The Venue at Falls Park Reviews

I can not rave enough about not only the beautiful venue but also how helpful and accommodating the staff was. I literally walked in with an idea for my grandsons baby shower and they brought that idea to life. It was all the small details that really added to our experience. I gave creative freedom to Sandra and her staff and couldn’t have been more pleased with what they came up with. Communication was excellent and I was able to show up the day of the shower and walk in with no worries and just enjoy our celebration for my sons’ first child. Highly recommend this venue and will forever be grateful to the staff for their wonderful customer service and for going the extra mile to make this event so special.

We loved having our wedding at the Venue at Falls Park. We completely lucked out with a 70 degree day in December so it was very convenient to have our photos take at Falls Park, they turned out beautifully and to be able to make full usage of the patio area outside with a bar. We also had a unique Indian Fusion wedding so the back parking lot worked great for our Baraat groom's parade and both an Indian and Christian ceremony inside as well as to be flipped for the reception that was quite the party! There was a lot of rental furniture included and for being right in the middle of downtown Greenville we felt like this was a great value. Tony was flexible with vendors and our plans, and great to work with, very accommodating to help make our day special! We would definitely recommend this venue! 

The Venue at Falls Park sets itself apart from the rest not only because of the historic building and location in the heart of downtown Greenville but also dealing directly with Tony and being able to communicate openly and quickly through all phases of the planning process. Tony was flexible with meeting times and accommodated our frequent and random drop in's with open arms and a smile as we needed a measurement of a wall or pictures for our vendors so that they could also plan accordingly for our wedding. The venue was clean and neat and the staff on hand during our event really worked with us to help make our wedding the best it could be throughout the evening. We are so happy that we picked TVAFP and worked with Tony as our wedding day could not have been more perfect and much of that is due to the venue and our ability to prepare accordingly along the way. 10/10 would use this space again, and have received countless complements and comments from guests at how wonderful the space was and how beautiful the wedding was. We are local to the Upstate and have family and friends that have lived in Anderson, Greenville, Simpsonville, etc. their entire lives and never been inside this space, or even knew that it existed; it is a diamond in the rough in the heart of downtown Greenville that will provide lasting memories for the rest of our lives. Thanks Tony and team for everything you did to make our wedding day perfect.

I did my bridal portraits here on August 14th, 2018. AMAZING experience! I arrived just a little early and was allowed to come in and start getting into my dress. Tony was so friendly and helpful. he told me we could rearrange things if needed and played music so it wasn't so silent. the space is so beautiful and a perfect match for the style pictures I wanted

The Venue at Falls Park was the perfect setting for our wedding. The Venue was very spacious and the most elegant space in Greenville. Tony and all the staff were so accommodating and made our day special and stress free!!!

Tony was extremely accommodating for our event. My son wanted a quiet, private venue for his proposal and it was everything he wanted it to be and his future wife dreamed it could be. From flower arrangements in the window as backdrop to furniture arrangement if was perfection. The vintage love seat and side table, that the venue provided, gave it the personal atmosphere he wanted. We were able to bring in rose petal to scatter and monogrammed champagne flutes and champagne for the newly engaged couple to toast each other with. Tony was even able to recommend a photographer so now we are all able to experience the precious moment thru pictures. The Venue at Falls Park is just beautiful, vintage glamour at its finest.

I really enjoyed working with Tony when planning my parents' 50th Anniversary Soirée! As a professional event planner, I work with many venues and was very impressed with the service and space! Tony was very accommodating and the venue was perfect. The atmosphere was just beautiful and although private, it's still close to the attractions in downtown Greenville, like Falls Park. I would definitely book again!

The venue itself, beautiful. Be very detailed and make sure it’s written down in the contract. Be sure it’s exactly as you want. Some things didn’t live up to expectation. Snack bar was not worth it. Be very detailed how you want it set up. Tables, flowers, place settings, which side of the venue.

The owner of this venue has ZERO class! She is never on time, her attitude is terrible, she LOVES to profile everyone and makes childish immature body gestures by the way (very unappealing) not to mention there is ALWAYS, ALWAYS a shortage of food (blamed on the caterers of course) yet she’s the one that orders the food. Way to many places downtown to even entertain this venue or CHANCE Your special day on someone so unreliable! You don’t have to take my word for it nor the other fake 5stars reviews JUST ask the business around Main Street! Customers are always venting their frustrations.
