My now husband and I recently had our wedding at The Vista at Applewood, and overall, it was a magical experience! The venue's picturesque setting, with its charming indoor architecture and well-maintained landscaping, provided a perfect backdrop for our special day. From the facilities and amenities, to ample parking, to our bridal and groom suites, exceeded our expectations. Mackenzie, the director and coordinator of events at The Vista was exceptionally responsive and professional, making the planning process seamless. The catering service showcased a delightful menu, and our guests couldn't stop raving about the delicious food. The venue's flexibility in allowing us to personalize the décor contributed to creating a unique and beautiful ambiance. The Vista provided such a great value for the price. Our overall experience at The Vista was unforgettable!

We've recently had a destination wedding at the Vista and couldn't be any happier. The views are amazing, and the food is delicious, and the venue spacious!

Mackenzie was extremely helpful and accommodating to our requests and provided prompt responses. As we were not from Colorado, Mackenzie provided a very detailed tour over the venue as well as the pricing break down over a zoom meeting. We were sold right away! When we did our wedding tasting, we knew immediately that this place was the one!

My husband and I had a beautiful ceremony. Mackenzie was great and helped us with all the local spots for pictures. She was very organized for the rehearsal dinner as well. I did not have to do a thing for the rehearsal dinner or the day of the wedding.

Mackenzie and the entire staff at The Vista at Applewood Golf Course were simply the best. Everyone was so helpful and made our day so special. The outdoor wedding ceremony space is perfect and ideal for anyone wanting a beautiful Colorado wedding! I can't say enough great things about our experience with the venue. Again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We hosted our 1-yr wedding anniversary at the Vista for 110 guests. From day 1, it was very easy working with Mackenzie. She provided us with all the information we needed and because she was very flexible and accommodating to any adjustments we had, we felt comfortable and confident with our decision to host our reception here. She provided us with clear deadlines and the total cost was transparent; there were no hidden fees and we never felt like we were caught off guard by any transactions.

We appreciated how thorough she was throughout the planning process and how she offered insightful recommendations, such as rearranging the program so that the transition between events were well-organized and ran more smoothly with the catering team. She even created customized drink tickets to give out during our event. On the event day itself, Mackenzie and Zoe stayed for the majority of the evening to ensure everything went smoothly. The view was beautiful, food was delicious and the catering staff were very efficient. We sincerely enjoyed being able to celebrate our 1-yr wedding anniversary and appreciate The Vista team making it such a memorable day for us.

My husband and I were looking for a venue pretty close to our date we picked and The Vista was so accommodating and professional. They helped us run through all the details and kept great contact. We ended up having such a beautiful day and were able to take amazing photos at the venue. It was fabulous! Highly recommend.

Amazing all inclusive venue! Food was incredible, staff was great, and location was beautiful. It was easy to customize our reception to our liking, and the day-of execution was perfect!

We loved having our wedding at the Vista. The entire team was wonderful to work with and were super helpful. They went through a couple of staff changes with their event directors leading up to our wedding but they made sure we were in the loop every step of the way to make sure nothing got missed. Every single person we met with were so kind and even offered to help reach out to another vendor we were having trouble with in order to ensure everything went smoothly on our wedding day. We were lucky enough to have the all-day coordinator and it was totally worth it. The staff made our wedding vision come to life and everything went off without a hitch the day of. I would absolutely recommend working with The Vista!

Due to wildfires, my daughter's mountain wedding had to be changed to Applewood the weekend before the wedding. Savannah and Ashley worked very hard and did a great job with the transition. Everything went smoothly and was beautiful on such short notice. The food is the best I have had at a wedding. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in light of the quick changes. Savannah was at the venue and available from morning to late at night!

The Vista at Applewood Was absolutely amazing! Savanna and the rest of the staff was out of this world helpful! My husband and I wanted a simple yet fun wedding and they made it happen! We didn’t have to worry about the small details or anything really. We basically showed up and enjoyed our day! Savanna is a dream come true when it comes to an event coordinator! She’s brilliant and very easy to work with! I cannot day enough great things about this venue and the staff! I would do my wedding day over and over again just so I could use this venue! I highly recommend The Vista!

They did an AMAZING job, especially with the pandemic! Made sure all of our needs were met! The days leading up and the day of were completely stress free due to the team at The Vista at Applewood!

The staff was so special. They went out of there way to make dreams come true as much as possible. Took care to listen to our wishes and listening to what we asked for and putting it in priority as what we could make happen. You could not ask for more that they gave. So great full for all that they did to make the day so very special. AND the food is more than amazing. Really past great..

This venue is the perfect place to get married. Now I lead with that sentence meaning every word. I mean PERFECT. The staff was beyond kind and accommodating. They were able to provide a safe and pleasant experience while still observing all guidance from the CDC. It made for a perfect day at THE perfect venue. Look at the pictures, envision the sunset. It’s amazing. Thank you Savanna and staff!!!

They were awesome, we had to plan an event short notice and they put it together in no time. Beat our expectations and provided a beautiful venue excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Our coordinator Savanna was attentive and helpful. Couldn’t recommend more!

Ashley and her team at the Vista made my wedding day absolutely perfect despite COVID-19. They were incredibly responsive and stayed on top of the local guidelines. They were ready to bring the catering to another location for a smaller wedding if we couldn't have it at the golf course. My photographer backed out last minute and they found me another photographer whose photos turned out to be absolutely amazing! I was so impressed by everyone working there and how much work they put into my special day. The venue is beautiful and while very accessible, it still feels very private. I would recommend this wedding venue to anyone who wanted to get married on a golf course.

The Applewood Golf Course was my favorite location to have my wedding. Being from out of state, we were only able to book and communicate online and on the phone, but everyone at the Applewood Golf Course was so helpful and friendly. When we had to switch our wedding date due to COVID, they were so reassuring and made everything possible. The venue is gorgeous and we had a wonderful wedding day. All of the staff were so nice and friendly. They ensured the safety and well-being of all of our guests throughout the entire day. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day at the Applewood Golf Course! Thank you again to Savanna, Jenelle, Jerry and Rick and the rest of the staff!

The Vista was over the top fantastic to work with and went above and beyond for our wedding! From our first meeting with Keely to our wedding day with Tatum, nothing was left for us to do! I don't think they could have made anything easier. They went over everything with us throughout the entire yearlong process for planning our wedding and over delivered! The wedding venue was beautiful and the reception was fantastic! Every guest could not speak more highly of how much fun they had and how perfect the venue was for us. The food was delicious and everyone complimented that they definitely did not leave hungry. Keely was a blessing to work with and had great ideas for us through the planning process. It felt like we'd known her for years! Tatum kept everything moving on our wedding day and made what is usually a busy and stressful day so much fun and easy! During our big day, every time we thought of something and brought it up to Tatum she had already taken care of it, so we truly didn't have to think of anything! Our guests complimented Tatum and the staff for their professionalism and the fun they created for everyone to enjoy! We couldn't be happier and would, without a doubt, have any event we're planning at The Vista! Don't walk, but RUN to see all they have to offer for your big day. I guarantee that you WILL NOT be disappointed! We were 110% delighted with our day and thank Keely, Tatum, and all the staff at The Vista for making our wedding day something that we'll remember for the rest of our lives!

The vista was a perfect venue for an out door wedding. It has a lovely golf course, and a great background of the table top mountains. They way they set up for outdoor weddings is perfect. Unfortunately on my wedding day it rained, poured even w/thunder and lighting. I then lost it but the staff just took it all in and kept going. I appreciated there help, and understanding. Food was great. My only complaint was the music vendor. The DJ they sent messed up my entrance music, which is noticable in a smaller space, and didn't use a good amount of songs from my list which they have you make?! I was upset and gave them a bad review. They played a few songs but that was it, then the other songs weren't even me and my husband style, I heard some rap music which i didnt have ok n the list except for an old old song for wedding party entrance. They made me waste my time and probably thought I wouldn't realize it but I did. The music vendor was A plus music and they work with the venue and had really good reviews, but I guess that's based on who they want to give really good service to. I reviewed them on my vendor part in full. So if you go with the Vista just know you don't have to go with the music vendor.
Keely and the rest of the team were awesome and they made a day that wasn't going too great way better than I could've imagined.

We had Keely as our wedding coordinator, and she was truly amazing. Handled everything the day of the wedding and helped us so much with the preparation and planning. Anything you needed to get done for the setup, she jumped in and took over so we didn't have to worry about it. During the reception, she and her staff were professional and attentive while still remaining "behind the scenes". The food was great, all of our guests commented about the buffet being so good. They had a lot of menu options for us, and the room was set up perfectly for our size crowd. Thanks to everyone at the Vista for the way they helped make our day special!

I am a wedding planner who was planning a personal wedding for a family member and came across this gem when looking for venues. Savannah was the first person I came in contact with at the venue and was incredible to work with. Unfortunately she is no longer there but I talked to Ashley who is the sales manager I believe and she was equally as great to work with. They made the process so easy for the couple. On the wedding day, we had to make changes last minute because of rain as we had to go with plan B and have the ceremony inside but Jeff (the catering sales manager) got their whole team to turn the room around in time for guests to come in for the ceremony. When it was time to turn the room around for dinner, they did an exceptional job in getting the room ready on time. They were very flexible in working with us on plan B to make this as magical as possible for the couple. Their food was absolutely delicious and the staff was great making sure everyone had a water and drinks! I will say that this was a great wedding and the staff made it possible. As a planner, I've been to venues that are hard to work with, that a rain plan could have been a drag for them to change plans last minute, but the staff at The Vista was on top of it all. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married close to Denver with great views of the mountains, great food and a great staff! Seriously, the staff can really make a difference on wedding days and they sure did!

I literally cannnot day enough good things about Keely and the staff at The Vista at Applewood.

From our first visit with Keely to our wedding day was about 7 weeks. Keely was absolutely amazing to work with. I had no idea what I needed to do or when it needed to be done. Keely has tons of experience and was always happy to provide suggestions for vendors and make sure everything was on track. She kept in touch and even helped locate specialty items like an amazing rose gold tablecloth for our cake table. I honestly don’t think I could have pulled off such an amazing wedding without her!

The venue is absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately we got the one snowy day in like 6 weeks and could not use the outside ceremony space but we took some photos near it (in the snow) which I think will be gorgeous. The inside is well maintained and many of our guests commented on how nice it was. The food was amazing and nobody went hungry with the buffet options provided.

But better than the venue was the staff who helped us set up, keep things going and finish up the night. Tatum and Heather went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Every staff member was friendly and wonderful to the guests.

I would absolutely recommend this venue! My wedding day would not have been as amazing without the staff at The Vista at Applewood.

The Vista at Applewood Golf Course far exceeded our expectations of any wedding venue we toured, and we feel as though we got more than our money’s worth. Keely went above and beyond to ensure that not only was everything organized but she helped to bring our wedding vision to life. She was quick to respond to all inquiries and was very helpful in talking through all options with us. Jeff, the food and beverage manager, spent the entire evening sprinting around the reception hall ensuring that everything went off without a hitch, while also constantly checking on my husband and I to see what we needed. The food was outstanding and Chef gave us one of the most delicious meals of our life (the appetizers are to die for and the steak was perfect). The entire staff was professional, friendly, and provided outstanding service not only to us and our wedding party but our guests as well. Furthermore, the venue and the view itself is absolutely amazing - it has the real "Colorado feel" we were looking for and provides spectacular views from afternoon into the evening hours. I cannot tell you how many comments our guests made about the beauty and service The Vista at Applewood provided us. I would wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend this venue for your wedding or any large event!

We were so happy with our experience at the Vista. Keeley and Tatum and the whole staff were amazing to work with. Our guests commented on their friendliness and attentiveness. The food was great. Everything was perfect!

The team at Applewood was beyond amazing! They were there for us every step of the way! When we found out the catering manager was leaving two months before our wedding, I’ll admit I was a bit nervous. Jeff, the head bartender, sat in on our tasting to make sure the transition was seem less! Keely then stepped in and we knew we were in excellent hands! Every single person at Applewood made our guests feel at home and, because of them, our day was absolutely perfect!!!!

Applewood is a great two-in-one! They provide the catering and the chef is out of this world! He accommodated our nut free and gluten free friends. The food at the cocktail hour was phenomenal and our friends and family cannot stop talking about how absolutely delicious their dinner was!
