We can’t say enough great things about the Wigwam, Blair, and her team for making our wedding vision come to life!

Coming from out of town, we were not able to be in person for any of the planning, but Blair was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to send us photos quickly of anything we needed, including measurements and color samples. Her background as a wedding planner was a huge plus for us, and she worked seamlessly with all of our vendors. The Wigwam accommodated everything we asked for – including the first time they hosted some of our vendors on property.

Blair delivered a fully custom experience. Although the Wigwam has wedding packages, Blair worked with us to make substitutions and additions so we could offer our guests everything we imagined. The dinner was fabulous, including a huge cut of steak – we heard great things from our guests about their meals and how beautiful the presentation was!

The Wigwam is a beautiful property, and we couldn’t have been more grateful to work with Blair. We toured several wedding venues and the Wigwam and Blair were non comparable to others. We are so glad we chose the Wigwam to host our wedding.

I cannot say how beautiful and perfect the Wigwam was for our wedding. From the setting to the food, this team did an outstanding job taking care of our group. As a February wedding with most guests coming from the Midwest, this resort was exactly what we hoped for. We were looking for a venue where friends and family would be gathering around and enjoying perfect weather, good food, golf, and get to experience the essence of Arizona. The Wigwam is the most hidden gem in this state. The great rates for hotel rooms, spa, golf, and food our guests had an amazing weekend. We highly recommend this property and we look forward to having our anniversaries at the Wigwam each year.

The Wigwam was a dream! We had our wedding ceremony and reception at one of their outdoor venues. It was absolutely beautiful; the palm trees, cactus, flowers and lights. This resort has everything you could need. Beautiful pools, golf courses, rooms, excellent food, drinks and most friendly service. The ambiance was incredible. Kristine Lowe was the most kind, helpful person I could’ve ever asked for to help me plan my dream wedding. The staff was amazing. We can’t wait to go back for our anniversary! Thank you to everyone at the Wigwam!!!

Kristine our catering manager from Wigwam did an amazing job with making sure everything was set up and taken care. Even when I had last minute changes, she made sure they were taken care of. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful at the Wigwam and the staff was so extremely helpful and friendly!!!

I must just start by saying I got lucky in finding everyone we did to make our wedding day so special. Years ago, before marriage was even a thought, we visited Wigwam and it just sort of stuck with us ever since. We got engaged and we’re looking at venues 2 weeks later. The very first place we wanted to check was Wigwam but didn’t want to be let down with the price, since we were thinking it was going to be so high! We checked out a couple more venues then went to Wigwam. We were so surprised to find the prices were much lower than we anticipated and we met an AMAZING woman who helped us with everything along the way. Kristine was so very nice and helpful, and as the process continued she got even better! Eventually as a planning bride, I was calling her a few times a month to ask some pretty stupid questions and even just to vent about a few things going on and she listened and helped out as much as she could. We did our rehearsal dinner at Wigwam on the patio the night before and the food was just amazing! All of the beautiful sights at Wigwam made for a night we will never forget, not to mention our pictures came out perfect with all of the scenery they provide! I will recommend Wigwam to ANYONE, and I hope if you do choose them, you get to meet Kristine! Thank you all so much for making our wedding so perfect and all of the help along the way!!!

I had my dream destination wedding at the Wigwam, since planning from Florida it was important to us to have someone easily accessible and that communicated well. Our first visit was a drop in visit and Kristine and Allison we're readily available and happy to assist. We primary worked with Kristine and she did an amazing job always answering questions when I would reach out. We stopped by in October to do our food tasting and walk through, Kristine did a fantastic job laying out all the options to us as well as making sure we knew all the details. When we checked in Kristine met us at the desk and gave me her cellphone number encase we needed anything- which she was always on top of. Day of the wedding everything went perfectly without any issues (that I am aware of) The food was amazing. The decor and set up was amazing. The Bellstaff are seriously the most friendly bellstaff I've ever encountered. The staff that hosted our dinner the night of the event were on their toes to make sure my husband and I were happy and well taken care of. John and Hayley at the Wigwam bar are THE BEST EVER! hands down- fantastic service. I am extremely satisfied with hosting my wedding here and would do it over and over again.
I do however have to mention, the room block coordinator was extremely difficult to the point we didn't create a room block which was slightly disappointing. However, the rooms side is a separate department then the event side. The event team, front desk, bell staff and bar staff are all fantastic and deserve high praise.

Great Venue! I would highly recommend them! The food, ceremony site, cocktail hour and reception were all amazing and the venue is gorgeous! An Oasis within the desert!

Ceremony:
We had our ceremony in the trellis garden and it was magnificent. The flora around the garden was well kept and beautiful. It was the perfect setting for our sunset wedding as the sun set directly behind the altar. There was a few patches of mud towards the back, but this was easily avoided.
Reception:
The Mohave Ballroom was the location of our reception. The room was perfectly located next to bathrooms, near the ceremony, and near the main parking lot if guests wanted to leave early. It fit our 100 guests easily and could have fit 50 more. The room did get quite warm, even in December, and we had to constantly have the doors open to cool the room down.
Wedding Coordinator:
Kristine Lowe was our wedding coordinator for a short time (as the previous coordinator no longer worked for the Wigwam), but our time with her was excellent. She was efficient, communicated well, punctual, and saw to our every need. She waited in the cold for our late rehearsal members patiently, brought super glue to the bridal sweet for emergency dress repairs, assisted groomsmen with placing boutonnières, made sure our cards and gifts were delivered to our room for the wedding night safely and securely, and assisted with day of setup for ceremony and reception decorations. She was an invaluable asset to our wedding day.
Service Staff:
The service staff were awesome. They were efficient, unobtrusive, and saw to all of our guests needs quickly. Food, cake, and champagne was brought to every guest. The bartender was cordial and made sure the groom (and the father of the bride) got the good scotch. INSERT NAME HERE made sure the bride and groom always had a drink in our hands.

Allison and her team are amazing! We had a beautiful wedding on 11/11/17 and our guests loved the Wigwam. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff at the Wigwam is friendly and accommodating. We had our ceremony at The Church at Litchfield Park (across the street) and our reception at the Trellis garden at the Wigwam. Our guests are still talking about the wedding weeks after! Thank you Wigwam : )

This place is absolutely beautiful! We could not have asked for a better place to have our wedding. All staff was on point and the food was fantastic! We had our daughter's wedding at the Wigwam Resort. Allison who works for the Wigwam, Kathy our planner and Jacques our florist worked so well together. The Wigwam out did themselves that night thanks to Allison and her staff. The food was delicious, it was served hot and all guest were served at a good pace. Many guests commented on the food being the best they ever had at a wedding. The wait staff, the bar tenders, the head of the catering, valet, were on their A game that night. Thank you for making this special evening a memory of a lifetime!

Our wedding at the Wigwam was absolutely perfect. We had our ceremony in the Trellis Garden, which was amazing. The greenery made it beautiful with little added decorations and it also felt super private. Our reception ended up being in a ballroom due to weather, but even that was very pretty. Allison was amazing to work with, she answered all our questions and was amazingly on it.

Our wedding was on a Friday but we stayed for 5 days along with my family from England and friends. The staff were so warm and friendly and made our wedding day go so smoothly. Everything was taken care of, we had no issues and nothing went wrong. It was the perfect day at the perfect venue.

I literally can not even count how many times I have emailed Allison over the last 11 months while planning our wedding. She always was very responsive and had answers. The day of the wedding she constantly was available. She kept our wedding organized and running smoothly

The quality of the food was perfect! Our guests absolutely loved the Mexican food buffet that the Wigwam provided. The banquet staff were attentive to our guests.

Overall, I would have to say our wedding was exactly what we wished for. Thank you so much Allison!

I married my 8th grade sweetheart after 39 years. We are so glad we selected the Wigwam. Our wedding coordinator, the wait staff and everyone involved were top notch and professional and made our day magical.

My wedding was at the wigwam resort on March 9th 2013, Allison was wonderful she made sure my day was perfect. She took care of all the little details i forgot about. i Loved everything, Everyone kept telling me how elegant everything looked. I was worried that the food was not going to be any good but i was plesently surprised that it was SOOOOO good. I still have people commenting on everything. It was a perfect day.

Our wedding was amazing, and I don't think it would be as great as it was if it weren't for Allison and The whole Wigwam staff. We were absolutely stunned with the care they took to make sure everything flowed and went perfectly. The food was delicious and all of our guests were happy and content. We are still getting compliments on the ceremony and reception. If you are looking for a great place to get married, this is the place to go.

Everything turned out so great. It was very well put together. That is the one thing I couldn't imagine when I was planning... just how everything was going to look and come together because I only had pieces of everything.
The food was fantastic and all of the staff was on top of everything, making sure all our needs were met. When I needed something I didn't have to go searching for someone to take care of it for me, there was always someone there and taking care of our needs immediately.

My daughter's wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception were at the The Wigwam. I have only wonderful things to say about Carrie and the catering staff at the Wigwam Resort. She is incredible and takes care of everything imaginable quickly and effeciently. The food was great and given what was included, the cost was more than reasonable. And the setting couldn't have been any better.
Many of our guests were from the East coast and therefore stayed at the resort, as well. They all raved about the service and wanted to take the mattresses and pillows home with them.
But again, by far, Carrie and her staff work the magic and make using this venue a pleasure!

We worked with Carrie Pulos at the Wigwam. She was so pleasant to work with and VERY helpful. We absolutely loved everything about the Wigwam. A majority of our guests wound up staying at the resort the night of the wedding and LOVED it.

The food was to die for! So many people told us it was the best steak they had ever had and I think it was just a flank steak. Soooo good!!

We got married in the terrace area and it was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend this venue.

Everyone at The Wigwam was FANTASTIC, not only for the wedding reception but for the entire weekend. I highly recommend The Wigwam Resort for weddings.

This resort is special to us. We came here during the summer of 09 for our first staycation together as a couple. We had such a great time and loved every moment of our time at the Wigwam Resort. When we started talking about getting married, the idea of being married here seemed right on. We did take the time to look around at other venues around the valley. While lots were nice and would have worked, we always came back to the Wigwam as our location of choice. We patiently (ok not so patiently) waited while they went through a transition in their catering department and when Lindsay came on board, we immediatly contacted her and set up our tour and meeting. Our date was available and we jumped on it. Then the news.. the facility was going to have some renovation done and a few of our main areas would be totally different. Yikes. Lindsay took the time to go over with us what the place would look like when it was done even going so far as showing us the preliminary drawings. We had faith, and went for it. Everything was done in time for our wedding, and I have to say that we were thrilled with the results. We love what they have done with the place. Back to our wedding day... it was perfect. My guests complimented everything about our location and the service at the reception. The food, the service and every detail was perfection. I have to throw out a special thanks to Shirley who was one of our butlers at the reception. She took care of me and my husband in such a way, we are still talking about her. She was attentive and gracious and made us feel so special. Everything was just outstanding! I knew that the resort had 5 weddings that day, and I have to say... I never felt like a number or 1 of 5. Everything was as if I was the only one getting married that day. I hope all the other brides felt that way too. We love this resort and I hope if you have never been out there, to go and experience it. Its just awesome!!! I liked the idea of having spa treatments, getting married, reception, photos, wedding night, a place for the guests, etc.. all in one place. My guests appreciated it too!

We held our ceremony and reception at the Wigwam and were extremely pleased with the property and all of the staff. Lindsay Pruitt coordinated a great event for us. The property was amazing and the staff was so accomodating. Everyone left very pleased at the end of the night. The food, drinks, staff, and event halls were incredible. I could not have asked for a more beautiful wedding.

This is a beautiful hotel and the rooms are very large! It was close to our wedding venue and we were able to take pictures near the golf course!

I chose this venue because my best friend had been married here 2 years prior and it was absolutely fabulous! I researched several different locations because I figured I should at least look before settling but no one else compared in price, location or service!

I had the pleasure of working with Lindsay Pruitt, their Wedding Coordinator and she was wonderful. I had a very specific cake in mind for my wedding and she was patient with me while I went through 4 cake tastings before it was perfect! She was so helpful and accommodating during the whole process.

At the time of my wedding the resort was in the middle of being remodeled and the staff there were so good to my guests - taking them (all 110 of them!) by golf cart to the ceremony site and then back to the reception! The food was delicious! I have had several of my family and friends comment on how yummy it was!

Part of our package included a honeymoon suite and let me tell you, it was an amazing room! It was spacious, gorgeous and located right near the ceremony site. They had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us! So sweet!

Overall this was a wonderful site and I highly recommend it! We will definitely be visiting them again in the future to enjoy the resort’s accommodations!

The service we received at the Wigwam was first class. Everyone was at their best and the room was fantastic. But most of all the food was out of this world. They made the couples first Christmas Holiday dinner with the entire family something for all to remember.

We would definately recommend the Wigwam for any function.

I highly recommend the Wigwam Resort. The service was incredible, we were treated like royalty. It is worth every penny, a lot is included and the wedding was gorgeous!

My hubby and I got married at the wigwam. It was absolutely beautiful. People are still telling us beautiful it was. Allison is the absolute best she was willing to work with us from start to finish. The honeymoon accommodations was fabulous.

The Wigwam is an awesome place to get married! They have gorgeous grounds for pictures, which you can easily get to with a photo valet provided throughout your wedding day, the people and services are EXCELLENT, and the location is great!

We decided to use The Wigwam for our wedding in August because they offer indoor ceremony and reception locations, instead of the typical outdoor ceremony-indoor reception that is so common in Arizona (don't they want weddings in the summer?). Because it was the off season, we were able to get a great deal on the package and they offered an awesome room rate for our guests.

Allison did a great job communicating with us and coordinating the day-of activities! The wedding was fantastic and went off without a hitch, thanks to the great service provided. I would not have changed a single thing about it!!

Our guests were extremely impressed and happy with the accommodations and took advantage of the delicious food and fun atmosphere of the pool and bar.

The Wigwam was not our fist choice if I'm being honest. We were originally going to have our wedding up North at a winery. But things fell thru and our wedding coordinator suggested The Wigwam since they hold a lot of weddings there and they had great things to say. I'm so happy we went with The Wigwam. The staff was great! We dealt with Allison and Wendy at The Wigwam with all of our coordinating and they were fantastic. The wedding went smoothly. The guests loved the property and it was so nice to dance the night away and know that guests could safely drink since a lot of them booked a room for the wedding night. The wait staff was impeccable! They made sure that my husband and I had drinks right away and made sure all the guests were taken care of. The food was so good for being plated. No one got a cold meal. I'm just so happy with the way our wedding turned out!

Great team! Allison is wonderful to work with and great at answering any and all of your questions. The team has been very flexible with executing my vision and making things happen. Would recommend for anyone looking for a wonderful wedding location in Phoenix!

The Wigwam was a beautiful venue! Our ceremony was outside in the trellis garden and was soo pretty!! All of our out of town guests really enjoyed staying at the resort! it was alot of fun!

I got married at the wigwam in April and absolutely loved the venue, They had many different areas to do a ceremony and a reception tons of options for food, and everyone really enjoyed it!

Even with bad weather moving my outdoor wedding inside The Wigwam Resort and staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent and the service was professional!

We had a small wedding reception at the Wigwam. I did have difficulty with getting tastings scheduled for the food with her and was able to taste the food until we had already put down our deposit. Then big suprise, the chicken and beef not good at the tasting, especially the sauces. So we requested another tasting with a different sauces focusing on only serving a chicken dish. It took a long time to get another one scheduled and made me quite uncomfortable because at this point we were very close to my wedding date and not able to change vendors. The second tasting was better we served chicken with a butter lemon sauce along with a veggie and mashed potatoes. The food turned out good at the reception. The Wigwam was very flexible with which room we choose to hold the reception. The day of the wedding Allison, and Maryann greeted me at the door when we arrived for the reception and immediately provided us with a much needed cold drink. Allison, Maryanne, and John were all attentive throughout the reception and assisted as needed. John was great during the recpetion making sure guests were taken care of and that the wine did not run dry. The Wigwam staff was also good about working with our other vendors. John and the staff helped pack up the extras at the end of the reception and box up the decorations and flowers for us. Maryann, who manages the banquets was awesome! She gave me some great ideas for decorating and even provided us with a some of her own decorations to use. She helped decorate the room and in the end it turned out beautiful! She made a candy and picture table up for us which was awesomel! We provided bulk candy and then she put it in dishes and provided little boxes for the guests to use. She is very talented and was a joy to work with. I was not very happy with the lady we had to use for our cake through the Wigwam. The cake was small and filling minimal.

I was so excited to book my wedding at The Wigwam due to it being one of the oldest resorts in Phoenix. I love the classic feel of it. I wanted an Old Hollywood feel so The Wigwam was perfect. Everything went fine for the most part. About 1.5 weeks prior to the wedding Carrie sent us the room setup and unbeknown to me, the ballroom had been changed to a smaller, less desirable room. Also, the location for the cocktail hour had been changed. When I went with my family to check out the new area, we found that it was going to be in a spot where they had just removed 3 palm trees and had covered the holes with big, carpet covered squares of plywood. Upon checking out the trellis garden, we found that the vines were being held up by white twine (against a brown trellis) and that the grass was going to be over seeded for Fall so it was cut way down to allow for the Summer grass to die off. Nothing bad enough to ruin the day, just a lot of little annoyances to stress out an already anxious bride.
Our room block was never solidified so that made us freak out a bit as well. I wished our guests could have gotten their rooms at a bit of a deeper discount, as $245 seems a bit steep but we understood that it was right on the crest of the busy time so rates go up.
We did not like the pastry chef's cakes at all. The chocolate tasted like coffee grounds, the vanilla was too dry, and the spice cake was crumbly. We decided to go with Frosted Art Inc, which is an accepted vendor through Thee Wedding Warehouse.
The bridal suite was awesome and our suite the night of the wedding was gorgeous!
All in all our wedding was a success and all our guests claim to have had a wonderful time. The food was delicious and the resort is beautiful.

My daughters wedding on 3/25/2018 was beautiful. Her ceremony was held outside, and the reception was held in one of the ballrooms. When she booked the wedding it was with Allison who awesome, she worked within my daughters budget, which made her dream wedding come true. She was personable, any information my daughter needed was sent swiftly. She was a people person, then she quit a few months before my daughters wedding. Ashley was the replacement, so opposite from Allison. When we met up with her to finalize how we were going to plan the ballroom and the outside ceremony, we could feel the immense tension radiating from Ashley. Any questions you could tell was grating on her nerves, if she could roll her eyes she would. And she even confided to us she cant stand girls. Very awkward..... Two days before the wedding when my daughter gave her the final count, it turned into a nightmare with Ashley trying to get another 800.00 out of my daughter. My daughter had to talk to Ashleys supervisor in order to straighten it out, but by then my daughter was so upset. On the day of the wedding my daughter was running behind and Ashley kept pushing and pushing being totally negative. A bride doesn't need that. This women does not do well with women. She should be a golf tournament planner instead of weddings. The venue is awesome, the food is delicious , if we didn't have to deal with Ashley it would have been so much better experience for us. The men at the valet area, were awesome, patient with us while we were bringing In decorations for the wedding. Helping by bringing us carts so we could roll towards the outside ceremony. During the reception Shirley was so helpful she was sweet, her attitude was great and really made our reception run smoothly and fun. Im writing this review not to stop anyone from having their dream wedding here, but just be aware if you get the wrong employee who handles weddings it can tarnish the experience. We used the Wigwam as our wedding night hotel. Since we got married in the west valley we wanted to stay at a resort that was fairly close to our location. We have heard great reviews about the Wigwam in Litchfield Park; unfortunately, we did not have the same experience. When my husband arrived to check in earlier in the day the concierge yelled at him and the manager came over and reprimanded him then pulled him from his station right in front of my husband. A little unprofessional, but whatever. As a consolation they said they would send a bucket of beer up for the groomsmen to enjoy, which was great, but it did not arrive for an hour and a half which was just as everyone was leaving for the wedding. It was still a nice gesture. We opted to not get a suite since we would not be arriving until late and would be leaving in the morning. The rooms were extremely stark- only two small pictures on the wall, and there were no lights when you walked in so we were fumbling around in the dark that night trying to turn a light on. One of the lights was also broken by the bedside. The pool area is beautiful and we had a great balcony view of it from our room. Our biggest annoyance was housekeeping knocking on the door at 8am the next morning to ask us what time we were checking out…. I can honestly say that has never happened to me at any hotel before. We were tired and my husband was very irritated that they woke us up to ask us this. He spoke to someone downstairs when we checked out about it and were told that a manager would call that week to discuss the situation, but we never received a call. We has such high hopes for this hotel based on the beautiful grounds but the customer service and room amenities could definitely use some work.
