This company was simply delightful to work with. I had searched for days for the right toasting glasses for my daughter whose wedding in Big Bear was just two weeks away. They have such an enormous lot to choose from but finally I found unique birch glasses and cake cutting set to match their theme. The promised delivery date was within a few days before the wedding and I couldn't afford the rush charges so I sent an email the day after I ordered asking if indeed they would show up on time and they had already been shipped and arriving this week. My letter was answered within hours by a lovely Alicia who assured me everything would be perfect. I encourage to use this company and they have some clever ideas like personalized robes for the wedding party as well as toasting glasses for the best man and matron of honor etc. Don't hesitate with the Wedding outlet you wont regret it

We were married July 22nd. I ordered, really at the last minute I might add(the week before the wedding, the Bride and Groom Hershey Kisses. We received them as promised on 7/20/17. I can not express how cute they were. In fact, while we were setting up for the reception I had to remind my friends that the Kisses were for the reception, LOL! The price was very affordable and the delivery was spot on. I would recommend The Wedding Outlet to any of my friends that are planning a wedding. Thank you so much Wedding Outlet!!!

I recently purchased a blush pink ring bearer pillow, guest book and pen from the Elsa sequin collection. They are absolutely beautiful and my daughter is going to love them! I cannot wait to give them to her at her bridal shower!
I also ordered a monogrammed label for my daughter's wedding dress. Although the label was beautifully made, due to the script font that I picked, the number 3 in her wedding date looked more like an 8, so I requested a replacement. The prompt, courteous and professional customer service that I received was fantastic! I highly recommend The Wedding Outlet!

I was absolutely impressed with the service and the quality of the products I received!! I ordered two different napkins with the saying "best day ever" and in wine and they are so perfect!! The Wedding Outlet has everything one needs not only for a wedding but for a birthday celebration as well. The staff was very helpful, specially Emily, whom I constantly "bothered" until I found what I needed. She was very helpful and her patience was really tested and she passed with flying colors & such high marks! Should be commended for a job well done!

I purchased a cake/Knife serving Set- HH-27019. The set is designed well and was surprised to see that the design was on both sides of the cake server & knife handles. While the example font of Script S2L was a bit light and hard to read on the web page, I went with this font and was pleased with the result. Very nicely done. The only minor issue that I can address is that the cake server is not an exact match to the picture shown. The server shape is more like that of a pie server. Despite this it should be fine for serving cake. Given this minor detail, I gave the item a slightly lower rating. One added plus was the delivery time. I ordered the evening of March 4th and received the set on March 9th. Three business days. Not bad for standard shipping.

I have placed 3 orders with "The Wedding Outlet". They are so professional. Anytime there was a question IU got an email to confirm my request. The communication was amazing. Alicia was the best. The one time I had a question that couldn't be answered because it was Alicia's day off she immediately got back to me as soon as she was in to put me at comfort. I was hesitant at first reading some reviews. I decided to purchase my bridesmaid necklaces and a guest book, and I'm glad I did. Everything shipped and arrived in about one week! Everything looks great! Only 4 stars for the "value" though because the necklaces seem light, and the book which is leather bound smells funny. I am just so happy everything was correct and arrived in great time.

I ordered seven personalized robes on October 5 for a wedding in ten days. I paid a reasonable rush fee amount but I was still expecting a lot because I wanted the robes the 1-2 days prior to the wedding. I chatted with customer service and they assured me that they would monitor my order and make sure they delivered on time. Everything worked out (the timing, the quality, the personalization and the price was decent also). I would definitely use them again.

As soon as I got engaged, I started looking at all sorts of online wedding suppliers. I got my guestbook, personalized robes for the wedding party, personalized ring box and cake server set. All of which I ordered well in advance, because I plan ahead. The processing time for personalized items takes a bit, but just order at least a month out and you're all set. I keep checking back to see if they get new stuff. I have a few items bookmarked in my browser and if I get a high enough total for one of the awesome discounts they offer almost all the time, I put them in the cart and I'm good to go. I've had at least two different orders from this site and probably going for a third soon. I've never had a problem and I've been very impressed by the quality so far. Love this site.

I am updating my review below. I was contacted after submitting my complaint within my account online. Not sure if the complaint in the online account made the difference, posting a bad review or taking two days to read my original email was the reason for the response. After they researched my order and realized it had not left the FedEx location a new item was sent to me via FedEx 2 day delivery. I appreciate the rushed shipping after the issue was identified. The product itself is perfect and of good quality. I ordered the sand frame and it is exactly what I was looking for. It has easy to use instructions and a chart for measuring the sand properly. My only complaint would be their response to issues. The last thing a bride needs to be spending time on is tracking packages and tracking down a representative to deal with.

Original review: I ordered a sand frame online. I received an email two days later with a tracking number that my purchase was being shipped. When I checked on the tracking with FedEx a week later it still stated that a label was created but had not shipped yet. I promptly emailed the vendor at their info email address with no response. Two days later I emailed directly through the website. I am still waiting for an answer. Their toll free number gives you a recording with no ability to ever speak with a person. If you are going to conduct business online your email response system should be at the very least be responsive and professional.

I ordered a 3 ring binder wedding book for my daughter. We were looking for a book to put engagement photo, showers and a guest book all in one book. I also ordered the extra pages. The material on the front is not padded at all, but still looks nice. I could overlook that . The honeymoon page was on the front side of the new home page so only had 3/4 a page to write or place a picture
The extra pages I ordered will not fit into the small rings of the binder as it is filled already. Adding anymore pages makes them impossible to turn . We kept the book as couldn’t find many but was very disappointed for the$75 I paid so she could have a nice wedding book. Don’t list refill pages for the book if they can’t fit in.

I ordered the initial necklaces for 3 ladies in my wedding party. When I got them I was so disappointed because I thought they forgot to put the initials on them. When I looked hard like extremely hard I was able to see the initials very lightly. I asked to return them because what's the point if I can't read them and if I can't the ladies can't. For $22.50 plus tax I should be able to read what I paid for. They said because they were personalized they couldn't be returned..really!!!! They could have least offered to engrave them so that they were readable not just oh well your out of luck. I wouldn't recommend.

Do not order from this company!!! I ordered five bridesmaid robes (which I love the robes themselves!) but the costumer service was awful and ruined my opinion of them. I needed to exchange a size but they do NOT offer exchanges. When I ordered my robes, I used a promo code to get 15% off and received free shipping because my total was over $199. I returned the robe (had to pay to ship it back!) that was too small and received a refund of about $39. However, when purchasing the new size, I could not get free shipping because my total was less than $199. The company was unwilling to honor the first price I paid the first time and I had to pay about $20 more the second time ordering the robe. Only order from them if you’re positive you won’t need to make an exchange or return anything because they don’t care!

I have been having nothing but problems with the orders i placed with The wedding Outlet. First problem i had was with my cake topper. I ordered a Sexy African American bride and groom for my topper and i received a caucasian cake topper. I contacted the vendor and told them of the problem and they finally sent me the correct cake topper i ordered and can i say SEVERELY TINY. the topper looked like a little kids cake topper for their toy cake. so i contacted them again and i returned the item (waiting on my refund). The next problem which occur right after that is the hangers i purchased for my girls as a gift. The hangers are not cheap, the least they could of done is get the proper design on the hangers right. i ordered a total of 6 hangers and 5 of the 6 are INCORRECT and missing the design. At this point im so mad and frustrated because my wedding is not a week away and im still dealing with problems from this company. I would really hate to have another bride go through what im going through. Its stressfull enough to plan a wedding last thing i need is this.

First let me say I am happy to see that others have had a good experience with this company. I ordered personalized water bottle labels back in may. They first double charged me, then upped my order without permission or notification by 20 something labels. Well I have time to put them on until just last week and found that 50 were missing ( and I had just opened the package they weren't lost). So after about 4 days of explaining exactly what my problem was back and forth and them not understanding what I was trying to say and wanting photo proof before they would believe me, they finally sent the missing ones. I forgot to mention, the first set had two of the labels taken off the sheet and put on the outside of the package (2 labels I had paid for) - second batch same thing. So 4 paid for labels unusable. I emailed them Again and they want photo proof. I just don't understand why they would waste it in the first place, not the biggest deal but in top of everything else just the icing on the cake. Their customer service is relatively quick although it took 4 days for her to forward my problem to the people who could fix it with just days away, and now that's another last minute project I have to do. The quality is good, but the service just terrible.

I ordered the wine box from theweddingoutlet.com website. It stated on the listing that the delivery will be by July 5 the latest if shipped with regular mail. I placed the order on June 28th and paid $35 for rushed 2 days delivery. Today is July 5th and I still didn't receive my package. I checked the status of my order and it says it is still not shipped. There is no any indication on the listing that it will be shipped later or I need to give them some time for processing. Only that it will be delivered no later than 5th if shipped with regular mail. My wedding is on July 7th (a day after tomorrow). We are having a beautiful wedding ceremony with wine box. We are having this wedding filmed and also transmitted over internet so a lot of people who can't attend can see it live. Now I am devastated. There is no place I can run to buy another box and make it work for us. Last days before wedding are super hectic and busy. I literally have no time to go shop right now. There was a question when I was placing the order about the date of my wedding and how soon I want to receive the box.... WHY did I pay additional $35????? Didn't it ring the bell to check the order and to see how urgent it is?
I tried contacting the business. On their website they have options for: Live Chat, email, and phone number. NOTHING is useful! That chat button is not even clickable. Email is dead. Not responding. The phone number is only a useless voice answering machine which is not helping in any way. Beware everyone. Better place orders elsewhere. They only care about getting your money and then you just catch your luck with your order.

Wrong cooler sent

I ordered 16 coolers for groomsmen gifts and they sent 1 with the wrong color scheme but wouldn’t correct the order because the order was over 14 days old. Wedding time is busy and if I paid for a cooler it should be made as ordered or at least corrected.

I submitted an order for a cake knife set and guest book weeks before my wedding. When I realized that it hadn't shipped during the week of my wedding, I tried to call and cancel my order. Even though it was not shipped, they refused to cancel it. The package arrived while I was on my honeymoon. This company has very poor customer service, and others would be much better off shopping somewhere else.

I would not recommend this website to anyone who is concerned about the quality of the items they are going to receive. I would also not recommend this website to anyone who is under the time constraint of planning for a wedding. If you have over a year? Sure, take the gamble.

An item I ordered was placed on back order. This is not their fault although it would be more customer friendly for this information to be available real time on their website when you order as it does at any other place I have ever shopped. The problem was the breakdown in communication. Do not call the number, the number will just tell you to email and if a mistake is made and your email is not actually sent over the internet (as happened twice in my case) you will not find out where your items or money are.

The items I received were of very poor quality. The website looks so clean and professional where every item looks to be a piece from a wedding magazine spread, but the truth was very disappointing. The cake cutter was poorly fashioned with a hot glue gun, the guest book was a large bulky piece glued to a rather flimsy book which did not seem as though it would hold up to being opened and closed through the wedding let alone as a keepsake, and the wedding ring box had mistakes in the Mr / Mrs letters and looked damaged or returned by another customer.

In short, if you are planning a wedding spare yourself the headache. There are enough of them when planning for your special day.

By the way, they also do not provide free shipping return as most online stores do. Really, just avoid.

This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. After taking 3 weeks to ship the items I ordered, they added items to my order and billed me for them, and sent tarnished, scratched silver for the cake cutting utensils I ordered. When I tried to reach out to them several times, there has been no response. Their customer service number is all but useless, as it says they don't employ customer service to answer calls, and they don't respond to emails or online requests. This company is a total FRAUD! Don't waste your time or money here.

DO NOT order from this company!!!! I have ordered one item through this company previously, before I started having issues. Most recently, I ordered a cake serving set that came with custom engraving. When completing the information online on their website, I wanted mine and my fiance's name along with our wedding date (Ginger & Jake September 9, 2017). The package came in the mail yesterday and it only had our names and month of our wedding (missing the date and year). Who in the hell would order something like that? I immediately send the company an email to notify them of the issue. They respond via email today stating this was the way I input the information which is NOT CORRECT. I asked if they can issue a refund and I will return the item as I will have ZERO use for it now. They proceed to tell me they cannot issue a refund and will not accept a return (which I can understand because it is personalized) but they will give me 30% to RE-ORDER the same cake serving set again with the correct engraving. What a joke. Do yourself a favor and NEVER order ANYTHING from this website. I was planning on ordering ALL of my reception items from this company and I will gladly take my business elsewhere based on their lack of customer service. I have now wasted $75 on something I WILL NEVER USE and this company just came up on $75. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR! They have the worst customer service ever... I received the wrong color in something I ordered (it was completely different than what it looked like on the website) and time and time again they REFUSED to refund me my money. This place is a waste and has TERRIBLE customer service, they don't care about the customer one bit. STAY AWAY.

If I could provide no stars for this company I would. I placed an order with this company on May 26th and received an email advising that my order would be shipped within 1-2 business days. On May 29th, I contacted the company asking for a tracking number and was advised that it would be shipped on June 3rd. Not what I was told to begin with, but okay, that's fine. I contact the company on June 3rd and was told that my order would not be shipped for another 12 business days but no one could tell me why. I filed a complaint that same day with the BBB and Massachusetts AG office. Wouldn't you know that I miraculously receive an email from them advising that my order has shipped and I would receive it by the end of the day on June 5th. I received the order on June 5th with both items damaged. I contacted the company and they refused to assist me in providing me with a prepaid shipping label as well as providing a full refund for the order. They're policy is that they will provide a replacement only. Thankfully, my bank understood the situation and has issued a refund and is taking up the fight from here.

They offer low prices, I can see why. They offer the low prices to combat the terrible customer service that they provide. They claim that they are a small business and have too much overhead (this was stated to me by a supervisor, Danielle) and this is why they cannot issue refund. If that's the case, then you shouldn't be in business. I advise everyone to save themselves the trouble and avoid this vendor at all costs.
