top notch highly recommend
First of all, The Wine Loft as a venue was beautiful, plenty of space and just perfect for our event. Our rehearsal dinner had to be planned and re-planned numerous times due to COVID. In addition, I was planning from out of state, and unfamiliar with Birmingham. I am so very grateful to have chosen to work with Kristin Warren at The Wine Loft. She is absolutely one of the most professional. organized, and flexible person I have ever experienced. I'm sure Kristen had her hands full juggling numerous clients, but she always had undivided time for me - my questions, reassurance, menu planning, etc. Our event turned out to be a huge success thanks to Kristen and the Wine Loft. Would highly recommend. -

June Wedding
We had our wedding/reception here and everything was great. Such a cool, low key place to have a wedding, reception, rehearsal dinner, or any event! Pricing was reasonable, food was great, and Kristen goes above and beyond to help take the stress out of it for you. She answers questions day and night. It was a great night and all our guests enjoyed it. Would recommend this event space to anyone. -

Fantastic Evening at the Wine Loft
My husband and I celebrated our recent marriage with a party at the Wine Loft. Kristin was a pleasure to work with during the planning; she had lots of great ideas to make the evening special. The food was delicious, the room warm and inviting, and her staff friendly and helpful. The Wine Loft even created a specialty cocktail for the event! We also got lots of compliments on the jazz trio Kristin recommended. A guest from NYC commented she wished there was an event space like the Wine Loft in Manhattan! -

Great reception venue!
We are so glad we chose The Wine Loft for our reception venue! Kristin is so easy to work with and was very helpful and responsive throughout the planning process. The food was so tasty and the bar options were well above average. The space is pretty on its own so you hardly have to add any décor and you don't have to rent tables and table cloths. Would definitely recommend this venue! -

DO IT! Amazing!
I will start this review with IF you’re thinking about using this venue for your event- it’s an ABSOLUTE DO IT!!!! Stop thinking JUST DO IT!
I’m not sure I can put into words how incredibly easy and amazing our experience was at The Wine Loft, but I’ll give it my best shot.
Kristin, the manager, to start, was knowledgeable and available at all times to answer my questions. She went above and beyond, as I live out of state and planning the Rehearsal Dinner wasn’t as easy, if I was local. She sent me videos of the venue so I had a visual. Kristin helped plan every aspect from cocktail hour, food, speeches…you name it! She literally answered every text, email, call in such a timely manner.
When Kristin says you really don’t need much in terms of decor, she’s 100% right!! We did have a small amount of decor and candles to turn on. She made sure the welcome sign was out front (and was so careful with my floral swag) and 40+ votives turned on.
THE FOOD- oh THE FOOD!! It was absolutely incredible. My number one suggestion is getting a prime rib carving station. WOOW!! It was beyond tender and PERFECTLY cooked. I was in absolute shock and even told Kristin how delicious it was. Sure enough, the chef was next to me when i told her- Sir, my family (that eats too much prime rib) can’t stop talking about it. When I say my family couldn’t stop talking about it, I’m serious!!! Everyone was in shock and family members that don’t even eat red meat went back for thirds. IT WAS THAT GOOD!!!! All of the food was, but my goodness- that prime rib really was something!
The service as a whole was absolutely incredible. The food was plentiful. I would not change a single thing about my son & daughter-in-laws rehearsal dinner. It was very swanky, top notch service, and top notch alcohol & food!! Everyone still talks about how much fun they had and how relaxed it was!
Do yourself a favor and book The Wine Loft. Your future self will thank you. -

Amazing food and venue!
Kirsten was wonderful to work with! She was extremely responsive to answer any and all questions that we had. The Wine Loft is a beautiful place and the food was delicious! We had so many people come up to us and tell us how much they enjoyed the food and what a beautiful venue. Thank you Wine Loft for making our rehearsal dinner so wonderful! -

Wonderful ambiance!!!
Extremely professional and easy to work with. The venue was the perfect atmosphere for my son and his bride’s wedding rehearsal dinner. Easy to mingle so both families could get to know each other. The prime rib received rave reviews from all the guests. PERFECTION!!! Highly recommend!!! -

Amazing Place
We hosted an engagement party and the venue was perfect. The food was amazing and service impeccable. Kristen was responsive and pretty much handled everything since we were coming from out of town. This venue is great for groups of 20 or 200. We will be back. -

Engagement Party
The Wine Loft venue, service and food was absolutely outstanding. We hosted our son's engagement party their in July. Kristen and the staff were so easy to work with and so accommodating to our needs. They were also very helpful with ideas as far as bar and food suggestions. We had 84 guests and it was just a PERFECT evening. As far as pricing, they were very reasonable for the exceptional quality you receive. I highly recommend The Wine. -

Wine Loft Post Covid Engagement Party
Kristin Warren and her team at the Wine Loft did everything right. They responded quickly to my request for information, helped a very busy mother of the bride with the menu and provided a lovely location for a great party. Excellent experience!
The staff at the Wine Loft were just a joy to work with. Their event manager, Kristin, was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. The food was wonderful and my guests raved about it. This venue was very reasonably priced compared to other similar venues. Amazing Reception Location
Our wedding reception was at The Wine Loft. The space was both casual and beautiful at the same time and allowed for all our guests to mix, mingle, and dance throughout the night. Our food was delicious (so many compliments from our guests!) and Kristin made planning so easy by both helping us with Wine Loft questions and coordinating with our other vendors. Being downtown, our guests had easy access to hotels and restaurants while they were in town. We couldn’t recommend The Wine Loft more if you are looking for a reception space! -

The Wine Loft went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had a beautiful, elegant but simple wedding and reception at the venue this past weekend! Kisten and Mike are the best hands down and never complained at one time about the questions we asked! The pricing for everything including food, venue, etc. was awesome and in our budget! The Wine Loft
Breath taking experience with absolutely no hassle. We wanted something open so that no one felt confined to a certain space and everyone could mingle. The food was absolutely amazing. The service is exactly what you expect from an amazing venue, awesome. The prices were very affordable and ranged with the customers expectation and requirements. Kristin made everything super easy for me while planning our rehearsal dinner. We were able to change the guest count as needed, and that goes a long way with Covid still on the rise and guest not being able to attend. All in all I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone in the Birmingham area that’s looking to host an event. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks again to the amazing team at The Wine Loft! -

The Wine Loft exceeded all of our expectations! We held our wedding reception at this location and we received rave reviews from all our guests. Great Experience at the Wine Loft!
My daughter's wedding reception was held at the Wine Loft and we could not be happier. Kristen was awesome to work with. She and the entire staff did everything in their power to make the day perfect for my daughter and new son-in-law. The food was delicious and all the guests loved it. The space was also gorgeous. Prefect Reception Venue

Perfect Atmosphere for an Engagement Party
The Engagement Party we had at The Wine Loft for our son and future daughter-in-law was fun and perfect, a huge success! It was a wonderful space to show off Birmingham to out of town friends and family and the food was delicious. For anyone interested in using The Wine Loft for an event, it was so easy to have a party there. Kristin, the Events Manager, was nice and accommodating, helpful in every way. She was especially helpful with selecting food choices and the appropriate amounts for our group. Our family and friends highly recommend The Wine Loft for an event. -

The Wine Loft is an impressive venue for any type of party or celebration. Kristin (Event Coordinator Extraordinaire), accommodates your vision and ensures everything is just right. I have to highly complement the entire team for their professionalism. Kristin arranged a generous menu tasting which allowed us to pick our favorite menu items to serve. The food served at the party was delicious, the wines were very popular and enjoyed. We were very impressed by The Wine Loft, a perfect venue for a party! -

Wedding Reception 2019
My husband and I had our wedding reception at The Wine Loft 09/29/2019. The whole pla ming process with Kristin was nothing short of amazing! She promptly answered all of our questions within minutes of us reaching out to her. She even was willing to go the extra mile to see if some special accommodations asked could be made! Successful Wine Tasting Event - Business
I was very impressed with The Wine Loft. We did a women empowerment event with speaker and had a very unique request to scatter the tastings throughout the speaker's sessions (one as guests arrived, one prior to starting the speaker, and 2 during breaks/conversation sessions and finally one at the end of the speaker). Although they had not done this before, they were very accommodating and did a great job timing the food delivery so it was hot and fresh. The Sommelier Stella was GREAT and knew her stuff and the food was just as savory. Thank you to The Wine Loft we had a very successful event :)

Great experience!
We had a wonderful post-elopement party here. Everything was great! Kristin was especially wonderful to communicate with, and she made everything very easy. The size was perfect for our small and intimate event, and the food was FANTASTIC. Seriously, everyone was raving about it. Plus, Kristin bagged up all the leftovers, so nothing got wasted. How awesome is that?! This place is a Birmingham gem. -

We cannot say enough positives about our rehearsal dinner experience at the Wine Loft! Kristen is amazing at helping organize and follow through with every detail! Food was delicious and service impeccable! The place is inviting, clean and just has everything we needed! We had photos rolling on big screen, microphone for speeches, wonderful food and drinks and even valet parking service! We got so much for our money! Thank you Wine Loft staff!!! The Rivers Family -

Great job for my son’s rehearsal dinner
Kristin was great. Not only did she help with the menu, but she also helped with getting a florist and other decorations. Definitely recommend!! -

Best day ever!
Having our wedding at the Wine Loft was one of the best decisions we made. Working with Mike and Kristin was SO easy, they were so accommodating and always easy to get in touch with. Our guests were blown away by the great food and bar service. The Wine Loft will always be a super special place for my husband and I, and we would have our wedding here over and over again if we could! -

Great experience
We held our son's engagement party there last weekend and I can't recommend them enough. Everyone complimented the space and especially the food - it was delicious! Kristin was very responsive in answering all of my questions. -

Wedding Party

We had our wedding reception at the Wine Loft. The event was beautiful, and all of our guests commented on how lovely the site was and the quality of the food. All of our guests from 2 to 80 were comfortable, and there was plenty of seating. Amy made planning our event completely stress free. She went out of her way to accommodate us, even coming in on her day off for a final consultation. The day of our wedding she handled all of the deliveries from outside vendors (including the florist and cake), met us at the door with our favorite wine from our tastings, and even made sure we ate. We couldn't have asked for a better reception site. -

I thoroughly enjoyed this vendor. Kristen was very professional and accommodating to our needs. The only problem is that I was lead to believe that the non- alcoholic drinks were supposed to be unlimited. The bartender stated that we needed a ticket for all drinks, and that was not the understanding that I had from reading the contract. Overall, we had a great experience. -

We chose the Wine Loft to hold our Rehearsal Dinner. There was no fee for reserving the space, you only pay for the food and drinks. The food was a bit on the pricey side, but it was good quality and tasted great. All of our guests had a great time. I would definitely recommend this venue, and plan to use them again in the future for other group functions. -

Unkind acts of unprofessionalism
Kristin Warren had aggressive behavior characterize by hostile intent and her goal was attempting to show she had power by threatening vendors and bride mother she would put them out! It was repeated over a period of time
She showed she is truly a functioning alcoholic. -
