  Perfect choice for our desert wedding

  The Vow Keeper team was so helpful and responsive from the beginning that I knew they were the right choice for me, Their prices are so reasonable and everything they did for us involved so much care and personalization. There was never a confusing moment with working with them, and the wedding day itself was seamless and perfect. We loved working with them and would advise any couple getting married in the area to use their services.

  Great Experience, Professional, Knowledgeable

  We had a great experience with Charlotte! She was professional, friendly, informative, and personable. She was willing to share her knowledge and advice when needed, and she was just a lot of fun. She is very knowledgeable about marriage in the state of CA and all the paperwork involved with getting married. She makes the process and stress-less as she can, which we can all appreciate. I would absolutely recommend her services. Thank you for everything!

  Dreamy desert spontaneous wedding come true!

  On thanksgiving weekend, as we were staying with our friends at their beautiful Joshua Tree residence, my partner of 8 years and I decided to spontaneously get married. Our friends, who often host wedding parties at the residence (NoWhere California), called Charlotte, who regularly officiates weddings there. Charlotte was immediately down with our crazy plan, and made it seem like the most natural and easy process. She was incredibly flexible, our communication was clear and concise, she gave us all the explanations and choices necessary to make it exactly the wedding we wanted to have. She arrived the next day, on time, with a soothing and warm energy. Her words at the ceremony set the mood for us to connect to our hearts and exchange personal vows. Charlotte took beautiful pictures of us before and during the ceremony, and even gifted us an embroidered handkerchief - memories to last a lifetime. After the wedding she emailed us with all the necessary documents, photos and explanations. We could not ask for a better experience! 10/10. We wholeheartedly recommend using the vow keeper's services for your wedding.

  Best decision we made for our JT elopement!

  Hiring Charlotte was the best decision that we made while planning our wedding. She has such a warm, calming presence, and gave us priceless advice about our ceremony, the park and our marriage license. We thought about having family officiate but we are so glad we chose a local with experience, and Charlotte is just the kindest lady. She made sure that we were present and got to take in the moment, and when our photographer had trouble with her camera during the ceremony, Charlotte saved the day and let us use hers. Hire her, you will not regret it!

  Couldn’t have asked for anything more

  Charlotte is wonderful !!!
  She was always great at getting back to me promptly, walking me through the process and sending helpful reminders.
  On the wedding day she came with her husband Larry who took photos of our ceremony. Afterwards they both took photos and helped us capture our day beautifully!!
  They were both extremely kind and loving people with calm energy which we needed. No matter how prepared you are, the emotions of such a beautiful day and loving experience can be powerful.
  The fee is very reasonable for both Ceramony and photography. I used one of her makeup/hair vendors and was really happy with that choice too.
  Charlotte has carefully vetted all her vendors which was also very helpful considering I don’t live locally.
  A million times!!! Don’t hesitate to hire The Vow Keeper!!!

  Charlotte is absolutely amazing! She worked with everything we wanted for our perfect day including adding in our perfect extras like the Lasso wedding on top of the Christian ceremony! She has lots of different ceremony choices and works with anything you want to make your day the way YOU want it! The photos turned out beautiful! She didn't just take photos but she found places to take pics that were perfect! I definitely recommend The Vow Keeper to anyone looking for the most amazing special day ♡

  From day one she was helpful, responsive, patient, knowledgeable and delightful.
  Her warmth and compassion was evident from the moment we reached out to her to the completion of the ceremony.
  She went above and beyond to make the day perfect for us and made everything so smooth that we had nothing to be worried about.
  The instructions were clear and concise through the entire process and all the stress was taken out of the day.   Charlotte was wonderful to work with and so willing to work with my changing schedule. There was a sandstorm the morning of my wedding and she called to make sure everything was okay and was still going to meet us in JTNP for our wedding if that's what we wanted. She was so personal and sweet. Charlotte even gave us vials to put sand, from the spot we got married, into them. I would definitely recommend hiring her as your officiant!!

Planning our day with her was seamless. She really took her time in making our that our day would be what we were needing. She also provided so many suggestions for us as far as vendors and made it extremely helpful planning our ceremony out of state.
  
  On our actual ceremony day she allowed us the space to really make it special and our own. It is obvious how much she genuinely cares for her couples.
  
  We would highly recommend Charlotte if you are looking for an officiant in Joshua Tree or surrounding areas.

  Charlotte was professional, kind, personable. A great all-around presence for our special day. I was apprehensive of how it would turn out, having basically a stranger in a super private wedding with just the immediate family. But Charlotte was able to put us at ease and guided us exactly what we needed to do. She was generous with her time and her photo taking as well and captured many special moments.

Since we were from out of state, the amount of information she provided for us to ensure our wedding day went smoothly was much appreciated. I cannot overstate how much she made our elopement special, and we will cherish our memories of that day for years to come.

  We hired Charlotte almost a year out from our wedding and she was so accommodating every step of the way.
  
  I rescheduled the ceremony timeline multiple times and she never once made a fuss. She really wanted to help make our day as special as she could. Last minute I was in need of chairs and she came through by providing her own beautiful vintage chairs for us to rent. She also took some very nice photos of us and even gave us cute little tubes so we can collect the earth from the ground where we married.
  
  If you are considering her - go for it. Her vows are plentiful to choose from and she really allows you to personalize the entire experience. My family and friends were so touched by our ceremony. I cant thank her enough!

  We didn't have any family members for our elopement ceremony - due Convid-19 and distance - but Charlotte made us feel like home. I felt like my mom was doing our votes. She was so kind to us. She understood our needs since the beginning, and she was there to help us solve any problems. She was on time, I highly care about that because late people make me nervous and anxious especially on my big day. We highly recommend her for elopement in Joshua Tree National Park, she knows everything about that place.

  Charlotte made our special day so pleasant. Working with her made the process so nice and easy. Whether it was asking any little question about the process or finalizing the ceremony details, she took care of it.
