Our son was married at The Willows Farm, and we truly couldn’t have imagined a more perfect wedding weekend. When he and his fiancée told us this would be their venue, and we saw the photos online, it already felt like the perfect fit. But seeing it in person at the open house — from the rolling hills by the lake to the rustic pavilion and the uniquely charming home reinvented from a horse farm — confirmed that it was meant to be. From our first meeting with Amy to plan the rehearsal dinner, choose table décor, and sample the menu, everything was an absolute delight — and delicious, too! The ease of their “one-stop-shop” approach made everything so smooth: from flowers and food to venue coordination for both the rehearsal dinner and wedding day. It was truly a seamless, all-inclusive experience that we would highly recommend. Every detail — both for the rehearsal and the wedding — was thoughtfully handled. The staff at The Willows Farm were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so well taken care of. Amy was calm, kind, and supportive throughout the entire weekend — especially when I needed it most. I couldn’t hug her enough after the rehearsal dinner for everything she did, including the special care she showed my wife. We recently held our daughter’s wedding at The Willows Farm, and I cannot express enough how grateful we are for the outstanding service and support we received. Due to unexpected inclement weather, we had to move the wedding up a day earlier than planned—a situation that could have been incredibly stressful. However, The Willows Farm team went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure that every detail was perfect.
From the moment we informed them of the change, the staff responded with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. They quickly coordinated with all the vendors they regularly work with, who themselves showed the same level of flexibility and dedication. Florists, caterers, photographers, and every other vendor was ready to adjust their schedules, which made the transition seamless and worry-free.
The venue itself was absolutely beautiful and well-prepared, despite the last-minute changes. The grounds were immaculate, and the indoor spaces were elegantly decorated, creating the perfect atmosphere for our celebration. Our guests were truly impressed, and we received so many compliments on the venue and how smoothly everything ran.
I wholeheartedly recommend The Willows Farm to anyone looking for a wedding venue that not only offers a stunning location but also a team that genuinely cares about their clients. Their commitment to excellence, even in challenging circumstances, made our daughter’s wedding day everything we had hoped for and more.

Our DREAM wedding!!
Our wedding at The Willows Farm was absolutely perfect from start to finish! Amy took all the stress out of planning! The team went above and beyond to make sure every detail reflected our vision.
The venue is stunning, elegant, spacious. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the food, how much fun they had, how beautiful everything was and how smoothly the day went. Having everything in one place made it so easy, and the staff made us feel so cared for every step of the way.
If you’re looking for a place that truly delivers a seamless, magical, and memorable wedding day, look no further than The Willows Farm. It was the best decision we made, we wish we could relive it all over again! -

Our experience with The Willows Farm was amazing from start to finish. It’s such a beautiful property, and we were pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was compared to many other venues. Probably my favorite thing is how much is included in the packages — not having to think about tables, chairs, setup, cleanup, and so much more is truly priceless. You also get access to their HUGE decor inventory, which saved us so much money and planning.
Amy and her team are incredible. It’s so great to have someone to support you throughout the planning process. Their questionnaires and planning sessions are so helpful to make sure you’re not forgetting anything. And all of the included vendors (caterer, bartenders, DJ) were so great, and they already know Amy and the venue.
On our wedding weekend, the staff was so attentive and helpful—unloading our personal items, setting things up for us, guiding us through the timeline. It made the whole day go so smoothly. We’ve had so many guests tell us how much they loved our wedding and our venue. If I could go back, I would 100% choose The Willows Farm again! -

Our wedding at The Willows Farm was truly everything we dreamed of and more! From the very beginning, Amy and the entire team were incredible — organized, responsive, and so kind. They communicated every step of the way and made the planning process so seamless.
And the venue itself? Absolutely breathtaking. The scenery is chef’s kiss — from the lush greenery to the romantic atmosphere, it felt straight out of a fairytale. Every single detail came together beautifully, and I can’t imagine a more perfect place to say “I do.”
If you’re considering The Willows Farm, stop looking — this is the venue. You will not regret it! -

The best place to get married!
Amy and her staff were amazing to work with from start to finish, they were professional and unbelievably kind. They made sure the day went by without any hiccups and I can’t thank them enough for it.
The Willows Farm is absolutely gorgeous and I can’t imagine getting married anywhere else.
The venue is handicap accessible, has tons of options for ceremony cites and was love at first sight when we visited it!
I highly highly recommend using The Willows Farm for your wedding, I promise you won’t be disappointed! -

I had my wedding here a month ago, and I just have to say choosing this venue was the absolute best wedding planning decision I could have made.
Summary: This venue is the most cost effective and low(er) stress option I could possibly find. They have experienced staff, plenty of decor to choose from included in your package, tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, plates, indoor and outdoor ceremony options, plenty of bathrooms, and separate areas for the bride and groom to get ready in. After my first meeting and visit, I was instantly sold, even after all the other venues I visited.
One of the best parts of hosting a wedding here was just the process. They host open houses quarterly where you can narrow down which vendors you would like to work with, which saves a ton of time and money on things such as tastings. Also, they were great at communication which is extremely important and have 3 planning meetings to make the day fit your vision as much as possible.
The Budget: Cost-wise I would say it is very reasonable for the pricing here. I did the all inclusive elopement package and I have to say it was an incredible value. Their package included so much and all I truly had to worry about was a photographer, which I wanted to choose myself anyways.
The Grounds: There are multiple ceremony locations which is a huge benefit. There are multiple covered/indoor options and multiple outside options. I chose the greenhouse and it was beautiful. The best part about the multiple options was the inclusion of a weather backup option. I didn't have to worry about what I would do in case of inclement weather. The Grounds also have a place to get ready, plenty of parking, a different location for your cocktail hour and hour reception, and a grooms cabin.
The Staff and Amenities: Everyone here has plenty of experience with planning and hosting weddings. They handled setup, take down, unpacked/packed the stuff we brought. If you would like to minimize stress of your wedding day, you need a team like this. The venue also has a fire station about 15 minutes away. This is important in case of medical emergencies at your wedding (unfortunately I speak from experience).
The Vendors: I was very particular about how I wanted my wedding flowers. They were one of the most important things to me, and Amy made my vision come to life. I chose Confection Perfection for my cake. I am not even a cake person and their cake is delicious. The DJ was okay. I had a very specific song I wanted for my processional and he did not play the exact version of the song I wanted. It's a bit heartbreaking but this is absolutely not against the venue. Lastly, the food is great and there is a decent variety of menu options available.
I was very stressed by the wedding planning process, and if I was with any other venue I would have likely cancelled. They are such a great choice I just knew I wouldn't regret seeing it through. I don't know how I didn't come across them sooner, but I'm hoping they gain popularity as time goes on because this is a true hidden gem. -

I cannot say enough good things about this place. My wife(!) and I are both medical residents and coordinating an out of town wedding with our schedules (and budget) was a huge stressor. We initially chose this venue because it was one of the prettiest places we had explored, but also because previous reviews had raved about how helpful Amy was in coordinating with vendors and providing recommendations based on her experience. I am so thankful we did because she made our lives infinitely better and she alone would be reason enough to have a wedding at The Willows Farm- added bonuses include multiple ceremony location choices (outdoor and rain backup), option to have rehearsal dinner on site, affordability, having the Big Canoe neighborhood next door for out of town guests, high quality vendor partnerships, the list goes on...have your wedding here and you will not regret it! -

When my daughter and I had a tour of this venue, she knew right away that this was the one! There were so many elements of the Willows Farm that she loved and knew her fiancé would too, but the willow trees and the décor in the pavilion were what made her decision. Amy was extremely helpful and accessible for all our many questions during the year leading up to the wedding. Our daughter was married on 4/15/23 and it couldn't have gone any better. What a beautiful day and Amy and her staff were wonderful! The day went smoothly and we couldn't have asked for anything more! Thank you so much to The Willows Farm and their staff!! -

We just celebrated our daughter’s wedding at The Willows Farm on Saturday 4/1/23. It was amazing! Our daughter called it her fairy tale wedding, and our guests called it one of the best weddings they ever attended. Amy and TWF were awesome from start to finish - from pre-planning and answering questions before we booked, all the way through to the day after when we thought we left some items behind at the venue. I cannot recommend TWF highly enough - the all-inclusive format of the venue made planning a breeze and totally stress free. We couldn’t have enjoyed the rehearsal dinner and wedding any more than we did. Thank you Amy and Willows Farm staff and vendors!! -

My husband and I got married at The Willows Farm yesterday. Everything was absolutely perfect. Amy was incredible and made everything go amazing and smooth from the start when we initially toured the venue last year to the end of the night of the wedding. The staff was incredible and took care of us every single step of the way. And on top of all of that, the venue and grounds itself are absolutely breathtaking. I can’t recommend this venue enough for your special day. Drew one of the staff took care of my husband and I and made sure we were fed and had drinks at all times. The other staff who I unfortunately did not get their names were incredible too. All around an amazing experience and I can’t recommend this venue enough. All of their recommended vendors were also fantastic. Grizzle photography, Club Rhett DJ, Events by Dezine catering and bakery are fantastic vendors that also made for an unforgettable day. -

The team at The Willows Farm was exceptional and created such a fantastic wedding celebration for my husband and I. We had both our rehearsal dinner and wedding ceremony and reception at The Willows, and every single detail from start to finish was perfection. There were many staff members who were assisting us throughout the weekend, but one man named Drew was truly a rockstar - he made us feel so comfortable all weekend knowing that things would be handled correctly, and if we ever needed anything he was on it. We love Drew!! Amy (the owner and coordinator) is a jack of all trades - from decor to flowers to music to space planning, she does it all. She remembered every little detail to make our wedding day special, and she was incredibly prompt and responsive via email and Zoom in the months leading up to the wedding when we asked a million and one questions. We can't be happier with our decision to get married at The Willows Farm and would recommend it to anyone! -

My experience with this wedding venue was fantastic! Not only was the facility incredibly beautiful and classy, but the venue staff were all on top of their game. Amy made the planning process smooth and simple, and she made the wedding day run seamlessly. The rest of the staff were attentive and friendly. We didn't have a single mis-hap...at least, not one that I (the bride) was aware of! There was plenty of parking, and the venue was big enough to accommodate 125 guests indoors very comfortably with room for a large dance floor/section. Having access to the venue's decor was also a HUGE bonus. The decor-room is well-stocked and Amy has great taste if you have any decor questions. I didn't need to buy a single decor item beyond some fake flowers. I would highly recommend that you use all the vendors associated with The Willows - they are wonderful (Club Rett, Southern Event Designs, Jill's Cakes & Bakes, Events by Dezine). I'm not exaggerating when I say that my ~$20K wedding felt like a $50k wedding...and it's all because of The Willows!The Willows Farm's reply:

We were very impressed with Amy and the staff from The Willows Farm. Everyone was very kind and professional. The grounds and structures are beautiful. The guys had their own private cottage and the girls had an entire house on the grounds to get dressed and ready for the wedding. There’s
a beautiful detached solarium that’s perfect for pictures as well as wrap around deck at the main barn overlooking the creek. Everything is so spacious! The transition from ceremony to reception went smoothly as guests were escorted to a separate cottage for cocktails and hors’derves as the staff set up tables and chairs for our meal and music. Huge fireplace was the centerpiece and enormous chandelier and high ceilings set the mood. Was very pleased how beautiful everything turned out.The Willows Farm's reply:

I cannot say enough positive things about The Willows Farm! We had our wedding there mid-July of 2021, and it was nothing short of incredible. From the day we first toured the venue, my fiancé and I knew it had a special charm and would be the perfect setting for our wedding. Amy was so helpful throughout the entire planning process and was always there to answer questions, provide information, and give advice. The venue is very inclusive - providing DJ, catering, dessert, and even all the décor, which made the planning process so much less stressful. The actual day of the wedding ran so smoothly thanks to Amy and her incredible staff. I was able to enjoy the entire day with my friends and family because I knew everything was taken care of. The venue is beautiful with rolling hills, willow trees, and details in the many indoor spaces that make the space feel so charming and elegant. Our guests had a wonderful time and commented on how much they loved the venue as well. The Willows Farm also offers rehearsal dinner options, which was so convenient! We hosted our son and daughter-in-laws rehearsal luncheon here. It was absolutely PERFECT & AMAZING! Starting from booking the facility - easiest event I have ever organized. Amy is a dream to work with. She is punctual, kind, organized, does what she says she will do and just wants your day to be the best day ever. I honestly can not say enough about The Willows Farm. The prices are amazing and its inclusive. They do not charge for everything that you might need for your day. She and Drew were wonderful help at the rehearsal luncheon and made sure everything went as it should. Absolute best wedding venue!!
My husband and I just got married this past weekend and we cannot stop talking about the greatest day of our lives. Countless people have contacted us to let us know that it was the most gorgeous and fun wedding they had ever attended, and I would have to totally agree! Amy is the absolute best and made the whole wedding planning thing a breeze, she is so attentive to everything and happily answers any questions you may have. You will not be disappointed if you choose this wedding venue, they do everything for you to help make your dreams of a perfect wedding come true. Not to mention they have several indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception areas to choose from! And depending on what package you pick you get full access to all their decor, from table linens to silverware and centerpieces! Hands down the best wedding venue I have ever been to, and it is super affordable!

The Willows Farm is a beautiful venue that has a lot of different choices of scenery for the rehearsal, reception, cocktail hour and ceremony. What makes it even better is that it is all inclusive! Amy the wedding planner is so wonderful and makes everything so easy. She lays everything out so organized with all the questions so she can ensure that you have the perfect day. The Willows Farm was the first venue we toured where we immediately clicked and felt comfortable with the owner/manager Amy! From the first email inquiry to our on-foot tour and their Open House, Amy was professional, organized, quick to respond and friendly. I knew if my first touchpoints were this great then she’d be amazing to work with through the more intricate steps of wedding planning!
Our February 2021 wedding was PERFECT and I didn’t even have time to sweat any small stuff because the staff was so efficient and handled everything from setup until send-off! I was able to enjoy every minute of our rehearsal AND wedding day! Even through the 2020 pandemic, The Willows Farm was quick to pivot to virtual meetings and an online planning portal supported by aisleplanner.com. They were super flexible when we ran into budgeting issues with florals and came back to us with recommendations to suit our new budget and maintain my vision. I can’t say how much we appreciated the open communication and trust with everyone from The Willows Farm!
Not only do I have enough great things to say, but we receive positive feedback from our guests still to this day (3 weeks out from our wedding)! Our guests mention how well-organized the ceremony flowed, friendly/professional staff, and the great accommodations (clean facilities, beautiful areas for photos, ease of parking). The Willows Farm maintains a perfect reputation in the industry and holds very strong partnerships with DJs, caterers, photographers, bakers, and makeup studios. Each vendor we hired was excited to work with The Willows Farm staff and always had positive experiences working here. I’m still blown away by the professionalism and ease of planning our wedding through a pandemic with The Willows Farm. If you’re a busy bride that’s also on a budget from hiring a separate wedding planner, do check out The Willows Farm because they offer the full package and execute it flawlessly! -

My husband and I were married at The Willows Farm on 11/21/2020 and we truly can't say enough about this venue! Amy and the entire staff were so on top of everything from the initial tour all the way through to our wedding. Not only is the venue beautiful and well-ran, but Amy is on top of all the details and made our special day run seamlessly (she even thought of things and remembered things that I forgot or hadn't thought of)! We got amazing quality and service for the price -- we were also able to book our caterer and DJ through The Willows Farm, we were able to use any of their decor (which meant no DIY or buying decorations, yay!!) and there is also an option to book your photographer and florist through them, too. We have received so many compliments from our guests saying that our wedding was the most fun and beautiful wedding they have ever been to. There is not a single thing we would change about our wedding and if we had to do it all over again, we would choose The Willows Farm again in a heartbeat! -

My husband and I were married at The Willows Farm on 10/4/2020, and it was truly the most perfect day. Having to postpone from our original date 6/6/2020, Amy at The Willows Farm worked to make our new date everything we wanted and more. Amy and The Willows staff were incredibly helpful and truly dedicated to the best outcome possible. The Willows Farm vendors are exceptional at their respective specialties and the seamless collaboration is a huge advantage in providing a successful wedding! Not only did we have the most perfect fall day, but Amy made sure the day went smoothly in keeping us on our timeline throughout the day's events. Weddings can be stressful, but Amy's calm, cool and collected demeanor helped to ease any anxiety.
The Willows Farm was everything my husband and I were looking for in a wedding venue with its rustic, yet elegant atmosphere. We visited many venues throughout Georgia, as well as South Carolina and Florida, but none provided everything we were looking for. The Willows Farm, in our opinion, is the total package and dream venue. The property is beautiful with rolling fields, weeping willow trees, a rustic pavilion and multiple ceremony sites. The 100+-year-old farmhouse contains some amazing European antiques such as, old jukeboxes, ornate bars, a foot-pedal organ, and much more. The Willows Farm has so much beauty and character that our guests are still talking about.
Another amazing advantage of The Willows Farm is their all-inclusive packages offering high-value vendor choices: catering, florist, photographer, & entertainment. Amy also has established relationships with the vendors which allowed for excellent collaboration. The Willows Farm also offers an incredible amount of decor choices provided right on the property. This made our wedding planning SO much easier. We are very thankful for Amy and The Willows Farm for providing our Perfect wedding, all while making our guests feel safe and comfortable. We 100% recommend booking your wedding/event with Amy at The Willows Farm!!

Our wedding was magical and beautiful, all thanks to Willows Farm. As soon as we pulled up for the tour, we knew we wanted to get married there. And All inclusive with DJ, caterer, cake baker, decorations, ceremony.. what could be better than that? Just WOW!!!
Where to begin...Amy is amazing! She is so relaxed the entire day!! She is the calming energy that every wedding venue needs! She is organized and has a timeline that you can review anytime during the day (or prior to on their new online portal)! We were planning our wedding during covid and the willows farm pivoted with such grace, you never would have known they didn’t have an online interaction portal prior to covid! You can do everything on their portal, rsvp guests to rehearsal and wedding, the seating chart, have inspiration boards, have a checklist, and checkout their decorations! What more could you want?! This is, without a doubt, the most beautiful venue in Georgia! On July 25th we held our daughter’s “Dream Wedding” at the Willows Farm, and it was a wonderful experience. Her first wedding was cancelled in the spring, due to the Coronavirus shut down, and Amy (our wedding “queen” from the Willows Farm) was with us every step of the way – through many tears and uncertainty. When our day finally came, literally every detail was perfect, and the wedding was unbelievable – our guests are still talking about it. The venue offers everything you could possibly want, from beautiful décor to incredible linens and plates, in many colors and designs. Our trip to the “supply room” on the day we chose our table settings was so much fun, and so exciting for us. On the day of the wedding, heat and rain became a growing problem, and in the snap of a finger Amy and her staff worked with our florist to move the ceremony inside in the Trolly barn, and it was gorgeous! This venue offers numerous locations for the ceremony (inside and out), a beautiful farmhouse, and the stunning event barn (which is the focal point), where we had our cocktail hour and reception. I can’t say enough about this venue and the staff - from start to finish, every single detail and moment was perfect. If you are looking for a dream wedding, The Willows Farm should be your choice. -

BEST Venue in North Georgia
The Willows Farm is THE best venue, hands down!!! When searching for a venue, we went to 20 - yes 20 - different places. None of them had everything we wanted and needed. Some were too small, some were too expensive, some were too difficult, and the list goes on. Then we visited The Willows Farm and the search was over. It was EVERYTHING we wanted and need (& more!).
From the start, Amy made the planning process as easy as it could be. The decor that The Willows Farm provides and allows you to choose from is unmatched by any other venue. It makes the process that much easier when they provide all that you’ll need for centerpieces, aisle markers, etc etc. There are so many different, unique and beautiful ceremony site options. Their venue is so versatile that it’s perfect so many different style brides/weddings. They offer all-inclusive packages which are 100% the way to go. Amy dealt with all of our vendors for us and everything went over perfectly! It’s very nice and easy to have one point of contact for everyone and everything!
We chose The Willows Farm as our venue in August 2019. Our wedding date was June 27, 2020. So we dealt with the added stress and issues of COVID-19. I can honestly say that no other venue would’ve been as understanding, patient and caring as Amy and The Willows Farm were with us. She worked WITH us and she genuinely wanted us to have our dream wedding as much as we wanted it.
June 27th 2020 was MAGICAL! We were able to have our dream wedding despite the pandemic and it was perfect. Amy and The Willows Farm took all the necessary precautions to ensure all guests, staff, family and friends were safe and happy all evening long. I couldn’t imagine having had my wedding anywhere else! We are so thankful for all the time and effort put in by The Willows Farm! I 100% recommend booking them for your event/wedding!! -

November 3rd 2019 we had our beautiful wedding here, this was a first for our family since I was the first ever to be married and our experience at The Willows Farm could not have been more perfect. From the flowers to the meticulous planning of our place settings and decorations. The coordination between food vendor, cake vendor, DJ and The Willows Farm was very simple and smooth. There was not a single issue or problem throughout the entire process. Any is amazing and helpful with everything! They made our wedding day PERFECT!! -

We looked at multiple venues before visiting the willows and as soon as we walked into the pavilion, we looked at each other and both knew it was the place for us. Amy and her team were SO amazing and accommodating, taking the stress out of it all, even when we had to push our date way up. They made our day completely perfect! If I could go back and change anything, I wouldn’t. There’s no better wedding venue in my opinion! -

This place has it all. Several locations outside to host a ceremony plus several inside options to host as well. It was actually raining during our ceremony and Amy & her staff were able to get everything moved indoors and accommodate everyone on the fly. It was incredible to see her staff respond the way they did when it rained. -

Phenomenal
I was recently married at The Willows Farm in April of 2019. The entire experience was AMAZING. The team at The Willows makes the entire planning process stress free. They legit handle everything. Not having to find and book/coordinate individual vendors was awesome, but it was nice to have the option to use outside vendors. It really simplified everything.
Not only are the grounds simply breathtaking in themselves; but the weeping willows and antiques throughout the venue truely make it one of a kind. The various ceremony sites are a plus and the reception barn is stunning. The venue has an expansive inventory of inclusive decor to suit anyone style and taste allowing you to create the wedding of your dreams. If you want it they got it: vases, candles, lanterns, linnens, cake stands, signs, silverware, China, etc. The bridal suite is gorgeous and is perfect for on site hair and makeup. As a cosmetologist myself I was obsessed with the bridal suite. Also, they have a newly added grooms cabin that we were able to use which was awesome!
Amy and her vendors do an amazing job at working together to make sure the day flows smoothly. They work together like a well oiled machine. Amy has a great eye for decorating. She was constantly on top of everything going way above and beyond with planning as well as day of coordination. She is also a fantastic florist. Our bouquets looked just like the inspo. She did a great job working within our budget. Carrie Reagan Photography did an incredible job with not only our engagement shoot, but the wedding photos too. She knows all the best locations/poses for the photo ops. The Baker creates beautiful cakes that tase phenomenal! Everyone was raving over her strawberry cake. Rick Snow the officiant was very professional with options for the ceremony based on personal taste and religion. Last but not least Club Rett did a great job as the DJ. He got even our most shy guests movin and groovin.
For anyone newly engaged I would 15 out of 10 reccomend The Willows Farm! -

My husband and I got married there on October 27, 2018. We currently live in FL but I wanted to get married in the mountains where I am from. I immediately fell in love with this venue and Amy the coordinator went above and beyond to make my special day the best day ever. She was so helpful and sweet throughout the whole process. I don't know what we would have done without her or this gorgeous venue. It was so easy to communicate with her via email, she always responded within a timely manner. -

Wedding done right.
This venue took the stress out of everything. My wife and I lived in Washington state at the time and wanted to get married back in my home of Georgia. As you can imagine, it makes everything about wedding planning that much more difficult when you add a 3 hour time change and a minimum 5 hour flight should you need to be there. That’s where Amy comes in.
Amy, the venue’s wedding planner, is phenomenal. She genuinely cares about this place AND your wedding and it shows. My wife would send her pictures off of Pinterest or Etsy of what she liked and Amy would find a way to do it within our budget or using the flowers we had picked out. Amy was very flexible with timing and gets a lot out of a little; we only had limited time to discuss with Amy in person about the wedding while we were back in Georgia. She kept in touch often and replied promptly to any questions we had. She made planning a wedding as stress free as possible especially with the challenges we added!
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. Everything is very clean and well kept. The reception hall is gorgeous. It also includes everything you need for the wedding into the budget: the ceremonial space, the celebrant, the reception space, flower budget, food, a DJ, a photographer, decorations, and the cake. Beer, wine and liquor are not provided through the food vendor or the venue. Any budgeted vendor you would like to use a different vendor for comes out of the budget and lowers the price. We used our own photographer, celebrants and had a live band.
The venue is a bit far out from any hotels for guests but this turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Amy suggested looking into house rentals in Big Canoe. We had our guests look into renting in the Laurel Ridge section of the neighborhood through a property owner that had about 20 or so houses in the neighborhood and we ended up having a good chunk of that section being all of our guests. It was awesome to have family and friends take over and entire cul-de-sac to celebrate us. We had 3 shuttles to take people back and forth.
Wholeheartedly recommend the Willow farms. -

I would pick this Venue a thousand times over.
I had the most amazing experience getting married at the Willows Farm. We spent the first half of our wedding planning experience living in another state, but Amy made the whole process so easy that I was rarely worried about anything. On our actual wedding day, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing, which was such a relief! Amy’s decorations were STUNNING, and the whole day went off without anything going wrong. I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say about this Venue. I had the most perfect wedding, and I would pick this venue again in a heartbeat. -

We had our wedding here on 10/6/18, and the day went absolutely perfect. Amy, the venue coordinator and owner, was so attentive to our needs, and was there throughout the entire day to make it go smoothly. The entire planning process was organized, timely, and thorough. We had three scheduled personal meetings after touring the venue. She had every known detail planned and ready. On the day, she tucked away the two of us for 15 minutes of peace and quiet with some water and appetizers. She even drove us around in her golf cart after the ceremony for our photographer to capture the best photos. The staff is so thoughtful and genuine and we couldn’t have had a better experience overall. I would highly recommend this venue not only for its beautiful location and ceremony sites, but for the professionalism and personal touches they provided for all who was a part of our day. -

The pavilion, which is more like a lodge with its massive fireplace and 14' mantle make a large and lovely statement. Antiques that have been selected by the runner/browning family are nothing short of amazing. Beautiful woodwork and large windows create such a gorgeous sertting. Several ceremony sites are available from inside or outside. Large porches with flowing ferns and ample seating provide the perfect gathering spots. Rolling hills, with many beautiful photo spots are available. Whether it's in the willows, by the lake, in the barn or at the family greenhouse you will not be disappointed. A large selection of incredible inventory is on hand to make your day perfect with your own style. Very spacious and comfortable bridal and groom suited to get ready for the big day. Amy is wonderful to work with. I truly can not describe in words the beauty and grandeur of The Willows Farm. Once you see it you will understand.

Amy was always so helpful throughout the entire planning period. I planned our wedding with no official wedding planner so knowing that I could always reach out to Amy with any questions was very reassuring. The variety of decorations, linens, dinnerware, etc was vast and encompasses numerous styles for any taste. The barn and pavilion are a perfect mix of old and new that really bring a rustic elegance to this venue. The grounds are well kept, and the addition of our outside ceremony location at the greenhouse was perfect for our vision. Amy and her family were extremely accommodating and attentive to the details throughout the process. They each take great pride in every aspect of their roles. Amy handled all day-of communications with my outside vendors and ensured our day went off without a hitch. I really can't speak any more highly of the value in this venue.
