    SO much fun! Our dance floor was packed all night!

    We already knew before booking, but The Walkens ROCKED it! They had an awesome playlist and Tod was so easy to work with. Highly, highly recommend!

    Professional & Easy to work with!

    After rescheduling our wedding 4 times during the pandemic, we sadly were not able to have the Walkens play at our wedding. However, they were so professional, supportive and easy to work with throughout so many changed plans, I wanted to give them a positive review. They really went above and beyond for us and I'd highly recommend them!

    The Best Band for Events in AZ!

    The Walkens are a beyond amazing group of musicians! They are so great at reading the crowd and know exactly what songs to chose to get everyone up and dancing! At our wedding, the dance floor was packed ALL NIGHT! Our first dance song was not on their music selection list and they learned it for us! Also, I wanted to do a surprise mash-up of two songs for the father/daughter dance and Tod and the band were able to do it seamlessly! We love you all! You literally rock!

    The Best Band Period!

    The Walken's was the band at a wedding I was the planner this May and let me tell you they are by far the best band around! They are amazing in every way and my favorite part was when they called up our bride to sing on stage and it was electric! I can not recommend them enough! Thank you Walken's Band! Events By Sloane will recommend you again and hopefully soon!

    The Best Wedding Band

    Have hired the Walkens several times and they were a must for my daughters wedding. They made the reception with all 160 people dancing all night. You can't go wrong with this band they are the best. I cannot say enough good things about them.

    Best band in AZ!

    Seriously the best band in AZ! They did such an amazing job at my wedding this year! Tod the band lead was great to work with and very professional, the band sounded amazing and really seemed to cater the song choices to the crowd since everyone was dancing literally all night (and most didn't even want to leave at the end of the reception!). Also, they learned our first dance song and played it on point! I was also worried since they would have to emcee the entire event as well, but they have a ton of experience at weddings clearly and that went flawlessly and they kept everything on schedule. I would highly recommend to anyone, and I will definitely hire them again for events in the future.

    The Walkens recently played at our daughter's wedding. They were spectacular! They made the reception so much fun by playing great songs that got everyone on the dance floor. They are true professionals and we would highly recommend them,

    The Walkens were absolutely amazing - Tod and the band did an excellent job from start to finish! Tod met with us prior to the evening to make sure we were comfortable with the flow of the event, sent us a list of songs to review, and at the wedding he read the crowd perfectly and kept the entire party dancing from start to finish. Everyone complemented how fun the band was! Thanks again!

    We chose the Walkens for our wedding and everyone in attendance said they were incredible! They truly made the evening a night to remember! They really are worth every penny! We've turned into fans and have attended their performances around the area. It's always a fun time! We HIGHLY recommend them for your wedding or special event.

    Five stars are not enough! I need 10! The Walkens are absolutely the BEST! The dance floor at our wedding was packed the entire night! The Walkens played something for everyone, and even accommodated requests on site. Tod is a total professional and was great to work with in the planning. The band on-site was spectacular! I can't tell you how many times that night and in the weeks following, I heard: "That band was AWESOME!!" I can't recommend The Walkens highly enough!

    The Walkens have played at our 25th anniversary and our daughters wedding. Both venues were at my house south of Tucson. They were the epitome of professional. They worked with us on the setlist and did everything we asked of them during the wedding and reception. The best example of how great this band is the following scenario. At our 25th wedding anniversary, in our backyard with about 60 people, they were going to play on a flatbed trailer in the middle of the yard. However, there was a huge rainstorm that started just after they arrived. The whole night could have been a disaster due to the storm. However being the professionals they are they concluded they could setup there equipment on the small to average sized covered patio. They played for hours and the crowd loved them. The Walkens totally saved the night. My daughters wedding was even better since the weather was better. They rocked the audience with great song after great song. My wife and I are very grateful and will look to hire them again in the future.

    100000% BOOK THEM TODAY!!!! The dance floor was PACKED all night with every age range of guest!! This was the vendor that I get asked the most about!! They were easy to communicate with, learned new songs, flexible, and insanely talented. We booked them as a 6 person band and it was the best decision. As a bride and groom, you want your guest to have a great time and we agree that this band MADE OUR WEDDING AMAZING! People are still RAVING about the bands weeks after the wedding!

    We had the Walkens perform during both our wedding ceremony and our reception. Throughout the entire process, there was open communication with Tod and he happily answered our many questions. Since we had a destination wedding in Tucson, we were not able to see them perform beforehand but we were very pleased. They Walkens were happy to learn our three song choices for the ceremony, and had an extensive set list we could choose from for the reception. They sounded great, and were more than happy to accommodate our last minute request. Being from Chicago, we happened to get married during game 7 as the Cubs were potentially entering the World Series. The Walkens not only made regular score announcements during the reception, but also let our guests come up and sing the Chicago win song after the Cubs won the game! Everyone at our wedding had a great time, and we got many compliments on the band! We would definitely recommend the Walkens for your wedding!

    "Wow!" " Fantastic!" " So much fun!"- our guests had an amazing time on our special day and our band "The Walken's" made the perfect finishing touch. The dance floor was packed, the song list was great and my fiancé and I asked for a few special requests and not only was Tod Miller helpful, but went out of his way to make sure those requests were met. I am beyond thrilled that we booked this band.

    Todd and the band members exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Not only were they the focal point of the evening, they stepped in to help with table service as the caterer fell behind. Our guests raved about them and their music was well planned and performed. I would highly recommend this group to anybody looking for live entertainment and an energetic pulse to their event.

    If six out of five stars were an option, that's what we'd choose for every category! We could not have asked for a better wedding band - the Walkens were fantastic. They were enthusiastic, professional, and incredibly fun. They have a great energy, and every song they played was well done. Communication leading up to the wedding was great - Tod was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. He answered all of our questions before hand, and we went into the night confident and knowing exactly what to expect. We had guests come up to us all night, and the following day, commenting on how much they loved the band, and what a great time they had dancing. We picked a song set that had a country / classic rock spin, and they totally nailed it - while also nailing every pop song that we threw onto the list. They truly made our night special and FUN. We'd recommend them to anybody and everybody, 100 times over.

    The Walkens brought the dance party!! It has been a month since our wedding and I am still getting compliments on how awesome the band was at our wedding! One thing my fiancé and I knew that we had to have at our wedding was a great band and The Walkens more than delivered. We planned our wedding from across the country and I was incredibly nervous about picking the right band, especially since I wouldn’t be able to see them play ahead of time. I could not have been more relieved with our decision to book The Walkens! The dance floor was literally packed all night. From our college friends in New York and Boston (ages 20/30s) to our parents’ friends (age 50/60s) everyone was dancing and singing along. The band even allowed my cousin with special needs to come up and sing with them which made our night! We opted to have Melissa join the guys as a female vocalist and she was amazing! A great addition! Do yourself a favor and book The Walkens for your wedding! You will not be disappointed!

    When we got engaged my fiance's "must have" was a band, he found The Walken's online and we were able to see them live as well. They were so incredibly easy to work with and were able to adjust the band count to our budget. We used them for acoustic during the cocktail hour and band for the reception. They sent an EXTENSIVE song list that we highlighted what we liked and they ran with it from there. They even learned our first dance song! We didn't have to worry about a thing other than provide a timeline...they were able to emcee and kept the crowd going. The dance floor was packed all night long, which was all we wanted! The Walken's were an incredible find, and I would recommend them ALL DAY LONG for your wedding. Absolutely perfect and all our guests thought so too! Hire them TODAY!!

    Hi,

    First off.....where do I begin to tell you how utterly fantastic you were!

    From working with you and the band at previous weddings, Rich and I knew exactly who we would select for our last child's wedding music. Having a live band was very important to us. We had gone to quite a few showcases that Ashlyn had set up when she came out and always kept coming back to The Walkens. Being wedding photographers ourselves for 25 years, the daunting task of just who can provide the entertainment that will make one of the most important days of your child's life something that will be fun, emotional and happy, I can't begin to explain just how important that was to us. Due to the fact that it was a destination wedding for everyone but us, as well as, Ashlyn and Ben not being able to come out a lot during the planning and then when she did come out, you then were sick and she couldn't hear you play, Ashlyn had to take a leap of faith. Both she and Ben have had nothing but accolades to say about how great the music was. I can't tell you how many friends and family came up to us remarking on how great you all were. When you played Pink Floyd for Rich, it was one of the musical highlights of his evening. We can't thank you enough for taking our wedding and making it the fun event we were envisioning.

    The Walkens played at my son's wedding at Los Poblanos Historic Inn in Albuquerque, NM. The venue was a small ballroom, and the band adapted beautifully. The sound was perfect, and everyone had a great time. Tod was wonderful in his communication, and the band was totally professional, charming, and fun. Thanks Tod...it was a magical evening!

    The Walkens were awesome and were definitely one of the highlights of our wedding. The music was so fun and working with them was a breeze. They were totally professional and responsive. They even learned a few new songs for us, which we really appreciated. If you are considering a live band, I highly recommend them!

    This is the third wedding in our family to use the Walkens, and once again all our guests were raving about them. They are so thoughtful and professional and go above and beyond. The selection of music was exactly what we wanted and had our guests dancing all night.

    I'm a big music guy and was pretty critical about choosing a band. These guys fullifilled beyond my expectations. Their price was extremely reasonable compared to other local bands and they were far better. They started as a 4 peice when originally booked and we later added a fiddler and 2 horn players (strongly recommended). We had about 3-4 songs that the band was kind enough to learn for us and they crushed them. Tod was a very cool and easy dude to work with and I could not recommend The Walkens more. Dance floor was always moving and our guests still rave about them to this day. Make sure they play their Led Zeppelin Medly!

    We came from Milwaukee to have a destination wedding in Phoenix with a small group of family and friends (50 people). Having The Walkens play on our big night was the best decision we made all wedding next to the spare rib mac & cheese! Tod was great to work with throughout the entire planning process and very accommodating. They played the best set list and absolutely crushed it! There was music played throughout the night that was fun for everyone at the wedding, and far exceeded expectations. A truly memorable experience!

    These guys are AWESOME! More people should include live music on their special day. Our guests of all ages truly enjoyed their music and they kept people on the dance floor all night. Our wedding was at a private residence and two of the neighbors came by to say the band sounded awesome from their back patios.

    The Walkens are simply the best! We love them! Amazingly talented musicians and entertainers. So very accommodating and friendly and easy to work with. Nicest guys. They get everyone on the dance floor no matter the age bc they are that good! Can't go wrong with The Walkens!

    You cannot go wrong with The Walkens! Simply the best! Truly talented people. Entertainment and music are unbelievably amazing. They are the nicest people and are super easy to work with and they are prompt communicators and extremely accommodating. People of all ages will be on the dance floor if you hire them.

    We hired The Walkens for our wedding at Royal Palms on 9/27/13 and they were AMAZING!!!! Even before the big day, Todd was so kind and accommodating! He made great recommedations from an entertainment standpoint, which actually made the "transitions" of our evening - from intros to dinner to toasts to dinner - absolutely perfect! Everyone danced the entire night! They are a MUST-HAVE for any event! HIRE THESE GUYS... you will be so happy! =)

    We immediately know they were our band. Tod and his band are amazing, hard working and talented musicians. Our wedding was at the Sanctuary so the venue was great, food amazing.....but everyone, and we mean EVERYONE is still talking about the band. We wanted a band that was personable and kept everyone on their feet dancing the whole night...and they were simply perfect. Would try and create an event just to have them play again!

    My daughter had seen The Walkens perform before and said that they are the band that she wants to have play at her wedding. She was absolutely right on. They were outstanding and the crowd loved their music. We had over 200 people attend the wedding which included all ages. People stayed and danced all the way up to the end of the evening. The mix of music was great.
    Tod was very responsive. Whenever I emailed him with questions or requests he immediately responded. Their set up was quick and professional looking. Very friendly guys who interacted with the audience very well. They accomodated all of our requests to use their microphone for annoucements and the various toasts and statements that were made. They even played quiet music during dinner when it wasn't part of the contract and they also had nice music playing from their IPad when they weren't performing.
    The band members were all outstanding musicians and the singing was great. I highly recommend these guys as they are professionals who are super talented.

    This band is INCREDIBLE. They played the best variety of music, and our guests danced all night. Tod is easy to work with, and they are great at reading the crowd. My only wish was that the night could have lasted longer!!

    Our wedding was the third wedding with The Walkens performing and was so happy with our decision. They play music that everyone can enjoy and certainly did at our wedding! They were AMAZING! I'd recommend to anyone!

    The Walkens are the best! They are fantastic musicians and Tod was a wonderful emcee for our wedding reception. He even accommodated a special request from my husband and the unique first dance he had planned for us. We had the most amazing time and our guests were telling us all night how awesome The Walkens were. I even had one guest ask me for their information so he can book them for an upcoming event. They kept the dancefloor hopping all night long, and we even got up there to sing with them on a couple numbers which was a BLAST! Hire them. I don't care what the event is, they will handle it with class and flair. They were one of the highlights of a perfectly amazing day.

    Booking The Walkens was one of the best choices we made for our wedding! As an amateur musician, I'm a bit particular about these types of things. I knew they would be good - but I didn't expect that they would perform a set that was musically flawless and incredibly exciting from the first beat. From vocals to guitar work, these guys flat-out rock. They played an fabulous array of tunes - there was something for everyone in our 140 person party. Additionally, Tod was an entertaining emcee and all the guys are respectful and immensely talented. Tod even took some extra pains to make sure that a music video I made for my wife would play perfectly for an unforgettable first dance. If you're thinking about hiring The Walkens for your event, get off the fence before the opportunity is gone. They're as solid as it gets.

    Band was amazing!!! They didn't take any breaks and the dance floor was packed all night. They even stayed an extra hour when no one wanted to stop dancing. Great wedding!!!

    This band will rock your wedding. EVERYBODY was dancing the entire night, on stage singing and dancing with the band. Several guests came up after the event raving about the band. Their playlist was awesome. Tod is a professional. This band made our wedding.

    The Walkens performed at our wedding and were absolutely amazing! It was one of the best and easiest decisions we made in planning our wedding once we heard them. The song selection was perfect and the dance floor was packed all night! We have received nothing but compliments on how talented and fun they were. It really made the night. Tod is an excellent MC and the whole process of booking and coordinating the evening was a breeze. We would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a band to perform at their wedding or event.     We had a 3 day destination wedding weekend in Wickenburg, AZ. Hailing from the east coast, we really wanted to accent our wedding night with a line up of country music. Todd and the Walkens rocked our wedding! from the first dance to the encore at the end, everyone had a blast dancing (not specifically what i had in mind, but they made it happen!). The band read the crowd, and played just the right numbers to keep everyone moving. and to top it off, two sets of grandparents wouldnt get off the dance floor! i am so glad i found them!

    The Walkens were amazing! We had guests from all across the country and the UK that came to our wedding. People are still talking about how great our band was! As a bride, my girls and I were literally picking out songs at the last minute that we wanted them to play as I had just run out of time from all of the planning. I sent over the email early in the AM of our wedding day to Tod. Then, later in the day we realized that I forgot to attach the spreadsheet with our songs that we wanted people to dance to. My husband and I met with Tod right before dinner and named a few things that we didn't want and things that we wanted. We basically told them to run with it and they nailed it! The point of this story is that we didn't even need to tell them and to be honest, I wasn't even scared or worried about it, which is huge on your wedding day! They worked the crowd, were awesome MC's and had us dancing all night!! I can't say enough good things about them. Super professional and for sure a class act. Love them!!!! Thank you again for making our special day amazing for not only us, but our guests!

    The Walkens are amazing! They kept our wedding rocking all night long with a wide variety of music. We received countless compliments from both our young and elderly guests. We had a technical issue with our iPod during our first dance. Tod immediately downloaded our song AND special software to speed up the tempo. The Walkens went above and beyond to accommodate our specific requests and even played for an extra hour! Tod is an excellent MC. He brought excitement and humor, and ran the entire night smoothly. The Walkens will add an incredibly fun atmosphere and will keep your guests on the dance floor and make your party a night everyone will remember!

    Everyone danced all night! Our guests said as soon as a song finished, The Walkens played another great tune. We couldn't have been happier with the Walkens. The song we chose for our first dance was not on their play list, but they learned it and played it beautifully!

    One word: AMAZING. Everyone who attended our wedding still talks about The Walkens. Searching for a good band for our wedding seemed nearly impossible. There were dozens and dozens of cheesy bands, but no one that we would actually enjoy watching UNTIL we came across The Walkens. We went to see them in person during a public gig and left the venue so relieved and thrilled to choose them for our big day. They were easy to communicate with throughout the process, were reasonably priced, and most importantly, EXTREMELY talented. Plus, the guys were a lot of fun too. :) The Walkens really made our wedding the fun, relaxed atmosphere that we wanted. We're looking forward to going to another gig of theirs soon just for fun. I HIGHLY recommend them for any event or party.

    I cannot believe that I booked this amazing band for the price that I did. I am still getting compliments to this day about how perfect the band was for my wedding. They were so much fun and were the highlight of the night. I was unsure of who I would have make introductions, etc. and the band was willing to do it within a weeks notice. On top of everything they were extremely nice and responded to my emails right away. I could not give a higher recommendation!

    The Walkens absolutely rocked our wedding reception. Many of our guests said they had never seen so many people dance at a wedding and they wanted to know who the band was. The Walkens were fun and easy to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to cut a rug.

    Honestly the best decision we made for our wedding! These guys are absoultely amazing, and they even learned our wedding song. The play a wide variety of music and even offer DJ services during their breaks. We have received so many compliments on our wedding band... they totally made the night! They are reasonably priced and very professional. They are the best wedding band in Phoenix!

    The Walkens were AMAZING! It is a week later and our guests are still talking about how great the band and the music were. They had everyone up and dancing all night long, and their song list was filled with choices. They were flexible and fun. The perfect combination of not taking themselves too seriously, but being professional and not goofy or cheesy. They even managed to get people dancing, while we stalled a few minutes for my sister to give her toast. Tod was professional, courteous, and just generally fun. We will be using them again for our Christmas party!

    The Walkens were awesome! They rocked our party all night long and our guests even asked for an encore! They worked with the songs we requested and only took one break during our cake cutting. If you're looking for a great party with a lively band that is reasonably priced The Walkens are your band!

    I would highly recommend The Walkens for your personal or business event! Their music is varied and not only delights the crowd--but OVERWHELMS them. No one leaves the dance floor--they ROCK the house for sure. They will work with you on special music and completely take your event to the next level!! What fun.     The Walkens were fantastic. My friends and family are still talking about how great they were and what a fun party we had. Tod was very responsive and accommodating to everything we needed.
