was too complicated, and they always made us feel supported and calm—even during the stressful moments of planning.

Wedding at The Woodlands Country Club
My husband and I recently got married at the Woodlands country club. We had a great experience working with Andrea and Ann Marie. The venue has amazing staff who make the wedding feel very elegant and high end. The food and drinks are incredible and our guests were very impressed with the taste and quality of the food. Multiple guests told us “this is the best food we have ever had at a wedding.” The ceremony, cocktail, and reception space were all beautiful and I loved having all the spaces in the same area so guests could travel from one space to the next with ease.
Overall, I highly recommend this venue and would have my wedding there again 100 times if I could!

Happily Ever After
We absolutely loved our experience here! Annemarie was such a delight and truly sold us on the venue from the very first meeting. Shortly after, we met Andrea, who became our day-of coordinator, and she was just as wonderful. She made sure everything ran smoothly so we could simply enjoy our big day.
Our only complaint is that the day went by way too fast! Everything was perfect—the venue, the food, the music, the dance floor, and the getting-ready suites. My husband and I still talk about how we wish we could attend our wedding again as guests because it was truly that amazing. We are so grateful to Annemarie and Andrea for making our day absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!

Amazing wedding day
We had our wedding in April at the Woodlands country club and had an amazing experience! We worked with Annemarie and Andrea and they were so easy to work with and such pros. It was such a weight off our shoulders knowing everything was covered and coordinated by their team. Everyone complimented the food and the service was outstanding, we always felt like we were taken care of. While we originally wanted to have our ceremony outside on the lawn, it was a rainy day that morning and I'm so appreciative they have a beautiful inside space as an option. We had cocktail hour on the outside patio and it was such a perfect setting with the lush green golf course surrounding it. Our bridal party was able to get ready in a private space in the women's lounge which was super convenient. We'd highly recommend getting married here!

Woodlands country club
March 2025 bride and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the woodlands country club! Our wedding was at the chapel in the woods at fellowship of the woodlands church and the reception was at the country club. My experience was as stress free as planning a wedding can be. Andrea and Annemarie were super easy to work with and were intentional with every detail of the day. All the food and drinks were great and we had all positive feedback from our guests. Would recommend having your special day at the Woodlands Country club!

Our daughter’s 180-person reception was spectacular. Andrea and Annemarie made the process easy and fun. They did not overlook all of the “dynamic” details and made sure our unique requests were incorporated. Guests raved about the plated dinner, the band (Dry Water- on the preferred vendor list), the wedding/groom’s cakes (always “Kiss the Cook Cakes”), flowers (Piney Rose - also on preferred vendor list), Leonard’s cigar bar and martini bars. We visited 15 venues from Conroe to Galveston. The Woodlands Country Club was number 15…. I have never been so glad to have been so discerning. This group knocked it out of the park! Our family is from Louisiana, and Cajuns pride themselves on the ability to throw the best parties. Several family members and friends told me my daughter’s wedding was better than Mardi Gras. We know much is happening behind the scenes to make it all possible. Thanks to all responsible for the incredible organization & hard work in the background to make that night happen so perfectly!

October Wedding!
TWCC was absolutely the best decision we made for our wedding! The wedding coordinator is there to help you ever step of the way choose vendors, pick your menu, think of extra fun details to make your day special and unique, plan your timeline, and most importantly they take everything out of your hands on your wedding day and allow you to walk into your reception and be absolutely wowed! They do weddings most weekends, so they are like a well-oiled machine on your day. This really helped me have less stress on my wedding day and week! Everything was perfect and I would choose this venue over and over again!

My wife and I just had our Wedding with The Woodlands Country Club back in August 2024, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! We worked with Annemarie and Andrea as our director and coordinators, and they were absolutely fantastic along with the rest of the entire country club staff! The venue was absolutely breathtaking and gorgeous, and was one of the most beautiful venues I have been a part of. The food and drinks were top notch too, and everything was so delicious and had so much flavor. We would highly recommend anyone wanting to have a Wedding or event here, and Annemarie and Andrea were such a complete joy to work with the entire time!

A night to remember
Our wedding experience with the WCC was absolutely the best! As MOB, I did not have to handle anything. I got to enjoy the whole evening stress free, and watch my daughter's vision unfold without a hitch! Annemarie and Andrea are so easy to work with. They are professional, detailed, organized and make you feel like you are not only their top priority, but their ONLY priority!! They were quick to respond to any and all questions, always with a cheerful attitude. Every staff person I encountered was very friendly. The reception could not have gone any better. Perfect Wedding Venue
My husband and I got married at The Woodlands Country Club in May, and we are very happy having chosen this venue. The ballroom is elegant and the services offered are excellent. We worked with Annemarie on planning and she's an outstanding event coordinator. Our wedding day was perfect, almost entirely due to our venue choice. We had a great getting ready space. We felt welcomed and were even provided breakfast and lunch while we were getting ready. We had a room flip, and the ballroom was beautiful for both the ceremony and the reception. The food was excellent. The club's preferred vendors (DJ and photographers) were amazing, and the entire staff was professional and very attentive.

After we booked, Annemarie was always immediately attentive and responsive to questions and recommendations. From the beginning of the day, to the exit of the Bride and Groom, the execution was flawless. All of our expectations were exceeded. The venue set up was lovely and the food was exceptional. We had non-stop compliments on the quality of the food. The golf cart’s shuffling of guest was much appreciated. We were well taken care by all the staff! To sum up….it was a fabulous event.

Enchanting Elegance: A Perfect Wedding Venue Experience
The Woodlands Country Club was the best decision we made in planning our wedding. They were very experienced, professional and provided input, suggestions and solutions when needed. We were blessed with the best day of coordinator (Annemarie). She provided us with preferred vendors, was very quick to respond to any questions, and reached out to us with any questions or clarification about our special day. She truly took care of us and made sure we accounted for everything for planning as well as made sure everything ran smoothly the day of. The venue it self was amazing, we were looking for a venue that wasn't a barn or in the city. We ended up picking it because of it's floor to ceiling windows in the ballroom and the outdoor ceremony spot in front of the lake. It was truly magical and turned out even better than we could have imagined.

Perfect Fall Venue
The Woodlands Country Club was the perfect venue for our fall wedding in October 2023! Booking almost 2 years in advance, Annemarie was an amazing guide throughout every step of the way up until wedding day. She was always quickly responsive to all wedding/planning questions and working with our wedding coordinator to run our rehearsal and ceremony seamlessly. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, and the outdoor ceremony by the lake exceeded my dreams. During the ceremony, there were even white doves and deer in the background, straight out of a fairytale. The cocktail hour on the covered patio demonstrated the most beautiful sunset, and the indoor woodsy ballroom for reception created an open and ethereal environment filled with dancing all night long. All of the included vendors worked effortlessly together to create a low stress and successful day. To top it all off, every guest commented on how wonderful the food was. Could not recommend this venue and Annemarie enough!

My husband and I were blown away by TWCC. The support we received from Annemarie and her team was absolutely incredible. They were prompt, took care of the smallest of details, and walked with us every step of the wedding planning journey. The entire process could not have been smoother. Annemarie is a blessing to all of those around her and she is absolutely AMAZING at her job. She consistently went above and beyond - special ordering a "local" beer for my husband's family, cutting my Mother's dress, and letting me borrow her (very cute) jacket since it was cold outside. The Perfect Wedding Venue for Ceremony & Reception
We cannot imagine having a better venue than The Woodlands Country Club for our daughter's wedding. We are so grateful for the Club's event planners' expert coordination of the countless details involved in planning a wedding. They were always cheerful, reassuring, and tireless in fielding our questions and guiding us through the planning process. Their knowledge and expertise contributed immeasurably to the success of the wedding which far exceeded our expectations! We want to give high praise to all of the staff for their professionalism and graciousness. The food was wonderfully prepared and delicious! It's not easy preparing a plated dinner for such a large number of guests, but the results were outstanding! Despite having a few obstacles to contend with, like an unexpected windstorm, all details were superbly managed. We always felt assured that the day-of coordinators had everything under control. They made our daughter and son-in-law's wedding a day that will always be remembered with great joy and gratitude.

Perfect from planning to execution!
We recently hosted our daughter’s wedding reception for 155 guests at The Woodlands Country Club Palmer Course and it was perfect. With the help of their amazing coordinators, Annemarie McKay and Lindsey Williams, the entire process was not only easy, but fun! These ladies walked us through each step, helped us plan a few fun surprises, and had great ideas to help the day run smoothly. They were excellent at communication and were available immediately to answer any question we had during the entire planning process. The bridal party chose to get ready in the ladies locker room (which is way nicer than it sounds), where we were well taken care of with breakfast, coffee, and lunch. Annemarie and Lindsey coordinated the drop off and pick up of all of our items being provided by other vendors; we didn’t have to do a thing! Once we arrived from the ceremony, Annemarie and Lindsey (who went above and beyond in every way all night!) even traipsed across the golf course to deliver waters to the very thirsty bridal party while they were having photos taken. The whole evening was perfection…the food was fabulous, the bars were fast, the staff were extremely friendly, quick and service was great. Everything received rave reviews from the appetizers, dinner, bananas foster bar, and even the late night breakfast tacos! The cake is included in their wedding package and Lisa made a gorgeous and delicious one! The ballroom and fireplace looked stunning (thanks to our wonderful florist, Krissy at @ThistleDoNicelyHTx). We couldn’t have asked for a better venue. The large patios and outdoor fireplace were perfect for cocktail hour on our sunny February evening and the ballroom was gorgeous. This was truly one stop shopping and again, everything was made even easier and stress-free, solely due to Annemarie and Lindsey.

Simply Amazing
My husband and I got married at The Woodlands Country Club in October 2021 and we had the best experience. For starters, Annemarie is a DREAM to work with. Her bubbly personality, knowledge, and expertise helped put us at ease. From all my planning questions to the rehearsal to the day of she took care of everything so we didn't have to. We could not have done it without her. Next, the food. When I go to a wedding I normally don't expect the food to be that great, but this food is amazing. We did the food stations and really enjoyed everything we ate. The biggest food critics in my family still rave about the food (especially the pasta bar). We had an open bar and I would highly recommend. The bartenders were amazing and they were so fast that our guests rarely had to wait in a line. Last but not least, the venue was perfect. We had our ceremony outside and it was beautiful. There were so many photo opportunities and we loved the natural greenery. The reception was inside and everything was done so nice. We had a simply amazing experience. My only regret is not writing this review sooner.

Beautiful, joyful wedding
We cannot say enough about how beautiful, joyful and perfect our daughter and son-in-law's wedding was under the leadership of Annemarie Apligian (McKay). Annemarie was our primary coordinator for our daughter 's wedding. Brooke also helped as needed throughout the process, and was fabulous too.
Annemarie is stellar, both as a person and as a professional. Each staff member, department, and component of The Woodlands Country Club exhibit the definition of professionalism. Annemarie is warm and a delight to work with. She was quick to ask and answer questions throughout the entire planning process. It was evident at every point in the planning that her goal was to meet our every desire and vision for making our daughter and son-in-law's wedding day perfect. She helped us with vendor communications and provided her expert advice which we so appreciated. The country club affiliates with the best artists in each given offering, such as flowers, cakes, staging and décor. We cannot say enough about the beautiful Country Club appetizers, meals and drinks served with spot on professionalism. The food and drinks were fantastic in taste and elegance. The service from personal meal and drink service and delivery, table attendance throughout the meal, and personal warmth of the servers was fantastic. The entire wedding planning process and the gorgeously elegant outcome, exceeded our goals and expectations. The Woodlands Country Club is beautiful and highly recommended for your wedding and/or event.

Wonderful Wedding Night
We had our wedding at The Woodlands Country Club on 7/1/22 and everything was absolutely AMAZING. Everything from the space, presentation, food, staff, service, and the view was phenomenal!
AnneMarie was such a pleasure to work with! She helped us plan and coordinate every step of the way and was always available to answer and question we had. When we arrived at the venue (we had our ceremony elsewhere) she guided us throughout the night and made sure everything went smoothly.
Our guest LOVED the food provided the the WCC culinary team. Almost everyone went for seconds.
Our wedding night was so special and better than we would have ever imagined! The WCC and their staff were so great to work with.
We had the most magical night and would highly recommend AnneMarie and The Woodlands Country Club!

As the search began for the wedding venue, we came across the Woodlands Country Club. Soon after our visit, my daughter, now Son-in-Law, his mother and my husband and I, were attracted to the amenities and beauty of the location. The Jewel on the Crown was Annemarie McKay and Staff Members. They were all extraordinary, friendly and professional. Woodlands Country Club went above and beyond to make my daughter's and husband's wedding day personal and delightful! The wedding was beautiful with the lakeside view, food and drink presentation was excellent, and the reception venue was wonderful! This is an all-inclusive package gem totally worth it! The surrounding areas and hotels along the venue are also amazing. I highly recommend the Woodlands Country Club to meet your wedding dreams!

Best venue in the Woodlands.
My husband and I planned our wedding in under 4 months. TWCC made the process smooth, they not only do the food, provide linens, desserts, cake, alcohol, lighting. But they helped us find music and our officiant. On the very day of the wedding, we were treated like royalty and the staff was incredibly attentive and kind towards our guests. The indoor/outdoor facility gave us peace in case it rained or was too cold to have the ceremony outside. They have a plan and solution for everything!

As close to one stop shop as possible!
Cannot say enough about Annemarie and this venue. I really was looking for a venue that made everything about our wedding day easy and stress free and this was it! We did both our ceremony and reception at the club and it was the most relaxed, beautiful, easy going day all thanks to Annemarie. She helps with coordination of vendors and the day of to smooth things over for you, and was the biggest help in the months leading up to the big day. Always reachable by email or phone, asking me if I had thought of "xyz" which was helpful as I usually hadn't! The venue has a couple of different options for ceremony and the reception hall is gorgeous. Food, bar, linens are all included in your package which I loved not having to coordinate those individual vendors. Food is delicious, we still have people who bring up how good their dinner was! All you have to take care of from a vendor standpoint is photography/videography, music and florals. All in all would highly recommend this for your big day :)

I can't say enough about this venue. Annemarie is simply the best. It is like having a wedding planner without having to hire one! She was so flexible and made this anything but a cookie cutter wedding. Everybody raved about the food and all the special touches that this venue helped us to create! We had issues throughout COVID and it poured on our wedding day and yet it went as smooth as possible with no issues! Annemarie even made sure my parents had time to sit down and eat! She took care of it all! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I seldom write reviews, but I was so pleased with the work of Annemarie that I had to honor her. I was also one of the brides affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and had to reschedule our wedding date. Annemarie was the easiest of all of the vendors I was working with. She is quick, efficient, and frankly just good at what she does. She knows what she is doing and is not afraid to offer her opinion which was always a good one in my experience. I recommend going with the preferred vendors on the country clubs list because Annemarie and the country club team works with them often enough that it makes it easier on their end to communicate and vice versa. As the bride it was comforting to go to my linen vendor or cake vendor and hear them say "oh yes you are with Annemarie? We know her! They do a wonderful job" I cannot say how thankful I was for the country club wedding experience with Annemarie every detail (that I noticed haha) was accounted for and I know that was due to Annemarie's careful attention to detail and her years of experience.

Phenomenal Wedding Coordinator at The Woodlands Country Club
My sister had her wedding reception at The Woodlands Country Club in 2018 and after seeing how amazing and helpful Annemarie was with the entire process, I knew I also wanted to have my reception there! I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator. Annemarie is incredible at her job. She is so helpful and patient, especially during all of the re-planning that we had to do during this crazy covid time. Really, we re-planned our reception 3 times and Annemarie was very patient every single time. She worked with all of our vendors to help get new plans and quotes for all of our changes throughout the uncertain covid months. I could go on and on about how helpful Annemarie was throughout the entire process. She made planning the wedding as stress free as possible. She has really great ideas and contacts so the whole process was very easy. The country club is gorgeous too! They have many really pretty places for pictures. Even after our wedding, Annemarie held onto a few items for us (for a month) that we left at the country club the night of the wedding (oops!). I would 10/10 recommend this as a wedding ceremony and reception venue!

The Woodlands Country Club at the Palmer Course & Mrs. Annemarie ARE A MUST!!!!
Wow, oh wow, I don't even know where to begin my infinite amount of praises for Annemarie and her staff at The Woodlands Country Club at the Palmer Course. We booked our reception at this venue, and it surely did not disappoint! We worked with Annemarie for about sixteen months, and she is a joy to work with. She is so personable, so reassuring, and so bubbly! I can not sing her praises enough. My husband and I got married on January 9th, 2021, during the COVID-19 pandemic, which was a tad stressful, but Annemarie was on the ball and was so kind and quick when answering my 100's of emails. We were one of the lucky ones who did not have to change their date or make any drastic changes for our reception because of regulations, and our wedding reception... dare I say it, was PERFECTION, and it was because of Annemarie and her staff. We were able to soak everything in and truly enjoy our time of celebration. As the bride, I didn't feel overwhelmed, the staff was timely, organized, and moved lighting fast without a peep or complaint! The food was incredible! I will be dreaming about those crab cakes for the rest of my life!! One of the best parts about this particular venue is that they have recommendations for vendors, which we also used, and it was amazing!! They all knew each other because they had worked together before. I honestly could not have pictured a more perfect day, and we just can't thank Annemarie and her staff enough for all that they did to make our day the most memorable one.

Amazing venue! Can't go wrong!
Let me just start by saying my fiancé (now husband) and I went to the wrong venue completely for our initial meeting! Annemarie was very patient with us and even told us we were still welcome to stop by and take a look at the ballroom – which was being set up for a wedding that evening! We were actually able to see a possibility of what our wedding could look like in that space, not just an empty room or a room set up for a banquet. It was love at first sight! After we signed our contract and had our initial planning meeting with Annemarie (pre-Covid); we knew we were in great hands! She was very responsive during the entire process, answering all of our questions and giving us her expert advice every step of the way. We decided to have our ceremony and reception in the same space because you never know what January in Texas will be like (we were married Jan. 2nd), and the staff worked quickly to ‘flip’ the room during cocktail hour to have everything set up and ready for introductions and the beginning of the reception. Both spaces looked exceptional! I really can’t say enough how great it was to work with Annemarie and the entire staff at The Woodlands Country Club. They truly made our wedding one of the best ones our guests have ever been to and one we surely will never forget!

Our original venue had to cancel our wedding 3 weeks from the date. Annemarie and The Woodlands Country Club saved the day and helped us move everything over so that it was like the Woodlands Country Club was where we had planned all along. Exceptional Wedding Venue
We had our daughter's wedding reception at the Woodlands Country Club this past Saturday and I can't begin to give justice to what an exceptional job Annemarie and her entire staff did. It started 11 months ago with our initial meeting with Annemarie and from that moment on, we felt like we were her priority. She helped with each detail and was always quick with a response to my questions. From start to finish, Saturday night was a dream. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The food was delicious. They can literally take care of every detail, from cocktail hour at the beginning to the sparklers and get-away car at the end. From the start, we knew that planning a wedding in 11 weeks and during a pandemic would be a challenge. What we didn't know was how pleasantly surprised we would be with our choice of venue, The Woodlands Country Club- Palmer Course and with Annemarie McKay (Private Events Director) in particular! Along with the excellent staff, she made our experience virtually pain free and actually really enjoyable with her quick responses and always helpful ideas. One of the most attractive features of this venue is the package they offer. It includes not only Annemarie's invaluable services (truly!!), but all of the food and beverages (with open bar), the cake, specialty linens and their world class service- an incredible value in the end!
In the interest of keeping things simple, we opted to have the Rehearsal Dinner in the Library- loved the cozy setting while still being able to spread out a bit for social distancing. The food was top notch and the service, amazing! The following day, we had sandwiches and fruit served down in the women's dressing area which turned out to be a great idea, allowing the bridal party relaxed time together to connect before the big event. The Ceremony (held cabaret style with guests seated at tables) and the Reception for 60 were held in the Legacy Ballroom which has a max capacity of 240 guests. This allowed plenty of room for C19 spacing of tables (with 6+ feet between) while still visually filling the space in a natural way. The large fireplace provided a beautiful focal point in the room and made a perfect backdrop for the service and so many photos!
During the evening there were a couple of hiccups, which is to be expected with an event like this and especially in these unprecedented circumstances. They were however, almost instantly corrected by the staff thanks to positive attitudes, creative problem solving skills and the swift execution of a good plan! After the event, the cleanup went so quickly and smoothly which was a great way to end the night. Very well done!!! We were extremely pleased with the whole process, start to finish and would whole heartedly recommend the Club, along with Annemarie to anyone!!

The Best Venue
Annemarie is absolutely amazing to work with! In choosing this venue, you will have a day of coordinator and she really does make the day less stressful for the bride and groom. Everything was on time and many of our guests complimented on how well everything was put together. We had to postpone our original wedding date in March due to COVID-19 and Annemarie was extremely helpful and understanding during that time. The customer service was fantastic from everyone. The food was absolutely delicious and we had so many compliments on that as well. I would highly recommend choosing The Woodlands Country Club as your venue. Your guests will be impressed with everything and the bride and groom will be treated to a fantastic stress-free day.

The Woodlands Country Club, without question, is the most beautiful venue in the Houston area. The food was spectacular, the waitstaff was professional and the bartenders were efficient!! Everything you could possibly dream up for your special event is either included or available from a recommended vendor. The Woodlands Country Club has done it all or seen it all. The best part of the process is working with Annemarie. Annemarie was such a joy to work with and made our planning process stress free! She was warm, professional, accommodating and always had great suggestions! Incredible Wedding Venue
Planning 2 weddings 3 months apart all in a 10 month period can be very overwhelming for a mother, but not with the help of AnnMarie at The Woodlands Country Club. With her help I was able to make both weddings at The Woodlands Country Club unique and beautiful. AnnMarie is very professional, knowledgable, responsive AND my new friend. She calmed my nerves and helped me every step of the way and on the day of the wedding she went above and beyond to make sure our weddings were smooth and perfect. Beautiful Venue!
Our experience with the Woodlands Country Club was amazing! Firstly, the venue is so beautiful. The outdoor area for the ceremony overlooking the lake is the prettiest outdoor space I've seen and instantly drew me in. The ballroom is also gorgeous and was only built a few years ago. I loved the wooden walls and high ceiling. Annemarie went above and beyond to make our day perfect and was so flexible and accommodating with all of our requests. I didn't have a day-of coordinator but really didn't need once since Annemarie did everything the day-of person would have done, including setting the tables beforehand, directing the various vendors, helping the guests, and making sure everything stayed on schedule. She was very involved before and during the wedding day, which I really appreciated. The food was delicious and the appetizers were plentiful. A lot of guests commented on how tasty the food was! We were so fortunate to have found the Woodlands Country Club for our wedding. I feel like they helped make our wedding day perfect!

The perfect elegant venue and coordinator
Annemarie is the wedding planner at the Woodlands Country Club, and she was so great to work with! She is bubbly, energetic, and excited, and made the whole planning process so much smoother and less stressful. She brings so many great ideas to the table and really helped us make tough decisions. We had a large wedding (around 240) and were worried about everyone fitting, but she got creative with the seating arrangement and made it work, and it did not feel crammed at all! She managed and communicated with all of our vendors and set everything up perfectly! The day of, she kept us on time and organized. I am so thankful for her!!!
The best part about the country club is that when you book with them, it not only includes their amazing coordinator, Annemarie, but also their amazing food (don't have to find caterer), they partner with Elegant Beginnings for rentals and linens (which are beautiful), LG events for lighting, photobooths, DJ/sound, and Kiss the Cook Cakes (delicious and beautiful!) for the bride's cake. It's a one-stop shop and really eliminates having to find several vendors. These vendors are familiar with The Country Club and Annemarie has worked with them on several occasions. This makes the whole process smoother for everyone!
The food was AMAZING. We had a build your own risotto bar that was to die for. We also had prime rib, a salad bar, and a fajita station. Everyone raved about how great the food was!
Last but certainly not least, the venue itself is beautiful! We were able to have cocktail hour outside on the balcony, overlooking the golf course. The floor to ceiling windows are stunning and give great sunset views during dinner. Also, you cannot beat the location. This is one of the very few venues in The Woodlands (not 30 min - an hour outside of The Woodlands like many venues in the area).
If you choose this venue, you will not be disappointed! Our day was perfect, thanks to The Woodlands Country Club and all of Annemarie's hard work!!!

Annemarie,
I wanted to take a time to THANK YOU for your OUTSTANDING work. You were truly a key player for our wedding with all your support and help thought the wedding planning and even more so on the day of the wedding!! I really have no words to express how impressed I was with your commitment to help me with every detail (like getting on your knees to fix my bustle!!!)
I’ve heard many wedding coordinator stories, and honestly I fee so lucky I had you, because you were not only hard worker but had an amazing mood throughout it all, even with all my 1000 questions!

I can't begin to stay enough great things about the Woodlands country club. They made the entire wedding planning process a breeze. They are able to provide everything on site, the food is delicious. Many of our guests commented on how great the food was. Our wedding day coordinator Annemarie did an amazing job. Amazing! More than I ever imagined!
Annemarie and her staff are AMAZING! Our wedding so far exceeded our wildest expectations. They were on top of everything - even things I would have never thought of. Chef Jimmy prepared an amazing menu for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding. Our guests raves about it and some still comment on just how nice everything was.
If I had to do it all over again, I would absolutely choose TWCC. Honestly, I cannot say enough how pleased we were with everything!

A perfect wedding!
The Woodlands Country Club is absolutely stunning and the perfect backdrop for a wedding. On top of the venue being gorgeous, Annemarie was wonderful to work with. I sent A LOT of emails and she always responded in a very timely manner. She and her staff made my wedding day run so smoothly, everything was absolutely perfect. They took care of setting everything up so I had a stress-free morning and they helped my family pack everything up and into the cars at the end of the evening. Had a wonderful experience working with the Woodlands Country Club. Annemarie is a bada** who will take care of things you didn't even know needed to be done. She answered quickly to all of my emails, even the ones I was sending 7pm the night before! The amount of FOOD and DRINK you get for the price of this venue cannot be beat. We had a large wedding of over 230 people, so not completely blowing the budget out of the water was difficult. The venue itself is breathtaking so you don't need to go crazy with decorations. Having a June wedding, we knew we wanted to have it inside...they transformed the room in 45 minutes flat to get ready for the reception. The preferred vendors are also fantastic so there is no need to worry about that, it honestly helps the planning process. I booked the country club about 7 months away from our desired date, due to an issue with a previous venue, and the minute we signed our contract it was smooth sailing.

We used the Woodlands Country Club for both of our daughters weddings. Both times we experienced exceptional service. We were DIY for both weddings and Brooke was very flexible in accommodating our need for setup and breakdown. My daughter had a different vision for the room set up. They made it happen and WOW, we loved the results. The food was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional. The timeline worked well. We felt like we were working with family who cared about our daughter and son in law as much as we did. I can honestly say, the day couldn't have gone any better. We are so thankful for Brooke and Devon and all the staff for making it a wonderful day to remember. I would highly recommend this venue. They make it easy to say YES!!!

We held both our wedding ceremony and reception at The Woodlands Country Club Palmer Course and are SO PLEASED with how the whole event turned out!! We worked with Annemarie who was helpful, so sweet and responsive throughout our entire planning process! Our ceremony was outside in front of the pond behind the clubhouse and the reception was held in the Legacy Ballroom. What a gorgeous space! From the first time I saw it, the club felt like home and I knew it was where I wanted to get married. The food was GREAT!! We had guests raving about it all night. When there were a few things at our tasting we wanted to change out, the team was great about letting us tweak things to our liking and everything turned out so delicious!! Annemarie was very patient in finalizing the tedious final details right up until the event! We did also have a day of coordinator and Annemarie and her worked seamlessly together to pull off exactly the event I had planned. On the day of the wedding, Annemarie was great about having food and drinks ready for my husband and I at our every turn. Everything ran so smoothly I was able to focus on my friends and family and having the time of my life!! We did have one hiccup the week of the wedding when the main clubhouse encountered an issue with their AC system (no impact to the Legacy). We ended up getting ready in the Tournament Course locker rooms instead of the Palmer, and Annemarie handled our transportation back to the Palmer, and was able to transition everything so smoothly that it was not an issue at all! I say this to say, TWCC is flexible and will make sure to accommodate you and react to any situation that may arise!! The space, bar, food and staff were excellent!! Couldn't have imagined our wedding anywhere else!! Highly recommend!

Annemarie and her team at the Woodlands CC helped us plan the perfect wedding reception. Before the wedding they were always available to answer questions and willing to help. Annemarie even jumped in to help when We were having a small problem with one of the outside vendors that we had hired. Look no further if you want your wedding to be perfect! Our first encounter was with Brooke, the Event Coordinator. She was so warm, patient, and most importantly passionate and confident about making your event FLAWLESS. Thank you Brooke for making my daughters wedding the most beautiful day and night anyone could ask for.
Not too mention the ENTIRE team that works together like a symphony! From the General Manager Devin and his crew of staff, each and every part of our wedding surpassed anything we could have imagined. The personable and professional demeanor was unlike anything I have ever experienced. Lupe was soo sweet and packed up food for us to take home and enjoy after the event because she knew how hard it was for us to slow down and enjoy.
The presentation and taste of the various menu items we chose was OUTSTANDING! Everyone was smiling and happy to work at the Club. I can honestly say that The Woodlands Country Club must be an awesome place to work because they have HAPPY employees. There was not one person the entire day and night that gave the impression that this was "just another wedding" . From the bartenders to the security, everyone was FANTASTIC.
I'm a pretty picky person and for me to take the time to write this was nothing more than a pleasure to do.
Sounds too good to be true, but it is.
They were always checking and asking if we needed anything at all. Tatia, the Catering manager was at the event as well to oversee that major part of our night.
I could go on and on.
Kudos, hugs, and soo much gratitude is sent out to each and every person who worked that day for making my family feel like their family!!!!!!

We booked this venue before it was even built for our daughter's wedding reception in August 2016. I don't think you can find a more beautiful and functional setting. The view from the dining area and terrace of the sunset over the golf course was just stunning and added to the fairy tale ambience of the wedding. The interior decor has lovely neutral tones that allow great freedom in your choice of decoration and color. Plus, it photographs well. We chose appetizers followed by a seated dinner and a late night snack for about 180 guests and vendors. The service was excellent as was the quality and presentation of the food. We upgraded to the premium package for the open bar. Our guests where thrilled with the quality and selection of beverages. We were required to use their provider, Kiss The Cook Cakes, for the wedding cake but we had complete freedom in our choice of cake which turned out breathtakingly beautiful and absolutely delicious. There were certain details that were very important to us and Annemarie made sure they happened. All of our many questions and concerns were properly and promptly addressed throughout the planning process. I would not hesitate to book this venue again and want to thank Annemarie and all of The Woodlands Country Club staff for making our daughter's wedding so special.

Working with The Woodlands Country Club for our wedding reception in the Legacy Ballroom was absolutely wonderful! The room itself is beautiful so adding small details like linens and flowers is really all that is needed. The fireplace is also an amazing addition to the room which can be lit both inside in the ballroom and outside on the wrap-around cover patio. The wedding package makes planning much simpler - the linens company (EB Inc) works with you for all of your linen and rental needs, and Kiss the Cook Cakes (Lisa) created bride and groom's cake that were amazing and both of these vendors are included in the package (linens and bride's cake). Annemarie was our event coordinator and she was the sweetest and wonderful to work with. Everything on our wedding day was perfect and exactly how we imagined it. The entire staff at the club was great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed at any time. Thank you to The Woodlands Country Club for giving us such a beautiful and memorable wedding night that we will treasure forever! Beautiful venue, wonderful people, great vendor team, delicious food, plentiful drinks, and room to accommodate our wedding of 250 people. Thank you for everything TWCC!

Brooke (event coordinator) is the best asset that comes with The Woodlands Country Club! The place is beautiful...even in the rain! Brooke made sure the night ran smoothly...she even got under my dress to safety pin my train when it ripped. We love her and are forever grateful for all her hard work! And the food the club provides is AMAZING! The food was one of the biggest compliments from our guests. If you like seafood, we highly recommend the seafood station. I (the bride) stuffed myself with crab claws all night long!! You won't be disappointed with this venue!

Brooke was absolutely amazing! The Woodlands CC is the perfect place to have a wedding and Brooke is by far one of the calmest, most professional, flexible people I have ever met. The package that my family selected included pretty much everything which made it very cost effective and easy to plan. The location itself is very pretty, both outside and inside. That said, the best part of the venue is definitely the staff as they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this venue!

What a beautiful venue! When we came to visit the facility for the first time we knew it was going to be perfect for our reception, and it was. We had so many great compliments on the space and the service...I wouldn't have changed a thing!

My daughter's and son-in-law's wedding reception at The Woodlands Country Club-Palmer Course was exceptional. From the first time we met with Brooke Tyler, the events coordinator, we felt very well taken care of. Her professionalism and easy going demeanor gave us confidence and kept us calm each step of the way during this stressful time of wedding planning. It was fabulous having the whole clubhouse for the wedding reception, and the flat per-person fee that included food, alcohol, linens, cake and the venue made the wedding planning so easy. The linen choices were excellent, the cake was beautiful and yummy (we did pay a small extra fee for what we wanted), and the staff during the reception was professional and responsive. Food was excellent: we chose to have stations rather than a sit-down meal, and all of our guests commented on how delicious everything was. Cocktail hour set the stage for how terrific this reception would be. We compared the cost of three different venues in The Woodlands and nearby, and this venue was equal or less costly than the other venues. I really don't understand why anyone would go anywhere else to have a wedding reception!!!

BROOKE IS FANTASTIC! This venue was absolutely perfect. You get a lot for your money, and Brooke is a true professional. Our guests kept talking about how great the food and staff were! I can't say enough good things about this place (and especially Brooke)....you will NOT regret having your wedding here!

We had our wedding reception at The Woodlands Country Club on June 21, 2014. Everything was absolutely perfect. The package we selected included food stations, an open bar, table linens, the bride's cake, and a champagne toast. The food was delicious (much better than typical "banquet food"), the venue is beautiful, and Brooke, the manager, was amazing. She took care of every little detail, and everything flowed so smoothly. We were so incredibly happy with our decision to have our reception at the club.

I just had my wedding here this past weekend and it turned out even better than I expected!
I've looked at many other venues in and out of Houston area and ended up with this because
1)location: the Woodlands is a beautiful community and me and Bridesmaid went to High School here
2)Venue itself is very traditional classic style, intimate because you get the whole venue to yourself, you can see open nice golf course from the glass windows from the reception area
3)Value! Value! Value!: I honestly don't think you can get a better deal than this. And I am very picky on quality, so is my now husband.
Now, let me try to shorten my review about the top notch service I received after we signed the contract. Brooke Barrow is the catering manager here. She has helped me TREMENDOUSLY throughout the whole wedding planning. I contact her ever so often for details and she's able to reply back to me right away and most of the time, with even more suggestions. I got a lot inspirations from Brooke to plan the details at my reception. I even stole few ideas she has shared with me for her own upcoming wedding :P To me, Brooke was almost like a planner. On the wedding day, she set up all the DIY projects and details with my wedding coordinator.
Btw, you can stop dropping personal items to Brooke even a week before wedding day and you can use the women's locker room all day. Trust me, this has eased so much unnecessary headaches and saved time.
We have also received compliments from guests on the food as well. Everybody I talked to was very pleased with the quality and service.
I am definitely very glad to have chose this venue to host my wedding reception with family and friends and celebrated the big day with them here!

Our wedding reception was flawless thank you to Brooke at The Woodlands Country Club Palmer Course. She made the planning easy and I did not have to worry about one thing. The main room for the event was perfect to host all of our family and friends. Our wedding had 250 guests and the service was great! Everyone got through the buffet line quickly and there was never an empty dish. The food was excellent and many of our guests complemented how great the food was! The bartenders did a great job with keeping up with all the guests needing drinks! Gorgeous views over the golf course, I love that it does not look like a typical ballroom like all hotels do and it was secluded completely for our wedding reception. I would highly recommend any bride to go and visit The Woodlands Country Club Palmer Course for your wedding! They exceeded all of my expectations!

We had a wedding reception at the Woodlands Country Club House in Palmer Course. The reception was beyond beautiful. Brooke did a superb job for coordinating the service. Everyone enjoyed food, elegant atmosphere and had a great time. I would proudly recommend this place to my friends especially for the wedding reception in the future.

Our wedding was amazing, perfect in every way! Even thought it was supposed to be outside, but was moved inside due to incliment weather, Brooke and her team made it so romantic inside! Brooke was so awesome to work with! She helped out so much and made our wedding special! Thanks again for the best day of my life!

The Woodlands Country Club provided the best venue we could ask for on our special day. Brooke especially was very helpful in getting everything we needed to make our wedding a beautiful AND flawless event. The food and staff were all spot on and we could not have picked a better place to have in our memories forever! A BIG Thanks to everyone at The Woodlands Country Club. My husband and I just had our 6 month anniversary and went back and looked at the pictures.... absolutely stunning!! Great memories! Thanks!

She facilitated everything and made the wedding planning and the wedding day 100% stress free for me. She made everything run seamless too. At this venue, there are a package deal which helped the planning and execution be seamless because the vendors have all worked here and with work countless times. Brooke made planning our wedding so easy. We were able to bring all of our favors, table assignments board, etc. the week before the wedding and she even stored it for us for a few days until after the wedding. We received so many compliments on how beautiful, fun and professional our wedding reception was. The food was delicious too! I truly don't think there is a better or more cost efficient deal out there in terms of venues. The package covers 4 hours of beer/wine/liquor, champagne toast, hor-deurvres, dinner, wedding cake, dance floor, linens and chair covers, use of facility the whole day of the wedding, and the wonderful planning and day of coordination by Brooke. Thanks for making my wedding day everything I dreamed of.
