I got married here this weekend and I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful inn! Not only were the rooms clean and beautiful, but the staff was incredibly accommodating, professional, kind, and attentive. They made my big day so special and stress free. I worked with Cita for about a year ahead of the wedding and from then until the day of, she was kind, patient, and went above and beyond to fulfill our needs and requests. She truly made the process so easy. They exceeded all my expectations and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone thinking of getting married here! I can’t say enough good things about the staff and inn itself. They truly are professionals in terms of wedding coordinating and they run like a well oiled machine. Everything was so organized and efficient.

We got married in the winter so we had the reception inside their dining room and it was perfect for our 85 guests so if you are planning on a fall/winter wedding inside I would highly encourage inquiring with them. The bar/alpine room and lounge was so elegant and cozy.

The food was INCREDIBLE! Our guests were raving about the food all night long. It was delicious. The service during dinner was also amazing and the servers were completely on top of it. The appetizers at the welcome reception and night of were immaculate.

One of my favorite things were the snacks stations located all around the inn. There were complimentary snacks, drinks, cookies, farm fresh milk, and homemade ice cream which was all delicious and convenient. They also sent up breakfast and sandwiches for lunch to my room on the day of which was great because I didn’t want my guests seeing me.

The bridal suite was huge. Not only the room itself, but the bathroom had a ton of space to get ready. I had 12 people in my room the day of and we never felt cramped. The half indoor, half outdoor hot tub was relaxing and amazing to have for how stressful things can get during a wedding. They have a building called the amster suite which had four separate suites that slept four people in each one so I had my wedding party stay there, and the groomsmen all got ready there. We also had our after party there and it was perfect. The amster building also has a hot tub in the outside common area with my wedding party throughly enjoyed!!!

Planning a wedding can be stressful, but the team at The Wentworth Inn made everything feel effortless and so enjoyable. From the very beginning, Cita was incredible - kind, organized, and genuinely excited about making our wedding weekend special. She went above and beyond every step of the way, from our first visit to the many planning calls, all the way through the weekend itself.

Elliot, our go-to over the wedding weekend, was amazing - calm, organized, and always available from early morning to late at night for anything we needed. Irina was also wonderful, helping whenever Cita wasn’t available and even running out the morning of the wedding to grab donuts we’d forgotten in the chaos of the day!

Having all our wedding events in one place made the weekend so smooth and allowed us to truly enjoy every moment. Our guests loved the venue - many traveled from far away and couldn’t stop talking about the comfortable rooms, beautiful surroundings, and incredible food (that breakfast buffet is unreal!). The bartenders kept the party going, and everyone had such a great time.

The whole staff was amazing and made our wedding weekend so special. Their thoughtfulness, flexibility, and care made all the difference. We can’t recommend The Wentworth Inn enough and can’t wait to come back and enjoy it all again in the years to come!!!

Our wedding day was pure magic from start to finish. We exchanged vows on the river lawn, with the serene, quiet river flowing in the background and the brilliant autumn leaves creating a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere. The Alpine Tavern was the perfect setting for our cocktail hour, and the Inn's romantic, rustic interior design provided the quintessential mountain vibes we had dreamed of. The incredible reception tent, with its fantastic decor, was where we and our guests enjoyed a truly amazing meal. Beyond the beautiful venue, the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. A special thanks goes to our coordinator, Cita, who was so helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. She patiently answered my constant questions and calmed all my wedding-planning stresses, making our special day flawless.

This review is a year in the making — not because we didn’t love our wedding, but because it’s taken me this long to find the words to do it justice.

We got married at The Wentworth on June 29, 2024, and even now, nearly a year later, we’re still hearing from guests about how special the weekend was. From the moment we met Cita over video, we felt something different. She wasn’t just a venue coordinator — she felt like a friend. She made every detail of planning feel personal, calm, and meaningful. By the time we visited in person (driving up from Rhode Island), we knew The Wentworth was the place.

Truthfully, Cita set such a high bar during the planning process that we were nervous anyone else would fall short on the day itself. Enter Corey — who completely earned our trust and respect within the first few hours of our wedding weekend. She brought calm, confidence, and a quiet command that made the day run seamlessly. I’ve joked before that Cita was the vision and Corey was the execution — and both were exceptional.

The entire staff — Megan, Travis, Max, Charlie, and so many others — made every guest feel like a VIP. Not a single drink was left unfilled, the food was far beyond typical “wedding food,” and any concerns we had about timing or flow vanished as soon as the night got rolling. When weather forced us inside for the ceremony, the team handled the pivot beautifully. It turned out to be incredibly intimate and cozy — one of those unexpected moments that ends up being perfect.

As a gay couple, we were also deeply moved by how welcomed and celebrated we felt. It’s not something we take for granted, especially in a small mountain town, and it speaks volumes about the kind of people running this venue.

The Wentworth truly is a gem — or as we’ve lovingly called it, The Ritz of the Woods. We’ll forever be grateful for the way they made our wedding weekend feel like ours. Personal, effortless, joyful, and unforgettable.

We loved our Wentworth wedding! It's a great place to have everyone together without driving from venue to venue. Planning our welcome reception, ceremony, and wedding reception was really straight forward. Cita and team made sure we had nothing to stress about on the wedding day. We are so grateful we were able to be present and enjoy ourselves on this special day.

We cannot thank The Wentworth enough for supporting us in our special day! Across the board, they were spectacular. The coordinator, Cita, was everything you want in that role. She was easy going, structured, upfront and responsive. It made us feel at ease and comfortable in a very stressful time! She also had strong relationships with the local vendors we went with, making us feel even better that everything was going to go smoothly. We will miss speaking to her (but will be back up annually to visit the Wentworth!).

We were able to get everything we wanted in our wedding by going with the Wentworth, as they were affordable compared to the ridiculous prices that are out there. There was package deals that included everything, but was reasonably priced. Additionally, we were able to host a Welcome Dinner with almost 100 guests that really did not break the bank. It set up the weekend nicely!

The venue was as promised, the rooms were amazing, the staff were super accommodating, professional and enjoyable to talk with. Our guests had an amazing time and we really could not have asked for a better location. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND them for all future newlyweds!

The Wentworth made our wedding so special. It was a pleasure to work with Cita, she was extremely helpful throughout the planning process. The venue is beautiful, hotel rooms are awesome. Our guests cannot not stopping about the food at the reception and at the inns restaurant! It was hand down the best decision we made having our wedding at The Wentworth Inn!!

Our experience with The Wentworth was exceptional. The grounds are manicured, the inn is charming with upscale finishes and luxury comforts, and the food is fantastic. The staff is kind and will make you and yours feel welcomed and at home. We wanted a seamless wedding weekend that was easy for our guests, and the Wentworth delivered just that. The ceremony site, cocktail hour, reception, and late night can all be on the grounds - no transportation or shuttles required, no lugging personal belongings here and there - making it so easy for our guests, and also allows for casual run-ins in the hall, at breakfast, in the lounge etc. The bridal suite is huge and well suited for day-of preparation with all your friends! Our guests had a golf tournament the day of, definitely a hit, and (again), so easy for our guests. We would be remiss if we did not mention the pandemic, which caused us to postpone not once but three times... Ellie and the staff were so gracious and accommodating, and we were so grateful. We had an intimate family wedding in 2020 and a larger party in 2021, so were fortunate in that way to have two events with The Wentworth. We received so many compliments, one critical one being the fabulous food (cocktail, reception, late night, and breakfast). Kathleen is lovely, organized, approachable, and a delight to work with. Kathleen and the rest of the Wentworth team made all our wedding dreams come true. We wanting an elegant and timeless wedding, and they really made this happen. We ended up going to the venue a day early, and Kathleen did a full walk-through with the dining room manager who was AMAZING. They took my vision and made it a reality. It was the most stress-free experience I could have ever asked for.

The guest experience was also amazing. They had all the rooms ready when our guests arrived. Our guests raved about how amazing it was to have everything on-site (rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception). The hotel was stunning, the bridal room was huge and plenty big enough for my bridal party. The ceremony site was a minute walk away from the cocktail hour and the staff really made sure everyone knew where to go. They were also fantastic at making sure my now-husband and I had ample food throughout the night, even making sure there was a pizza in our room for after the reception. Our wedding was magical and ran so smoothly at The Wentworth. It’s classy yet comfortable. It’s gorgeous and affordable. We received so many complements about this venue and we can’t wait to keep going back for visits. We live several states away and wanted a destination wedding in the North Conway area where we could have our dogs. We would chose this venue again a million times over, especially with their amazing staff.
Eleanor- Ellie is the owner of the hotel and treats all of her guests like family. She is always around. You can tell how she genuinely loves people and values the guest experience. During our wedding, on a Saturday night, she was there to keep an eye on everything and make sure it went well. We truly felt comfortable and our guests did too.

Kim- Kim was one of the main reasons why we chose The Wentworth. She’s the one who plans everything. I wish I could get her to plan my entire life for me! My husband and I are not the most organized people so we NEEDED Kim. Being three states away planning a wedding during Covid was pretty complicated and Kim took all of the stress away. When we had to make adjustments to certain plans because of Covid, Kim worked with us and the other vendors to come up with solutions. For example, we couldn’t do the dessert bar like we wanted. Instead we did boxed dessert towers, which actually worked out better so people didn’t have to leave the dance floor for dessert if they didn’t want to but they could still have it after.

Paris- Paris is the man. He takes care of everything the day of. He made sure we were happy and everything was running smoothly. He checked in with me several times both nights and really cared about us having a good time. Again, there were zero hiccups with it.

Between Kim and Paris it wash like having your own wedding planner and day of coordinator without actually having to hire one.

Chef Brian and the rest of the staff- The food! His food is always amazing. The staff knew the vegans and those who needed gluten free and made sure they were taken care of, which was really impressive because I don’t remember having to tell anyone who the vegans or gluten free people were. There were two with gluten allergies in my bridal party and the morning of I ran downstairs a little panicked since we ordered sandwiches from the hotel a few weeks prior and there was already a note on it saying there were two with a gluten allergy. I ended up ordering the vegan meal for my dinner at the wedding because it sounded so good. We actually had the time to eat and finished everything. And I still find myself day dreaming about that meal sometimes. My husband wanted both the steak and chicken and he got both and said they were amazing. They made sure we had the items during cocktail hour (which again were amazing). The waitstaff also took great care of me and Rocco.

We cannot recommend this venue enough. We didn’t even have to worry about decorating that much because of how gorgeous it is.

Up until the day of the wedding, Kim was our go-to coordinator. I cannot thank her enough for how great of a job she did corresponding with us. She answered countless questions, and was committed to making sure our vision for the day of came true.

Paris was our day-of event manager who worked hard in making sure all of those details we talked about with Kim went off without a hitch. Paris and the staff were seamless, efficient, and remarkably unnoticed on the day of. Aside from taking care of all of our guests, he put special attention on my wife and I, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire night.

The Wentworth Inn made our weekend perfect. The staff was personable, made us feel special, and operated with precision. The qualities mentioned in Kim and Paris can be applied to every single person on staff that weekend. We could not be more thrilled with our experience!

I would highly recommend choosing the Wentworth in Jackson NH for any couples looking to get married in the White Mountains.
We wanted the perfect Fall in New England Wedding in October, and the Wentworth made it so easy and surpassed all already high expectations.
From being able to host the rehearsal on site, having hotels rooms on site and breakfast, it made everything so simple for our traveling guests, which was everyone!

Everything was perfect! The lobster bake for the Rehearsal Dinner was incredible from the hors d’oeuvres to the already cracked and prepared lobsters. Our intimate group enjoyed every part of it!

For the wedding itself, everything was so amazing. (I cannot even think of any other descriptive words other than amazing!)

Amster was a perfect cottage for all of my bridesmaids to sleep and get ready. From the spacious, comfortable bedrooms, to the beautiful Front foyer with the fireplace, Everyone loved it all.

The tent, the food and the service were all top notch. Everyone came up to me to comment on how delicious the filet was and the Lobster Ravioli appetizer was a perfect touch. I even had guests coming to tell me specially what an amazing Mixed Greens Salad they enjoyed!

It all went by way too quickly, but all flawless. So many of my guests are telling me it was the best wedding ever!

Kim was a pleasure to work with throughout our whole experience. From my initial site visit, to bringing my mother and sister in law for another visit, to answering all of my silly questions in the whole process. She is a true professional that knows exactly how to plan a perfect day, and keep the process enjoyable, not stressful!

A huge thank you also to Paris, the Banquet Manager and Deb at the Front desk for their exceptional hospitality the whole entire weekend. All of our guests had such a wonderful time and working with the whole team was a perfect experience.
On our past visits to the Inn, we had always received top notch service and hospitality from every department, and that was a huge part of why we chose to return with all of our closest friends and family for our wedding. Everything exceeded our already high expectations.

Kim was amazing to deal with in the planning process, she was extremely helpful and made the process so much easier. The Wentworth grounds are well kept and were so beautiful. I cannot say enough about the staff. from the front desk at check in, to the dining and lounge, everyone was so accommodating. This place is so guest experience focused, the owner was around checking on guests and making sure they were taken care of. If your thinking about this venue, think no longer! This is the place to make a special day, perfect!

Working with Kim and all the staff at The Wentworth was phenomenal. There was not a single detail that was overlooked. If I had it to do all over again, I wouldn't change a thing!

We were beyond impressed with care and attention to detail we received from everyone at the Wentworth. Every question, no matter how small or mundane, was answered almost instantly and with a smile. I can not say enough about The Wentworth Inn. The beauty and history of the inn was the perfect backdrop for my special day. We choose the gazebo next to the river for our ceremony and it is such a romantic and serene spot. Every member of the staff at The Wentworth greeted us with a big smile and a friendly compliment, the are fantastic and go above and beyond. Kim, the wedding coordinator, is the most wonderful person to work with, she made my planning experience super easy and stress free. She is so organized and prompt with her responses. Everything about the Wentworth exceeded our expectation for our wedding weekend and we wish we could do all over again.

The Wentworth was the only venue we looked at and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to get married here. The entire weekend, from the Welcome reception on Friday night to breakfast on Sunday morning, was absolutely perfect!! Kim is very easy to work with and was always prompt with responses and took care of any requests/needs we had. I am a crazy detailed person and she dealt with all my questions and edits to our plan even up until the last minute. Her attention to detail is excellent and she ensured everything was perfectly planned prior to our wedding weekend. I could tell that Kim actually cared about us and we ended up picking most of our vendors based on her recommendations and were absolutely not disappointed. Once we arrived for our wedding weekend, the entire Wentworth staff was fantastic. The front desk staff, bartenders, waiters, and all other members of the staff were so helpful and treated us like we were family. There were so many little things that Jen, the day of coordinator, did for us that meant a lot like having a plate of hors d'oeuvres ready for us when we walked in the door to our Welcome Reception after our offsite rehearsal dinner, dealing with a tent table layout change the day of the wedding without issue and bringing full meals up to our room after our reception. Our guests have not stopped talking about the atmosphere at the Wentworth and how fantastic the service and hospitality was. Needless to say, many of our guests are planning to go back for a weekend trip in the near future. We are forever grateful to the whole staff for such an incredible weekend!!!!

My husband and I are so lucky to say that we had our wedding at the Wentworth Inn in beautiful Jackson NH just a couple weekends ago and we are still amazed at how well everything went! Our day was flawless! Not one single hiccup the entire day! But let me start at the beginning!!-- We chose the Wentworth Inn for our wedding after meeting with Kim for a tour of the grounds and to gather venue information from her. Kim had us hooked! She was so kind and easy to talk with but she is sharp as a tac and so incredibly organized and attentive. I don't think I had to wait more than five minutes EVER for an email response with any silly little question I had. She put us both at ease through the whole process and made my wedding planning so much easier leading up to our weekend. Once we arrived for our wedding weekend, the rest of the staff continued to wow us; INCREDIBLE SERVICE! From the front desk to the bar tenders to the wait staff and grounds keepers to the owner Ellie herself, that ALL made me and my family a top priority and they never let us down. I felt like we were among friends the whole time. Jen was also so great to work with the day of my wedding and had everything running like a well oiled machine and needed no direction from me about anything; she had everything covered. Everyone had a blast! Most of my wedding guests stayed at the Wentworth the entire weekend and so many have said that they are planning to go back for a weekend of their own because they enjoyed their time at the Wentworth so much. I really feel like my wedding would not have gone as smoothly and would not have been as wonderful as it was if we hadn't chose the Wentworth Inn as our venue. We are so greatful we did!! Our daughters wedding was recently held over the course of two days at the Wentworth, and we couldn't be happier with our choice! The entire weekend was flawless! The wedding coordinator, Kim was courteous, professional and very organized which helped immensely throughout the planning stages! She kept in constant contact with us, which was extremely helpful as this was a destination wedding for us and a 3.5 hour drive from our home. Ellie was a gracious host, her inn is impeccable! The rooms, staff and food are all top notch. Jen and the inn staff were wonderful and worked wearing many hats throughout the weekend, it was a wonderful experience to see the the same faces daily and get to know them each by name! Chef Brian and the kitchen staff turned out meals that were outstanding from breakfast right down to dinner! The food at our welcome reception on Friday was the homemade pasta reception that wowed everyone! The wedding meal certainly was not "the usual wedding fare", as it was not only delicious, but presented and plated beautifully! Our guests have not stopped commenting to us that they loved our daughters wedding weekend, and stated it was the best wedding they have ever been to! I can't thank the staff at the Wentworth enough for working with me throughout the entire process to make our daughters wedding truly amazing!

Absolutely amazing experience. We decided to get married with two months notice. Kim was able to accommodate all our requests and answer any questions we had. The inn was gorgeous and clean. The wedding was in the tent and we got married at the gazebo outside. All of our guests were happy and can not stop talking about the wedding. Thank you! It really was a dream come true.

David and I had a wonderful, beautiful weddding. Kim, Jen and the other members of the Wentworth staff were very flexible and able to answer all of our questions. Our wedding went so smooth and if there were any problems/glitches we never knew.

My husband and I had a small, intimate ceremony at the Inn on October 5th. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. The food was amazing and the room was AWESOME! We enjoyed a couples massage in the spa the following morning, which was so relaxing and wonderful. The dining staff handled everything, and took care of all of our needs, sometimes even before we knew we needed something! The food was so delicious, that we were completely full by the time we were ready for cake. Our server was kind enough to box up individual pieces of cake for our guests to take back to their rooms with them. If I could get married 1000 times over, every single time would be at the Wentworth! Kim was in constant contact with me throughout the entire time from the date we booked the wedding, to the actual wedding date and made everything so easy and "pain-free." I can not thank you enough for everything you did for us! I will be sure to send you some photos as soon as we get them back from the photog!

The Wentworth was an absolutely wonderful place to have a wedding; the whole staff went above and beyond to give us an incredible and memorable day. From the ceremony location, to the tent setup, to the ground and rooms, everything was perfect, everything was beautiful. The food was delicious and well prepared, and they were great in helping us build the menu we wanted. Kim did a great job helping us plan, and Jennifer ran things smoothly on the day. We were able to relax and enjoy our special day easily, knowing we were in such experienced and capable hands.

Our wedding at The Wentworth was a dream! During the planning process Kim guided us every step of the way, whether it was vendor referrals, helping me to envision what things would look like that day, or just answering my many emails quickly and efficiently, we frequently called her Kimtastic because she really was fantastic, if it was doable, she would make it happen. When the weekend finally arrived we could relax and enjoy because we knew that we had everything planned out...then we meant the wonderful Jen who would be coordinating the weekend. She was AWESOME! Constantly running around making sure not only we had what we needed but that all of our guests had everything they needed as well. She always seemed two steps ahead of us and again, we did not have to worry about a thing. From the welcome reception all the way until breakfast Sunday morning everything ran so smoothly. The staff at The Wentworth were so accommodating and it was clear they new how to run an event. Our guests continue to talk about how great the weekend was, the location, the food, and the service is clearly top notch.

Amazing venue. It was great working with Kim. She provided a world class service and met all of our needs. We haven't had any guest complain. All they have to say is how much fun our wedding was and how great the Wentworth is. Highly recommend using this venue. You won't be disappointed!

Everything about our wedding experience at the Wentworth was AMAZING! The location, the Inn the employees - everything was so perfect.

We had our wedding weekend last October at the Wentworth, it could not have been more perfect, the food was fantastic, rooms were great and scenery was beautiful, we wouldn't have changed a thing.

I highly recommended this place if you are having a wedding or just looking to get away! The wedding coordinator, Kim, is always sure to get back to you and put your mind at ease. The owners are probably the two most adorable people EVER, and you will meet them throughout your stay as they enjoy mingling with their guest, assuring they are having a good time! Everyone is so nice and accommodating. If you are lucky enough to catch Kevin at the bar you're in for a real treat! A true "mixologist" who genuinely loves his job! He will mix you up something that you'll love just by telling him the types of flavors you like.

From my initial meeting to my final goodbye, everything was exceptional. It all starts with Kim Labnon, the wedding coordinator. She is amazing. She made me feel like I was her only bride the entire time I was working with her. She listened and understood what I was looking for and wanted to do. She was patient with me and very quick to respond always with detailed answers. She kept me on track to make sure I was never overwhelmed. Working with Kim was an amazing, easy, and pleasant experience. I had met many coordinators looking for my venue, and Kim nailed it out of the part with our 1st meeting. She is very professional, friendly, and knows her stuff. Next to her is Paris, who handled the actual wedding day stuff. He is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! He truly went above and beyond the entire weekend. Wherever I looked Paris was there. He is a shining star on this staff!!! Beyond Kim and Paris, EVERYONE at the Wentworth is amazing. My husband and I requested Coors Light at the wedding. That night we were told they did not have it, not a big deal, before I knew it the owners wife (I am sorry for not knowing her name) had gone to the store herself to get it for us!!! That to me was something WAY above and beyond.... she wanted us to have whatever we needed. I have 100 stories just like this. They are the most genuine staff I have ever met and really and truly are HAPPY to help and make your stay amazing. I could go on and on about my experience here but you will truly never know how true this is without going there yourself. I have had many guest rave about their experience and are booking weekends to go again. My wedding was everything I dreamed of, causal, elegant, romantic, timeless. Thank you to the entire staff here for making my wedding MORE then I could have ever imagined!!!

The staff is wonderful at The Wentworth and very accommodating. If you have a tent wedding here, I recommend using their uplighting.

Everything about The Wentworth Inn was perfect for our elegant country wedding. The landscape to the staff were all spot on. We had a lot of guests from out of town that couldn't believe how beautiful the venue was. THANK YOU to everyone at The Wentwoth for making our Wedding better than we could have ever imagined!

Kathleen and The Wentworth were an absolute joy to work with. I'm so glad we had the opportunity to have our wedding there. Kathleen walked us through every step of the process and things went so smoothly.

The Wentworth Inn was the most elegant place to hold a wedding. We had our ceremony in the front dining room in front of the fireplace, moved to the lounge for a wonderful cocktail hour and transitioned into the back dining room for our reception. Kathleen DeVitto is the wedding contact and she is an absolute joy to work with. We are from MA, so most of or communications were by email and Kathleen is very quick with her responses. We met at the onset in June and once again in October to finalize for our November wedding. The staff was extremely friendly and especially efficient with any requests. We had several rooms, Thornycroft (the honeymoon suite), rooms in the main inn, rooms in the Arden building and the entire Amster building. The Amster building was perfect for us, as it has four suites and a common area, including leather sofa's, stone fireplace, windowseats, coffee tables and such, making it a nice family gathering room. We had family members in each of the suites, and actually used that gathering room for our after party. It was also a favorite due to the 8 person hot tub located in an outdoor courtyard of sorts in the center of the building. All the rooms including the dining rooms, lounge, back porch, lobby and even the lobby bathrooms
were beautiful and elegant as well as warm and inviting. I couldn't have picked a better venue. Thank you Kathleen and all at the Wentworth Inn!!!

We are so happy that we had our wedding at the Wentworth! Booking the Wentworth was the first decision we made in the planning process, and it was the cornerstone to a truly wonderful and magical day. We wanted a place where all of our guests could stay for an entire weekend, and the Wentworth fit that vision perfectly. Kim, the coordinator, answered emails from us literally day and night for the 11 months leading up to our date. She is very friendly and easy to work with, and guided us through every aspect of planning with the Inn. The Inn only does 1 wedding per weekend, so you and your guests have the whole inn (mostly) to yourselves - they give you their full attention, and the result is a laid back and enjoyable experience! They also provided a list of recommended vendors, from which we booked out florist, baker, and DJ, and hair/makeup and who were all awesome!! The owner is wonderful and personally chatted with us and congratulated us on the morning after our wedding. The food is seriously delicious. We attended the tasting that they host in March and loved it all so much that we had trouble deciding what to have for our wedding! Everything is fresh and tasty, and they are incredibly accommodating for food allergies and dietary restrictions. We can't say enough how accommodating they were to our every little request - they helped book golf and made breakfast early for the golfers. They helped us bring in all of our wedding "stuff" when we arrived, and we handed it all off worry-free for them to do the setup on the day. When a gift was missing the morning after the wedding, they personally assigned a staff member to be responsible for tracking it down. We had our ceremony at the gazebo along the river, and it was just a lovely, intimate spot. The tent for reception is beautiful! There are so many places at the Inn or nearby in Jackson to take gorgeous wedding photos! We seriously love the Wentworth and plan to be back to celebrate our anniversaries!

The Wentworth was absolutely amazing. Kim is wonderful to work with and Jen did a fantastic job the day of the wedding making sure everything ran smoothly. From the day I visited The Wentworth for the first time all the way up to my wedding Kim helped guide my planning and was invaluable with her suggestions and feedback. The Wentworth is a charming, elegant place and the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The tent outside is one of the nicest I have seen, and even had lining and chandeliers to make it beautiful. There is nothing we could have asked for The Wentworth to do better!

We traveled up the Wentworth many times throughout the wedding planning process, and were always greeted with open arms by the friendly staff and owners (and pup Annie)! The wedding weekend was absolutely perfect! The cozy atmosphere of the Inn allowed all of our guests to feel relaxed and get to know each other lounging on the porch or in the beautiful lobby. We had so many compliments on the breakfast included in the room rate, as well as the dinner for our welcome dinner on Friday and the wedding on Saturday. The staff was attentive and made sure that the event was flawless. Guests loved singing along with the pianist on the porch after the reception. The rooms were spacious and cozy, and many guests enjoyed the hot-tubs in their luxury suites. The location is great, with restaurants nearby and just a short drive to hiking or shopping, which many of our guests enjoyed on Saturday morning. We were so impressed and could not have asked for a better place to celebrate our wedding day-- we can't wait to come back and visit again!

The overall service provided by Kim and the staff was excellent. Beyond that it was the little extra things they did they stood out for us. From accommodating meal allergies to helping us get our cake and topper back after we forgot it on site. I really cant say enough good things about our experience.

Our wedding was the best day of our lives! The Wentworth went above and beyond our dreams to help create the perfect day for us, including tons of umbrellas for when the rain began to pour!
We did have quite a bit of difficulty with one staff member, Frank, both during our planning of our wedding and also the weekend of our wedding. This is where the four stars would come into plan, professionalism was lacking for this gentleman.
There were also several house keeping and maintenance issues throughout our weekend but The Wentworth did everything they could to accomodate our guests.

They have a beautiful ceremony site outside right by the river. Their rooms are gorgeous. Only thing was it was really hot the day of and they had an old AC unit that wasn't able to keep our venue room cool enough until the sun went down.

Lovely historic hotel in a stunning mountain setting with a delightful riverside gazebo. Many positives with three things less than perfect. On the positive, guests thoroughly enjoyed their rooms and condos. Wedding food was terrific – from the passed hors d’oeuvres to the spinach salad and each bite of the surf and turf dinner that followed! Many food compliments from guests and one (who traveled extensively in Japan) described the steak as the best he has ever eaten. There are three areas where The Wentworth’s service fell short of expectations. First, the cocktail hour wait staff did not offer the groom one of the appetizers so he missed the corn fritters others raved about. Second, it took 45 minutes for the yummy spinach salad to come out after our party of less than 30 guests was seated for dinner. Finally, the dining room was not ready to be decorated 2 ½ hours before the wedding. There was food still on the floor from the morning breakfast service which ended more than 2 hours earlier and the tables and chairs had not been arranged as requested. We had to go through cabinets looking for the linens to dress the tables. We were forced to use a large rectangular table for our small cake instead of the round one requested. In summary, the dining room set-up arrangements were not as promised during planning discussions. On the other hand, the front desk staff was very efficient at greeting our guests and getting them checked into their comfortable rooms and condos. She efficiently accommodated special needs discovered during the check-in process and immediately rectified a breakfast billing issue for condo guests as soon as it was pointed out. During the decorating fiasco, she even vacuumed up the Cheerios still on the floor! Our event ended at The Wentworth on a high note with an awesome server for our “Day After” hosted breakfast who was upbeat, friendly and very proficient. She was simply delightful addition to our final event.

Kim Labnon was our JP and wedding coordinator. She did an excellent job and she was very proffesional. We had a small wedding but she made us feel very special. She pays attention to detail and she is very classy.

I was somewhat satified with my experience with The Wentworth. The Inn was beautiful and the food was great. I just thought that for the money I paid I should have been treated better. There was no one really directing the day, the wedding planner was not there the day of, and was not that great anyway. A few other small issues. I think they woo you until you sign the contract and then just do enough after the fact. The wedding day was great, there were just lots of little things that were aggrivating. Room smelt musty when checked in, hot tub was not cleaned, etc. For the money we paid, the rooms should have been looked over before checking in.

Our wedding consultant was released of duty about a month before our big day and we were not told until we actually went there to choose our ceremony site. When dealing with the owner we also had some difficulties on some of the details and how much we were going to pay for those details. The good things include great service the day of and the food was to die for. While the actual wedding also had some lack of organization, the reception was great; but they certainly could have made planning it better.
