I had a wonderful experience with The Wedding Woman team! My main contact for flowers/coordination was Jane and then Debbie was our Month of Coordinator. I can't say enough good things about them! They were always willing to answer any questions I had and helped bring our non-traditional wedding vision to life. The whole day went so smoothly and all our decorations turned out beautifully! I got so many compliments about how everything looked/went and that was largely because of The Wedding Woman; would definitely recommend booking them for your wedding!!The Wedding Woman's reply:

Obsessed & Forever Grateful!💘
Every time I look at photos and see my dried flowers (which somehow dried and preserved themselves) from the wedding my heart skips a beat! The wedding woman really brought my boho/farmhouse with a bit of whimsical truly to life! I had a hard time envisioning what exactly I wanted and somehow she NAILED it. I swear she was in my brain with what all I was thinking/wanting. She asked the right questions and was extremely helpful with keeping the cost in my price range AND, giving me the most for every dollar spent! She went above and beyond and I cant express how satisfied I was with the product! Also, here is your sign to ask for cotton balls in your flowers🤪😍 Im so glad we added that bit in them! Jane and her team are incredible! They have years of experience and make your visions come to life. Not only does Jane provide month of and day of coordinating, but she is also a full-service florist. Month of, Jane was in contact with all of my vendors taking the stress off of my plate. She created an amazing day of schedule and handled my floral designs. Her team came in and completely transformed my venue with flowers, linens, decorations, etc. I could not have pulled my wedding off without her and her team. I did not have to worry about one thing on my wedding day, which made everything more special so I could be present. Jane was absolutely amazing to work with!! I had my wedding 10-8-23 and our flowers were stunning 😍 Not only did she provide beautiful flowers but also was so helpful during the planning process. We really leaned on her expertise as she helped give us a general day of timeline to start off with since we didn’t have any of those logistics worked out yet, we also don’t know much about flowers but she listened to our vision and vibe we were shooting for and brought it to life! She was detailed, responsive, and most importantly caring. When I informed her of my maid of honor passing away a few months before our wedding she shared ideas how how we could honor her that helped us a lot and she made her bouquet special which meant a lot to me❤️

Incredible Guidance and Service from Jane
My mom and I met with multiple flower vendors and as soon as we met Jane, we knew we had to work with her. I had NO flower experience and NO idea what I wanted, and yet Jane created a bouquet I fell in love with. Jane provided us guidance and advice, while offering a safe environment where we felt comfortable to say no to suggestions and give her free rein to make decisions. Extraordinary experience
Jane went above and beyond her duties to help with our wedding day. I could contact her at any point with any questions I had and she would respond quickly. She helped with choosing our wonderful DJ as well. Jane made sure that what I wanted for the wedding was the priority. We ended up having a problem with the wedding cake and she had it fixed before I ever even saw the cake! She not only worked hard to help plan the wedding but she worked soooo hard on the day of the wedding. She stayed busy the whole day and I appreciate her so much. Jane was wonderful. We spoke on FaceTime the first time for over an hour. We discussed every single detail I wanted in my florals and she also got know me and what was important to me. Working with Jane and the Wedding Woman team for day-of coordination was the absolute best decision we made when wedding planning. Jane is truly an expert, and she wants to help bring your ideas to life. There were so many times throughout the process that I thought - wait, did we remember this, or decide about that? But somehow, Jane has a photographic memory or something, where she can remember every little detail you've ever discussed. I don't know how she was so organized with everything that goes into wedding planning, but she made the entire process so easy for us. Especially planning during Covid, she was super flexible and willing to make changes on the fly.
We also used the Wedding Woman team for our flowers. The arrangements, bouquets, decorations, etc. were stunning. The day was perfect, thanks to Jane and team! Highly recommend!The Wedding Woman's reply:

Great Experience!
I honestly had no idea what I wanted in terms of flowers, centerpieces, or my bouquet when we met for our first meeting. What I did have was a set budget and a list of allergy restrictions. Jane and I were able to go through photos and figure out what would work for us just in our first meeting. She was more than happy to work with us even with a last minute changes and additions. Would definitely recommend! -

Jane did an amazing job with the flowers and decorations for my wedding! I didn't have any specific flower preferences other than colors and the style of bouquet I was going for, so I really let her do whatever she wanted which turned out amazing. She went above and beyond my expectations! The variety of flowers and greenery were absolutely beautiful and the colors matched my fall wedding perfectly. The other decorations that Jane brought and set up were also such a big help so that we didn't have to go out and buy them, and she set everything up so beautifully! Very Happy
Working with Jane and the Wedding Woman for our wedding was such a great decision. I utilized their florals and also had Jane as my Day Of Coordinator. I’ll start first with the florals. I had met with a few floral vendors and none captured my vision and/or price point. Upon meeting Jane for the first time and seeing the catalog and options available, I knew immediately that I had found my Florist. I had specific ideas on what the florals would look like at the wedding and color schemes, Jane and her team went above and beyond to meet and exceed expectations. She also has a wide variety of other decor for the reception which helped to bring out my vision and ideas. My bouquet was STUNNING. It was perfect and fit me perfectly. As a result of the amazing decor and florals my pictures from my big day were flawless.
When I sat down with Jane during our first meeting, it was clear she had a lot of experience with wedding coordination and very detail oriented. As a fellow type A personality I loved that I was able to comfortably talk with someone about my wedding vision and no detail was too small or overlooked. When Jane let me know that her company also offers day-of wedding coordination I was excited as I was looking for one and knew Jane’s level of detail would result in a stress-free wedding day. My wedding day flowed so smoothly and I had 0 stress or worries on my big day all thanks to Jane. She literally was around for every part to ensure I was fine, we stayed on time and the wedding went off without a hitch! Jane and her team did a fabulous job with all of our flowers. We had her team do everything- our bouquets, boutonnières center pieces/all table decor, aisle decor/flowers, and arbor swag. Her team was on time and set everything up wonderfully. To save money, we used pieces from our aisle, arbor, and my bouquet in our reception. Flowers are a huge expense in a wedding, but absolutely worth paying the pros. Jane was by far the best deal! She also had tons of decor pieces to add!The Wedding Woman's reply:

Absolutely beautiful flowers!
I hired The Wedding Woman to do my bouquets for my wedding and I could not be happier with them! Originally a family friend offered to do flowers and backed out at the last minute. I was so happy to find someone who was not only able to do it on such short notice, but who did such an amazing job at a very reasonable price. I really appreciated the fact that she didn’t try to up-sale or pressure me to get more than I needed. I was overall very pleased with not only the flowers but the service in general. Having Jane as our Day of Coordinator and Decorator was the best decision we could have made. Everything looked beautiful from the church ceremony to the reception tent, she left no detail undone! Absolutely amazing!
Jane and her team were absolutely AMAZING to work with during the wedding preparations and on our wedding day. . As a bride you want everything to be done perfect and your you want your vision to come to life. When i met with Jane, i didnt really know what i wanted my vision to be. I'm not really good with flowers so i wasn't sure what would be in season during my September wedding. But when i met with her, she was an absolute dream to work with. She was super patient with me and guided me through what all was needed, what was proper etiquette, what has been most popular in recent weddings, etc. During the planning process, i emailed Jane multiple times wanting to change a few things around, add/remove items. etc. and she was always super responsive every single time. By far the ONLY vendor I wasn't nervous about. I knew she was going to deliver an amazing set up. Her team came in the day of the wedding and just ROCKED it. The floral arrangements were the most beautiful flowers!! They were way more than i could have even asked for. The vases, candles, etc that we rented from her were all in the most perfect places that made my wedding feel and look like a dream. Gorgeous “Gatsby” style wedding!!!
Jane and her group designed all the flowers for my daughter’s Art Deco “Gatsby” style wedding. She met with the bride, groom and and listened to what we wanted but also offered helpful suggestions She is very knowledgeable was easy to work especially when we decided to change some centerpieces. I knew from my first meeting with Jane that she would be our florist! She saw my vision and really made it come to life. I didn't think that I could really get what I wanted with our tight budget but Jane went above and beyond! Our bouquets were gorgeous and the reception looked amazing. If we had it in our budget, I would have hired her for our wedding planner too. She is so knowledgeable about the industry and just wants you to have a perfect day! We had a few hiccups in the timeline due to issues with my caterer but I was able to give her the key to our venue and not worry about all of the details after that! Her team that cleaned up gathered items that we forgot after we left and I met up with Jane the next day to get my bouquet! Cindy Sent on 07/05/2018My daughter’s wedding day was amazing and we have The Wedding Woman to thank! I knew when we first met with Jane that she was the right choice for us. My daughter is an out-of-the box thinker! Jane listened to every idea my daughter had and then responded with how she could incorporate those ideas into a plan! The Wedding Woman’s creativity brought the ideas to life! The flowers and arrangements were truly unique. The bright colors were beautiful and matched the wedding colors to a tee. Jane even built an arbor exactly like my daughter wanted! My daughter’s job transferred her out of town four months prior to her wedding, which made communications with Jane a little delayed. Jane was very patient with us all! Jane was also our day of coordinator and did a fabulous job! I did not worry about anything and the wedding was flawless! With the bridesmaids from all parts of the U.S., they were a bit chatty, but Jane worked through it and everyone knew what they needed to do! Many attendees told me it was the best and most organized wedding they had attended! The Officiant said Jane was excellent and knew what she was doing! As mother of the bride, if you want to enjoy your daughter’s special day, you need Jane! I truly was relaxed and enjoyed the day from beginning to end! Thank you Jane and team! Ellen Sent on 06/22/2018Jane was the perfect choice for my wedding. She has been in the biz forever and really knows her way around a wedding. She takes the time to meet with you before hiring to hear what you are thinking, drafts a proposal which you can tailor to your wishes, and makes sure to keep in touch with periodically to keep you updated on what she is doing. She even made a last minute boutonniere in two seconds flat the day of my wedding because we were short. She doubles as a florist and a day of planner should you need one, and has TONS of additional decorations you can choose from to bring your vision to life. I'm so thankful to have worked with her, she really helped make my wedding everything I wanted it to be.

Erica Sent on 05/09/2018I couldn't have asked for a better florist. Not only was Jane more than willing to work within my budget, she took my vision and completely ran with it - in the best way possible! Her floral arrangements were above and beyond my wants and expectations.
In addition, she let me know the week of my wedding that she had some leftover garland from a wedding the previous weekend and asked if I wanted to use it - Talk about a great surprise!
