We had our wedding at Van Patten this past weekend and it was amazing! I can't imagine the day of without Kim's help and reassurance. The venue and staff were amazing. Kim's communication throughout the whole wedding process was so helpful.

We did not end up going with Van Patten for our wedding, but Kim made such a fantastic impression on us I wanted to give them a 5 star review. She was so lovely and kind, straight forward and honest, she really put us at ease. The place is beautiful --we looked at nearly every local golf club and this was far an away the best looking inside, plus a great patio and grounds. Their pricing is very fair for the area, and it seems their team would work a wedding like a well oiled machine. Definitely worth checking out!!

My husband and I chose Van Patten after attending a birthday party there. It was a different location than the usual wedding hot spots. It had the look and feel we were looking for.
Ultimately what sealed the deal for us was Kim, she went above and beyond for us and really helped shape the wedding of our dreams. She was so responsive to my million emails and questions. She really took out any stress that I could have encountered.

I knew I wanted to have my wedding at Van Patten once I walked in and met Kim. She made me feel so comfortable with her and seemed just as excited as I did. She was always so quick to respond to me and made everything I asked for work. The grounds are gorgeous and the staff was so friendly and sweet. I loved simply everything about Van Patten and my wedding day. Couples that attended our wedding want to have events there because of how perfect everything was! Thank you so much for everything!!

There is not enough time in the day or room on this page to explain how amazing our wedding was at The Vista. We met Kim five years ago while planning my baby shower and from that second, we knew that when the time came, she was going to be a part of our special day. She answered all of our questions within a business day, was super flexible with the meal (we had a number of kids under 5 AND people with gluten allergies), opened the bridal suite to the girls early the day of, offered drinks and snacks, cleaned up after a wild night while managing to not lose a thing, and even put flowers on my cake!!! Our wedding - the ceremony space, cocktail hour, and reception space were out of this world beautiful. The bar staff was super friendly - all of our guests raved about the open bar and staff behind it. By far, the best night of our lives and we owe it to Kim. She's professional, knows the wedding industry, and will give you an honest opinion. She's sweet, hilarious, and so much fun! If there was a wrinkle in anything that day, I knew nothing about it. She handled everything with ease and grace. The Vista at Van Patten is, without a doubt, the best kept wedding venue secret. THank you for making our day PERFECT in every way. Love, Brad and Meagan

The moment my husband and I met with Kim, the wedding coordinator at Van Patten, we knew we had found our dream venue. Leading up to and on the day of, Kim and her staff at Van Patten (along with the beautiful grounds) did not disappoint! Kim was attentive and involved from the very first time we met her and our day was absolutely perfect! Any time we emailed or called, Kim provided an immediate response. Any time I had a worry or concern, Kim was there to ease my mind. I knew everything would be taken care of the day of, and my expectations were exceeded. On the day of, the wait staff could not have been more attentive, friendly, and helpful. They frequently checked in on us and our guests and all of our guests RAVED about the food and the service. The outdoor tent provided the most gorgeous ceremony as the sun set behind us as we said our vows. The cocktail room and ballroom provided the most exquisite canvas that needed only a few decorations. Since the entire grounds were closed for our day, our guests had more than enough room between the bar area, outdoor patio, and ballroom to move and groove or enjoy a nice beverage or cigar on the patio by the fire pits. I could go on and on about the grounds, the venue, and the staff at Van Patten. My husband and I cannot thank them enough for providing us with the most perfect day that we will cherish for the rest of our lives!! EXCEPTIONAL!

The Vista was not only an absolutely gorgeous place to have our wedding reception but Kim the manager was phenomenal. She was wonderful to work with and implemented all of our visual requests. The staff was amazing, the food delicious and the service very professional. We loved it here!!

Absolutely amazing! Our guests called for weeks after our wedding to comment on how great the food was, how pretty the ballroom was and that they didn't even remember seeing the wait staff around. We loved working with Kim. She was always readily available to answer questions and help us plan. Everything was perfect and their prices are extremely reasonable!

We were very pleased with The Vista at Van Patten. Kim was very easy to get ahold of and accommodating throughout the whole planning process. We worked with Kim during our final planning meeting to customize aspects of our menu, and everything turned out wonderfully. Kim and her staff were fantastic on the day of our wedding. Our personal waitress was so attentive to our needs, and we never had to even look at the bar without her coming to our "rescue." We received many positive remarks from our guests, commending the food selection and quality. Definitely not traditional banquet food. The staff at the Vista, is well versed in the timing of a wedding reception and worked well with our other vendors. We couldn't have been more pleased with our decision to book with the Vista, Kim and her wonderful staff.

The Vista has a versatile space to accommodate small and large weddings, as well as many other events. My wife has always been pleased with their service level and food quality, having coordinated women's events and attended larger weddings at The Vista.

We were able to reserve their smaller dining room for our intimate (thirty people) wedding and reception. Their event director, Kim, was very friendly, and genuinely excited for our wedding. Their menu options were unique (we opted for a Summer-tropical buffet menu). The in-house selection of tablecloth and linen colors was above average (not too few nor too many options) which was fine by us because we were looking for something simple, and did not want to mull over 87 shades and hues of slightly-off-white.

Kim and the Vista staff did a tremendous job for our event. We still hear from our family and friends how they enjoyed the intimate setting they provided for us.

I can't say enough great things about the amazing job Kim did for our wedding! She was very organized and answered my questions very quickly. The grounds are beautiful and they even had a fountain installed for the pond a few days before our wedding which made the tent ceremony even more beautiful. She was open to anything we asked for and was a lot of fun to work with. The day of our event EVERYTHING was set up exactly as I wanted and she kept us right on schedule and checked in to make sure we were taken care of. Everyone there was very pleasant. Our photos are so colorful .. the greens are so brilliant! You are the ONLY EVENT for your day. They have the tent, a room for the cocktail hour, another for the bar with other pub height tables, the ballroom, a huge bridal party room and a huge patio out back ... AND IT IS ALL YOURS. Wonderful place and great people. I'm happy to say that everything was just as I wanted for our wedding and Kim & the Vista at VanPatten were a big reason why it was so great. Thank you!

We had our wedding at The Vista at Van Patten Golf Course on Friday evening, May 4th. They did an outstanding job. From the first day I contacted them, over a year before the wedding, up until the day of, they were completely attentive and met all my needs. Kim put me at ease immediately. Every email I sent was responded to within minutes to days at most. Even though I changed ideas & vision of how the evening would go about 18 times, it was always met with reassurance that it would go smoothly and every change was accepted without feeling like I'd put them out. Kim was so professional, yet so kind in all our interactions. Between us we have 4 young children and she was always pleasant with them and patient enough to go over all my questions. The venue was clean, bright, beautiful and the staff was all courteous. Our guests commented that everything at The Vista was so beautiful and that the food was all excellent. Our photographer got breathtaking pictures with their beautiful outdoor golf course. I highly recommend this as a wedding venue and am so glad that our special day was celebrated at The Vista!

We visited 6 venues in a weekend and knew The Vista was the one as soon as we toured the space. The beautiful big windows, three indoor areas (bar, restaurant which becomes cocktail hour space, and ballroom) provided so much room for our guests to enjoy. The tent pavillion was beautiful but when rain kept us inside, they did a beautiful job converting the restaurant space into our ceremony area. Our pictures came out beautiful with the landscape of the golf course as our background. The food was delicious and guests enjoyed having multiple meal options. Kim was responsive and easy to work with throughout the entire process.

Working with Kim, Jackie, and the rest of the staff at the Vista was a pleasure. They were responsive, flexible, creative and professional. Kim made planning our wedding easy and as stress free as could be. Jackie and her team were creative in displaying our decorations to make the ceremony and receptions areas look beautiful. We got married outdoors, under the tent, in front of the pond with the fountain. It is an absolutely gorgeous spot and made for amazing photos. Guests loved being able to mingle inside and on the patio during cocktail hour and the reception. The views from the windows in the reception room and from the overlooking the golf course are breathtaking. All of the food was delicious. We received great feedback about the food and venue from many guests who had never attended a wedding there before. If you are looking to get married outdoors but want the flexibility to move indoors for the reception (and still have awesome views of the outdoors and the ability for guests to continue to mingle outdoors on the patio), The Vista is the perfect venue.
