  Working with the owner, Tim, made choosing The Villa by Villa Park Catering an easy decision for our Jan. 2017 wedding. I highly recommend this venue for any bride (or any party-planner for that matter) who wants a stress-free event that is beautifully decorated with food your guests will be sure to enjoy. We met with Tim many times to secure the perfect package (with awesome selections) for our wedding. His prices are great for the peace of mind you get with working with him. Tim took care of the cake, food, bar, the atmosphere, the table/chair/linen set-up and take down, and much more. There were never any surprise charges and he was very transparent about what was and was not available or permitted.
  
  He allowed us to enter the day before to set up since there wasn't another party booked the Friday before our wedding. The space was very clean and elegant and housed our 160-guests with plenty of space to spare. He responded to emails quickly and was easily reached on the phone. He even set up a tasting for me and my fiance to choose between 2 different main courses. The only setback was the company's inability to accommodate guests with gluten intolerance. However, he did suggest that we could provide our own meal for them and he could serve it but that was my only complaint! I am still having guests ask me "What is that man's mashed potato recipe?!" and share that "The chicken chateau was moist and flavorful throughout every single bite! Amazing!". Overall, 5 stars. Highly recommend.

  The Villa was amazing! Kathy, Tim and all the staff were so helpful and supportive. The price was very reasonable and quality and taste of the food was exceptional. I will definitely be recommending everyone to use The Villa for any event!

Oh my goodness Miguel and I are still getting compliments on how wonderful the food tasted and the large selection of alcohol beverages.   Kathy & Tim were wonderful to work with and very flexible. They followed through on things, and were available to answer our questions/concerns. The food was wonderful and was enjoyed by all. It was great working with them, and made the day perfect. We were very pleased with how the evening turned out.

  Where do I begin. After searching and meeting with half a dozen wedding coordinators, we made an appointment at the Villa since we drive by it everyday (we live down the street). Kathy was who scheduled with me and from the first moment she was so accommodating, helping find a time that works for us. We went to the Villa and were welcomed with a smile and frankly, she is just a nice person. There is no BS. No up-selling. No "telling us what we want to hear". No rushing in signing a contract. She wanted us to be comfortable, but naturally. I fell in love with the room there, their packages were absolutely reasonable. We got married there on Jan 25 of this year. The day was magical. Kathy was there every step of the way, put me at ease because I knew she would help make the day perfect, and she did. I would recommend the Villa to anyone getting married, not only because the establishment is beautiful, the food is delicious, but because Kathy is who will help make your special even magical.   We used The Villa for our Rehearsal Dinner the Thursday before our wedding. Tim and his staff were so accommodating and helpful through the entire process. The Villa is a great space for any event and the quality of service and food will highly surpass your expectations.

  Tim and Kathy were wonderful to us. They worked with my mom (my coordinator!) And myself throughout the whole process. They were both helpful, had wonderful advice, and made sure our wedding was a complete hit! All of our guests had an absolute blast! Great venue!!

  Truly the best value for your money. Intimate and charming place. The food was unbelievable and Tim and Kathy are truly the best to work with. On a scale to 1 to 10 I would rate the Villa at a 20. Our night could not have been more perfect.

  We spent considerable time looking throughout Orange County for a venue where we could have our wedding and reception together. When we arrived at The Villa we immediatley felt that this was the might right place, and after talking with Tim we knew that we wanted The Villa to host our wedding. It's very easy to vision a warm/intimate event, as the facility is beautiful before any decorations are added, it doesn't have the cold/bare banquet room feel of so many hotels and other venues we visited.
  
  Tim & Kathy were very responsive to our needs and questions and always found time for us when a new question arose or when we needed to have a "second look" for some reason. The food was wonderful , far above the normal catered event food, and having the wedding cake included was a wonderful bonus, not only because it was one less thing to do, but The Villa partners with Rockwell's Creative Cakes, who are well known throughout Orange County for the beautiful and delicious cakes. Our cake was true to the Rockwell tradition.
  
  The staff at The Villa were very professional, attentive and courteous at all times. When we discovered we had left our IPAD at the reception, and called first thing the next morning, staff assured us it had been found and was put away safely until we could retrieve it.
