My experience at The White Magnolia was everything I imagined it to be. Suzanne was a dream to work with and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked into the shop. It was my first time trying on dresses and I wasn't sure what style would look good on me or if I was even ready to say yes to a dress. Suzanne asked the right questions and made me feel comfortable enough to give my honest feedback about every dress she showed me and every dress I tried on. She had everything down to a science and while the appointment was very structured, I did not feel rushed one time and appreciated the process the shop has set up to help brides find their dress. After trying on about 10-15 dresses, I said yes to the first dress I tried on. It is a stunning gown, unlike anything I have seen before which is exactly what I wanted. I look at pictures of it every day, so excited for the day I will be walking down the aisle. Huge thanks to Suzanne and The White Magnolia for helping me find my dream dress! -

As a plus size bride I was truly dreading wedding dress shopping and was fearful of not being able to find anything that I made 4 bridal appts at different salons. The White Magnolia was my first and ONLY stop because I had the most amazing experience and found my dress with ease. Suzanne was an absolute dream to work with and I would recommend her to everyone! -

This is the MOST WONDERFUL bridal salon ever. I looked at so many in the area and nothing can compare. The interior and dresses are fresh and modern. The staff is totally professional and warm and really went above and beyond to show me different customization options and details. The staff was also very low-pressure in terms of making the sale that day. While I did end up "saying yes to the dress" that day, I felt no pressure whatsoever to do so. Other shops in the area provided much more high-pressure sales tactics. It feels so cliched to say "I felt like a princess," but that's exactly how I felt! The incredibly sweet, supportive staff really wanted to make me feel comfortable and have the best experience--and that's exactly what I did!

I love everything about White Magnolia!! I visited White Magnolia last March before COVID to try on dresses with my mom and sister. Booking an appointment was smooth and simple. Kailey responded quickly with a date and time that worked for me. I was the only one with an appointment while I was trying on dresses, which was so nice! The boutique is so pretty, and the lighting is very flattering for trying on dresses. White Magnolia has a great selection without being overwhelming. Kailey took one look through my pinterest and pulled perfect dresses that fit what I wanted with some amazing surprises. I didn't say "yes" to the dress the day of my appointment, but with COVID, White Magnolia went above and beyond in offering the "say yes" experience at home by sending champagne and other goodies to celebrate when I later chose to buy my dress from them. It just shows how much White Magnolia cares about their brides and giving them the best experience possible, even in these crazy times. Kailey has been so so responsive and helpful in finding accessories to match my dress and alterations in DC (since I can't make it back to Florida). I can't recommend them enough!! Say yes to your dress at White Magnolia! -

I had such a wonderful experience with the white Magnolia and with kailey! Words cannot equate to how elated I am to have found the dress of my dreams. Kaileys expertise to what would flatter my body and imagination to give us visuals on alterations that could be made to certain dresses was beyond and above. I went to two other dress shops prior to the white magnolia, and neither place felt welcoming or special in anyway, and no one guided me in my dress choices. Kailey took time to look at my inspiration photos and helped me pick dresses that would flatter and accentuate my figure. She also enticed my friends and family to be involved and a part of the process. The small personalized details from the moment you walk in, to the tote bag they give you once you say yes to your dress are everything! I recommend TWM and kailey 100 times over again! -

While there are hundreds of bridal shoppes all over and so many options to choose from it gets over whelming. Who carries what dress ?and how can the shoppe make the experience more magical than just buying a dress ? I stumbled upon this beautiful shop and it’s the best find about my entire wedding planning experience Kailey and Rebecca were outstanding - they knew exactly how to make a bride feel special on her big day. Super attentive always kept me informed and updated. The day I choose my dress was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t of asked for a better place to say Yes to the dress ! Love love love and highly recommend !!! -

Where to even begin?!! TWM, specifically my consultant, Kailey, made all my wedding dreams come true!! She went above and beyond to make sure my dress was EXACTLY what I wanted it to be. Every small detail, even the tiny things that I simply wondered about aloud, Kailey listened and immediately assured me those modifications would be taken care of. She made my dream gown better than I could have ever imagined!! I have never felt as special or important as she made me feel that day. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience that day finding my wedding gown. I shopped at another salon before going to TWM and everything about the appointment was different. Kailey's only priority was to help me to find my gown and make sure it was perfect for me. Whether it meant making phone calls to other salons to inquire about their gown selection or creating a completely breathtaking custom veil from scratch - she WILL make your dreams come true!!! I feel the utmost confidence that everything will be exactly perfect with my vision on my wedding day because of how much she proved to me that she cares. Please go to TWM to find your wedding gown!! I highly recommend asking for Kailey to be your consultant when you book your appointment! I feel so incredibly blessed to know that she will be by my side during the entire dress process. I know that she has the same vision in her head as I do and that she will make sure all customizations and alterations are flawless. My day at TWM was one of the most magical days of my life. I walked away knowing that I found the perfect dress that I want to marry my best friend in and felt like a princess in a fairytale :) Thank you SO much to everyone at TWM but especially to Kailey!! The White Magnolia in West Palm Beach was THE BEST! Kailey was seriously so amazing and made me feel 100% comfortable. She gave the best advise and pointed me in all of the right directions. We were in our own dressing room with a couch, my own pedal-stool and plenty of room for my favorite ladies to be there with me. I could not imagine a better experience while saying "Yes!" to my dress! I pick up my Dream dress in October and I am SO excited to see it! Thank you Kailey for making one of the most important decisions exciting and stress-free! - Christy -

Kailey was amazing from beginning to end! Unfortunately, I was not able to go into the store and do a "normal" trying on the dress experience due to the virus. But I found White Magnolias website and saw that they were doing virtual consultations. You have a consultation with them, pick your top dresses, and then you pick them up and try it at home. During the virtual consultation when I was picking the dresses, Kailey pulled some dresses that she felt I would like. Some were the ones I sent her and others were dresses that were similar to the ones I wanted. I ended up choosing one she picked and never thought I would have gone with. Grateful I was able to have this experience even though it wasn't what I expected when looking for a wedding dress. -

If I could give 10 stars I would! I ordered my wedding dress during this Covid-19 crisis and was expecting this process to be difficult and stressful since no one really knows how to handle what is going on right now. Boy was I wrong! Kailey is the store’s manager and is AMAZING. She is so professional and genuine and the whole process was so smooth from start to finish that I forgot it wasn’t the normal way of ordering a wedding dress! From the moment I spoke with her on the phone, I knew I could trust her and I could tell she genuinely cared about my experience. I’m so glad I ordered my dress from Kailey and now I await my “say yes to the dress” celebration package in the mail! Kailey made sure to make this future bride feel special, especially with the circumstances! Thanks Kailey! ❤️💍 -

Personable and effortless
After getting engaged I knew I wanted my dress shopping experience to be a personable one because there were other salons I went to (as a bridesmaid) that definitely did not offer any of that. When I found White Magnolia I was hopeful they could deliver the personalized experience I was hoping for and holy cow they exceeded all of my expectations and then some!! Even before we stepped into the salon, Kailey was easy to communicate with and even checked in on me the day of my appointment to see if I needed anything. Then when we arrived for my appointment I knew I had found the right bridal salon. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out Kailey treated us like absolute royalty. Upon walking into the salon with a greeting sign to the personalized service in the bridal suite, I could not have asked for a more perfect place to find my dress. My bridal party and I were the only ones in the shop the entire time and because of that Kailey was fully invested in me throughout the whole process. Every dress was beautiful, but it was Kailey's insights and expertise that really helped me find "the one". The whole experience was just beyond amazing! (Kailey even had champagne for us to celebrate when I found the one!) If you want a truly memorable bridal experience and be treated like a queen, go to White Magnolia for your gown! It's by far the best decision I've ever made! I'm not one to write reviews, but this bridal salon deserves every bit of praise possible because my experience was BEYOND anything I could have ever imagined! -

Kailey was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end! I reached out to White Magnolia Bridal for an appointment on January 19th as I was flying down to FL from NC to visit my family. We are all very close and it was important to me to have my family with me to pick out my dress. Kailey was so accommodating and worked to get us in on what I hoped to be my one and only dress shopping appointment (I was only in FL for a little over 24hrs!) From the moment we walked in, Kailey was super helpful and made us all feel welcome and comfortable. I had my little 9yr old niece with me and I was so appreciative of how Kailey incorporated her into the appointment. She was basically her little assistant! Kailey was knowledgeable, very professional, and I would highly recommend her and White Magnolia Bridal at West Palm Beach! So glad I chose them and was able to have the opportunity to say yes to the dress! -

I had such an amazing experience at White Magnolia! The dress selection is absolutely dreamy, and the store itself looks like it is right out of a wedding magazine. Kailey was so kind and helpful when helping me try on my dresses, and she helped me pick my absolute dream dress! I went during a trunk show, and I was able to make customizations to my dress to make it uniquely mine. Kailey was very accommodating to me and to the 5 guests I brought with me, and she even served us champagne while we looked around! I would highly, highly recommend going to White Magnolia to find your dream dress!

I've been to 3 bridal stores and The White Magnolia Bridal was by far the BEST! Kailey was amazing!!! She listens and wasn't pushy at all and she will give you her honest opinion. My overall experience was top notch and stress-free. She made me feel very comfortable from the beginning until I found my dream dress! The bridal room was beautiful and had some personal touch which makes every bride-to-be feel welcome and very special! She definitely has all the best intention for all the future brides! She's very professional, she gives you her personal attention 100%, she's a great consultant, very helpful, she knows what she's doing that's for sure! The service is incomparable. I had the best experience and I would order my wedding dress from her again in a heartbeat! The White Magnolia Bridal is truly a great addition in the Palm Beaches area and I would definitely recommend to all the future brides. -
