    Perfect venue!

    This space was the perfect venue for our downtown Phoenix wedding. We were able to really make the space our own and they went out of their way to make sure the day went smoothly and was incredible. Brittney was amazing to work with and so helpful through the process. You will not regret getting married at the Venue on Washington!

    Incredible job Brittney & Venue On Washington

    We got married at The Venue on Washington in February 2020. We had both our ceremony & reception there. Brittney was extremely organized, helpful & professional throughout our entire planning process. She is honest & very knowledgeable about what works in the space. She also was willing to work with us & the vendors we wanted to make sure that we were able to stay within our budget. She went above and beyond her role to make sure that our day turned out how we had envisioned it. She was available to answer any questions we had throughout the entire process. Her calming presence made us feel at ease throughout our entire wedding day. Our guests continually comment on how beautiful our wedding was & we always give credit to Brittney. My husband and I continually say, we could not have done our wedding without Brittney & are so grateful to now call her a friend.

    Ultimately, planning a wedding can be stressful. However, Brittney and her team made sure to not add any additional stress & in turn took a lot of the stress off of us during the planning process.

    I would highly recommend her & her team at Venue on Washington to anyone who is looking for an affordable, minimalist, industrial event space

    Fun blank slate

    My fiancé and I look forward to working with Brittney and her contacts to create our dream wedding. The venue is a fun and beautiful blank slate with a variety of upgrades and design options available. Brittney is eager to accommodate our needs and desires to make our perfect day.

    Brittney is amazing and our wedding was perfect!

    Highly recommend this venue. Not only is it so structurally beautiful, and a perfect venue that can be for a minimalist, or dressed up for someone more extravagant, Brittney was an awesome coordinator. She had a set up team there the day of, and provided most of the decor. I didn’t have to do anything the day of the wedding except enjoy it. SO THANKFUL!

    A very dissapointing experience

    We were married at the Venue on Washington on December 10, 2021 and to say we were disappointed with our wedding would be the understatement of the year. There were many mistakes and errors throughout the night that led to an extremely upsetting experience. Brittney Munoz was the venue wedding planner and we chose Brittney's upgraded wedding planning package with her company Posh Social. Like the review below, we at first loved Brittney. Throughout the planning process Brittney suggested excellent ideas which led us to have 100% trust in her services. WOW, were we wrong. When we arrived at The Venue one hour before the ceremony the place was in COMPLETE DISSARAY. There was no décor or settings on any of the tables, there was no signage, none of the floral arrangements were in place and Brittney's assistants were still working on the arch for the ceremony. We had given Brittney 70 votives that we had personally paid for to place throughout the venue and she did not use any of them. She promised linens, florals and votives on the cocktail tables - instead the cocktail tables were completely bare with not even a linen. At cocktail hour Brittney told me she had lost ALL of our signage for the entire wedding - this included the welcome sign, seating chart, bar sign, signage honoring my deceased father, place cards and dinner menus. Due to Brittney losing the seating chart and place cards our guests had to wait outside in the cold and dark while a solution was found. We were supposed to have a photo both, however there was no photo booth and Brittney claimed that the vendor just no-showed. Brittney and her staff were very unprofessionally dressed; they were in sweatshirts and hoodies. The staff was extremely rude to our guests. There were napkins and silverware missing from multiple tables. Pizzeria Bianco was our caterer and there were several issues with the food service. The head table's salad plates were never cleared, dinner service took almost 2 hours and multiple tables did not receive a main entrée. Throughout the night, Brittney was completely apathetic. She never apologized or worked to find a solution for the multiple issues that went wrong. It was clear that everything that went wrong the night of our wedding was due to Brittney's lack of planning and execution. It took over a month to get a refund from The Bianco Group and Brittney's wedding planning company, Posh Social. We strongly recommend you pass on The Venue on Washington and the Posh Social run by Brittney Munoz.
